Totally disappointed in Moschino quality and customer service overall. Purchased an expensive handbag, there is a big tear on the inner lining, and I took care of the purse super well. For the online store you cannot speak to anyone in person, there is just an email address. They do NOT reply within reasonable time. They eventually requested that I take my handbag to a leather handbag expert, and have them write on letterhead that the quality is bad and the tear was not caused by me. The expert immediately was surprised at the tear, as were employees of Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms. I submitted by email the letter to Moschino, exactly as they requested, and then was told there is nothing they can do about it. Why did they have me do that in the first place?? I even contacted the Moschino NY boutique, and they tried to get into contact with the online store, and was told by NY boutique they were not getting responses from online store. I wish I could attach a picture of the handbag to this review. Moschino does not stand behind the quality of their expensive handbags. In the end they offered me small discount off a future handbag, which I have no interest in because I do not want to be put in the same situation with another defective handbag. For a brand like Moschino I really expected a better decision. Totally disappointed, unless they do something about my handbag, will never buy anything from Moschino again. If they do want to make a customer happy, I spoke with Lili at the NY boutique, and she can contact me with a different decision. I have owned handbags that I paid a tenth of the price for that lasted significantly longer than Moschino. So disappointed that neither online or NY boutique can help me.
