Seats are dirty, coffee is basically a cup of ice for fiver, refuse to refill. Terrible price for value and rude customer service

Updating my post 2025 great coffee, great service and awesome quality in every step of the process. Baristas are well trained, therefore it’s a consistently great cup of coffee every time. Great quality food! Coffee is overpriced and the mocha and hot chocolate £4.50 (ridiculous) Apart from that great location and great crushed avocado on sourdough!

Generally good vibes and coffee but the prices are a bit wild for some items. I got a hot chocolate once and it was just pretty much hot milk. Its a nice spot to do a bit of work in the week for a few hours

At first popped in to ask directions lovely young lady server took time to look up directions on her phone. I was too early when I found the place she helped direct me to, so I went back to Mousetail and ordered a coffee and bagel breakfast which all went down well. Good food and service

I like the place and the coffee but a little rushed and maybe staff are worked out or something because they seem to not have energy to engage with customers. That sometimes can change your mood easily on a morning walk pit stop to grab a coffee. The place can get really cold at times but generally ok. I’ve seen people take meetings and it looks like the place where people can comfortably to do that.
