So I visited a different dispensary, and their clones were full of powder mold. once your plants get mold, it is impossible to get rid of it. So I checked out weed maps, and I found this place. the clones here, amazing and healthy. Great service, great advice. Got some clones. Very happy. Put them outside right away. Almost ready to harvest now, smell is amazing. White and Pink runtz. Very healthy. I will be back for more. Highly recommend

This is the best medical operation in Los Angeles. They are high quality and have a wide variety. The prices are the best in LA County. The customer service is 10/10 excellent. Everyone who works here does a great job. They're kind, compassionate and highly educated about their offerings. It's called Medicine of the City of Angels because they treat it like pure medicine and they fully embody the best attributes of our city: The angels. Best reps in the industry.

don't go there. terrible quality weed. told me to bring the terrible weed back. i drove 20 minutes only to be told that it's against the law to take returns. wow. sorry louis B, but I was extremely dis satisfied. long time resident of los feliz, and i like to keep my money in the neighborhood. i won't return to mota and i will spread the word man.

First time checking out this spot. Had a great experience the moment I walked in, lady at front desk was super sweet and welcoming. The girl that helped me was awesome knew her stuff gave me a quick rundown on their nice selection and deals. Thank you! Definitely marking this as my main spot, highly recommend everyone check this spot out.

Everyone who works here in a customer facing position seems to be wonderful. I've always had excellent interactions in the shop and love coming here. About six months ago I bought MOTA branded flower (Durban Poison and Purple Popz and noticed that the usual jar for Durban Poison had changed size slightly. When I got home and opened them I found that the paper seal for Durban poison was the old size, slightly too small for the new jar opening. The Durban was dry out of the jar, while the Purple (in the old size jar) was fresh and remained so for a month. I returned a few times and got the same thing. Finally I tried to return a jar immediately. I chatted with employees about it and was told they could not accept a return or replace the product. They directed me to email management. I've reached out a few times now with no response and afterwards started buying flower elsewhere. I hate to leave a yelp review but seems like not much more can be done and I would love to see this issue fixed so that I can start buying your product again. Pics are of a comp jar that came as part of a 4/20 promotion taken after unscrewing the lid; seal is still attached and visibly askew leaving a small gap.

This dispensary only sells 2 brands of weed, and one is their own flower. Mota's homegrown weed is always dry. While I appreciate a wellness boost pouch, it doesn't help the fact that their flower is always insanely dry. 1/8th of dry ass Mota flower is $40. Way overpriced. Pros: short lines, recycle glass program

I found this shop about 3 years ago and have been going since. Staff is helpful on helping me find exactly what I need and want. Everything from the house buds to vapes and concentrates are BOMB! My personal favorite is the LCG. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product I recommend this shop %

I bought 2 carts from this dispensary from thier own brand that they make in-house. One carts is working fine but the other cart stopped smoking, I don't know why. Thought it was my battery first but decided to switched a cart and the other cart works perfectly fine. Any way you guys to refund or change the product?

***DON'T BUY THEIR STORE BRAND MOTA*** I thought this place was cool. They were having a sale on the MOTA brand vapes. I tried their half gram and it worked well. On my reload I bought the full gram. The vape itself is made by a 3rd party supplier (I know this bc the vape is branded and I googled their company name to troubleshoot the charging) after a week-2weeks it stopped working. It would only pull what tasted like pure chemicals. The vape would not charge after multiple attempts and leaving it charging overnight. When I came to exchange it, after being told they stood by their products I was met with hesitation and extremely rude service. My recommendation don't shop here, nor buy their MOTA branded products. Waste of money.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I had a really bad experience at this shop. First time customer at "MOTA" LA! The team has horrible customer service let alone no people skills. I was at the front desk checking in and the white guy was so rude and obnoxious. He buzzes me into the back of the dispensary and theirs a white chick at the counter. Another employee with an attitude. Such a horrible experience. Most likely will not be returning even if my name "MOTA" is on the front of the building.

DO NOT BUY THEIR CLONES. I bought 6 of their teen clones, and with the dim lighting in the store they looked okay. As soon as I got home and put them in my tent, I could see all of the thrips and powder mildew covering the plant. I let them go for two days, until they affected another plant in the tent, so I had to throw away all plants and do a deep sanitize. Be VERY VERY careful. I've been growing for many years, and throughout time, I've bought different genetics from just about every source (I don't recommend doing that.) These may have been the most infected plants I have bought. THROW THEM AWAY MOTA!!!!!! They are making your place dirty!!!!

They have a good selection and they price things in a way where do you don't get sticker shock from the taxes at the end. Ive been here many times, but not in a while. Tho the woman who answered the phone today was oddly off putting- she sounded like she was in a bad mood and kept talking to other people while i was asking about their stock of specific items, (a simple 3 minute conversation), and she seemed like she was rushing me off the phone. She actually hung up on me- no "thank you" or anything when we were done. Not my typical experience here but definitely off putting. Do better, girl.

Bought two 3-packs of mini joints for 15 only to find that their joints are 80% filter. Truly ridiculous, not even high quality. You can find better prices in ANY other LA dispo, and better weed in most of them.
