Caught an afternoon movie at Moviehouse on a Tuesday to take advantage of the discounted ticket price. Movies are $7 on Tuesdays - purchasing in-person saves you the $2.20 online booking fee. Lobby has some lounge seating and a bar. Theater has reclining seats (not powered), trays with cup holders, and lots of room between rows. I was impressed with the menu selection - nachos, quesadillas, wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, bowls, milkshakes, desserts and of course, popcorn. There's a full bar menu which includes low and no-alcohol options. I didn't order anything from the server. Overall, a nice inexpensive experience for some Tuesday entertainment.

Unacceptable. Came about 15 minutes early before the previews. Used to work in the food industry...not acceptable even when short staffed...Used to have high view of this place but now questioning cleanliness

Came to watch a movie I’ve been here probably like 40 or 50 times spent thousands of dollars here decided to come watch a movie today and I did not like the movie so I came out and asked him. Could you just give me a gift ticket and I’ll come back and watch a movie another time I just spent $40 on foodand just me and myself and I and they told me no the worst customer service. The manager didn’t even come out and speak to me. The young lady I spoke to said she spoke to both managers and they said no.

I recently visited Moviehouse & Eatery and had a mixed experience. First, the positives: the staff was friendly and greeted us promptly. Service was quick, and our order was taken without delay, which I appreciated. However, the theater was uncomfortably cold, which made it hard to fully enjoy the movie. Even more disappointing was the limited food availability. Nearly everything we tried to order was unavailable — Thai chili bowl? Out. Chicken wings? Out. Spicy chicken sandwich? Out. Pretzel sticks? Also out. At that point, I had to ask what they did have. I ended up settling for something I didn’t even want, simply because I was hungry and expected a full menu at a dine-in theater. Overall, while the service was solid, the lack of menu items and cold environment took away from the experience. Hopefully, these issues are temporary, but it did make for a frustrating visit.

If I could give zero stars I would first and last time trying this place food portions were like a happy meal at McDonald’s for almost 20$ each burnt popcorn the truffle fries tasted fine but they were cold took almost 20min each time u need a refill and please note the theatre was no by any means full we could’ve sat everyone in there in only 2 rows the potato rings they give u 5 for a 3$ upcharge. Tickets and all spent over 120$ for 3 people will never be back!

The movie itself was fine but, the seats in the auditorium were visibly worn down. I’m not typically a stickler for that but, my seat in particular looked as if it had been through a battle with acetone or something. The food was cafeteria level at best. Not the worst but, completely basic in taste and presentation. The servers inside the auditorium left much to the imagination. The bar staff were gems. Overall experience was pretty average. We’re probably going to stick with Cinemark in the future.

Bad service. Really disappointed cause we used to love this place and it was our go to theater. We ordered our food at the beginning of the movie. And our food arrived halfway through the movie and daughters were asking me basically the entire movie where their drinks were. I asked our waitress 4 times about our food and drinks and they always said they were would be bringing our order out right away. But they never did. But somehow they were able to bring everyone else their food AND all their refills. Unbelievable.

Absolutely NEVER coming back here again . Not only was it incredibly expensive (80 bucks) they completely forgot my order for 20 minutes of the movie. My boyfriend had his chicken tenders within 8 minutes of ordering, ate them all and then sat there until I realized I wasn't getting my food. I had to call again and she "apologized" The salsa literally tasted like they pureed lawn clippings in it. Literally tasted like grass. The fries tasted exactly like burger king. The queso tasted like it came from a jar and went cold within minutes. Two tickets were thirty bucks! Whoever actually likes this experience must really have money to blow everyday. I miss when tickets were 1.00. COMPLETELY outrageous prices and careless staff. Then they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Hahaha! Try again....
