Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra

A solid choice for a comfortable and upscale stay in Accra. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is a highlight, large, relaxing and great for both families and solo travellers. Service was professional and courteous throughout. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the location is central, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a reliable and classy option whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.

We were served by Comfort. Comfort was amazing! She took the greatest care of us. Simon is always great. He makes sure we have exactly what we need. He's the best. I look forward to visiting again.

The hotel is nice and in a decent location. I gave it a 4 because the breakfast and food is expensive and not all that great. The AC in the room can still feel a bit stuffy. I enjoyed opening my window for sometime until the staff came and locked it up. Would be better if these hotels got fresh air, instead of constant circulated air. But the staff is nice, beds are comfortable. Room is cleaned and new towels daily. Not sure I’d personally stay here again, there’s cheaper options. But it is nice.

I had a great time dining at The Phoenix Restaurant in Accra. The food was delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. But what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. Issac and Elizabeth were exceptional. Warm, attentive, and professional, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their thoughtful service elevated the entire evening and added a personal touch that made all the difference. Highly recommend The Phoenix—not just for the food, but for the people who make it special.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service from the moment you arrive. Lovely fragrance throughout. The food is above and beyond with so many options. Rooms are beautiful and well stocked. Excellent Thai massage in the spa. Will definitely plan to stay here again and bring my family. Excellent end to a week in Accra.

My 2 friends and I was attended by a various servers, Nana Odai, Florence, and Jessica. These women were all exemplary in their demeanor. They were courteous and respectful. I have thoroughly enjoyed this hotel experience. A major highlight was dining for breakfast each day. I loved being greeted by Marry who’s warm smile and kind manner made me want to come back each day! The food was wonderful but Marry made the experience even better!!
