Amazon Go’s First U.K. Supermarket Is in Ealing Broadway | Eater London

"Across the street, Morrison’s in Ealing Broadway already partners with Amazon for online grocery delivery in the U.K., serving as an established local grocery option adjacent to the new Amazon Go site." - James Hansen

I’m concerned about one of your employees. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed an issue when I’ve come in to return something or ask a question. She consistently wears a formidable scowl. She always seems displeased. What is wrong with you, seriously. I wonder if she truly enjoys helping customers. If she’s unhappy with her job, it’s not fair to show that dissatisfaction to customers. Perhaps she could work on improving her demeanor, or maybe a position with less customer interaction would be more suitable for her! 🚫⚠️⛔️ It’s crucial to understand that your customer service directly affects Morrison’s reputation and market success. I have observed similar behavior in another Indian woman, just like in this employee. It seems that they tend to dislike giving refunds, which I find puzzling. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Good location, I enjoy that’s it’s near where I live however the store doesn’t have a lot of options and stock. I strongly recommend that this store should be with more stock and more products for customers. They should also redesign the layout it’s looking pretty old as well. Overall they should have more payment lanes as I don’t want to do only the self checkout option. The Acton one is way better and cleaner as well Ealing should do the same.

Good selection of products. Paid parking available. Good place for all the shopping in one place. Always some good bargains to find

I have purchased a milk bottle the big one. The last night I fancy the cup of tea as of open the bottle it felt something rattling inside so I called my wife I see something black rattling at the bottom of the milk bottle and then I got the strainer and I poured the milk and investigated their was a metal bolt in my milk bottle I have lived here in England for nearly 40 years I have never seen anything like this please be careful do check your product when you do buy I don't think anything is safe

Worst retail experience imaginable. Completely understaffed. Have to wait at least ten minutes for someone to ID you or fix your problem at the self checkout, all whilst the que for the checkout snakes around the store. Lastly the staff are usually overwhelmed and be quite rude.

What a deeply unpleasant store. Every single member of staff we asked for help was abrupt, rude, and had a nasty scowl on their face. You really felt that they all hate their job and have no interest in helping people. We approached one of the staff, a lady, and asked her if she knew where the spices were… She turned around with a foul look as if we had just told her her son has been kidnapped, and yelled “I’m not working!”…when she was clearly stacking shelves. It’s my local store but I will not be returning here and will instead drive 10 extra minutes to my closest Waitrose.

I have been a loyal customer of Morrisons for a long time and regularly shop at this store. However, I had a very upsetting experience today that I feel compelled to share. While I was waiting in line at the self-checkout area, a tall white male customer suddenly cut in front of me. I tried to speak up and assert my place in the queue, but shockingly, he accused me of queue-jumping instead. To make matters worse, a staff member who witnessed the entire incident did absolutely nothing to stop him. In fact, I was told to go to the back of the queue while he was allowed to proceed and check out. As a 163cm Asian woman, I can’t help but feel that I was treated this way because I was perceived as someone who could be easily ignored or bullied. Whether intentional or not, this experience felt deeply unfair — and potentially discriminatory. I never expected to feel unsafe or disrespected while shopping in my own community. I hope Morrisons takes this feedback seriously. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their race or appearance

This place seriously needs to upgrade its parking . It's old school and half of time either the lift or the payment machine is broken. It's not cheap considering the way it's poorly maintenance
