We visited Mott 32 Singapore with my colleagues to celebrate Lunar New Year, and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect lunch. We pre-ordered the Peking Duck, and it truly felt special. The crispy skin, lightly dipped in sugar, was something I haven’t experienced at other restaurants—it had an incredible texture and flavor that really stood out. The duck meat that followed was tender and juicy, never dry, and beautifully prepared. We also enjoyed the lo hei as part of the celebration. Even though it’s considered a classic and simple dish, it was fresh, flavorful, and fun to share together. The course menu was excellent from start to finish. From the appetizers to the final dessert, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. There wasn’t a single item that disappointed. The atmosphere was elegant yet lively, perfect for a festive gathering. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was such a wonderful meal that I’m already thinking of bringing my family next time. Highly recommended for special occasions or business gatherings.

So glad we ordee the peking duck. It was so delicious and crispy. The asparagus is also crispy and well done. Can't wait to try the other dishes. The service is also friendly and attentive. Taking the time to explain, pause for us to taking photos, change our plates and top up our teas. I will definitely return again.

😀/🥹 If everything just had a smidge more salt, it would’ve gotten top marks for sure. The duck, which needs early preordering, is delicately crispy. The follow up fried rice was yummers! I liked the tofu too, but also needed salt. Really appreciated the birthday dessert for my mum, and the chocolate pine nut tart was quite unique. The only dish we weren’t a fan of was the cabbage. I think they slight pickle it first, but a little too raw for my taste.

Jan 26 Lunch 6 of us Finally got the chance to visit here after many friends recommending it It is special indeed. Overall 9.5/10… one of the best of all our restaurants Ambience: bewildering at first. Is it really a Chinese restaurant? More like modern spanish design. One of the reasons we never visit before bca we thought it is kind of too fusion for our appetite. But design theme aside, it is comfy, luxurious, and beautiful Service: top notch.. always there, efficient, smile Foods: all very good, tasty, delicious 9-9.5/10 As for the duck and crispy pork must make reserved few days before coming but you will be hooked.. They say they come from Hong Kong.. surprising. Next time we will try the one in Hkg for sure. Will surely comeback

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Fong, was attentive and proactive throughout the meal. When he noticed that we hadn’t touched one of the spicy dim sum dishes, he immediately checked in with us and thoughtfully suggested changing our main course to a non-spicy option instead. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and initiative—it made us feel genuinely well taken care of. We definitely need more service staff like Fong. Highly recommended! Besides the excellent service, their Peking duck was absolutely delicious - perfectly roasted with crispy skin and flavourful meat. Must have! Highly recommended!

Mott 32, Marina Bay Sands: Once in my “hot" list, Mott 32 fell several rungs down today, much to my dismay. I really wanted to have a knockout experience today. When it comes to interior and styling, Mott 32 has got the whole Shanghai Tang haute elegance patted down. Dimmed lights, sultry feel and the resplendent oriental touches. Cocktails are always neat here - Signatures 'Forbidden Rose' is a head turner with that screaming red rose perched elegantly in the centre. ‘Hanami” is always my fave - with a shiso leaf delicately set adrift on the sparkling green. You can taste the freshness of all the yusheng ingredients. Service was a letdown and an unfortunate series of events. We all had set lunches but one had a dietary requirement of no crustaceans. Every dish at every course served was wrong. At the start, we had arrivals of dishes not meant for us. One cocktail was wrong. When the lovely gentleman with a bow tie intervened to declare that he will personally serve us (presumably the Manager), things went right. But he left. We suddenly had a long wait for our dessert - 20 min and no one checked in until we reached out to a staff who walked by. Lunch set was not quite worth the price tag of $98. Some oddities - there were no asks if I wanted another cocktail. I didn’t even know the restaurant ended services as when I asked for a drink, I was told all service stations have closed. A regular patron of MBS restaurants, this was the biggest letdown of them all. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Exceptional dining experience with really high level of finesse in the food. Kudos to the chef and the service staff for coming together to provide a delicious meal without being too pretentious! Definitely a little on the pricey side but hey it’s MBS and the food is really good so it’s a great choice for a special occasion. Will definitely be back again!
