Morrisons Piccadilly is an excellent store with a great range of fresh products. The food counters are a real highlight — fresh bakery items, quality meat and fish, and plenty of hot food options. The store is well laid out, clean, and well stocked, even during busy times. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the central location makes it very convenient. Always a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.

Great range of fresh fruit and veg, has all you need. Love the street vendor style eateries, and I love the fresh tiger bread!! The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Went in to get some ice as staying in the hotel above. The freezer was empty of ice but a very helpful member of staff called Jake went down to the storeroom freezer to get some for us and also some stock for others. He finished what he was doing and immediately went to sort it. Top level customer service from Jake there. How supermarkets should be.

The shop floor staff are fabulous but unfortunately the recent shop refit in August 2020 included the removal of the fantastic salad bar service. Today, the salad bar service is extremely basic, and contains less than a quarter of the previous healthy options that used to be available. Change is a good when things are added, but to remove a salad bar service that worked extremely well is a step backwards. The new hot food services are excellent, but the area manager and head office staff need to reinstall both the healthy salad bar service and the former (high calorie) pasta island as it used to be. Both were extremely popular, and there was no justification to remove either of them. They both worked.

Popped in to get some supplies for driving home. Little local branch and helpful staff. Decent selection considering the compact size. Good location.

Hot food on the go ! On a busy day shopping nip in grab a bite & take out with you ! Freshly made in front of you from wraps , stir fry’s , pizza with a fantastic base & generous with cheese & toppings , their curry is amazing ! The lay out and menu easy to follow fantastic! Prices are affordable great for family’s ! Staff are fantastic & very helpful with questions you ask ! Very child friendly. Coffee is smooth with a kick !

Morrisons near Piccadilly Gardens is in a very strategic location, making it convenient for a quick grocery run or snack while in the city centre. They have a lot of options in the bakery section, with fresh-looking breads and pastries. The fruit selection is limited, but what’s available looks fresh and well-kept. Prices are quite affordable, and the store covers most daily essentials for an easy and quick visit.

Morrisons at Piccadilly Gardens was rebranded as Morrisons Market Kitchen following a renovation last year, I really like the new store, which is massively improved and it is a welcome addition to Piccadilly Gardens. As you enter the store, there is a modern area with stands selling freshly cooked hot food, cakes, beverages and even smoothies, the choice is unique and unlike any other store of its' kind in the city centre, I would like perhaps a choice of two hot meals compared to a rotating one daily, as some of the choices are questionable, and a small seating area would be awesome, but of course, there are limitations as it is only a small store. In terms of the groceries, the selection is OK, they have a decent selection of most items you'd expect to find with a good stock of the essentials including bread, butter, milk and other cupboard items. The staff in the store seem friendly enough, and they have a large number of checkouts so you never have to wait too long to pay and leave. The longest wait seems to get into the store, they still seem to be managing the number of people allowed in the store at one time, even after the ending of COVID restrictions. I do think a mobile payment app, similar to Marks and Spencer would be useful here, hopefully, it will come in the future as Morrisons are trialling it in a couple of stores in the UK. 4* - A pretty good store which has improved dramatically since the refurb.

I was shopping in morrisons piccadilly store manchester, when I noticed the security guard, was not displaying is SIA license. when I asked him why, he said I cannot be bothered. Surely this is not right and should be looked into by morrisons management
