9 fine dining restaurants for excellent Cantonese fare in Singapore - SilverKris

"A glamorous Cantonese dining experience set against dark wood-and-marble interiors with creative cocktails, led by a veteran Hong Kong chef. The applewood-roasted Peking duck (advance order required) is a signature theatre piece: 42-day-old birds undergo a 48-hour preparation and are carved tableside, with crispy skin intended to be dipped in raw cane sugar and tender meat rolled into pancakes. Other highlights include ibérico pork and a black-truffle siu mai that encases a quail egg with a runny yolk. An expanded dim sum lunch is available, and the kitchen accommodates dietary requirements." - Priyanka C. Agarwal

I was attending Govware 2025 for three days and on the second day, went with business associates for dinner here. Very luxury atmosphere. Great for small talks as well as it is quiet. The menu consist of many chinese styled dishes. We ordered 辣子田鸡腿 (Fried Frog Legs, Pepper, Dried Chili, Black Bean), 果毛猪叉烧扬州炒饭 (Fried Rice, Diced Prawn, Iberico Pork, Asparagus in Yeung Chow Style), 花胶瑶柱烩龙定羹 (Fish Maw, Conpoy, Garoupa Soup). We also ordered a bottle of red wine and a bottle of white wine. All the dishes were of high quality and delicious as well. The staff here is really attentive too. I would recommend that you make a reservation to dine here to avoid disappointment.

Quick and very nice service, very good environment and good food. We went on wednesday night, took some dim sums, gyozas and a full duck for 2 people withsome wine... well explained how to eat it by the service by the way. Price was not expensive in comparison to very bad restaurantes in the other side of the bay. Furthermore, location is really good to see, espexially when entering the restaurant before sunset and coming put when all night turned on.

Came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and was lucky to still get the char siew and roasted pork even without a pre-order. The roasted pork skin was delightfully crispy, and the bite-sized cuts made it easy to enjoy. The char siew, however, was a little too fatty and sweet for my taste. We also tried the fish soup, which was rich and comforting, as well as the truffle siew mai, Yangzhou fried rice, and string beans with beef. While the meal was on the pricey side, the dishes were well-executed. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary scoop of ice cream for the birthday diner. Do note that you can request a carpark coupon if you park at MBS.

Mott 32 Singapore knows how to set a mood . Refined, stylish, and the kind of place where everything just feels effortlessly on point. The food came out so fast I wondered if they had a time-travelling chef hiding in the back. Everything tasted great, but the crispy pork belly… that dosh deserves its own fan club. One of the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly crisp, ridiculously juicy and dangerously addictive. It was so good that I forgot to take a photo since I just dived right into it.

We came on weekend and with no prior reservation. Fortunately they are willing to accommodate us at 5pm as long as we can finish our meal before 6.15pm when the actual guest comes. The service was great actually, and their recommendations were all very good. The foods served fast, presentation great, and tasty too. Although the lightings were a little bit too dark for us but not too disturbing as we can still quite see things around. Thank you for having us.

Good food and service! We had the signature course each. The iberico charsiew and lobster eefu noodles were especially good. Shout-out to SA Derek and GM Benjamin who were very attentive, knowledgeable and kindly accommodated our special needs and ensured that we had an amazing dining experience!

A must-try Peking Duck experience! 🦆✨ Mott 32 delivers serious wow factor. The Peking duck is carved right in front of you — part dining, part show. The skin is crisp, the meat tender, and every bite full of flavor. After the carving, you can choose how to enjoy the rest of the duck — we went with noodles, and they were outstanding. Service was impeccable. The team was friendly and attentive, and Manager Benjamin made sure we were looked after the entire evening. Perfect for business dinners or when you want to impress guests visiting Singapore. Truly memorable from start to finish. 👏

This was my first visit to Mott 32, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. For those keen on trying their signature duck or roast pork, I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. The quality of the food is exceptional, complemented by attentive and professional service. My only minor critique is the dim lighting, which could be improved by having a brighter section for guests who prefer it. Overall, the dining experience was excellent, the food justifies the price, and I would highly recommend Mott 32 to anyone seeking a memorable meal.
