On the outside, it may not look like much but there are stalls in Morty's Food Court that will churn out the flavour day in, day out.
The Asian food stalls seem to be pretty busy all the time with high foot traffic, however I must highlight Sri Narayana Indian Cuisine for their crisp, fresh and delicious Masala Dosa.
There is an easy way to tell if a dosa is stale, but in this instance, it was far from that - it definitely was freshly and hygienically prepared. The Dosa batter was fresh, as were the potatoes used in the stuffing.
Presentation was as authentic as receiving it in a local Chennai eatery. Nothing fancy or dressed up, just simple flavours on a steel plate!
I went back a couple of days later to try the Veg Korma with rice in a meal. Again, fresh and hot. The flavours may have been toned down for an Aussie palette, however, still a decent amount of spice and flavour to satisfy a South Asian diner.
Thank you for a wholesome meals, I'll be sure to visit again.
