Delicious! Made to order slice or whole pizza. Relaxed, townie atmosphere!

The wings are so juicy & the perfect size. My pepperoni pizza is delicious I love that the marinara tastes house made. The wings are so good & customer service was great.

Used to go as a kid and going back, it still has a very nostalgic feel. Everything is still the same, and everyone is super nice. Food is perfect!!

Just bought the driest Philly cheese. No mayo, ketchup, tomato, nothing. Just meat and cheese. When I asked for condiments they proceed to give me just ONE. Never coming back honestly.

Came here for the first time and from the time I called to ask questions and walked in the door, JAMES was amazing! I’ve passed this place several times and I haven’t noticed it. The food including desserts were great! I tried a cider for the first time also. They came to our table several times to make sure everything was okay. The lady who brought us our food and drinks was super kind also. They brought out the food as it came up so everything was HOT. James was able to offer helpful suggestions. He advised us that everything is made in house: the dough, sauces ect. The only thing they don’t do is raise the animals Haha! I will definitely be back for the experience itself. It’s small inside but they have lots of seating space indoor and outdoor. We had the Philly & sweet potato fries, chicken fingers and fries, pizza and wings!

Google
Another diner type restaurant. The pizza is the best, they sell good pizza by the slice. The service staff are really nice too. Atmosphere is a little tight, but you can almost always find seating. It's perfect in a pinch, especially when you don't want to cook.

Google
Mo's is a true neighborhood joint. The food is solid. The pizza is classic ameican pizza with a wide variety of ingredients. The fish sandwich is great. They've a full menu with salads, sandwiches, and calzones. They've beer, wine, fun soft drinks, and regular beverages. Wheelchair accessibility is doable, but call ahead. The staff is sassy and fun. Most patrons are regulars. They're caring and supportive. If you want to watch a game, this is a good place to do it. They've also a patio. There's limited parking. One note, especially for Wheelchair patrons: restrooms are outside through a separate door on the building's southwest side.

Google
First time here, literally down the street from us. I think we found our new pizza spot. The service was great. They are friendly and make sure we are okay with our stuff. The prices are good as well. We ordered a lasagna, medium margarita pizza, 2 slice pepperoni, a cupcake and 3 drinks. And it added up to $50 couldn’t beat that. The atmosphere was great. Football game was on and people were here for it so my son liked that. Didnt take any pictures besides the cupcake because we ate the whole thing lol

Yelp
If I could give it a million stars I would I absolutely loved it the food was amazing homemade down to the ranch and we had a warm welcome as soon as we walked in 10/10!

Yelp
I think the pizza itself is pretty good but has its up and downs. Unfortunately the pizza is hit or miss with some days being very good and some days being not as good as the good days. I do think that it is a nice neighborhood spot especially since it has its locals that come very often. The service is pretty good and has good waiters and servers. Overall, I think with a solid rotation of cooks this place could be very good and bring in more locals.

Yelp
I've ordered delivery and pickup from this place a couple of times and have had great experiences every time! I usually get the deluxe slices and man are they good. This is a hole in the wall place for pizza that I will come back to over and over again.

Yelp
Food ready when you indicated a time. The Hamburgers are the best I have had in this area in years. Staff very cordial

Yelp
This place is super cute and so family and kid friendly. The house chips were so good and the salad as well. We ate here today! The real hit is the pizza that didn't make the picture but was GONE in 10 minutes. The pizza is fresh and very very good. This very much could be a spot for a family on a cute Friday and Saturday evening.

Yelp
We went got a quick takeout dinner from Mo's on a Thursday night because we didn't feel like cooking. It's definitely pizza but it is not amazing pizza. It is very conveniently located but that was probably the highlight. We got two pizzas (with various toppings) and one Caesar salad and the total for takeout was almost $50. This was outrageous for what it was. There are certainly better pizza places in Atlanta. Go the extra 5 minutes to get something better

Yelp
I tried Mo's pizza for the first time last week and I must say the food is very good that's why I had to try it again. The service is good and easy going. Food is prepared very fast. The prices are very fair and affordable as well. The only thing I could complain about is their wings. Albeit it is a pizza restaurant which I typically stray away from any restaurant that sells wings if that's not their specialty especially being in Atlanta. The wings were decent the first time the second time I did not like. A little frugal with the sauce lol and they are good but they just aren't the greatest. All in all the food is good tho and very convenient.

Yelp
Best pizza I have had in a long time! Customer service is always exceptional! They have a laid back atmosphere where the customers are chill!!!! You have a customer in me.

Yelp
Food smells nice in here but service isn't the greatest. Still waiting as I type this for help after standing here about 30 minutes and 3 workers and not a single one acknowledged me.

Yelp
Hey folks! I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. My personality is like I want every small business to grow and pprosper and be successful. However, sometimes the small business is so slipshod in the way they conduct business that it's actually disrespectful towards customers and takes advantage of customers, the owner is a nice enough guy however, everything about his place is put together with two sticks and a string, holding it together. The menu items are concocted and put together like a three-year-old might..The dining room is extremely uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom is **outside the building around the back** like an old-school gas station. Honestly, we should've walked out, needless to say we will never be back. Don't waste your time.

Robert V.

Yelp
Service was great, pizza was good... but not worth the price tag of a new window on my car that got smashed in and items stolen, in broad daylight, in a relatively busy parking lot. We were only inside for about 30 minutes. Sounds like smash and grabs happen frequently at this place. No cameras on location. Won't be returning.

Yelp
The food and ambiance is great. Their homemade chips are my favorite. They also have good sandwiches and pizza.

William P.

Yelp
Excellent pizza and chicken sandwiches I have had love those everything here is homemade deliciousness All of their pizzas are my favorite but the grilled chick sandwiches are delicious cooked perfectly.

Yelp
Mo's Pizza was delicious and the best part it's right down the street from us. We were craving a pizza on one of our crazy GA monsoon days so we decided to give it a try. We were already out so we stopped by and ordered Togo. We were greeted with a warm welcome immediately when we walk in. We were in between on ordering a medium or large for the two of us so we asked the waitress her opinion. She said a medium could work but they have $5 off all larges on Monday's! Such a great deal. So we ordered a Large Mo's Deluxe and they let us customize it some. The pizza was around $17. While we waited I had a 16oz Blue Moon (which was $4.50). Our Pizza was ready in about 15 mins. The regular Mo's Deluxe is sausage, peppers, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. We substitute the extra cheese and onions for spinach and tomato's. I thought the pizza was really good however I would've liked a little bit more crispy next time. The sauce was tasty and the toppings were fresh. I definitely cant wait to go back to try their other pizzas and items on the menu!

Yelp
This place is pretty rough. Locations nice and the staff were alright despite seeming overworked, but there is just too much good food in this area to justify stopping here. We got 2 pizza slices, a sub, and 2 beers. cheese pizza was fine but the veggie was really overloaded with raw-ish toppings and too much cheese. The Italian sub ingredient choices were questionable. House Lager tasted really watered down. Dining area was pretty small, and the tables were somewhat sticky. I'd recommend take out as it can get incredibly cramped. The price point of this place suggests a higher quality of pizza but sadly that isn't the case. This place sits below even national pizza chains, which is saying something. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the homemade chips were excellent. But unless you're looking for chips, avoid.

Yelp
Angelica's great customer service & wonderful energy! Will be coming back! Total bombshell

Yelp
This pizza is super good and they had good alcohol and the cupcake was perfect. I will definitely be back

Yelp
we've eaten here many times. Great pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Pros: Great location Desserts are pretty good Variety of food options Cons: Horrible customer service!! The older lady at the front is very sweet. The younger front service staff (female) is very rude and lacks professionalism. No matter how good the food is, bad customer service will not allow me to return.

Yelp
Good pizza, lots of cheese, flavor is bold. Price was decent for medium pepperoni pizza

Yelp
I live too close to not crave pizza! Very good food. My kids love it there and when I bring it home!

Richard K.

Yelp
I really wanted to like Mo's Just moved close by and they have a varied menu Have tried 2 sandwiches 2 pizzas and a pasta on 3 separate visits. It's just not very delicious. At its penultimate it barely attains ordinary status. The people seemed ok ( not very friendly... but ok), the location and parking are great, just not the food.

Yelp
We were looking for a NY style pizza place and stumbled across Mo's on Google. Amazing! The pizza was delicious. Thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of toppings. The sauce was fresh and not overpowering. Oh, and the staff was sooo friendly and the place was super clean! LOVE IT!

Yelp
This is in our neighborhood. We come here a couple of times a month. There are several places near us where we can have a slice and a beer. This is our go to. The beer is cold and fresh. The food is decent and well priced. But, the real reason we come is that the servers Erica and Brandy are always happy to see us and incredibly capable. If this is not the "Cheers" pizza place in our neighborhood (aka where everyone knows your name), it's close. The recently upgraded deck is also a plus.

Yelp
Came with a friend who suggested Mo's Pizza, and so I tagged along. We both got their daily special, which is not on their menu, and changes frequently. This day the daily special was a slice of pizza (one topping) and a side salad. I added peporoni on my slice, and got italian dressing for my salad. Salads came out first, and it was a nice sized salad! The italian dressing was actually kinda sweet (flavor wise), which threw me off....or maybe it's my tastebuds. But the salad was fresh, had big cuts of veggies and the lettuce was crisp. The pizza came out, thin crust, and also crispy. It was hard to see the peperoni, but I could taste it. The crust remaining was a little too crispy, and was flirting with hard/overdone, but it was an okay slice. Mo's is located right at the corner of Clairmont and Briarcliff (just behind the chevron gas station), with a personal lot and quite a few spaces. Getting into/out of the lot is no problem whatsoever. Customer service at Mo's is pretty good. Everyone is attentive, and many of them have great sense of humors, so it's always a few smiles/laughs around. I think Mo's does its job of being a local pizza joint where you can grab a slice and be about your way. I don't really consider this a gourmet style of pizza, just a place to munch and run. For that, they do just fine in my opinion.
google avatar

Parnika B.

Yelp
Not worth it. We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas and they were ok in taste. The quantity of the toppings was less and the margherita did not have any base sauce on it. It was like eating tomatoes on a dough! I mean who messes up margherita

Doug S.

Yelp
Came across this place last year and 100% recommended. They have a broad menu offering much more than their signature pizza . Today I tried the avacado wrap and it was phenomenal. Great job guys!

Yelp
TL;DR - Based on the food, service, and price, I wouldn't recommend Mo's as there are plenty of other pizza spots to spend your time and cash. Food: I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage ($16.50). It was ok. Taste-wise, I would say it's better than fast food chain and worse than fellini's/mellow mushroom. Might as well go down the street to fellinis. Service: I think this is where Mo's struggled for me the most. I phoned in the order around 4:30pm. The woman who took my order was audibly busy, so I understand if things sound curt when there's a lot going on. When I arrived to pick up my order, the attitude was the same curt approach except there weren't that many customers. About 2 tables, and 2 other customers for take out, and another worker on the floor with her. I let her know that I'm picking up a medium, and she said I placed an order for a large. But that she'll charge me a medium anyway. I was thankful and tipped her extra to make up for the price difference. But turns out that was for nothing because she came out to hand me a medium pizza anyway.

Yelp
I had gotten a few slices on Thursday so it wasn't my first choice but on Sunday nowhere else was open so we decided why not? both our pizza and sub sandwiches were amazing the drinks were cold and the staff was very friendly. they even let us stay a few minutes after closing and we had a wonderful time as usual this is one of the hidden gems in my area.

Yelp
My wife and I went here with our family tonight and it was a great little spot. It is located just off of highway 85 and Clairmont. When we arrived, it definitely had a "local neighborhood joint" feel to it. There is plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of. We pulled right into a spot in close proximity to the front door. When we walked inside we were greeted by the lovely staff behind the counter where you order. The menu is located on the first wall on your right when you come in the door. It is a decent size menu with plenty of options. You can build your own pizza, choose a specialty pie, sandwich, salad, or special of the day. We ordered two 14 inch pizzas and a Greek salad that was big enough to feed 4 people, and some cold beers. The first pizza we ordered was a Margherita pizza and we added chicken. The pizza was good but I thought could have been better with sun dried tomatoes instead of vine ripe tomatoes. The crust was delicious, light and crisp. The second pizza was just a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The sausage had a good, bold flavor and gave the pizza some character. Mo's has about 6 beers on tap and more beers in bottles and cans. I am always a fan of a place that serves PBR in a can. They also serve red and white wine. Mo's is a casual place and good for the whole family. The staff was very nice, and checked on us throughout the meal. I would recommend going here to any one.

Yelp
I often come here for lunch during the week. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the food but the service is not always great. The lady at the register is somewhat rude and always rushing. I get it that their lunch crowd is usually busy BUT if I'm paying my money at least don't make me feel rushed to pull it out of my purse. My last visit here I gave her cash in her hand and she placed my change on the counter... BIG NO NO... But oh well the food is good and the guy that's there sometime is really nice and accommodating, so I'm sure I will be back; I will just deal with the rude lady accordingly.

Emily L.

Yelp
Great food and staff. Today was my first time eating here but I will definitely be back!

Terry S.

Yelp
A fun place to have an outstanding pizza and beers with friends. Soft crust and delicious toppings.

Ed T.

Yelp
Always friendly staff and good made to order food. A very popular hangout of locals and regulars. Prices are exceptionally reasonable. Parking is ample and convenient.

Ashle S.

Yelp
Just moved to the area. The pizza toppings were done wrong and pizza didn't take that great. The Buffalo wings were good

Bill S.

Yelp
Really good slices and great Italian hoagie! Always quick service and good food. House chips rock.
google avatar

Kristina H.

Yelp
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a half dozen mild Buffalo wings for dinner tonight. Pros - wings were decent and delivery was pretty quick. Cons - pizza was bad. It had way too much rubbery cheese on it and it was soggy. I actually peeled my cheese off the slice I ate which was about half the thickness of the pizza. We ended up eating a couple slices each because we were starving but threw out the rest (about half). Wanted to like this place since it's in our neighborhood but definitely will not be back.
google avatar

Rusty S.

Yelp
Service is friendly and most food items are great but I'm lowering to a 2. Consistently their tea served table side is very very watered down. No, it's not from the ice melting. It's almost like water. However, the last time we placed a large order to go all the tea in the containers was very dark. What's the difference? Tea served table side is in a dark container so it's not possible to see the density unless you look at what is going through the straw. However, when you order jugs of tea to go they are served in a light container so tea density is easy to determine. Conspiracy theory? Maybe, but there is certainly a pattern. I go here many times a month but I will take a break until they can get this corrected.

Yelp
The cookie was ok. Had better. Now onto the good parts: The hot dog was delish and the meatball sandwich. Yes yummy and goodness mixed together. Authentic sub like in Italian neighborhoods. Didn't get the pizza but it looked and smelled amazing. Will be back for the for that soon The atmosphere was awesome. People behind the counter and customers super friendly -- If you are looking for a place to become a regular, look no further. Will be back soon. Wish sooner but have to work off the deliciousness to make room for more Hats off to you guys. Sorry no picture. Couldn't stop eating the food. Sorry not sorry kind of situation. Lbvs

Yelp
Mo's Pizza is the quintessential neighborhood joint. Great pizza, sandwiches (the chicken philly is my fav) Create your own salad is the best deal in the ATL! Hidden menu item -get the garlic knots. If you're a fan of great, crunchy ice, this place has the BEST. Better than sonic!! Cold beer and a great deck. Do you really need anything else??
google avatar

Joy J.

Yelp
I want to give a shot out to Mo's and Erica and the Pizza Delivery guy that worked so diligent with me to ensure that the "crazy pinterest mom" got her Lion pizza for her kids safari themed party. It was a hit and I truly appreciate you all taking the time out to make the pizza and go out of your way to deliver it. They exceeded my expectations. Thank You Thank you.
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
Missing ingredients, missing flavor on what ultimately arrived. The food was cool to cold, the driver struggled with every concept of delivered food, and I was missing my pasta dish. Interestingly, they were able to charge me for the full order, just forgot to deliver that full order. The Calzone was just a pizza bent over on to itself; apparently, the chef has never made a real one. The key is enclosing all ingredients in the dough, this creates the true effect and taste of a great calzone. Just flopping over a half pizza is, well, like eating a half-pizza that was flopped over on itself. I gave it two stars because I don't read one star and five star ratings; always figured those were rants or raves and found more luck with the tow to four ratings. Good luck on your food quests, Mo's now is ranked near the bottom of my Seattle experiences (15 years).

Yelp
This place is alright. Definitely not somewhere I'll be dying to go again, but by no means bad. Pizza is pizza to me usually, and this pizza didn't blow me away. When it came out to me, I was a little taken back. It looked like the crust was burnt but the toppings were undercooked. There wasn't much cheese and it looked like it was thrown haphazardly as an after thought. Pepperoni wasn't crunchy, and I prefer it crunchy. Crust was crunchy, and I prefer it more soft. It wasn't bad pizza, but it wasn't amazing pizza. Inside felt a low key sports bar mixed with a gas station. Can't explain that combo but you'd have to see it to understand. Service was really quick but the lady taking our order seemed annoyed that we were taking our time choosing. Overall not a bad place. Would be interested in trying some of the other menu items people speak of, so I might come back.
google avatar

Amrita J.

Yelp
Ok so my boss took me to lunch here this week, and I really enjoyed it! So we get there, and although it's a small pizzeria, it makes really good pizza so who cares. They have pizza's by the slice or as a pie, and also have other options if you aren't in the mood for pizza (such as calzones, italian sandwiches, etc). It seemed to be a little mom and pop pizzeria. The staff was friendly, and it was obvious that some of the people were regulars. I can imagine the place is packed during football season. I definitely think it's a good place to take your family for some pizza or to stop by with your buddies and grab a pizza and some beer to watch a game or just unwind from your day. It sure is a good alternative to your "chain" pizza shops such as Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc......
google avatar

Yelp
I haven't been able to find decent wings on my side of town yet so I am thrilled to have finally tried the wings at Mo's Pizza. You can tell they aren't frozen, they're big, reasonably priced, sauce is perfect and the ranch is even better. I also love the atmosphere. It's a great neighborhood joint. You can tell there were a bunch of regulars there. We will be back!
google avatar

Cara B.

Yelp
This is one of my very favorite pizza joints! The pizza is delicious--I love their red sauce. Great salads and sandwiches, too. My husband and I love their deck. It's just a super friendly neighborhood hangout that's perfect for a beer & wings after work or dinner with the fam & friends. A neighborhood gem.

Paul B.

Yelp
Always on the money. I don't think I have a had meal here. And they upgraded their sandwiches a few years back. Highly recommended.

Yelp
It was a dark and rainy night when I came across Mo's pizza place... I wasn't sure what it was gonna be like but when I entered inside, I instantly knew I made the right choice. With several beer and drink options, several televisions excellently placed, and an expansive menu, it became all too clear that Mo's is the the place to be! I ordered a large Mo's Deluxe Pizza and because I wanted to be "healthy" I ordered the fried chicken salad. Now for food descriptions! The Pizza- Outstanding crust, the sauce is very flavorful but does not overkill the taste of the rest of the ingredients, the cheese is also nice and evenly spread which brought about a nice balance to the rest of the pizza. I highly recommend getting their anchovies, and make sure to add the sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers as well! The salad- the salad is made in a Greek style. The dressing is an oil base and is a very light flavor addition to the overall picture. The chicken is boneless and amazing!!! You've definitely gotta try it. Overall for a pizza joint, Mo's does a solid job. Make sure to check them out next time you're in town!!!
