I am afraid that after my third visit, I won't be going back. The first visit (April 2025) I loved the food and had adequate service. The second time I went (May 2025) the food wasn't as good - the chicken sandwich was dry and pretty bland. The service was adequate. The third time I tried to go I had trouble booking an online reservation, so I went to the restaurant. Although it was almost empty at 1:00 p.m., we were told that there were no tables available. I waited outside for a few minutes and tried to book online which showed tables available at 1:30, but I couldn't book the reservation on my phone. I went back inside and politely asked for help. They were not busy - there was only one table with people there. The person in charge told me that he wouldn't help me and that they were booked. I tried to show him that the on-line reservations showed that they had a table available (and there was still no one in the restaurant), but he refused to listen.
Sorry Mosugo - I tried to love you, and in fact brought a present (homemade maple syrup from the US) that I was planning to give the chef, but no, bad service and food that isn't always perfect ruined it for me. Maybe others will have better luck, but it was an embarrassment to be treated so poorly by the staff, especially since I had recommended it to my friends who were with me.
I wish it weren't so.
