Mount Engadine Lodge

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. From check-in to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The staff are truly incredible — so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. Every meal felt thoughtful, comforting, and delicious. When we arrived, our room was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the meadow. We brought our fur baby along, and the attention to detail was beyond adorable, a welcome sign, dog bed, bowls, poop bags, and even a gourmet treat waiting just for him. Such a thoughtful touch! High tea in front of the wood-burning fireplace was incredibly peaceful and romantic, we were severed a tasty charcuterie board and desserts that we paired with a glass of wine. Before dinner we enjoyed the sauna, which I highly recommend. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the experience. Dinner was a set menu which was served so beautifully and the food was delicious. Compliments to the chef! This place is truly special. Cozy, romantic, relaxing, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back.

The lodge and venue is beautiful and cozy. I love the cabin feel, real fireplaces, and relaxing mountain feel. The spot is beautiful and we enjoyed our time outside. Our room (Raven) was great, and I really appreciated the little bed for my daughter (4), who was very excited when she saw it. Although we brought our own board games, there was a great selection and options for kids. The first thing we did was sit down for our afternoon tea. It was a wonderful little spot on the couches, and the food was fantastic. My daughter loved her hot chocolate and the tea selection is lovely (and local). After a nice walk outside and playing in the snow, we got to enjoy a delicious dinner. Breakfast and lunch order forms were on the table and it was nice to set that the evening before so the next day could be smooth. We had a good rest, and got up to a lovely breakfast, with a crazy a mount of food and spread available. Our packed lunches were also delicious and great to take with us to enjoy post ski. The staff were great, all very kind and had a lovely, easy attitude. We didnt get the opportunity to use the sauna but it looked good and I will certainly use it next time! We were already planning our next bookings before we even left. We felt it was good value for all the inclusions, and really like that food was part of the package, we were certainly never left hungry!

What an amazing place to unwind. We went with a young child and booked the larger room/cabin. We were never hungry, which always seems a risk for an 'all inclusive' stay. Food was great, atmosphere was great and we really felt like we were in a place we could call home. The setting is surreal and beautiful, the staff were as helpful as possible and plenty of activities for us to do solo or with others, including just lounging around in front of the fireplace, going for a stroll and even taking the e-bike out on some icy roads around the local area. Really miss this place and can't wait to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mount Engadine Lodge. It truly is a special place in the Canadian Rockies that we come back to over and over again. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. The lodge is super cozy and exactly what you want for little mountain getaway, and the food was amazing (yes, all meals are included with your stay!). We also love how pet-friendly the lodge is, our dog loves it there too. They’ve just added a sauna, which was perfect for relaxing and warming up after a day of snowshoeing.

We had a wonderful experience at Mt. Engadine celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the chefs went out of their way to accommodate his dietary restrictions. The food was absolutely delicious! We loved relaxing by the fire and appreciated being able to head out for fat biking right from our cabin door. It was a truly memorable stay, and we’ll gladly recommend Mt. Engadine to friends and family. Keep up the excellent standards!

The place is absolutely lovely and the scenery is breathtaking every meal and lunch was delicious 🤤 (and believe me you wont starve!) we were able to rent cross country skis and fat bikes to go explore the area and to top it off you can chill in the sauna after your day before enjoying a nice charcuterie board and tea! The staff was super nice and helpful and everybody always had a smile on their face! The place is well worth a visit to meet interesting peeps or for a romantic retreat it's the ideal destination!

We stayed at Mount Engadine Lodge from December 14–17 and overall had a lovely time. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and we especially enjoyed the sauna—it was a perfect way to relax during our stay.||||Most of the staff were warm and welcoming, and we genuinely appreciated the friendly service throughout the lodge. We did, however, have a couple of service interactions that didn’t feel as attentive or accommodating as we had hoped, particularly since we had communicated our preferences when booking months in advance. These moments didn’t overshadow the entire stay, but they did stand out in contrast to the otherwise excellent team.||||Our room was cozy and comfortable, though the pillows were extremely firm—much harder than expected—so guests who prefer softer pillows may want to bring their own.||||Despite a few small hiccups, the lodge has a lot of charm, and many aspects of our stay were truly enjoyable. With a bit more consistency in service, it has the potential to be an exceptional getaway.

Front desk Helena was amazing but overall we interacted well with all the staff very well. The facility was amazing and everyone kept shaking their heads at how we ended up in such a great place with such a varied group from ages 5 - 82 - enjoyed by all. In the end 5 year-old Remy wrote a note to Grandma saying he " I Love You More than Candy" and this just summarized our whole experience so well. Keep up the good work.
