Good experience. Great service from Carlos! Tenderloin cooked to perfection. First time I've seen a Russian beer in ages. Pylmeni unfortunately swimming in butter making it less than kid friendly. Otherwise a nice time. Recommended for casual-upscale eastern European dining.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and the establishment is very clean. The signature menu or Borsch and Chicken Kiev is absolutely amazing. Be careful cutting into the Chicken Kiev. There may be a butter eruption and it is HOT! They also have really good bread.

We didn’t get why this place had such a high rating to be honest. Dark place, not feeling cozy. We ordered pelmeni and there were 3/5, meaning you can eat them since you hsve already ordered, the menu itself is very limited, only 1 type of salads. Which was surprising - to get different vegetables when you order “homemade pickles”.. well, seems like either there is a problem with translation or with understanding, attaching photo of this dish.

This Michelin restaurant offers very delicious Russian dishes especially the chicken Kiev, solyanka soup and syrniki baked cheese. Ordered the dishes as takeaway to go back Park Plaza hotel and eat them in the room while enjoying the view of Danube river together with the grand Parliament. The food truly taste Michelin standard.

The highlight was definitely the Chicken Kiev—the most flavorful and perfectly cooked version we’ve ever had. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore authentic Eastern European flavors with a modern touch. This bistro is a true gem for lovers of Russian cuisine in the heart of the city.

Excellent food. Chicken Kiev was out of this world. Asked for a recommendation for a Hungarian red wine and was not disappointed. Highly recommend.

During my recent visit to Budapest, I had the opportunity to dine at this cozy Russian restaurant tucked away on a quiet street—and what a find it was. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was friendly and attentive, and the menu had a great selection of classic Russian dishes. The star was the chicken kiev, perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, the chicken cutlet revealed a burst of herb-infused butter with every slice. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, while the buttery center added a rich and savoury taste.
