The breakfast is amazing. A buffet plenty of many delicious dishes. The staff in general is very kind and warm. Very open to give you suggestions. Going back to the breakfast the lady (don’t know her name) has a touch for making a very delicious omelette. I enjoyed it. And the hostess Nora was smiling and welcoming guests at the entrance. I like the Movenpick very much.

I appreciate the attentiveness of all staff. I specifically appreciate Jessica who works in The Phoenix! I was attempting to settle an upset stomach by eating something but mainly getting some ginger tea. I have noticed any ginger tea at any of the tea stations. After hearing I had an upset stomach and was in search of ginger tea…Jessica immediately said, “I can get you some ginger tea.” Jessica proceeded to make me some ginger tea from scratch. Impressive! Way better than the prepackage ginger tea I usually travel with from home. I’m pretty sure Jessica’s ginger tea will assist in settling my stomach and allow me to enjoy my remaining time in Ghana. Jessica going out of her way made me feel at home and made me feel welcomed🙏🏽 I appreciate her stepping away to ensure I felt better. As a judge in the USA I can recognize having team members on staff that are naturally willing to go beyond their duties to ensure everyone who touches the court and Mövenpick Hotel feel welcomed and safe. Again…thank you Jessica for making my day brighter❤️

Hotel felt like a museum given artwork and decorations. People were great! Food was great! Layout of the suite was awesome. Air quality for the specific room we had left “better” to be desired. There was a humidifier in the room. For me, this confirmed there was a problem. The first room we received (upgraded day 3) didn’t have poor air quality conditions. It didn’t have a humidifier either (as one not needed).

Great hotel and experience! I Was there this week with the black travel movement from the USA. Front desk staff and bar staff very friendly. Their customer service skills are outstanding. Very attentive and will make any issue right. They loaded bags on the bus then saw us off. I stay at a lot of hotels and I am very impressed with this hotel staff.

A solid choice for a comfortable and upscale stay in Accra. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is a highlight, large, relaxing and great for both families and solo travellers. Service was professional and courteous throughout. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the location is central, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a reliable and classy option whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.

A classic hotel. Food is indeed on point but the service rendered by the restaurant staffs was good. The security guys at the gate and the drop off point, Ahmed was so nice and respectful. Theophilus at banqueting was very helpful and kind. He must keep it up.

Very poor customer service. I arrived at 23.00 to check in and this is when the staff at reception conveniently informed me that they had no room available for me. Their excuse which was obviously untrue was an alleged air conditioning leak in the room that was supposedly assigned to me and the fact that they were fully booked. Their “offer” was for me to check in at their “sister hotel” for the night (which is not even half of their room rate) and check back in the following day. They had so many hours to inform me or my travel agent about the “changes” but opted not to…yet another sign of their dishonesty! It was their body language that gave me a pause for concern and created the impression that this is something that they regularly do to clients.

The hotel is nice and in a decent location. I gave it a 4 because the breakfast and food is expensive and not all that great. The AC in the room can still feel a bit stuffy. I enjoyed opening my window for sometime until the staff came and locked it up. Would be better if these hotels got fresh air, instead of constant circulated air. But the staff is nice, beds are comfortable. Room is cleaned and new towels daily. Not sure I’d personally stay here again, there’s cheaper options. But it is nice.
