Rented a couple of bikes. Very helpful, friendly and professional guy. The bikes were in good shape and trouble free the whole ride. I wish they had mudguard though, as the path is often wet and will splash mud all over your back. The price was pretty affordable and well worth it considering the amazing bike trail that goes all the way to Stowe and beyond. Great place overall.

We visited Stowe and wanted to rent bicycles for the Stowe Recreation path. This place is located right beside the path. They have a great selection of bicycles including e-bikes, as well as an equestrian center, but we only rented bikes. The attendant was so attentive and kind, made sure we were matched to the proper equipment and helped us with directions. We had a wonderful time on the Path! Thank you, Mountain Ops

Easily deserves more than 5 stars. The service is kind, friendly- something we did not experience anywhere else in Stowe. They guided us very patiently and even recommended that we go to Wiessner Woods for a hike which was absolutely stunning.

Excellent service and excellent price to rent a bike. Plenty of parking. Very close to the start of the Stowe Recreation Path.

We rented a couple bikes from this bike shop and we were able to join the Stowe Rec trail right behind the building. Bikes were in great condition with memory foam seats. We headed towards town which was alittle over five miles on a fairly flat paved path. Very beautiful scenary and loved crossing the bridges over the rivers. We stopped for lunch in town and then rode back. We even saw a bear while riding on path.

Can’t recommend enough. Jason was awesome. Came into town and wasn’t expecting to get new setups for my wife and I. I knew going in what I wanted, and helped to get my wife fitted for her boots. Selection of telemark gear is awesome, and having people who are also rippers on tele skis who can help out and suggest an awesome setup! They got them mounted and setup before we left town, and were awesome the whole time. 10/10. Would get gear from again!

Stopped in on our way down from Jay to find a new set of AT boots for my very odd shaped feet. Store has the best selection of ski gear and equipment I’ve seen. On the boot fitting side and knowledge of boots, I have to say that Robbie was extremely helpful but most of all, the knowledge he had on each manufacturer specifically was worth its weight in gold. Hats off to Robbie for a stellar experience!!! Great shop!

We made three different phone calls for rentals in the Stowe area. The first two said no to dogs in the “kiddie carriage” (one was gruff and the other said something about hygiene :o). The MoutainOps folks had no issues with us putting our 14 year old beagle in the basket! Thanks for letting us do this - it was greatly appreciated (he came a long way - from Florida!). Nice and friendly crew - both helpful and outgoing!
