Ugh!! I called mountain Mike's directly and asker if they secure the food for deliveries (because of course I want to be secure in knowing my food has not been tampered with), so the employee told me "yes". I was happy to hear, but even my order came IT WAS NOT SECURE AT ALL!! So I immediately called back and requested to speak to a manager, of course no manager was available, so I told that same employee that she should have been honest with me becausenow i dont want this food at all, someonecould have spit in it or put their finger in it, etc., She then said they only secure the food for Doordash and Uber Eats and tried to justify that she didn't know who I had ordered with. So basically blaming me, but I did my part by calling the store direct, it's their job to inform me if they only secure the food by placing for certain companies, I also let her know if she would have told me that in the beginning, I could have ordered through doordash instead of Yelp, but she never told me until after I recieved the food of which now I ha e thrown away cause it looks too wet and I don't feel comfortable eating it now . This really sucks, waited an hour for this food and now it's trash
