Pretty hit or miss. I've had the butter chicken roti three times now. One of those three times it was incredible--rich, flavourful, spicy, juicy chicken, bright in colour. The other two times it barely registered as butter chicken--dry chicken, bland flavour, pale yellow...Not sure what's up but I think it's time for me to look elsewhere. It's a bummer because Mother India was one of the reasons I was excited to move to Parkdale.
