"Centrally located along a pedestrian street, this modern restaurant takes its name from an expression that the area’s older inhabitants once used to refer to those who were attracted to the more luxurious things in life and who wouldn’t eat just anything! The chef, who spent many years working alongside the award-winning Francis Paniego, has embarked on his first solo venture with the firm intention of showcasing the products of the Rioja region from a more contemporary angle, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients straight from the market.
