Absolutely Amazing – Elite Customer Service! I’ve been to many steakhouses over the years, but this experience was easily a 10+ from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. Will set the tone right away — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even the parking and valet flow was smooth and stress-free, which says a lot about the level of organization and care. On the way out, Caleb warmly greeted us, handled our ticket, and guided us out of the parking lot with the same professionalism. Inside, there are some true rock stars on this team. The manager, Rob, stood out immediately. From the very beginning, his attention to detail, leadership, and genuine care for guests was nothing short of exceptional. Everything about his customer service was a solid 10+. And the cherry on top — our waiter, Eric. Absolutely flawless service. Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about what he does. He made the entire dining experience feel elevated and personal. If you’re looking for a steakhouse that delivers exceptional food paired with world-class customer service, this is the spot. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended. 👏🥩

We had such an incredible experience at Morton’s! The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! The service was just as outstanding! Our server, Josh, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening. I had mentioned in my OpenTable reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and Josh made it feel so special from start to finish. I will definitely be returning!

Google
Went for the Bubbles and Box special. Sliders were actually very good. It took a while for food to arrive and the fries were soggy. When asked for replacement, the server took more time and gave up the table to another server. Not really a “deal” for what it’s worth. Was planning to take home dessert but didn’t want to get some sloppy seconds

Google
The meatballs were amazing, the steak was juice (ribeye) just had alot of fat. The Tomahawk was good just doesn't look like 36oz to me. The mash potatoes were great, the creamy Spanish not so good, too creamy. The crab cake taste funny. King fish house for the win on crab cakes. Overall, the services was 8/10, amazing teamwork. The Atmosphere was great for families, me and my husband got to sit on the patio. I would try a different location if I ever wanted Mortons again.

Google
This place was fantastic! They have $10 valet set up for parking that was worth it. They were attentive to my husband's food allergy and took extra care with our order. The food was great but they over cooked my steak which was a surprise and the only reason i would mark it down from 5 stars. I didn't bother mentioning it because it was still good. I'm also sure they would have made it right had i asked but it was late and the kids had been up a while so time wasn't on our side. Beyond that - everything else was fantastic. We had a reservation but it looked like there were a number of open tables. The French onion soup was amazing! The drinks were strong and lovely! (See photos) The place was lively but upscale. We really did have a lovely time and would go back.

We went for a birthday celebration. The table looked nice and had birthday glitter on it. That’s about where the specialness stops. Our waiter never checked on us unless we caught his eye. There were multiple times when my tea was empty and it didn’t get refilled until I asked and when my companions beer was empty no one asked him if he wanted a refill and again we had to request one by catching the waiters eye when he went by. The creamed spinach was dull tasting asparagus was good. My filet mignon was tougher than I expected, but his steak was cooked properly. They sang happy birthday to the people at the table next to us, but when they gave my companion his birthday desert, they did not sing happy birthday to him. When you’re paying close to $300 for two people to have dinner, you would expect your drinks to always be full, your waiter to continue to check on you and your Birthday dessert to come with a song. Seriously we got better service the next day at Disneyland. That’s saying something. It was very noisy in there and it was very hard for us to talk to each other. I would not go back. Oh I almost forgot, the Birthday dessert was just coffee flavored jello pudding. Bleh. Also even though the menu says fine steaks and chops they no longer serve the pork chop.

Google
Booked through Google maps (open table), in comments I noted “birthday”. We were promptly seated. To our surprise the table was subtly decorated with HBD printed menus and a little confetti :) Service was great, our food and drinks were extraordinarily delicious! I highly recommend the lavender martini 😉

The overall experience is good, the food is amazing, the stuff are nice. A bit overpriced but not surprising for the area. Want a good steak? Eat here.

Yelp
I came to Morton's Steakhouse in Anaheim for the Bubbles & Bites featuring Veuve Clicquot "Yellow Label." Unfortunately, the bartender let me know they had run out of the signature Veuve Clicquot boxes, which was a bit disappointing since that was the main draw (especially with how viral they've been). I even contacted the Santa Ana location and they were also out of the boxes. The bartender mentioned a new shipment arriving on Monday, and while they did offer a golden mini box as an alternative, it kind of defeats the purpose if you're specifically coming for the iconic Yellow Label packaging. That said, the service was still great, they were kind enough to offer me an extra complimentary glass of champagne, which I appreciated. Overall, still a solid experience with excellent service, but I highly recommend calling ahead if you're coming specifically for the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label boxes so you're not disappointed.

Yelp
Dear Jaime, I am very disappointed in your demeanor last night. Your way of handling our talk with your curt, direct attitude made me feel like an unwanted patron. I could have gone to Ruth Chris, Roy's, M&S, The Ranch, Anaheim White House for dinner last night which are some of the restaurants I go to but I chose Mortons because of the way I am treated there from Robert all the way down to the busboys after years of supporting your business. Due to the fact that you didn't give a shit about what I was saying and you were only concerned about what you were saying I will not subject myself to that ever again at your restaurant. I felt very comfortable and knew exactly what I was getting for years but your dictatorship personality has now ruined that and I don't trust going and having a great time with your staff to be blindsided like I was last night. Think about how you handle your patrons a little better because one of them may be frequenting your establishment more than you think. I wasn't a one timer trying to take advantage of anything. Yelp
This is the only restaurant we found in both OC and LA areas that they don't like Asian people and make us uncomfortable. They arrange seat, Asian people always by right ending conner, other people seat by central or near kitchen. Can you believe that we went there for 2 times with 2 different reservation names, we GOT exactly SAME table, right corner, we call it dark area. I saw people around us, all Asian people, that's interesting. Since front desk or management team seems like don't want Asian to show face,we won't be back ever and need to share our experience to friends and public.

Yelp
Morton's The Steakhouse in Anaheim was a fantastic choice for an early holiday gathering with a small group of family. We were able to try their holiday special Japanese A5 Wagyu, and it was absolutely phenomenal and lived up to every bit of the hype. The service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, and made the whole meal feel special and relaxed at the same time. The restaurant itself is classy but comfortable, which is exactly what you want for a long, celebratory dinner. The location is also very convenient, sitting right between Disneyland parking and the convention center, which made getting there easy. We left already talking about making this a tradition and counting down to our next meal.

Yelp
Came to Morton's despite the mixed reviews. Hubby and I have dined at Morton's over the past 10 years and we have had good experiences. Hubby made a reservation for 4 o'clock and we were seated fairly quickly. Our waiter was Moises and he took good care of us. We ordered two ribeyes and three sides. Everything was yummy and cooked as ordered. The creamed corn was really yummy, smoked gouda and bacon au gratin potatoes were piping hot and quite yummy, and loaded baked potato was good as well. Too many potatoes were ordered next time would order a broccolini if still on the menu. Complimentary onion bread with butter was yummy. Had a great dinner at Mortons!

Yelp
Nice spot to meet up with friend drove down from SF. We didn't get to make the reservation but they accepted walk in. Great foods and very good attentive. Nice ambiance, great choice to celebrate bday or anniversary. This would be also, my go to spot compared to Mastro.

Yelp
Tough review. I was excited to try Morton's for the first time, but left disappointed. The service was excruciatingly slow. We understood this was not "typical" but to wait almost 1.5 hours for your food felt a bit astronomical. We were only able to get through the appetizers before ultimately asking the staff to cancel the rest of our order to leave. Fortunately management comped our bill but still disappointed, nonetheless.

Yelp
The food was terrific, the atmosphere was loud and busy but it was to be expected on Christmas Eve. We planned our Christmas dinner at Morton's in Anaheim as part of our first ever Christmas away from home at Disney. We had picked out our meals well in advance from their online menu and couldn't wait for the experience. My 11-year-old son had chosen the smashed Wagyu beef burger and was so excited for it. When we finally got there and he had the chance to place his order, the server was like "oooohhh, sorry, that's only available on our bar menu." She noticed how disappointed he was and offered to ask her manager. Eventually, she came back and informed us bluntly that the manager had said no, which was totally not what we expected. I was also surprised and a little disappointed that the manager didn't come out to tell us themself. I'm sure they have their reasons but I'm not accustomed to spending 400 dollars on dinner and had anticipated better than average service at such an expensive establishment. Disappointing a kid at Christmas over such a trivial and understandable matter when we're about to spend so much money didn't sit well with us. In the end the food was great and everyone was happy except for my son. I got the dry aged ribeye, my wife and son the salmon, my dad got the lobster and filet Mignon. We ordered the chopped house salad, asparagus, wagyu pot stickers, potatoes au gratin and their French fries as sides. From the time we were seated to the time we left was just over two hours, but we could see how busy they were and didn't mind, and perhaps that's normal at a place like this? We tipped 75 dollars on a 400 dollar bill, which is about 19%. We were prepared to do much better being that it was Christmas but we felt they should have as well. We probably wouldn't choose them again for an event like this.

Yelp
Valet parking only - 10 dollars I could not find the self park lot - the only one connected was for the hotel No enforced dress code here - lots of tourists Tried the bacon scallops which was bomb Truffle fries - ok a bit oily Seafood tower - definitely worth it - lobster and shrimps were gigantic. Crab meat was sweet oysters fresh. Just didnt like the tuna 22 oz ribeye - good steak cooked perfect medium seasoned well w the garlic butter. The plates could be hotter Baked potato loaded - bomb and huge Szechuan beans - was sooo bad - dont get this. Tasted like panda express beans We had complimentary photo and cheesecake for a birthday celebration Service was ok - waiter disappeared a lot could not find him for the check Overall good experience

Yelp
Had dinner reservations on a Saturday and we arrived early, sat at the bar until our table was ready which was within 10 minutes. The host was very nice and the bartender Eddie was great. When at our table our food server was very helpful. We order the tomhawk steak medium rare and it was amazing, way too much food. We started off with the wedge salad and lobster bisque soup. Our sides were the lobster Mac and cheese and loaded baked potato. Ambiance inside is very intimate and romantic. We were celebrating our anniversary, so our server actually brought out a cheesecake dessert which was very good. Would definitely come back again.

Yelp
Morton's really knows how to set a mood. From the moment you walk in, the darker ambience creates a cozy, intimate vibe--definitely the kind of place that feels right for a date night, a special celebration, or even a treat-yourself evening. It's elegant without being stuffy, and the service was attentive and kind throughout our visit. Valet parking is $10, which you can add to your bill or pay in cash at the end. I chose to put it on my card, which worked fine, but it did mean I missed out on tipping the valet directly something to keep in mind. Normally, I'm a two-cocktail person, but this time I tried just one: the Lavender Cosmo. It was smooth, balanced, and visually pretty, but nothing that really wowed me. If I go back, I'll stick with my tried-and-true choice, the Lemon Drop. That said, the cocktail menu is well thought out, and I appreciated the variety. Any restaurant that starts you off with complimentary bread gets instant points from me. Morton's serves an Egg & Onion Loaf, and it was warm, soft, and baked perfectly with just the right amount of onion flavor. My only wish? That they pre-cut it in the back, because cutting bread with a steak knife at the table isn't the smoothest experience. If you try one starter here, make it the Jumbo Crab Cake. The crab cake itself was tender and flavorful, but the sauce stole the show--it was tangy, buttery, and tied the whole dish together beautifully. Even the little side salad complemented it perfectly. I went with the 14 oz. Dry-Aged Ribeye. The steak was cooked just right juicy and tender, but I found the flavor a little flat. It had that pure "cooked meat" taste, which isn't bad at all, just not as bold or seasoned as I expected from Morton's. Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots: These weren't for me. The texture reminded me of boiled cabbage, with a few tough bits that weren't enjoyable. I've realized I'm firmly a "crispy Brussels sprouts" fan. Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes now these were the opposite--rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The portion was huge (easily feeds four), and the creamy Gouda and smoky bacon made it hard to stop eating. We ended with the Morton's Hot Chocolate Cake. It's very rich, almost overwhelming if you're not a big chocolate lover. My friend adored it and said it satisfied her sweet tooth instantly. For me, it was a bit much, but I did enjoy the vanilla ice cream paired with the warm cake. Service was gracious, the atmosphere was romantic, and the food had its highs and lows. The crab cake and potatoes were standouts, while the steak and Brussels sprouts didn't quite hit the mark for me. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Yelp
AMBIANCE (4/5): Fancy, dim lighting, white table cloths, romantic. SERVICE (4/5): We came at 6pm for dinner it was pretty empty during most of our meal until we left, but service was prompt the entire time except one time our waitress took an abnormally long time to bring our beer. Maybe it was her break, but other than that superb service! FOOD (3/5): Highly disappointed in this steakhouse. I hadn't been in awhile and went out of proximity to where we were at the time. I was expecting better tasting food. I just wasn't super impressed with anything. I didn't think the food lived up to what was being advertised. Sadly, I wouldn't go back to Morton's anytime soon. ORDERED: * 1/2 dozen raw oysters: these were OK. * 1/2 dozen grilled oysters: these were way better! Definitely one of the top things for flavor on what we ordered tonight. * Wedge salad: this was good & a huge portion even split. They split it for us and chopped it up which I love! * 22oz bone-in ribeye: this was good! Cooked perfectly, surprised we almost finished it between 2 people. Got the whipped horseradish on the side. * loaded baked potato: I liked this, fully loaded with melted cheese. * Szechuan green beans: this was OK, I guess just random with the Asian flavors for a non-Asian spot * creme brûlée: this was OK.

Yelp
Visited on a Monday evening and had an excellent overall experience. Valet was available for $10, which was convenient. We were greeted quickly upon arrival, and service stayed attentive throughout the night. Our server, April, was friendly, knowledgeable, and paced the meal perfectly. There was a brief, unexpected moment where a wine storage safe near the restroom opened and dropped about three bottles, which startled us, the host stand, and a nearby table. Staff handled it immediately and cleaned it up quickly, and it didn't disrupt the dining experience. Food and drinks were excellent: *Virginia Oysters - 5/5, fresh and clean *Bread & butter - 5/5 *Bone-in ribeye (medium rare) - cooked to perfection, 5/5 *The garlic butter enhancer is a must *Truffle fries - great flavor, 5/5 (only note: very small cut, more pinch-style than fork-friendly) Drinks: *Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio - 5/5 (my girlfriend loved it) *Raymond Primal Cut red wine - 3/5 for my personal taste; I prefer a bolder Cabernet. I originally wanted the Faust "Liberation" Cabernet Sauvignon, but went with the server's recommendation instead. Excellent steak, great service, and a polished atmosphere. April did a great job keeping everything smooth and enjoyable, and we'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Went for happy hour and experienced tasty, strong inexpensive drinks. The happy hour food was way too salty, but would have been good otherwise. Service and Ambiance: The bartender was friendly and bar area was dimly lit with high tops and a couple TVs. The women's bathroom smelled good and was clean and inviting!

Yelp
Came here for my friends grad dinner! They took a complimentary photo of us and framed. They gave an additional copy to which was nice. They have valet or self parking. Self parking they validate for up to 3 hours! Cool right? They have indoor seating and a pretty patio outside. When it's a beautiful day it's my preferred seating. It feels private even though it's outside. They have shade but can also pull down the shade. Heaters too when it's cold, it was so cozy. The bar is also open to grab a drink. We ordered: -$56 8 oz filet mignon - delicious cut and i loved the enhancement i added for $6 (black truffle butter) -$56 Cajun ribeye - so flavorful and yummy! -Lobster Mac and cheese - I wasn't the biggest fan. Lacked a bit of flavor and I didn't like the breadcrumbs on top -Onion rings - perfectly crisped -Truffle fries- they were yummy and they gave so much! You can share with like 2-3 -Brussel sprouts with bacon- very tasty. Perf balance of saltiness -Caesar salad is good for 2 people, tasty croutons too. -Molten lava cake- 10000/10. My fav dish. They give a good amount of ice cream too All the sides you can share with 2-3 people really! I haven't been to Morton's in a while but it is still good!

Yelp
We celebrated my husband's 48th birthday at Morton's Anaheim, and it was amazing! The staff made it feel so special with a personalized card and warm service. The Bone-In Ribeye and Miso Sea Bass were cooked perfectly, and the Hot Chocolate Cake dessert was the best ending. Elegant atmosphere, great food, and thoughtful touches -- thank you for a memorable night!

Yelp
Are you in mood for a steak?? First time here with my wife and daughter and all I can say hands down THE BEST!!! Service was absolutely amazing George our server genially nice and informative on the menu. Robert the manager on duty making his rounds with all the tables very nice and helpful on top of things ambience was nice we sat by the bar watching hockey and football can't go wrong. Overall experience 100%. We will definitely come back with the rest of the gang

Yelp
Came here for a birthday dinner. Since we made reservations, there was virtually no wait and we were seated and ordered our food within 20 minutes. Our food arrived around 40 minutes later. The onion bread for the table was very good as well as our other appetizers, very tasty and filling so we tried to make sure we saved some of our appetite for what we ordered for dinner. My main course was the steak and it came out a little pinker that I would have liked (I had ordered medium well) but all the sides that we got made up for the slight error. My personal favorites from this meal were the meatballs, the potatoes and their truffle fries! Overall, the dinner was a good break from my usual eats, I'd definitely be willing to give morton's another chance for the 5th star in the future!

Yelp
I have dined here in several locations, in multiple states, including the original in downtown Chicago and Morton never disappoints. This one in Anaheim is all around excellent. Seated with a large party of 15. We started with a tray of mini crab cakes, mozzarella tomatoes and creamed spinach appetizers. So good. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon with grilled shrimp. Cooked to perfection. There were shared sides of mashed potatoes, asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. Very tasty, everything. We closed out with a ridiculously delicious dessert platter with crème brûlée, espresso mouse, key lime pie and berry parfait. WOW. I sampled them all, really good. Morton gets it right and this location is on point.

Delicious food and outstanding service! Our server, Moses, was attentive and provided us with a great experience. We were a party of six and all of our entrees were spot on.

Yelp
Made a reservation for the the viral Veuve Cliequot special. From the very start, it seemed as if it was going to be disastrous yet I still tried to remain optimistic. My reservation was set for 6:15, when we pulled into the parking lot valet had a line of cars. It was so backed up and made me late by three minutes to my reservation. The valet drivers were driving, erratic, so much that my fiancé decided to just park his own vehicle. Once inside, we waited for about five minutes and then we sat in the bar area. Right away. I told the waitress we were there for the special. She went ahead and put our order in and about 20 minute We finally received our glasses of champagne she apologize for the delay due to the glass dropping right before she brought them out. Now let me touch on that. there was broken glass being broken about every 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it was just too overwhelming or too crowded for the staff. Moving along the burgers and fries are supposed to come out in this cute little box that has the champagne name embroidered in orange and black mind you my reservation was at 6:15. we were seated about just 2 hrs and roughly 30 minutes after they'd been open and they had all ready ran out of boxes. The burgers did not come out as per advertise. The Wagyu burger was much better than the chicken. the chicken was a little dry and overcooked. There's also supposed to start off with with fresh bread our waitress forgot to bring it out and said she'd boxed them at the end, but who wants to take home "fresh bread" everyone knows it's not the same the next day. It seems as if they didn't close their bookings because it was just way too crowded being that this is an upscale restaurant. It was impossible to enjoy the ambience of it. However, when we left, we were gifted these cute cups that was probably the best part of the night. Needless to say this was a four out of 10 experience and I will not be returning.

Yelp
Post Valentine's Day date! We wanted to go a fancy steakhouse. They were fully committed on Vday, so we were lucky to find reservations the day after. We booked reservations through OpenTable. Parking: $8 Valet Parking Dress Code: Business Casual Ambiance/Environment: They have plenty of indoor seating. The inside is dark, but we were seated in the outer area where it was bright. Our reservation was at 16:30, and it wasn't as busy. It became busier around their dinner rush. Service: We checked in with the hostess, and we were seated promptly. Shout out to Alex! She was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. She explained the whole menu to us since it was our first time dining there. She even recommended us her favorite dishes and popular dishes. We were constantly checked on, and our waters were filled a couple times. Food & drinks: 1) Bread & Butter (complimentary) - The bread was huge and soft! There was a generous amount of creamy butter. 2) Lobster Bisque - We started off with appetizers. The bisque was so creamy and not too thick. It had lots of flavors, but we prefer a bit more lobster bits. 3) Truffle Cream Corn - This paired deliciously with our steaks! The truffle flavor came through! The corn was sooo creamy! 4) Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes - This also paired perfectly with our steaks! There was a generous amount of cheese and sliced potatoes. There wasn't as much bacon, only a few pieces. 5) Tomahawk Ribeye w/ Black Truffle Butter - My bf ordered this medium rare. I got to try some pieces. Although it looked medium well, it still cut easily and soft. The Black Truffle Butter gave it even more flavor. We definitely enjoyed it! 6) "Proprietary" Prime Cajun Ribeye - I ordered this medium rare. It cut easily and not too chewy. The cajun flavor didn't really come through, but I still enjoyed it. 7) Passion Margarita - Alex told us this was currently their popular cocktail. I love margaritas, so of course I had to try it. I really liked it! It was fruity & strong! Pricing: $$$$ We would definitely come back on special occasions.

Yelp
It's always a toss up which steakhouse is better between Ruth Chris and Mortons. For years, I always enjoyed Ruth Chris more. Tonight we went to Morton's to celebrate my hubby's birthday. The ambience was classy. To my surprise, the food was really delicious! We both ordered the 12 oz Filet Mignon, one with Oscar style crab on top, the other with Garlic butter. And we ordered French Onion soup, Truffled cream corn, Smoked gouda and bacon Au Gratin potatoes, Szechuan Green Beans! We could only finished 1/3 of what we ordered. It was a really enjoyable meal, the service was great until the end. There were 3 different people came and urged us to pay. We felt like they just want us to pay and free up a table for them. We felt rushed. That's the only reason why we did not give it a 5 star.

Yelp
Came here with The Wife to have a nice dinner before a comedy show down the street. Morton's is one of my favorite restaurants in the world! I have been to Morton's all over the US and also in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico, Taipei and Tokyo. Always great food, service and experience. This was not up to par for what I expect at Morton's. We arrived at our reservation time and then had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The place was buzzing and it was only 4:30 in the afternoon. Good for them. I was surprised to see so many kids at tables, but this location is very close to Disneyland and I guess the parents were sick of turkey legs and corn dogs, and decided that Morton's might be a Happier Place On Earth. Especially after a couple of massive Morton's martinis. Hopefully they were walking back to their hotel! The liveliness of the crowd and the loud kids threw off the usual vibe of Morton's a bit for me. The tables are very close together and it sometimes feels like I was getting involved in the conversation at the next table instead of talking to The Wife. Also, the abundance of people wearing shorts was a bit tacky based on my many experiences at other Morton's. Again, we are in vacation land... Service was good to start, but at some point our waiter disappeared, she did not check on us and then it took forever to track her down to get our bill and move on to our show. We started with a couple of cocktails and I wish I had taken a picture, as they were perfectly made and good size as mentioned before. We also ordered the wedge salad to chomp on while we reviewed the menu. At the behest of our server, we split the wedge and that was a good idea as the half that I received was more than I could eat or wanted to eat. SPLIT THE WEDGE with one or two other people. It was delicious and the lettuce fresh and crunchy. Due to time, we passed on getting any appetizers but did enjoy the bread. The bread is very soft and it was almost impossible to not crush the loaf when cutting it. Even though I pancaked the bread I smeared butter on it and it was fine. At this time we were ready to order. To The Wife's surprise, I ordered the special of a petite filet mignon, medium rare, and two small lobster tails. When I got them I was wondering if they were legal length when caught, ha, ha! The double surprise for The Wife was that I never order lobster at any restaurant and I always order a ribeye at Morton's. I decided to change things up. The Wife ordered a filet with blue cheese butter. For our sides we ordered the Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes and the Szechuan Green Beans to share. We enjoyed our salad and cocktails and as our dinner was being served we ordered a couple glasses of wine. The food looked great and I was ready to eat. I gave one of the lobster tails to The Wife as was my plan when I ordered this special. Food Overview: + Both Filets cooked nicely medium rare - medium rare at Morton's is real medium rare. Some may think it is rare, but that is because every other restaurant you have been to and ordered medium rare, it comes out closer to medium. When I am NOT at Morton's I usually order my steaks rare, so when they come out they are actually medium rare. Wake up people! ha, ha! The filets were the highlight of the meal, though filets in general are just not as tasty as a ribeye. I should have ordered a butter "enhancement", or really I should have ordered a ribeye as usual! + Lobster Tails - as mentioned, I am not a huge fan of lobster and maybe because, like this time, the tails were bland and rubbery. Overcooked? Even drowning them in butter did not help. At least I got my lobster desire taken care of for another couple of years. + Potatoes - They were fine. Second best to the filets. I should stick with baked potatoes. + Szechwan Green Beans - This was a fairly new item on their menu, I was told by the server. This was the low point of the meal. First they seemed over cooked, but they also had a very mealy texture. A nice bold Szechwan sauce may have helped to cover this up, but that was not present either. It was tasteless. I may have eaten three before I stopped. It was apparent that we barely touched the pile of green beans on the plate. Service - 3 of 5 Food - 2 of 5 Ambiance - 2 of 5 Morton's still ranks up there as one of my favorite steak house chain restaurants, as one experience cannot affect the many great times I have had. Another issue that I meant to follow up on was that there was a double Landry's Select Club points promotion going on at the time and I was not given 2X the points. I contacted Landry's, but since I had not kept the receipt, they will not credit me the points. They have proof I went, since I received the 1x points, so that is kind of goofy. Go. Hope For A Better Experience. HAVE FUN!!!

Yelp
For being in a busy resort area, I have to applaud them. From the beginning, I spoke with Vivian at the entrance. She was very inviting & friendly. Our Host April was prompt, helpful, friendly & courteous. I enjoyed their Thanksgiving meal & my husband ordered the New York steak. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
My three oldest friends and I dined here last night on the recommendation of our foodie friend who had dined here multiple times over the years. In addition we were staying at the Hilton which is next door. We arrived early and we were seated quickly and efficiently. It was Tuesday night and the restaurant was only half full. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The valet parking is $10 FYI. The drinks were slow to arrive, we skipped the appetizers and ordered dinner, steaks all around, and the au gratin potatoes and the sour cream whipped potatoes. We all started with salads. My wedge salad was perfect. My friends also made short work Of theirs as well. Our foodie friend ordered an amazing bottle of a burgundy/cabernet blend. The steaks arrived and they were beautiful. My rib eye was the toughest steak I have eaten in years, just awful. As the waiter cleared, I alerted him and he apologized. Then he wouldn't look at me for the rest of the evening. The bread was adequate, my key lime pie was delicious. The final Tab was $755. Based on the cost benefit ratio I am awarding Morton's 3 stars. The steak was atrocious. The service was meh... The individual dishes were fine but not exceptional. We had a memorable evening, but I can't in good conscience recommend this place because the cost is way out of line.

Yelp
Had a wonderful evening dinner at 4pm on 12/27. Great service, excellent quality food. The restaurant was beautiful and peaceful and everyone from management to the valet were kind.

Yelp
Received the email for the for the 2lb Maine lobster, I clicked on it and made reservations. We show up, and of course we are greeted and seated right away. We order our drinks and appetizers, and when it was time to order I ask for the Main Lobster, the waiter, right away said that this particular location was not participating in the lobster feast, I was definitely let down. Not sure why they weren't participating if it's promoted. We continued on and ordered our food. For appetizers, we got the shrimp cocktail, and the oysters. Both delicious! For dinner, I got the filet mignon with twin lobster tails, my husband ordered the wagyu filet mignon and 1lb of snow crabs. We ordered two sides, sauteed spinach and mushrooms and we also got the onion rings. Our waiter Jason, was so attentive, kind and friendly. He definitely made our visit worth it. We will be back, even though I was looking forward to the 2lb lobster.

Yelp
Came in for a 7:45 reservation, and arrived at 7:40. We were seated promptly! Nevertheless, we waited 10-15 minutes to even be given any menus (we were pretty frustrated by this). Because of this, we didn't even feel like ordering drinks. How long would it take to get those at this point. Rough start to a New Years Eve Dinner... but anyways: we finally get menus, and get a chance to order the tuna poke for an appetizer. it was lackluster, at best. The tuna was overpriced, dry, and lacked that fresh flavor you want in poke. We ate it because we were hungry and it was $22 (geez). Brussels tasted amazing! Smoked Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes were delicious as well. $6 for horseradish was kinda crazy (they never charge at other upscale steakhouses), and it didn't really have that classic horseradish taste to it (very very light). The crab cakes were okay: they lacked seasoning: I've had way better. The Prime Ribeye was cooked good (we ordered it medium) but lacked flavor and seasoning as well (for $67 it should've been way better than what we got). We also sat outside in a covered/enclosed patio but man, it was so cold. Our food got cold so fast... total bummer and definitely didn't make the night any better. Overall, we lacked the feeling of it being special or memorable. We've been to many higher-end steakhouses at similar price-points with better service; where they make you feel seen & valued. For a "special occasion", we came for New Years Eve, our money felt wasted (and the bill wasn't cheap either). Wouldn't recommend this place - considering there's a much better steakhouse literally around the corner.

Yelp
Celebrated Our 18th Anniversary at Morton's and they did not disappoint . From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such kindness. We had to wait about 10 minutes because I requested a booth but it wasn't a big deal. We went to the bar to have a drink. When our table was ready, the host was so kind and so sweet. She even pulled out the entire table for me so I could get in. The table was romantically decorated with a sweet card saying, " Happy 18th Anniversary", along with rose petals and confetti hearts. So cute! Our server was named Chris. He was absolutely exemplary! It was our first time and he was patient, kind, informative, funny and just all around very attentive in every way. The steak was flavorful to perfection, lobster was amazing. You must try the lobster Mac n cheese. Chefs kiss. For dessert Chris recommended the lava cake! Wow! Morton's thank you for the best anniversary dinner and thank you to Chris for the over the top experience!

Yelp
Came to celebrate my husband's bday! We ordered the Brussels sprouts, Cajun ribeye, dry aged ribeye, and au gratin potatoes. The Cajun ribeye was actually more tender than the dry aged, but I didn't like the flavor as much. The potatoes were pretty rich, and the brussel sprouts to me were a bit too greasy. We ended up taking the sides home and I was stuffed from the steak! My husband cooks a pretty mean steak so I'm honestly not sure if we'd come back again. I do appreciate their consistency, service, and prompt service. The table bread is also a hit! Thanks Morton's for a great experience!

Yelp
I would like to write about the terrible experience I had on Christmas Eve at this location. I've made a location at another well-known steakhouse. They notified me a short notice that they were double booked no problem Morten's would normally be my first choice anyway it wasn't on this occasion because I've been there recently with some friends. But I called up, made a reservation for 4 o'clock for four people. They said no problem. I got there at 3:50 because I'm a polite person. I would never be late approached the person handling check-in's told him the name that the reservation was booked for The person looked and then told me sorry you don't have a reservation. I pointed out that I did indeed have a reservation and my reservation was for 4 o'clock. They told me sorry there was no record of that. This was Christmas Eve. I had reserved a table in advance, I asked them to doublecheck the person that I was initially talking to was very nice and apologetic, but I was approached by a manager who said you're not gonna get a table here this evening you don't have a reservation. I corrected the manager pointed out that I had obviously made a reservation, which was why I was standing there the manager again said to me well you're not gonna get a table here today you haven't made a reservation. He made me feel like I was lying to him. His attitude was horrendous. I again pointed out with all due respect. I did make a reservation. I've made my plans to spend Christmas Eve dinner here and he said to me again well you didn't make a reservation so nothing we can do when he said this a person appeared and said oh I am sorry. I wrote this reservation down on a piece of paper and I neglected to put it in the reservation book. The manager looked slightly uncomfortable and said give us a few minutes and we'll see he never apologized. The apology wouldn't have been necessary if the attitude hadn't been as horrendous as it was I'm fortunate that I own my own business. I was with my wife and two clients from the UK. It was very embarrassing for me to be treated in this way. I would never recommend dislocation to anyone again. Sadly, I had been here previously and never had a problem the food was great and the service was great but Christmas Eve 2025 was ruined for me and my close friends because of the attitude of this manager.

Yelp
The steak was top notch, and the side dishes was delicious , the meal was expensive but worth it. This steakhouse exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere exuded class and romance, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. The cleanliness of the establishment added to its upscale ambiance. The servers were not only excellent but also incredibly attentive . Whether it was a perfectly cooked steak or a crafted cocktail, everything was exceptional. If you're looking for a classy and romantic dining experience where every detail is impeccable, this steakhouse is the place to be. There is plenty of parking in the area. I would recommend making a reservation in advance for the weekend !

Yelp
No words can describe this place. Ambience is always on point. Staff is pleasant to work with. Food nd drinks are great as well. They were busy a couple wks back nd the steaks my best friend nd I ordered came out cold. She did say something nd the manager took it back to have it heated up again. I stayed quiet cause they were so busy cause a food convention was in Anaheim. I appreciated the manager taking care of my best friend since it was her birthday!

Yelp
This was my first visit to Morton's here in Anaheim. I really enjoyed this experience. The place is beautiful inside but we chose to sit outdoors on this beautiful day. The service was beyond perfection. We had numerous men and women tending to our needs and on top of whatever was necessary to make this afternoon delightfully beautiful. We had ordered from a special menu provided for this Mother's Day dinner. The steaks were cooked to perfection the side dishes were hit and so delicious. The bottles of wine were also very good. We started with a few appetizers that were delicious as well. We will definitely be returning and yes it's pricey but well worth the dining experience.

Yelp
The steak was incredible! Fabulous flavor and wonderfully tender. The salads were huge. We were seated quickly even though I had made the reservation for the incorrect date. The service was good. The restaurant was a little dark for my taste. Plan on spending accordingly, it isn't cheap, but worth it for the quality of steak.

Yelp
Worst Steakhouse EVER. Decided to take the wifey out on a date and splurge a little so I thought. Appetizer and bread came out fast but took almost 2 hours to recive the main course. I thought maybe the wait will be worh it. Nope I was wrong I ordered my steak medium well and when it arrived it look good but after a couple of bites I noticed it was completely raw I didn't notice at first because I thought it was the fatty parts but no ot was raw. So I asked did you put my order as rare? And she said no I put medium well so I cut a piece and showed her does that look medium well and she said no that looks like rare. To me it looked raw and would never come here again if I want raw steak I'll just go to the market. Expensive too my bill was 273 for raw meat lesson learned.

Yelp
I was in Anaheim for a convention. Morton's and Ruth's Chris Steakhouses were almost equidistant from my hotel in opposite directions. I chose Morton's because I thought they had more interesting sides. plus they had sent me an email about a "Secret" Surf n' Turf menu they had. Be sure to reserve, especially if there's a convention in town. I could only book the patio, which was actually very nice and more subdued that the main dining room or bar area. Many diners were attending the same convention as me, as evidenced by the badges and bags some were still wearing or carrying. The "Secret" menu was actually a prix-fixe 3-course menu, with choices for each course. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, the filet mignon with lobster tail (plus a side), and the key lime pie. The shrimp cocktail seemed to be full-sized with 3 plump shrimp. I like how they put the horseradish on top of the cocktail sauce, so you could make it as spicy as you wanted. Every table gets a boule of very good onion bread. The filet and lobster were fine. The lobster tail was on the smaller side. I added "Oscar style" to the filet, so it was topped with crabmeat, asparagus and a Bearnaise sauce. I always go with creamed spinach and creamed corn as my sides when available. Morton's corn was truffled, both were fine. The key lime pie was a great tangy/sweet finish. Service was friendly although a bit spotty given the crowds. A good steakhouse and non-Disney choice for conventioneers.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to celebrate our 27th birthday here, and to say the very least--it was by far one of the best experiences we've ever had at a steakhouse. What truly made the evening unforgettable was our amazing server, Chris! His service was nothing short of phenomenal--10/10. His energy, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the menu were top tier. This is exactly the level of service you'd hope for in a restaurant of this caliber. We can't wait to come back and are crossing our fingers that we get lucky enough to have Chris as our waiter again! As for the food, we can definitely say it was delicious every single bite!!!

Yelp
It's been a hot minute since I've been to a Morton's, and I forgot how good it is. Sometimes a chain is popular for a good reason. This location near the Anaheim Convention Center was convenient and worth the trip. One salad option is a chopped wedge salad! What?!? That's an oxymoron people. But it takes all the work out of eating a delicious salad. Iceberg doesn't get its due but Hachi Machi, chopped up and tossed nicely with all the classic wedge ingredients and hot having a huge chunk land on your lap is worth ordering this salad. Steaks are steaks and nothing really stood out with Morton's vs the other chains. The Filet is never cut like the photo and looks like Picasso cut it. But that aside, it tasted great and was cooked correctly, but not the best part of the meal. The Sides are where it's at though. The lobster Mac n Cheese had some nice chunks of delicious lobster meat in it and was a nice complement to the meal. The mashed potatoes were also creamy and delicious (I wanted the loaded ones but some people at the table are heathens, apparently). But the Szechuan Green Beans stole the show. I will never call anyone string bean as a derogatory nickname anymore, only use it in high praise of someone based on how good this dish was. It was Legumazing and now a must order at any Mortons! I usually don't like when food touches each other on the plate, but that Szechuan sauce on the lobster Mac.... Oh man... Spicy and Cheesy together is new the PB and J! Like buffalo Mac n cheese elevated! Service was excellent with going through a few bottles of wine, glasses of water, anything else we needed. I though the waiter would have held me and burped me if I had asked him to. We were all too full for dessert so we skipped that, but what an excellent, indulgent meal at the expense of our companies! Gotta love it! But I'd gladly pay for this meal too, which says a lot!

Yelp
Went for the first time last week. Megan the host was welcoming and decorated our table for the birthday celebration. Our server Nick made great recommendations and took fantastic care of us. Leo kept an eye on us too making sure our drinks never ran low. It's always nice to see a leader actively helping their staff and keeping the experience memorable for the guests. Food was phenomenal, and dessert too. Everything was exceptional. We look forward to returning for our next special occasion. We don't live in anaheim but would return to this location because Nick and Leo treated us like family.

Yelp
Placed an order for pick up, an hour later they simply said we never got your order, if you still want it then wait another hour. Not one single apology or even attempt to explain what went wrong.

Yelp
We dined at Morton's for Christmas dinner, and overall the experience delivered on quality and execution. Josh, our server, was excellent--attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. While it did take longer than expected for our drinks and appetizers to arrive, the food itself was outstanding. The appetizers appeared to have been sitting for a bit, but the bacon and Rockefeller oysters were still excellent and full of flavor. The filet mignons were cooked to perfection and absolutely lived up to Morton's reputation. The truffle fries and onion rings were top tier and easily some of the best sides we've had. We finished with the chocolate cake, which was rich, well-balanced, and the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant was very loud and extremely busy, which is understandable given its close proximity to Disney, but it does impact the dining atmosphere. In terms of value, the pricing felt higher than expected even for Morton's standards, but it is what it is.

Yelp
Went for New Year's Eve dinner with my wife and son, food was good although it did take quite a while for us to get our main course. We finish eating and ask the waiter if he can pack up our leftovers in to go boxes, he returns with a bag and we go on our way, we don't notice until we got home that he forgot to pack our steaks. We get on the phone with them and they say we can come pick it up tomorrow. We call again the next day to see if we can just get it comped or refunded (don't want to make the 45min drive in the rain). Mind you we ordered a wagyu ribeye and a dry age ribeye and we only ate 2/3 pieces of each steak, the manager says she can't refund because they can't refund consumer goods and says we either pick it up or receive a $25 comp. $25 for a $140 steak and a $70 steak that were less than half way eaten. That's ridiculous

Yelp
We stopped at Morton's after a trip to Great Wolf Lodge and it ended up being one of the highlights of our weekend! We brought the kids and did more of a family-style dinner, ordered the tomahawk to share, and let each of the kids pick a side. They loved it. The food was amazing as always, and the family-style setup made it feel fun and special for everyone. The service was spot-on , professional, friendly, and made us feel totally at home, even with the kids in tow. Highly recommend Morton's for a great family dinner when you want to elevate the experience a bit. We'll definitely be back!
