This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed an issue when I’ve come in to return something or ask a question.
She consistently wears a formidable scowl.
She always seems displeased.
What is wrong with you, seriously.
I wonder if she truly enjoys helping customers.
If she’s unhappy with her job, it’s not fair to show that dissatisfaction to customers.
Perhaps she could work on improving her demeanor, or maybe a position with less customer interaction would be more suitable for her!

I have observed similar behavior in another Indian woman, just like in this employee. It seems that they tend to dislike giving refunds, which I find puzzling. 🤷🏽♀️
