Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra

I absolutely love their location — a serene and peaceful environment complemented by state-of-the-art facilities. The reception area is beautiful, and their customer service is truly top-notch. The food is simply delicious, and trust me, you’ll enjoy every meal, whether you go for a local favorite or a continental dish. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for holidays, business meetings, or conferences, look no further — this is the ideal place to be. The hotel is also disability-friendly, and the poolside setting is absolutely breathtaking.

Beautiful hotel, nice room and amenities. The pool and spa were extra added treats. Staff were friendly and professional. The artwork in the hotel was amazing. The only thing that I would suggest is that they shampoo or steam the carpet on the room floors. It takes away from the beautiful artwork. |The restaurant and bar were very nice also. The live music in the bar area was a plus too. |Would definitely recommend the hotel

Nice rooms (but the AC is not really working like it should, it was 25° in the room). Superb breakfast. Had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. Definitely try the jollof rice, it's heavenly! But most of all each and everyone in the hotel is doing it's utmost best to accommodate you and is far beyond friendly. From the porters outside to the people at the reception and the restaurant and bar. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We will definitely be coming back!

The Movenpick is a great hotel and the staff is truly amazing! They are professional, warm and welcoming.so many of them remembered our names, checked in on my family and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The hotel is beautiful but I will have to say it is in need of some updating… it is clean, but a refresh in decor/furniture and additional maintenance would make this the number one hotel in Accra. The food was excellent and bottled water was provided for free through our stay. Would I come back and stay at the Movenpick absolutely! Will I recommend the Movenpick absolutely!!

Fabulous experience from before I checked in. Met Bless & David as I attempted to drop off my luggage for storage around noon. Check in was at 3pm, and I shopped in the market, returned to hang in the lobby until check in. They delivered bottled water in the lobby while I waited. After check in, they escorted me and my luggage to the room. It was clean, plenty of storage and nicely chilled. Internet was accessible and stayed strong throughout my visit. The Phoenix restaurant buffet was delicious with varied offering and always a Ghanaian dish to try. Fresh omelet station and to-go meals for when I left at 5am. Staff was courteous, polite and dressed beautifully. Moses assisted when I missed my tour connection, needed laundry done and checked in w me by name as we passed by. Highly recommend.

It’s was a wonderful experience and the staff were very helpful. I would like to express my appreciation for Eric from the housekeeping team for his outstanding service and attention to detail. He was consistently courteous and proactive throughout my stay, even noticing that my toothbrush was finished and promptly replacing it without being asked & left a note for me. His professionalism and genuine concern for guests’ comfort reflect a high standard of hospitality and are truly commendable.

This was my first, but surely not my last visit to Ghana, and Mövenpick Ammassador Hotel. This beautiful hotel is warm and welcoming. I love the rooms and the staff. I was always greeted with a smile. The grounds are lovely. Pool is amazing. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I will come again and I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are nice. The service is great. Everyone in the hotel is AMAZING. Moses provided a great concierge service. The staff in the executive lounge were professional , welcoming And friendly. I would encourage the cleaning staff to remember to put face towels for black Americans. Also when the room is cleaned we reminded them to use some smell good cleaner as the smell from the toilet produces a little urine smell. But overall I give them. 5.
