The staff working here were totally cool. Nice guys...and!!! They made us a heart shaped pizza ...not too late hehe. Great service and great location 🤠

Received the large pizza I ordered which looked like it was two different halves put together.

Oakland has been struggling with crime and many businesses have been affected. That being said, this location was pretty much fine. The food was what you would hope for, the service was friendly and quick. There are places to sit and eat if you like which is rare to find in that area these days.

They cool...fast n they pizza is good order online...just go n pick it up...or order n wait for it..mask not required

I ordered an Everest and got a hard as a brick I don't know what it was pizza! No veggies! Called the store and they lied and said my pizza didn't not come from there. I called the driver and he was kind to go to the store so we can talk with them and they still were rude. I will never ever order from that place again.

They did make the pizza according to what i ordered and then insisted on arguing with me about it and told me I wasn't making sense. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will never return ever again!

Order a mini for the last month or longer usually on Sunday for my sons lunch I asked to spread my 3 toppings I received the mini half cooked and the toppings were literally mostly on a slice it was as the bell pepper was torn apart into 6 pieces then placed the crust was thicker than the other side and taste as if it was dipped in butter I made them aware the put the pizza back thru the oven which made the crust taste yucky/plastic..When my son gets off I will be returning uh mini pizza it's sad they couldn't get it right

Delivery was speedy and they even provided plates, napkins, and condiments for us!

My pizza came out extremely fast The service was OK. The girl was kind of rude at the window when I asked for some extra ranch and some plates . She didn't even offer me no plates to go with my medium size pizza but other than that this place is good for lunch . The ambience is not too high appealing. There's too much inventory in the dining area.

Honestly, wasn't too happy with the flavor of marinara sauce, and the thin crust was not that thin. The pepperoni pizza was super super greasy, the bottom of the box was soaked. The garlic cheese breadsticks were OK, as the cheese had a funny taste on both pizza and cheese sticks. It took over an hour to get my order even though I'm 1.2/1.4 miles away. Disappointed but I won't be ordering here again.

No pizza after 70 min and I call and they keep saying it's on the way even though they are 7 min away. I recommend some other place.

They never disappoint I recommend this place anytime you want pizza on the late night in the Bay Area area

Mountain Blvd. Mountain Mike's pizza is always overflowing with toppings, the crust has that tasty smoky flavor and the ratio of sauce to cheese to toppings is always spot on! It is such a treat! Delicious hot and cold the next day. Other locations need to take a lesson or two!! Specifically the Webster Street location in Oakland, their toppings are scarce, they use way too much cheese (never thought I would say that) and too much sauce. If you want Mountain Mike's done right, go to Mountain Blvd.

The pizza was great - one of the nice worker even took us a picture. The services was great - they made sure our order was exactly as we wanted it ! The ambiance was nice ! Would return when in the area again. I forgot to mention we are from Miami and our first time in Oakland.

Love ordering from this location . My favorite pizza is the chicken blt. They have a parking lot , best to order online for pickup

This large combo Pizza is so delicious that I wanted to eat it all by myself & not share. Top quality & to me it was better than Round Table. ijs

These clowns can't even hang up the phone right! Mountain Mikes is garbage pizza regardless but I figured I'd at least get a warm pie since I'm staying literally right down the street, less than half a mile away. That was funny! But what was even funnier was the hang-up-call-back game I got to play with the lady on the phone who apparently was so busy or upset or whatever-the-hell that she couldn't be bothered to say when exactly my already-15-minutes-late order was going to be delivered! I'm sorry she's having a bad day, but that ain't got nothin' to do with me! I only wanted to know if I was gonna eat pizza tonight! And when it did finally arrive, it was just north of cold, and had no red sauce on it despite my asking for that. Never again, this or any other Mountain Mikes, in this or any other life. I'm writing corporate.

this is regarding the HEGENBERGER location. tonight was their worst night ever,as far as I was concerned it was.i ordered my usual small pepperoni pizza,#1.it was more expensive #2 it was cold looked and tasted gross,then all he wanted to do was offer me a discount next time!? I will never go back to that location.it 2as a complete joke,not people or behavior of people I trust making my food thank you. they are now on my 86 list. never again.

Picked up my first order today and it tasted just like round table pizza ! Wings and pizza were 10/10 sandwich was good could have been better! Business has so much potential with the right person in charge

Had me wait 3minutes on the phone only to tell me they aren't going to deliver, pick up only. Driver doesn't want to deliver pizza and make customers happy or get tips. Lazy! Lady on phone also with no remorse or sympathy. Bad customer service. Go elsewhere.

I called in to order a pizza and the lady that picked up was rude on the phone while I order my food so I placed it quickly so I didn't have to speak to her too much. After I was run late to pick my food up and I received a call from the employee. i explain that I'm run 10 to 15 minutes late and he let's me know my food would get cold. So I ask him if can reheat or remake my order since I don't want to eat cold pizza. He proceeds to laugh and just say no.

Three Stars Cause I Had To Wait After I Was Told It Would Be Ready .. Then I Get To The Car Close The Dope To Put The Pizza On The Seat.. Why This Pizza Don't Smell Like Mine.. I Pop The Lid And It's Not My Pizza.. I Get Ready To Get Out The Delivery Driver Comes To My Car.. U Have The Wrong Pizza.. REALLY .. So Now That I Think About It.. I Gotta Take Off Another Star Cause They Put The Pizza Back On The Oven.. Yuck.. Super Corona

Ugh!! I called mountain Mike's directly and asker if they secure the food for deliveries (because of course I want to be secure in knowing my food has not been tampered with), so the employee told me "yes". I was happy to hear, but even my order came IT WAS NOT SECURE AT ALL!! So I immediately called back and requested to speak to a manager, of course no manager was available, so I told that same employee that she should have been honest with me becausenow i dont want this food at all, someonecould have spit in it or put their finger in it, etc., She then said they only secure the food for Doordash and Uber Eats and tried to justify that she didn't know who I had ordered with. So basically blaming me, but I did my part by calling the store direct, it's their job to inform me if they only secure the food by placing for certain companies, I also let her know if she would have told me that in the beginning, I could have ordered through doordash instead of Yelp, but she never told me until after I recieved the food of which now I ha e thrown away cause it looks too wet and I don't feel comfortable eating it now . This really sucks, waited an hour for this food and now it's trash

Made two orders on consecutive nights. First night was delivered on time and accurate and delicious. Next night ordered again due to the successful first round. Whoops! Had to call for them to find the order. Order was wrong when it arrived. Then had to wait forever for the food to arrive after the mistake. Coin flip.

Mountain mikes my go to pizza place but todays visit was very disappointing. I received my pizza not only cold but burnt, as I took a bite all you could taste is a burnt pizza. I then called to the store spoke to someone to someone who was very rude, not sure if they know customer service. Began to over talk me an raise his voice I then hung up because this call was not getting resolved, Bhv is the spelling he gave me for his name not sure how accurate that is

Our 2nd time ordering pizza here and both times have been great. Would recommend this place.

Love Mountain Mikes pizza and was happy one opened that much closer to me! Every time I've ordered from them I've had great service. Very professional over the phone and on delivery. Having patients and being kind goes a long way.

The delivery was on time. However, I asked for red chili peppers and cheeses, but there was nothing. I added green onions which charged $3 extra, but they didn't add on.

We were passing through, staying at a hotel by the Oakland Airport. We had pizza delivered to the hotel. Absolutely delicious thin crust pizza! I wish we had ordered a larger pizza so we could have had it for breakfast!

Ordered the biggest pizza and was given 3 cheap thin napkins didn't even offer us any plates after buying the largest size they have you will think it's complimentary

The pizza was nasty no Sauce a lot of bread and it wasn't cook well plus they forgot my 2 L soda so I had to drink water

Great customer service . Fast delivery. I really enjoy your chicken club pizza . Crunchy and had a lot of toppings. It's a little Pricey but it's worth it . Chicken wings are the best.

I was out visiting a friend in East Oakland and we wanted to get pizza. Looked it up and found this place was recently opened. We called in our order. With Covid going on, it's always a challenge when going to restaurants. We got to the store and everyone was following procedures to ensure their customer's safety. I really liked that. We ordered the Pike Peak pizza. If you like meat, you'll love this! Couldn't wait to get back home so I grabbed a slice and it was like biting into heaven. So good! I highly recommend this place!

This location recently opened, and it's honestly the best pizza in town. Every time I visit, they provide great service, follow all COVID-19 related safety precautions, and the best part is the delicious pizza!! I'd recommend the pepperoni or the Everest pizza.

I'm at OAK for overnight stay at the airport Hilton. Hotel restaurant is closed and found this spot on Yelp! Not sure why the reviews aren't all 4-5 stars. I had made to order thin crust pizza and really enjoyed it. Baked well, looks good and tastes great. I'd order this same pizza from this spot again.

ordered a delivery specialty pizza for delivery. it came in good time and I tipped 6 bucks. pizza was more for the kids so I really didn't think nothing of it till one of the kids said it was nasty, showing me a peice of chcken about 3 to 4 inches long. so i got up and checked it out. WOW! this pizza didn't have toppings for at least 2 inches and in places more from the crust. there was very little pinapple and the sause was at least half what it should have been. i called and was told to hold on for the manager,I waited for about 10 minutes and then was disconnected,hung up on? anyway i took picturs of this pizza and then ordered another from Round Table.. we love the Moutian Mikes at other locations. but this place is really not honoring the well established name. the pizza was put in the fridge with 3 slises missing so I brought it in to show to them. they said the manager comes in at 4pm. its now 6:30 and no call. matbe they did hang up on me. I would strongly advise to avoid this new mountian mikes untill they get there act together. when the employee sides with the customer saying she agrees there sisn't enough toppings, its not cool.
