LEGIT Detroit Pizza!! Don’t sleep on this place. The pizza is superior! Fresh ingredients. They even grow their own basil. In house made sauces including the Boss Sauce marinara and their roasted garlic and onion dipping sauce. The service is great! Our waiter Brad was a delight. Very helpful and knowledgable. They have a bar with sports on the TVs. Overall great experience. This place is going into my regular rotation from now on. So many things I still need to try. If you are hungry for pizza, Italian sandwiches, wings, or pasta, give Motor City Pizza a try! I can’t wait to bring my friends. *They also have a gluten free crust offering on their pizzas* They are reasonably priced, and offer top quality. I can’t wait to go back!

Google
I saw the advertisement on Facebook about the Frito Chilli Pie Pizza. So I decided to drive out and try it. The restaurant is cute with a warm atmosphere. Jojo is the sweetest and the male server was awesome as well. I got the food home and OMG!!!!!!! The food did not disappoint. I also got the Cajun Dusted Wings. I even posted my food on Facebook to let my friends know. I will DEFINITELY go back and try other things😋

We came across this pizza place featured on the local news, and decided to give it a try. My family and I had an overall fantastic experience at this restaurant. The decor was impressive, and we were thoroughly impressed by the restaurant’s decorum. We ordered the deep dish Motown Supreme and the deep dish pepperoni. The Motown Supreme was an absolute delight! It was so delicious that we couldn’t stop raving about it. As our food was being prepared, we couldn’t help but admire the accolades on the wall, which proudly proclaimed Motor City Pizza as the best pizza in Dallas. Our server, Jojo, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was enjoyable. The only minor drawback was the unsightly and unhygienic cups that our beverages were served in. However, aside from that, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza experience.

I have lived right behind Motor City Pizza since well before it opened and had not stopped in because I thought I didn't like anything but Napoli style pizza, but I had seen so many good comments on social media and reviews through different local critiques that I decided to try it. I can now say that it may be my first time there but won't be my last. The pizza was amazing! I got the Eastern Market and added pepperoni and extra sauce. I thought pizza with sauce on the top probably wouldn't have enough of it but I was wrong there too. It had plenty of sauce, just the right amount. The ricotta on top made it for me. It was so good! I can't recommend this place enough. My waitress was Jojo and she was very sweet and helpful.

Google
Great pizza and great staff. We tried two pizzas and would definitely recommend anything that comes with their marinara — it’s incredibly flavorful and really makes the pizza. The space is small and gets noisy, with tables packed pretty close together. My 5 year old couldn’t even squeeze between our table and the table next to us, so people had to get up and chairs had to be moved. Still, the food and service make it worth a visit.

Google
Delicious Pizza & Warm Hospitality – A True Gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their friendly and attentive service. That kind of hospitality always sets the tone for a great service experience—and they didn’t disappoint. The pizza here is absolutely fantastic. It’s rare to find such high-quality, flavorful pizza at such a reasonable price. I tried both the Detroit and traditional style pizzas, and I highly recommend giving both a go if you can. The Detroit style is rich and satisfying, while the traditional crust really stands out—soft, pillowy, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell real care goes into every detail. If you’re on the hunt for top-notch pizza without the premium price tag, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
Amazing experience, but what set it apart from others was the staff! Incredibly sweet and checking on us frequently. We were celebrating my son’s 16th birthday and came for the gluten free menu! He loved it all! They didn’t rush us out, told us to take our time and even sung him a happy birthday! Thank you for top notch service and food!

Google
Moved here recently, being a native Michigander and someone whose family owned Detroit style pizza places in greater Detroit for years, this one really hurts. Underbaked and over fermented. Cheese was barely melted and next to no color. Toppings were barely cooked. Zero color and zero crisp on the bottom and sided of the pizza and slightly dense which is a crime in Michigan. The good news is the sauce was good. Wings were incredibly salty but good flavor. Bummer.

Yelp
Just an updated review here. Lunch special tip, get the 2nd slice for only $2 more (I take it for dinner leftovers) And-- special shout out to our waitress Candy who literally made our day by being just so sweet, friendly, funny and genuine.

Yelp
Placed an online order on a Friday evening and headed towards the restaurant, since my drive was about the wait time. Arrived to a busy restaurant with even seating outside full! The interior was nice and clean, I walked in to the counter and the staff member was great! Super helpful and friendly, I wish I would have asked her name for a shoutout- because she was great! Drove home and dived in. I ordered the supreme without mushrooms. The pizza was ok, based on other reviews I thought the crust was going to be buttery, but it wasn't. The pizza sauce is really good, nice and tangy! The toppings were plentiful. I wasn't a dan of the pepperoni because the rind was stringy and I gad to remove it from each bite of pizza that included pepperoni. Not sure I will return but I think everyone should give it a try to determine if it fits their preference.

Yelp
MissJojo was so good, very sweet and attentive to our needs. 1st time here. Great suggestions on food. The restaurant was clean, quiet and the game was on. The pizza, soup and salad were all delicious. Lunch specials on the weekend a few breakfast pizza offers. I would recommend this spot to others who like Detroit style pizza. The wings were so YUMMY and fried to perfection JUST LIKE I ASKED!! Not overpriced and affordable enough for a family. As we sat there I watched so many people coming for call in orders. Inside area was big enough for a small group or gathering.

Yelp
Can't believe I didn't know about this place until now. This is easily THE BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had. Deep dish, GF, none of this cauliflower crust BS. My husband had the regular pizza (non GF) and he loved it as well. They have a GF beer and a full bar as well. Amber, the bartender, was super sweet and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
This place is a gem. The service alone yields this place a 5/5. Our server Amber exuded kindness. She was friendly, caring and truly wanted to ensure we had the best experience. Here's what we got: Apps: - potato skin chicken strips: this with the French onion dip? Top tier. We had like 3 separate servings of the sauce itself. Loved the onion bits in this. Entrees: - Biria pizza: the chipotle cream was top tier. The biria was fine, but I think the pizza is good enough without needing to dip in it. - Texas sweet heat: we subbed the pepperoni for ground beef. This was my wife's absolute favorite. Dessert: - s'mores cannoli: this was our favorite. Absolutely delicious. - Reece's Cannoli: the peanut butter in this was a tad overpowering. We preferred the s'mores. All-in-all, fantastic place. Loved the service and atmosphere around the restaurant.

Yelp
Great visit! They were packed on a Saturday! Small place, so you might wait a minute, but there are 2 picnic tables outside that enlarges the options. Maurice salad was tasty (Hudson's dept store recipe adapted). Potato chip chicken strips were hot & crispy. We got the special chicken artichoke w balsamic and the Motown supreme I think . LOVE the Detroit style thick pizza!

Yelp
MCP is some of the best pizza we've had in the area. It's a small establishment that's always buzzing during typical dinner hours so you may have to wait a little while if you opt to dine in (note: we've been only on the weekends each time). During nicer weather, they also have a couple of picnic tables outside. The staff here are always warm, efficient, and timely to check on you. As for the food, we have enjoyed everything we've tried. Most recently, we had the The B6 as well as the Tikka Masala w. Chicken (which I believe is one of the specials in May). Both were delicious and brought out piping hot. Although it's a thicker crust, we like that it's not too dense or greasy. If you're a hungry man or teen, I don't think it's difficult to put away half of a large pie on your own. When the place is packed, you will need to be a little patient to get your food because that also probably means it's prime time for take out orders, too. Just be patient and order an app or two & a cold drink and just whet your appetite for the goodness that's to follow!

Yelp
Great Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust and toasted toppings. We had the Detroiter . Cup style pepperoni cut into 8 squares. Perfect for 4 people. That and a couple of Detroit brews and our meal was perfect.
google avatar

Ava S.

Yelp
I've always loved coming here. I recently found out I was gluten free so I was sad in thinking I wouldn't be able to enjoy their pizza again until I learned they offer a gluten free option! It is an additional $4 but I couldn't tell the difference in the crust compared to their regular pizza crust! It was so enjoyable and the staff is always kind. Love this place and will always recommend it when I can.

Yelp
Excellent pizza. We were camped at Hickory Creek Campground this weekend and decided to go out for pizza tonight. So glad we did. Cold beer, hot pizza, and the Detroit Lions on the television above the bar. It doesn't get much better than that! Friendly service in an intimate setting. Our only regret is that we live too far away to make this place a weekly night out.

Yelp
Dropped by Motor City Pizza late Sunday to pick up some pies to go! We've tried their frozen pizzas from Costco and H-E-B and only recently realized that they have a brick and mortar location close to where my husband plays basketball every week, so we've been meaning to stop by and experience the in-person vibes. For some reason the online preorder for takeout form stopped accepting orders around 7:15 PM but the lady who picked up the phone when I called was super nice and took my order very quickly. We arrived around 7:55 and both pizzas we got had just come out of the oven! Paying was quick and easy and we were out the door in a few minutes. Pizzas stayed warm through the 25 minute drive to a friend's place and we got to enjoy them within the half hour. We got the supreme and their current seasonal flavor, the Thanksgiving pizza. The supreme was excellent and the crust was amazing; the very center was a bit soggy on the bottom but I have to assume the transport time didn't help and if we'd eaten the pizza immediately we wouldn't have the same issue. The Thanksgiving pie was truly phenomenal!! Our favorite by far, all the flavors worked so well together and we can't wait to stop by and try some of the other creative options at this place. It's pretty out of the way for us but definitely worth it for the best Detroit style pizza in the area that we've tried so far.

Yelp
Fun Saturday night at Motor City ! Place was hopping which was great to see. We started with garden salads each were large enuff to share so beware! Then off to the pizzas! 2 large pies, the longacre (had one last week - awesome) and the special offering: chicken, artichoke , balsamic vinegar (think sweet and savory at the same time) Great pizza and a local crowd i"m hooked on the flavors and will be a regular

Yelp
My daughter ordered me this and had it delivered for Mother's Day since she had to work... I chose the TX sweet heat & added ricotta. Even though it took almost 2 hrs to receive (it was Mother's Day) & it was still barely warm. (The driver apologized for it taking so long). I have to say this pizza was top notch as far as thick crust pizzas. She ordered me the 4 slice says it feeds 1-2 people & I ate on it for 2 days. I really don't care for thick crust, to me you are just getting full on bread & are going to hungry again in an hour & half. (At least that's me). I have to say this pizza surprised me. The bread was just the amount of crunch on the edges but soft from the amazing flavor of the house made sauce. Mix that with the pepperoni, the onions, & jalapeños, oh & the spicy honey sauce. The dab of ricotta on top. It was mouthwatering fire works explosion in my mouth. I will be going in person again with my family because they love pizza. Please run to this place to try their motor city style pizzas, then review what you think if it lives up to the hype of all the other reviews!

Yelp
After an amazing massage ‍ we were hungry and decided to try Motor City Pizza. As we entered this busy but family friendly restaurant smiles an hello take any seat. We grabbed a table by the window and our host Micheal has an amazing radio voice he gives some great pizza suggestions. We went with half Hoffa and Eastern Market with Mike's hot honey. The Greek salad and dressing top notch. Look if you in Lewisville come on in grab a seat and enjoy. Be patient the pizza takes 25 mins but well worth each moment

Yelp
Updated Review After seeing our initial review, Greg reached out and asked us to give Motorcity another chance--and we did last night. I have to say, it was a completely different experience and truly lived up to the rave reviews we'd seen! I'm not sure what went wrong last Thursday night, but this time everything was fantastic--The gluten-free crust was soft, the toppings were on top instead of being buried under a heaping cup of red sauce like last week, and the flavors were spot on. The Greek salad was excellent and my boys that can eat gluten loved the Reese's Cannoli! I'm so glad we gave them another shot, and I can confidently say Motorcity deserves the hype! Initial review 9/25/25 Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best. My 10-year-old and I are both gluten-free, and the crusts on our GF pizzas were overcooked. I had to cut the sides and bottom off of my son's pizza just so he could chew it. On mine, the outer crust had a dish-soap taste, so I had to cut that part off as well. We will look elsewhere for GF pizza in the area.

Yelp
First time here based on a recommendation from my friends. This is their favorite pizza spot in the area. I came in when it first opened at 11 a.m. it is very clean and quaint. Average amount of seating in dining area and additional seating at counter where Redd is ready to take your order and make you a drink if you so desire. Redd is personable and professional. As we chatted he talked about candid jalepenos that comes from his Redd Man on Fire Signature pizza and allowed me to taste them. I asked him to add that to my pizza and requested the Hot Honey that is also on the Redd Man on Fire pizza be on the side. I can't wait to dig in! The look and smell makes me want to smack somebody already. My pizza is delicious! If you like thick and buttery crust, homemade sauce with some flavor and quality ingredients; you will love this pizza! My toppings were candid jalepenos, pepperoni, onions, pineapples and Hot Honey oh yes!!! I ordered a small pizza and it was hearty more than enough for me to eat and have left overs. Thanks for bringing Detroit pizza to Texas!

Yelp
Drove an hour to get here but it was worth it. Small place with plenty of parking. Met at the door by one of the owners, given a menu and asked what we like to drink. Decor Made it clear we were in a "Detroit" style pizza joint. Menu had several different styles of pizza but Detroit style was the largest. I understood any pizza can be made Detroit style if you want. We chose a supreme and a meat, small (4 squares), in Detroit style. Took about 18 minutes because it is a thick crust like a deep dish style, it's just assembled differently. The sauce is on the top, the toppings below that, further down is the cheese, and the bottom is the delicious crust. A unique part of the is style is the cheese gets crispy melted all the way around so you have a melted cheese crisp as you eat the pizza. Taste was a very strong 5 stars for both. Appearance and plating 5 stars, and service 6 stars. There were side salads, sandwiches, wings, etc. There's a full bar that carries draft and several top tier IPA's. Bathrooms were spotless and there was a slight bleach smell clearly indicating the place was cleaned very well. Excellent place, we will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
We keep coming back to Motor City Pizza. This is our favorite pizza in DFW. We had 3 pizzas tonight: Hoffa - all meat and probably our favorite. The quality of the ingredients and sauce are on point! Motown - a combo / supreme pizza with fresh ricotta on top. This is not your pizza chain supreme. Again, you can taste the difference in ingredients and sauce. Texas Sweet with candied Jalepeños and hot honey. This was our first time ordering it and the flavors popped. And we had conscientious service to boot; our drinks never reached empty. You have to try this place. It's the quality and flavor you didn't know you were missing.

Yelp
Second visit was every bit as glorious as the first. We requested Amber as our server. The other server was very kind in allowing Amber to serve her table. We met all three servers. They were great fun. Calamari was perfect, and the pizza remains the best I've had.
google avatar

Howard L.

Yelp
Really good pizza, a small size has four large slices and is very filling because of how thick the crust is. The corners of the pizza are extra crispy, to the extent that the corners are almost "sharp" so be aware if you have sensitive teeth, gums, or had recent fragile dental work. Otherwise, enjoy your feast!

Tami M.

Yelp
Truly the best pizza I have ever had! We were in the area on vacation and were looking for local gluten free options - this was definitely the best food of our trip! Put it on your list!

Lyndse' M.

Yelp
Stopped in a week or so ago to try this place and was not disappointed! Owner 5 star Service 5 star Clean 5 star Food 5 star Prices 5 star Met the owner, down to earth and ensured service was met. Wait staff treats you like family! Restaurant was very clean and welcoming, felt like home. Pizza is fantastic, cheesy and long pull, subs are great too. Prices are very affordable compared to other pizza joints! Being from MI, Restaurant Has alot of MI memorabilia and product, the Faygo brought me back to my summer days in MI! Highly recommend, go check it out
google avatar

Yelp
Wow! This pizza is so worth the deep dish calories!!! The sauce used is so thick and tasty.... We love this pizza to go or inside their cute Detroit decorated restaurant. Would highly recommend a visit to try their pizza!
google avatar

Andy P.

Yelp
Not normally a huge fan of deep dish but... the pizza I had was very very good. 10/10 would recommend the Thanksgiving pizza.... A little too much cranberry sauce for my liking but I just scraped some off and it was perfect! The crust was very good as well... had a hint of cheese. Also had their chicken skins? It's basically chicken tenders... the sauce that came with it was very good... it reminded me of Raising Cane's sauce with onions They've set a pretty high bar for themselves with the Thanksgiving pizza!
google avatar

Keith L.

Yelp
Got the Motown Supreme(s) for carry out. Very solid - excellent flavor and the crust is outstanding. First time I've had their pizza because I'm from out of town. Will go back to try other pizza flavors when I'm back this way.

Yelp
The absolute best Detroit style pizza! Every pizza is delicious but my ultimate favorite is the Texas Sweet Heat! It's crunchy, soft, flavorful, and just perfect. They have breakfast pizza on the weekends for a few hours and the sausage gravy pizza (with over medium eggs and then add bacon) is sooooo stinkin' good! Amber and Jojo are great and always take great care of us. They have great drink specials on the weekends. Pizza is delicious reheated. Check them out! You will not be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent pizza. Have been to the original Buddy's and others in Detroit. There is a spectacular Detroit style place in Telluride, CO. This is on par with any of those.

Scott I.

Yelp
Great pizza, get it Togo, they are always busy at night. Detroiter is really tasty. Salads are a good balance and it's the best pizza in our area by far.

Jeff C.

Yelp
Have spent many Saturday nights in Detroit eating pizza. Have been to most all the spots, if you are a Detroit-er you know. Motor City Pizza is Top Shelf, You will not be disappointed. Their regular crust is also amazing! They did not pay me for accolades, and I am happy to pay them for their outstanding pizza!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
The best pizza I've ever had, and the server was amazingly friendly!! The lunch special was only $7.99 for a drink, a side salad, and a slice of deep dish Chicago-style pizza.
google avatar

Yelp
I usually order online from this place and the pizza is amazing! Here recently I've dined In twice and the service is great. Highly recommend.

Yelp
You can't beat the pizza for the price. I took one other person. We split the small Detroit style and left very satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Updating the review to add : the owner has since reached out and tried to rectify the situation. He spoke to the employees and invited me back. I have not yet taken him up on the offer.

Yelp
Great place! The pizza is so yummy but I had the meatball sandwich- so delicious! The bread was so perfect for this sandwich- I will dream about it for days! Service was so good & friendly too! Love the MI decor- Go State!
google avatar

Yelp
Only picked up, never dined in. My review is only on food. Pizzas are excellent! Especially if you were a Numero Uno fan. Don't skip the "boss" sauce. We've enjoyed, pepperoni pizza, pinapple pizza, vege. Pizza & sausage, all fresh & delish.
google avatar

Yelp
My first time to try Detroit-style pizza was deliciously fresh cheese and sauce with crunchy light crust. We arrived at 4:45 pm on Saturday and the restaurant was busy already so we knew the food must be good. We asked to split the Motown Salad and it was presented quickly and beautifully like art on a plate. It takes awhile for the pizza to cook so it comes out hot and is worth the wait. The pizza was so filling we were stuffed after once slice each and had to take one slice home. The restaurant is cozy, clean, and easy to watch the football games while eating. The sodas were Big Gulp size. The service was fast, friendly, and informative. We will be back and made a note to be sure to try the cannoli desserts too which looked yummy at the table next to us.

Yelp
My husband and I finally made it to Motor City Pizza, and the restaurant lives up to the hype! This is a cute, little gem in a Lewisville shopping center on 407 - very close to the Highland Village border. The restaurant is decked out in all things Detroit from sports memorabilia on the walls to the Motown classics playing on the sound system. It is a cozy, warm atmosphere, and very clean! They have two large screen TVs behind the bar...perfect for watching whatever game is in season. The service is phenomenal. There was one man working there who was so helpful and proud of their offerings, that we thought he was the owner - until he said that he was a Texas boy. :) Well, that Texas boy knows a lot about Detroit-style pizza and hospitality, and we very much appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness. Now for the pizza! It did take a minute to prepare...but we were expecting that as they are made to order, and one can not rush perfection! And the end result was pretty close to it. We loved the deep-dish filling crust, the gooey cheese, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. My mouth is still watering thinking about that sauce - the perfect blend of spices that gives it just the right amount of flavor and kick. We highly recommend this pizzeria, and we will definitely be back.

Yelp
I've been wanting to come to this Detroit style pizza restaurant for a few months. The first time I came was on a monday bit they were closed. Then I checked the hours of operation and saw they are closed Monday and Tuesdays and Wednesdays they close at 3. I finally made it on a day that they were open. I walked in, and the place was nice. No one was in the restaurant except 2 staff members. I was greeted by the server and told to sit anywhere. I sat down and she brought me a menu. I took a photograph of. I saw 2 pizzas i wanted to try and asked her which one she recommended between the Motown Supreme and the Hoffa. She said the Motown was very good. I ordered that one. She asked if I wanted a salad, and I looked at the menu and ordered a garden salad. She brought out the salad and let me tell you the salad could feed at least 2 it was big. The only thing I can say bad is that I wish the salad was colder. I killed the salad, and then the pizza came out. It was hot, and the bottom was nice and toasty crunchy. The pizza flavor was very good and had a dollop of ricotta cheese on every square. I really enjoyed the pizza, but it was just kinda of pricey. The pizza is in a rectangle shape, and I believe the large had 8 squares. Crust was good and buttery. The flavor was on point. I ate a couple of slices because I was full from the salad I took the rest to go for later. Restaurant 7 oura 10 nice and clean Employee 7 outa 10 gave me good advice on pizza Salad 5 outa 10 wish it would have been colder Pizza 7 outa 10 pretty solid but pricey All in all, I would probably come back, skip the salad and try the Hoffa pizza, and also bring friends and family who are from outa of town.

Yelp
Did you know that Motor City Pizza has been rated by several magazines as one of the top 10 pizza places in the United States? I found that an amazing accomplishment. But despite that, we've never made it out here until I changed dentists to one in Lewisville and I had a prime opportunity to bring it home (unbeknowst to the wifey haha). So having had Detroit style pizza at Buddy's thanks to my cousin who lives in Bloomfield Hills, MI, I was kinda spoiled but that was over 30 years ago. So since then, I haven't had a really good Detroit style pizza---and no, Little Caesars doesn't quite count all the way. I ordered their small, which they call a 4 cylinder. They accomodated my half cheese, half pepperoni request. I also got a garden salad to make me feel a little better about the decadent pizza I ordered lol. Since I made it a take out order, I did my best to safely but expeditiously get home. The smell was driving me nuts. I gave the pizza a final resting place on our wood cutting board. It already came pre-sliced. Wasting no time, I took a big bit and whoa boy, what a crust! Even after the 13-15 min drive back home, the crust was still very crusty and held it's shape. The pizza was amazing so I get why people are so wild about this place. It is really filling too. Once slice filled me up along with the salad, but since I had a little room and I wanted to eat it fresh, I opened up reserve belly and ate the other slice. My wife could only manage one. The garden salad as you can see from my pic was super fresh. Well done, MCP! The only knock I have about the place is that they are MSU fans :-) GO BLUE! RETURN VISIT? Absolutely! We hope to bring some friends down here too or at least tell them about this place.

Yelp
It was a 30 min drive to Motor City Pizza and we would do it again. It appears to be a favorite local pizza hangout. At 5:20 pm on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was full. I heard about this place on the news and they were featuring their Thanksgiving Pizza so we just had to try it. Wow! You would never thought layering all your favorite thanksgiving dishes on top of each other would taste so good! The Detroit crust had a perfect crisp and crunch. It was amazing! We also ordered the Motor City Supreme and that was also delicious. They don't skimp on the ingredients. Everything was piled on thick. Mouth watering good. That being said, you will need to wait a while for the pizzas to be made and served. The small size pizza has 4 slices (perfect for the 4 of us) and the large has 8 slices. Our waiter listed off the dessert and he had us on cheesecake. When he placed it in the middle of our table, I could instantly smell the carmel. We had a great night with the locals.

Yelp
Wow! Detroit style is a new game. Crust made from cheese! Plenty of toppings, with the secret Boss Sauce topper! Best appetizers, too. Try their potato chip chicken strips! Their Greektown salad is amazing.

Yelp
This is the BEST pizza. The lady that took our order was wonderful. If you have a chance, I highly recommend.

Yelp
Came here this past Saturday, and was greeted by Redd, who did an excellent job of taking care of us. The best way to describe this place is it's a cozy slice of simplicity. It doesn't try to be anything it's not. The music pumping out is old school Mo-Town. I've had a few Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizzas that weren't Little Caesars in the past. This one is by far the best. Their sauce is fantastic! Caramelization on the crust is crunch and delicious. Generous with the toppings. For Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza this is the best in the area. It's the best I've ever had, and I grew up going to Detroit every summer to see family.

Yelp
THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I have ever had!!! It's true Detroit style pizza, it has a wonderful crunchy crust and a soft center. The sauce and pepperoni are full of BOLD flavor. The cheese is great and the crust can't be beaten. Highly recommend. It's a cut little pizza place that smells so good inside. The staff is very friendly and the service was great.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! We started going to the pop up kitchen before they got a brick and mortar restaurant. The food is equally amazing, if not better! I love the feel of this restaurant. They have really embraced the Michigan pizza vibe, which I love because I grew up there. It also feels like a nice and welcoming local restaurant. In a strip mall in north Lewisville 5 min from highland village and 15 min from the colony! Such a great local business to support, can't wait to go back. Pizza has a great crispy cheese crust, homemade sauce and flavorful toppings

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by for lunch and ordered a large Eastern Market, knowing we would take back some leftovers. Maybe because it was on Good Friday, the restaurant wasn't very busy. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with outer edges nicely browned and the inner crust chewy and fluffy. The combination of the toppings worked well, especially if you like veggies. The sauce was not too acidic and had a nice subtle flavor. Based on some of the pictures we had seen from other reviews and having eaten Detroit style pizzas in other cities, we were expecting the pizza to be somewhat greasy and overly salty. It was neither, which was very much welcome for us. The service was no frills but fine overall. We also happily waited about 20 minutes for the pizza to be freshly baked. We enjoyed hearing the Motown faves and looking at Detroit sports pics and banners on the wall. We will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Decided to try this Detroit Style pizza on our way home since everyone wanted pizza! Kiddos got a spinach & bell pepper pizza (shared small) while hubby & I got the B6 (I think that's what it was) (shared small). Our pizza was very tasty!! No complaints. We each were able to eat two slices of the thick, yummy pizza. The inside is fairly small & tight, and there was a steady flow of people in & out.

Yelp
If you enjoy Detroit style pizza then this is for you! Personally I am not a fan of deep dish pizza, but my boyfriend loved it. I will have to come back to try their hand tossed pizza, and the service was also great!

Yelp
I love the pizza here! It's so good, fresh and tasty. It's like deep dish Chicago but much better. Beer options are great. Only feedback they need more Wolverine fan fare. Hahaha Olha was a great waitress!
