Motor City Popcorn

LOVE this place I’m hooked this is my 3rd time going to get popcorn in a row friendly, polite, courteous, staff, black owned business. Thank you for being in the neighborhood. See you on Saturday to refill my bucket.

So proud of his growth and expansion, and quality hasn't wavered. He's even brought in other local products. Multiple outlets carry his products. Keeps adding snack items, making this a one stop shop... did I say he does large orders/ events. Carries hand dipped ice cream, which they'll create milkshakes from. cotton candy... not just any cotton candy, vanilla, orange soda, along with the traditional and other creative flavors, nachos, and popcorn, oh the popcorn... stays fresh for quite a while, they have your basic plain popcorn (which isn't plain at all), jalapeno cheddar, cheddar, white cheddar, belle isle (caramel and green apple), limited flavor (I'm hoping for popular demand and stays a regular) chocolate covered strawberry! Flavors don't taste artificial, not too sweet and pretty much melts in your mouth. Stop in and check them out, W. 7 mile between Livernois and Wyoming (somehow Google maps was misdirecting).

OMG! I finally tried a bag of this popcorn today and it is so delicious! It just NEVER stops tasting good. Soon as you want to put it down, another crispy, buttery goodness just keeps you going. I almost finished the whole bag by the time I got home. If you haven't tried it, you really need to it is so good!

I purchased two bags (1 for me) of large caramel popcorn. I finished my bag, and took over the left overs from the second bag the following day 😋. The customer service is Excellent, and if you go to this location, make sure to buy a bar of Dudu- Osun Soap from LaShawn and Obie. The concept is great and flavors are fine but the overall product is not good. I know that I am the minority but my mother was an avid supporter and even she eventually came to grips with the fact that the popcorn IS NOT crispy! I've had some of the best so call me spoiled but I'm just keepin it real.

So happy my friend took me & my kids into Motor City popcorn while we are visiting Detroit. The popcorn flavors are great, and the milkshakes are AMAZING!!! Great service and reasonable prices too, would definitely recommend!!!
