Morton's The Steakhouse

There are differences in each Morton’s This one is definitely leagues above the Atlantic City location. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating. We were actually asked if we had a seating preference (booth or table). We always prefer a booth. Our waiter came over quickly to provide menus and take drink orders. We didn’t choose wine this time as the menu for by the glass is not a large selection. We ordered the Caesar salad, the Tomahawk for two and the smoked Gouda au gratin potatoes. The warm bread had a good taste was soft and flavorful. The food was delivered in good timing, accurate, and looked appetizing. The steak was a good cut, flavored just right. Had a proper amount of char on it and was perfect on the rare temperature . Although it advertises 36 ounces I guess the bone is most of the weight unfortunately . The Gouda smoked au gratin potatoes were quite good. The Caesar salad was creamy and the lettuce was fresh. The chocolate molten cake with ice cream was just average. It’s clearly not fresh made and just mass brought in. The coffee was good, hot and freshly made. We do enjoy Morton’s. We’ve eaten at several of their locations of variety of times like I had mentioned. This one is actually much better than the Atlantic City location. Food and atmosphere was enjoyable quiet enough where you can have a nice conversation. Very dimly lit, but you can see. Overall, one of the better steak options to have a good cut of meat. Our server Christopher was very accommodating and was very attentive. He checked on us without being too invasive. Management should acknowledge that he is a valued team member. Will be back.

I was dining alone at a table in bar area. Place was not busy, took more than 20 minutes to get a vodka tonic. I won't be returning. $115; you would expect elite attention for dinner but service is better at Texas Roadhouse for 1/3 the price. Food was good. Rack of lamb was awesome

Attended the Wagyu and whiskey and wine dinner last Saturday night. We had a great time. The only snafu was the 20 minutes to get seated for it.

The Cajun ribeye is excellent. One of the best steaks around. I had them slice it for me. Also had the oysters and loaded baked potato and enjoyed both. The service was very good as well. I had ordered bearnaise sauce. When I mentioned that it didn't pair well with the cajun seasoning they brought me a side of the blue cheese sauce at no charge and it was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Just celebrated our 31st anniversary. They from start to finish were awesome. Missy was our waitress. A+ for missy!!! Was a delight!!! The food was incredible . They made our anniversary special with a card .. hearts on the table and a picture of us . Definitely recommend !!! For a date night .. special occasion or just for dinner. Will be back !!!

Today, on Christmas Eve, I received an order from Morton’s The Steakhouse, and I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality and care reflected in my experience. My wife and I intentionally chose to dine out this evening to enjoy a special moment together before the holidays, taking time to connect and enjoy one another ahead of the busy days centered around our children. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expectations we had for such an occasion. Upon receiving our order, the food was cold and not prepared as requested. Given the reputation Morton’s holds as a Michelin-recognized, high-end steakhouse known for excellence, precision, and attention to detail, this was especially disappointing. The condition of the meal made it feel as though our order was rushed and not given the level of care typically associated with your brand. Regardless of how busy the restaurant may have been, customers should receive consistent quality and professionalism. This experience left us feeling undervalued, particularly on an evening that was meant to be memorable and enjoyable. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be addressed seriously and used as an opportunity to reinforce the standards Morton’s is known for. I would appreciate a response outlining how this matter will be resolved. Thank you for your time and attention.

We went tonight to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. We had Mark ( who ive known for a while now & love !). He always bring top tier service. Mark always makes you feel like you’re the only people in the room! The food was above & beyond! The chicken christopher is hands down our new favorite meal! The whole staff , from the moment we walked in the door, made our anniversary that much more special! Even the valet guy took photos for us! A Top-Tier New Year’s Eve at Morton’s KOP We decided to ring in the New Year at Morton’s The Steakhouse in King of Prussia, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the Philadelphia area. As frequent visitors of local steakhouses, this visit officially landed Morton’s in our Top 10 list. The Atmosphere & Drinks: We arrived a bit early for our 7:30 PM reservation and started at the bar. The Morton’s Margarita was fantastic! Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. My fiancé had a seasonal champagne-topped cocktail that was bright, festive, and delicious. It set the perfect tone for a celebratory night. World-Class Service: The front staff was prompt and professional, seating us right on time. We had the pleasure of being served by Rachel, who was truly the highlight of our evening. She was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about every menu item and drink pairing. A special shout-out to the Manager, who visited our table personally to pour and explain our California Red Wine Flight. Having that level of expertise and personal attention really elevated the meal, each wine in the flight was exceptional. The Food Appetizers: We started with the fresh oysters and the Wagyu meatballs. Both were 10/10 and highly recommended. The Steaks: We ordered the Dry-Aged Ribeye and the Cajun Ribeye. While the dry-aged was decent, the Cajun Ribeye was absolutely outstanding, a total "must-have." We topped them with the Truffle and Caymus butters, which added a rich, decadent finish. Sides: The Truffle Fries were a winner, especially when we followed the tip to ask for the garlic aioli....it takes them over the top! The only minor miss was the Brussels sprouts; they were a bit under-seasoned and could use a "lift" like feta, gorgonzola, or craisins to match the boldness of the other dishes. Final Verdict Thank you, Rachel, and the entire Morton’s KOP team for making our New Year’s Eve celebration so special. If you’re looking for a sophisticated night out with top-notch service and incredible steaks, this is the place. We will definitely be back!

I was shopping with a few people for a new bed at the King of Prussia Mall. We were hungry for dinner and were looking for somewhere to stop - we assumed that the nearby Cheesecake Factory would be crowded and have a wait, so we decided to go to Morton's The Steakhouse for dinner. We were seated in the middle of the dining room, which is quite dark, but adds to the restaurant's intimate atmosphere. It also had a view of the Phillies game, which was nice as I am a big fan. We got some warm bread fresh from the oven to start - a large and fluffy loaf of bread topped with dried onions. We also got a bottle of sparkling water for the table and it came with a variety of lemons for a tad of flavor, which was very nice. For my appetizer, I got the lobster bisque, which was really good. It was a perfect temperature that was not too hot, but definitely warm. The soup was really flavorful and went well with the tender and flavorful lobster. I got the Chicken Christopher for my entree, which was also great. The chicken was nicely breaded and tender; it came with a lemon that could be squeezed on top for a nice touch of tart flavor. It was served in what tasted almost like a light cream sauce, which added some good flavor to the tender chicken. I wanted to get dessert, but my meal filled me up so much. Therefore, I got the banana peanut butter bread pudding to go. I have not had it yet, but it looks good and was nicely boxed up. Our waitress, Missy, was very nice and kind. She was very professional, but also had a funny side. Altogether, Morton's The Steakhouse is a great steakhouse that serves fresh and tasty food in a nice atmosphere.

I had lobster bisque which was so flavorful and delicious along with an 8 Oz filet mignon as my main corse. The filet was like buyyer and one perfectly medium rare. However, it come with no vegetables...not even a dollup of fries or mashed potatoes. So it is very lonely looking just plopped in the middle of the plate. I ordered sautéed spinach and button mushrooms as a side order...$14. Ambiance is lovely

(Somewhat take this one with a grain of salt. Why? Because it was during KOP's restaurant week which is always going to make things different from the other 51 weeks out of the year.) Setup: Very easy to go on OpenTable about two weeks prior to make a reservation. Due to various scheduling commitments, the only time we could make work, was a weeknight at 8pm. Two days prior, the restaurant called to confirm the reservation and to confirm if there were any special occasions. Day of: The first impression of being here was extremely off-putting. Arena concert level noise volume between the background music and the overly packed restaurant itself. Nearly impossible to have a conversation with the people at your table unless you're nearly shouting let alone actually hearing the servers. Fwiw, this was a larger issue for us as we had excessively drunk & loud families of 6 & 8 on either side of us. Service: Kind of hit and miss. Two guys were taking care of us, and one was I guess training the other, but it was impossible to tell which was which as they were never working together. I.E., one time server A would bring the water pitcher to refill glasses while server B would just stand there. Then later on B would bring out the soups & salads while A just stood there doing nothing. Vary bizarre way to work. For the most part they kept things moving as well as possible with the exception of the end. Food: The restaurant week menu was good enough and had a decent cross section of things which should keep most people happy. From the starting comp. onion bread loaf to the soups/salads/steaks/chops it was all cooked to perfect temperatures and the add on extras of flavored butters are well worth it. One major hiccup. At the end, two people ordered the souffle for dessert. I guess the pastry staff was way, way behind on this and that held up the entire table from getting dessert for a solid 15-20 minutes. Speaking of dessert, while I guess the souffle is very good, fwiw, the Key Lime Pie is not. Very small and too sweet. Last I checked, lime should have some acidity to it, right? Another fun one is that if you're celebrating a special occasion, the hostess will come around and take a complimentary group picture for you and then write a small note on the inside of the sleeve. All good on the picture and while it is a nice touch, getting the name of the recipient correct would be nicer. (Still not sure who Phyillis is?) It's kind of hit and miss here. The food is certainly good but... I'm glad to have had it in a restaurant week price fixe format versus paying regular a la carte pricing. Way, way too long to wait for dessert and due to it being so busy there really was no ambiance because it was just too damn loud. Nothing like high end food with a Golden Corral atmosphere. Glad we tried it but once is probably enough.

it is always a great night when you dine at Morton's. our experience at the King of Prussia location was extra special thank to Missy who took care of us. we were out celebrating a birthday and Missy mDe it even more special with her thoughtfulness, kindness and warm personality. This was my first time trying a Morton's Steakhouse. I almost didn't go in based on the reviews but I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The server was very nice and provided great recommendations. I also liked the classy atmosphere. After a day of shopping, we weren't dressed the nicest so we jokingly said they strategically placed us in a room towards the back, away from the main room (another couple that was dressed casually like us was also there). I ordered a sangria which I liked. The star of the show for me was their delicious bread. The server knew how much I loved it and gave me an extra loaf to take home with my left overs. Our steak was delicious. I would definitely go to another Morton's in the future

Food is quite nice, everything else is horrible. If you buy and try to use gift cards - 1) You can't use them for online orders 2) They'll refuse to to do the takeout orders over the phone, in spite of #1 above 3) When you do use them, you have to manually write out the 16 digit number for each card (not kidding) First time I went, went in circles for 3 rounds for them to honor their own wine promotion on their own restaurant website. Second time, to use up these gift cards I tried to do takeout, was forced to go in and place the order at the bar. Was told 30 minutes, ended up being 1 hour. (see #2 above) Also, their (American) "wagyu" burgers absolutely don't taste like it. Those of us who know, even USDA prime has nice high fat content, these were dry. Probably counterfeit. You can look up the associates of the owners of Landry's to see what kind of people these are. Never coming back and will keep going to places like Fleming's and Ruth's Chris for large private dining events.

Amazing dinner! First time at this location. We used to frequent the New Orleans location for work dinners so I was happy to find out Morton's was in town. Service was top notch and the ambiance is exactly what you would expect from Morton's. A1!

Amazing Food. AMAZING SERVICE.. MARK our server was pure awesome sauce and we will be back. I also had the pleasure of meeting Chad to whom I think was a manager. Salmon cooked to perfection..mashed potatoes awesome always!! I also had the lamb chops! 2 meals don't judge...I'm a true foodie lol Lamp Chops came with asparagus very Tasty. Garlic Bread...Yummy with whipped butter of course! Throughly enjoyed my meals!!

Absolutely amazing from the beginning until the end! the service was top-notch. The food was was incredible. The atmosphere was wonderful. The general manager James is phenomenal. My husband and I had such a great dining experience. We Cannot recommend Mortons in King of Prussia enough!!

What an absolutely horrible experience! We ended up waiting TWO hours for our food and when the food arrived 2 of the 4 steaks were rare, NOT medium, (see picture) all of the steaks were warm at best and one of the side orders, the lobster Mac & cheese was already congealed. At this point my wife and I just ate what we could and took the steaks home to cook more and ate them the next day. (Again, didn't want to cause a scene.) After waiting 1 hour and 55 minutes I got up to talk to the manager and was told there was a glitch with their "ticket system " not allowing them to know that there were steaks on order. I found this to be far fetched because we had ordered appetizers and salads and they came out. Did they assume that the entire restaurant had just ordered appetizers and salads?!?!? Sheesh!! Oh, and during the TWO hour wait we were offered only one water refill. Truly a horrible experience. If we didn't have a couple we'd invited with us my wife and I would've left after an hour. We didn't want to cause a scene so we stayed. Despite the horrible service and food I still left a 23% tip for our waiter. I know, I know, I'm an idiot.

I love the food and staff at this location. The issue I have is with the fact they don't enforce the dress code. This is suppose to be a higher end restaurant. I don't like being at my table and seeing people in T-shirts and hoodies. If you come to this restaurant dress appropriately or sit in the bar. The front door staff needs to do their job and have customers follow the dress code which is clearly printed at the front door.

Fantastic service, drinks, and ambiance. We went again recently for my mother's birthday, and had a good time with prompt service. Unfortunately, my mother received a steak that was mostly gristle so she could not eat much, so it was disappointing as a birthday meal, but they did remove it from the check and provide a nice complimentary dessert. The menus were customized for the occasion as well, which was a nice touch.

First time here and even with Covid going on the staff was a delight! Food was good too. My favorite part was the drink & the lobster macaroni and cheese. Regardless of what restaurant I'm at I kind of get the same items because I like to compare which is better. This mac & cheese is top two of my favorites. The flavor was spot on you didn't need salt pepper or nothing. The crab cake was good but it was given to us at room temp I expected it piping hot. The mayo sauce that came with it wasn't right for me. It taste like it was missing something flavor wise. The manager was so friendly he took our picture & gave to us. He pulled table out so we can get inside the booth and was a sweetie.

Went here for date night and it seemed like everything was going to go well...until my table and the table next to us saw a mouse run across the room and then back across again. The other table had already finished up their food but we had only just had our appetizers. The host/manager was very nice about it and comped the meal but unfortunately that ruined our experience. Service was great though

The food was amazing but service was awful and the staff was doing more than one thing. I felt uncomfortable in the dining room because the music was too loud, the people were too loud. And it was super dark in there. Also me and my family felt neglected. I would have rather went back to my homeland.

You guys need to take a page out of Ruth Chris' Steakhouse and figure out how to serve your steaks and sides HOT. The service was fine but the noise level is too much. I can deal with the noise level, but the lukewarm food leaves me COLD. I see that warm food is a regular complaint. I would think by now you would have figured out a way to serve sizzling steaks and hot sides. Thank you.

I could have sworn I reviewed this particular location but after checking my Center City review, I realize...I never did. When this was considered the newer 'Pavilion' side of the mall (I'm not sure if that word even exists for this mall anymore) I used to walk by Morton's on the first floor when I was trying to get to XandO (or I think it was called Cosi by then.)* It was just a solid closed door and for some reason, I was intimidated by this. So when one of my co-workers way back when asked if I would like to join her and another co-worker here for dinner on her gift card, I jumped at the chance to finally walk through that door. The three of us managed to grab a nice leather banquette and I'm pretty sure everyone surrounding us was male, in suits, settling in after a long day of work. I'm happy to say we were doing the same, and it felt good. Even better, a friend was our server for the evening, and she made sure we were well taken care of. One of us ordered Steak Diane, a filet mignon, and yes, I had chicken. We split three sides and pretty much demolished everything in sight, if not daintily. I do believe we ordered that hot chocolate molten lava cake (I can't even get the name correct but we enjoyed this) and we sat back and relaxed after we feasted. Damn, I miss the days when I made good money, even though this was on a gift card. *I should point out the time line for this visit was 2004-5 or so when I know these places existed.

Here's a why I'm giving Morton's a five star rating.... The service was great overall. The food was very good! I ordered the Cajun ribeye and OMG I had the wow effect. I don't rarely eat any beef and my oh my it's was 10/10. The sides were good also, the creamed spinach was very good.

Morton's is just a no-go for me. I decided to treat my husband to dinner for Valentine's day and he decided he would like to try Morton's. I made a reservation and we were seated right away. He ordered the ribeye and I ordered the short rib. We got scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach as our sides and shared a chocolate type dessert. He also got a drink and I got some hot tea. The creamed spinach was just awful, I couldn't even finish the bite and my husband wasn't a fan either- a complete waste of $13. The scalloped potatoes also needed seasoning. There didn't even appear to be salt and pepper on them. Just tasteless. My short rib was served on a bed of pasta which was tasteless but the short rib itself was very good. My husband also did enjoy his steak. Dessert was overly sweet and service was a bit slow when waiting for a check. We also didn't appear to have any of the Valentine's day decor that some of the other tables had or get our photo taken even though on my reservation I said we were celebrating Valentine's. Overall for the price tag of $185. I expect a lot more. No thanks I won't be back.

Horrible experience. I understand it get busy but for you to wait around an hour to find out they forgot to start your food is even worse. On top of that when our food came out super late they forgot to put sides in again. When the manager asked how the service was I explained to him it was horrible and i was going to leave a review and he said, oh I was going to adjust your check like if he was trying to bribe me. This was the worst Mortons I been to. The service= 0 The food= 0

We come here every December as a tradition with our family for dinner after shopping and to celebrate our daughter in laws birthday. We ordered champagne to toast and a bottle of wine for dinner. Food was good but service was lacking. An appetizer and a soup never came and we were told she would check on it. Just before our entrees arrived the soup showed up along with a drop off of the dessert menu. As for the missing appetizer...we never got it. The restaurant was busy and we felt rushed. For fine dining this wasn't the experience we were hoping for. Also, don't be seated at the table closest to the restroom!

Food was great and the portions are large. The service was excellent even though the bartender became extremely busy during Happy Hour. She did her best to service everyone without tang help!

We arrived at Morton's around 45 minutes early, excited to enjoy fine dining and hand crafted drinks. Our anticipation quickly turned into disappointment. A terrible restaurant experience. I'll give credit to our waiter who clearly was in the weeds and struggling with back of the house issues. He did try, but there is something wrong with how this restaurant is operated. The hostess stand is not protected from the cold when guests go through the vestibule and cold air blasts down the hallway to the entry of the dining area. A fine dining establishment should have a heater device over the door so your hostess and the guests seated near the dining area aren't chilled with cold air blasts. We arrived at the bar area, grabbed a high-top, and waited for over 15 minutes before just going to the bartender to order drinks. In the 45 minutes we arrived early, we only had enough time for one drink, let alone an appetizer. We were seated near the dining area entry and were consistently chilled by aforementioned cold air blasts. The waiter come over immediately and handed us menus but then we did not see him for at least 20 minutes. We could tell the guy was in the weeds since he was perspiring profusely and obviously in a hurried state. He was trying to leave to attend to other tables but we interjected and ordered another round of drinks. By the time he returned with our drinks 20 minutes later, were ready to order the entire meal. We waited another 20 minutes for bread and water (40 minutes from being seated). We ordered two appetizers, lobster bisque, and salads. These appetizers took well over an hour to arrive, and we were completely ignored by our waiter during this time. Enter another hour pause where we consumed our drinks and bread waiting for the entrees to arrive. Before they did, the manager FINALLY came over and I stated my grievances (this is at the 2+ hour mark). I said that we had been waiting for over two hours and still no entrees. He offered to buy us another round of drinks. I declined stating we had been there for two + hours and I had to drive home, and that he could TAKE OFF a round of drinks from our bill. The waiter told us a few times that our food was "the next ticket" but that clearly was not the case. During the meal, many waiters were congregating around the open kitchen just milling about waiting for their food orders. Like I said above this restaurant is poorly operated. Waiter offered to comp us dessert (seriously, what is with some restaurants using the cheap "comp dessert" ploy? Do you think I want to stay there any longer? They should discount the overall bill!). We finally received our entrees around 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Wife's ribeye was undercooked. We finished our meals and dessert and left. $500 mistake that I'll never make again.

I came here with a small group over the weekend--not for any special occasion, just to try it out. They have a very strict 25% maximum capacity restriction in terms of seating (during COVID) which is completely understandable. There is also a fairly strict dress code, and a sign on the hostess table when you first walk in regarding what can and can't be worn. Morton's has done a good job to create a fine dining, elegant atmosphere. The prices are high, which is expected for a restaurant of this caliber, but the loss of two stars in this review is the imbalance between the high cost and the quality of food--specifically our main steak entrees. For apps, we ordered the wagyu meatballs, bacon-wrapped scallops (delicious), and crab cake. We were very impressed. In my table, three out of five in our party ordered the Porterhouse steak, medium rare ($70). All of us got a steak that was extremely rare, and very much bloody and uncooked on the inside (picture shown). For the amount of money we had paid for our steak, it was disappointing that 0% of us received what we ordered. I had a bite of the cajun ribeye which was very nice and well-seasoned (our waiter Josh did a great job explaining that it's marinated for 60 hours, which cuts the spiciness of the cajun seasoning blend) and cooked as requested. Ultimately I couldn't finish my steak because it was too bloody, but brought it home and recooked it so it was more of my preference in terms of done-ness. The crème brulee was very good as well, though a bit too sweet for my taste, but the raspberries were all big and fresh. In conclusion, it was a nice experience--our waiter Josh and manager Jason were very friendly and professional--but I would not spend the money again to come back.

Came here for dinner with friends during KOP restaurant week. It ended up being our last hoorah before coronavirus shut the world down, so i'm glad we went. Morton's is located in the court side of the mall, but it has its own seperate entrance as well. It has the typical high end steak house atmosphere. We had a reservation and were seated relatively quickly. The restaurant week menu was $40 a person for for three courses. There was also a higher end fix prixe menu for $65 a person where you got to add a seafood to your steak, my husband and my friend both got suckered into doing that. I say suckered because I looked it up and this menu is offered not during restaurant week at $99 per couple. So, they actually paid more money during restaurant week, I can't really blame Morton's, it's a marketing gimmick. I was going to order a cocktail, but they were all $16, no thank you. We started off with fresh bread. The bread was onion flavored and absolutely delicious. For my starter, I had the Caesar salad. The salad was great and a good sized portion. For my entree, I had the six ounce filet. It was good but not the best I have ever had. My main complaint was that it was cooked unevenly, I ordered it medium and about half of it was medium and half of it was medium well. My husband had a lobster tail with his which I got to try and that was very good. The sides were pretty big and I got to try most of them. I ordered the horseradish potatoes, which I really liked. You couldn't really taste the horseradish which was fine by me because i'm not a big fan, but another person in my party didn't like that. I also tried the au gratin potatoes and the broccoli, both really good. For dessert, I had the key lime pie which was great. My husband's got their "legendary" hot chocolate cake, which was good, but nothing special, surprised they call it legendary. Overall, I would say Morton's ranks middle of the road among the high end steakhouses in KOP, i'd rank it below Ruth Chris or Capital Grille, but better than Sullivan's. Also, our waiter did a great job and was very attentive.

We went for a special birthday dinner and overall this was a disappointing meal. Appetizers: Shrimp cocktail: these were amazing and the highlight of our dinner. Large shrimp with cocktail sauce were delicious Onion rings: served luke warm and could have used a bit more seasoning Crab cakes: also luke warm and not very tasty Dinner: Filet mignon: cooked perfectly with a nice char. Needed more seasoning. Was chewy (and not tender at all) Baked potato: still hard and needed about 30 minutes more cooking. String beans: nice and garlicky although a bit too greasy Dessert: We had a trio of berries (not very fresh); cheesecake - nothing special; chocolate hazelnut mouse in a chocolate cup - mouse was a bit too loose and couldn't taste the hazelnut at all - chocolate cup was too hard and awkward to eat (couldn't break it with a spoon) Drinks: Ordered a toasted almond which was delightful Also had a Diet Coke Service: Couldn't find our server when we needed anything (a new fork, etc).. Had to find server to get refills on soda or water. It the service we'd expect from Mortons. Overall, a disappointing dinner. Surprised as we've always had a lovely dinner here.

This place does it right. Waited less than 10 minutes after arriving for reservation on a Sat night. Staff is very friendly and professional. Water/ drink services were a bit slow all night but that is literally the only thing I could imagine to say not great about the experience. Went for my bday and on the menu they printed my name! Oysters were heavily fresh and salty. Filet mignon med rare was perfection and the blue cheese butter on top just sealed the deal. It was tender inside crunch out. Scalloped potatoes were on point, could taste the Gouda but still good standard scalloped potatoes. Coffee was strong and had a great flavor and another really nice touch is they let you pick a free dessert on the house not just like a "birthday" dessert they pre-made. This is 100% worth the money when you want to celebrate something special and trust it'll be an incredible experience.

Went for Restaurant week. Were treated like 2nd class diners. Both waiters and managers couldn't have cared less. Guess they didn't want us. Poor thing is we've gone before, paid full price and service and food great. Guess they only want orders with big tips.

The ONE place to go when you crave a great steak to accompany a very special bottle of wine. I love to bring business associates and people from charities I support to Morton's, just to,show them how I appreciate them. The sides are spectacular too and so are the seafood selections. I regret they no longer offer the Porterhouse steak, because this is a favorite of mine, but the Filet Mignon with Sauce Bearnaise fire me just fine these days. The ambiance is upscale and there's a special room for large groups, so the noise levels are nice and low in the main dining rooms. The service and management could not be better -- for both the food and wine. Glassware is first class, and that special bottle will be opened and treated with highly professional care. Need a decanter or ice bucket? It's there. I can't to say enough about Morton's, whether it's a birthday. Christmas dinner or simply if you're in the mood for a special night out and want to be treated like a kind and queen.

Numerous issues last visit. Bartender was good but clearly understaffed. Crab cake served with wrong sauce (not mustard), scallops not served with apricot chutney, had to ask; one scallop was 1/6 the size of the others (not presented well). Wedge under dressed. Mediocre drinks for the price; won't return.

My first time here. Absolutely terrible. 90 minutes waiting for entrees. Wait staff was friendly, but non existent after bringing appetizers. Over priced for what you get. Being in the restaurant business I was very surprised at the lack of customer service. Not even a visit to our table from the manager to apologize, or at the very least a comp drink or appetizer. Spent over $500. Will not be visiting again.

Used to be a goto back in the day, now just a craphouse! Took some friends there for dinner, I left embarassed and ashamed. I order the chicken dish, it was so dried out that I was literally unable to cut it with a steak knife. All of the food, entrees and sides, were precooked and reheated (i.e. leftovers). Plus, way understaffed, the garbage took 4 hrs. to arrive! My wife's lobster tail was burnt, all of the steaks were overcooked due to being re-heated. Never again!

This was my first trip to Morton's and some things were great, while others were not. I had never been to a Morton's but had asked my husband to reconsider. Over 20 years ago, he had a meal there that was described as "disappointing". I finally convinced him that things must have improved by now, so let's give it a try. I enjoy going to nice restaurants and this one had been on my list for a while. Mekalah was great and we really enjoyed the round of cocktails we ordered. Then, the steaks arrived. Why, oh WHY Morton's did you have to do this to me? Of all the steaks that night, you had to undercook ours. My husband ordered the Cajun Ribeye medium and I ordered the 12oz Filet medium well. My husband's meal was raw. We are not those people that don't understand the different ways of cooking a steak. His looked like Ahi Tuna, it was so red. Mine was done medium and not cooked enough either. Two managers initially visited our table and we said everything was fine. That was on us. I don't like sending food back and we both have a range of what is acceptably cooked. But my husband's steak was far worse. It was so raw it was probably unsafe to eat. He discovered this as he had cut further into it. At this point, we told Mekalah and the manager was sent back to our table. He really did offer an a sincere apology and said they would recook it. The managed agreed that it absolutely was not cook correctly. My husband didn't want to wait for it to be cooked further so he refused. I understand that the restaurant was trying to make things right. When you refuse those efforts, that puts them in a more limited spot. I personally didn't agree with his decision not to send it back. In hindsight, they both should have been sent back. The restaurant comped our dessert, which they really didn't need to do. It would have been much better if the steaks were cooked correctly in the first place. When you are paying $65 for a piece of meat, there really isn't a whole lot of room for mistakes. When "STEAK house" is in your name, it really should be done correctly. That was the problem with our table. When you charge premium price, people want premium results. On the car ride home, my husband said "Well, I guess I'll try it in another 20 years". Morton's you messed up here. I convinced him to go, which could have turned into a regular thing if the cook hadn't served raw steak. I feel so let down. Everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed the cocktails, wine, sides, dessert and hospitality. Unfortunately the main event completely blew it. A star is lost for that and you lose another one since I had to listen to it the whole car ride home. I'd come back with a friend or for a work event, but I'm going to get my husband through those doors again.

Not that great. Went with my wife on a recent Saturday evening. Atmosphere just didn't feel like fine dining for some reason. Food is hit or miss. We had the French onion soup (not much taste) and wedge salad (too much dressing) to start off. I had the 8 oz filet (average) and wife had the chicken (average). Sides were good though (nice portions). For a high end steak house the steak has to be better. 2nd time I have visited this location and the steak was no better than Outback! Lastly, service was quick and accommodating.

Very disappointing. The service was extremely slow. We waited for an hour and a half before getting our food which was awful considering how expensive it is there. 3/4 meals that we had were raw and cold in the middle. The staff was very apologetic which we appreciated but overall not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

Been here on occasion since the opened about 20 years ago, a favorite date night spot! The filet and huge beefsteak tomato appetizer are my favorite!

A total disaster. Warm oysters. Sent back. Porterhouse steak, served at room temp. White Russians not prepared correctly. Manager that doesn't give 2 shits. 600 dollars of pure misery. Never again.

Foul. Avoid this place unless paying money for butter cooked in butter is your thing. Everything I ordered (from the side of mushrooms to the undercooked slab of meat) was soaked in butter. Everything lacked any spice or pizzazz. (Prices are expensive, but that's a given for Morton's.) On the positive side, our server (Chinyeri) was great. Their other locations (San Juan, PR and Philadelphia, PA) are reportedly better. If you're an alcoholic, come here for happy hour as their cocktails are great - try their martini appletini! I had a Montevina white zinfandel which was smooth as silk.

Excellent Service! Our waiter, George was excellent! He was very friendly, his recommendations were perfect and he was humorous while maintaining his professionalism. When I return I will definitely request to be seated in his area. One of the staff members even took my picture and gave it to me inside of a Morton's Birthday Card. That was the icing on my bday cake! The ambiance was great, the food was delicious and the staff was superb.

First time dining at Morton's. Kop. As far as restaurants in the area, there are many options, especially pertaining to getting a quality steak, but I decided to make a reservation for Morton's and give it a shot. For starters, my girlfriend and I had a new server. She was open about her being new right from the start. I really like that she informed us of her being a new hire. She had a server shadowing her giving her pointers but I feel she did an excellent job nonetheless. Sadly I forget both their names. Water, bread, and alcohol was served to us within minutes of sitting down. I had a dozen oysters that definitely hit the spot for starters. Our entrees were both the 7oz wagyu filet with 3 sides consisting of truffle fries, lobster Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. Steaks were cooked exactly how we asked. Sides were all delivered hot. For dessert we had two lava cakes with ice cream which was delicious as well.They informed us it takes about 20 minutes to make the dessert so we could order in advance but I'm not one to rush a good meal - I like to enjoy my food. At the end of the meal I felt very satisfied with our dining experience as well as our servers. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys fine dining at a quality steakhouse

I paid $200 for a to-go dinner, and ended up throwing 75% of the steak in the trash. I don't know what kind of bottom-tier meat you're using, but it's lower grade than Outback and Longhorn. The steak was absolutely disgusting. The steak itself cost $77. I would've have paid $10 for it. I also ordered my $77 steak rare. It was far from. Poorly cooked, low quality meat. That's what you gave me. There's another steak house across the street from you that is cheaper and vastly superior. Needless to say, I'll never be back. You don't get a second chance after an experience like that. I wish I could file an actual grievance against you. I can't believe you serve food like that, and at those prices. When you set a price of $77 for a New York Strip, you set a certain expectation of excellence. Then you serve up actual garbage. I live 10 minutes from your location. The travel time had nothing to do with it.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here last Sunday, so I will try to be very specific for why I gave them the rating I did. Minus one star- We walked in through the inside mall entrance and nobody was there to greet us. There was only a sign at the front hostess stand indicating to go to the hostess stand at the back of restaurant. So we had to walk through all the diners not knowing where we were going, which was very awkward. Even Outback Steakhouse, where you pay far less $$, makes people feel more welcome by always having a greeter at the front stand. Minus one star - Both our steaks were overcooked and came out well done (we asked for them to be medium). If your claim to fame is steak, you had best get that right. Minus one star - Lighting was WAY too dim to the point where diners at three separate tables had to use their iPhone flashlights to read the menu. Caesar salad dressing was WAY too fishy from the amount of anchovies in it and the small slices of bread that came with the salad were way too tough and dry; we received no bread and butter even though we asked our waitress twice for it. On the plus side, the Palm Passion martini was amazing! Maybe they were just off their game that night or other people have lowered the bar for expectations of 5 star service. I would save your hard-earned cash and spend it at another upscale steakhouse like Sullivans, where we have had two previous stellar experiences.

Was worried from reading some past reviews on this Morton's during my hunt for a fine dinning Steakhouse. I was scrambling to make reservations since I under estimated a busy Saturday at the King of Prussia Mall area. All the other Steakhouse had better reviews where all booked. Morton's was the only one left that had a reservation available. We were all so happy at the end of meal and really enjoyed the food and private room that they sat us down in. That worked out perfectly since we went there for our daughters birthday. So the private room felt special for us all like it was a planned booking by me for my daughter. Lol. The hostess was very friendly and keep us updated on wait time. Even though we told her we are 15 minutes early for our reservation. Which we only waited 15 minutes to when our reservation time was anyway. She spoke to me addressing me by my last name while she walked us to our private room. Our waiter Rex, was also friendly and cordial and answered all questions asked. Rex asked if there was an occasion in regards to visit, we told him it was our daughters birthday. Rex said great and happy birthday and her desert later will be on the house. Awesome experience again so far. My wife and I order the $129.00, 35 oz Morton's Center cut to share. After eating some bread and having some drinks, Rex came back and told us that they tan out of our Center cut order and if it was okay for them to replace it with 2-22oz bone in ribeyes for the same price as above. Also no problem and we got more steak for the same amount. And all steaks ordered during dinner was delicious. So we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the experience and professionalism you would expect eating at a fine dining restaurant.

WE meet some friends here that we had not seen in over a year and excited about going out. WE met at the bar and shared a cocktail, then proceeded to our table I had noticed that on this past saturday night the dinning room was not even half full unusual for a typical Sat Night. It took awhile for our server to attend to us for drink or wine we did end up going with a bottle of wine, that of course they where out of but mangers recommendation of a sub was fine. When our server returned to take our order I was waiting for the nights specials, there where none ok. I ordered a caesar salad, steak and lobster and a few sides. The romaine had rust in the veins of the lettuce I ignored this detailed not to make a big deal of it in front of our guests. I ordered my steak mid rare to medium it arrived Rare no big deal I sent it back for a redo, it then came out med well:( Here is the one items on how do you screw this item up my lobster tail had heat to it??? After several bites I realized it had been dusted with cayenne seasoning in place of paprika by mistake. I was able to figure that out because my dinning partner had gotten a cajun ribeye for his entree. I had mentioned it to our server who did nothing about this mistake I was minimally expecting a manger to come by and apologize. But you see that would have also required the manger who was sitting in the next booth over enjoying wine with some co workers to get up, I m not making this up. Overall the meal was fine but next time it will be back to capital grill for a better dinning experience.

I've gotten three meals here recently, all in the company of Lindsey, a good worker and enjoyable company. I got the filet with the cognac- peppercorn sauce, the cajun ribeye and the twin lobster tails. All were terrific as was the friendly environment.
