An amazing meal at Morsels — every dish was a creative explosion of flavor and technique! The Toriyama steak was exceptional: beautifully marbled, perfectly seared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender with a deep, umami richness that lingered.
The duck noodles were a comforting yet elevated delight, combining smoky duck, chewy noodles, and a broth so layered it felt like a warm hug in a bowl. The oysters were fresh and briny, dressed with just the right touch of acidity to lift their natural sweetness.
The steamer crab puffs were little clouds of joy — light, crisp, and packed with the sweetness of fresh crab, an absolute must-try.
And then, the showstopper — the Bak Chor Mee Carbonara. A genius creation that truly embodies what Morsels does best: bold, inventive fusion that still feels soulful and familiar. Creamy, umami-packed, and impossibly addictive — it’s the best of the best, a dish you’ll dream about long after the meal ends.
To finish, the Milo Tiramisu and Horlicks Tiramisu were nostalgic bliss — both desserts cleverly reimagined with local childhood flavors and a touch of indulgence. The Milo version was rich and malty, while the Horlicks one had a comforting, creamy depth that rounded off the meal beautifully.
With impeccable food, warm service, and inventive flair, Morsels continues to be one of the most exciting dining experiences in Singapore — every plate tells a story, and every bite leaves you wanting more.
