Caught an afternoon movie at Moviehouse on a Tuesday to take advantage of the discounted ticket price. Movies are $7 on Tuesdays - purchasing in-person saves you the $2.20 online booking fee. Lobby has some lounge seating and a bar. Theater has reclining seats (not powered), trays with cup holders, and lots of room between rows. I was impressed with the menu selection - nachos, quesadillas, wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, bowls, milkshakes, desserts and of course, popcorn. There's a full bar menu which includes low and no-alcohol options. I didn't order anything from the server. Overall, a nice inexpensive experience for some Tuesday entertainment.

Service is sloooow. My husband got his pizza 40 minutes before I got mine. The restrooms were not clean. The wings are very good if you don’t mind waiting over an hour. Comfy seats that recline. $17 for a hot dog is steep!

Google
Movie experience was fine. Service and food quality was an absolute joke. $17 for a sandwich that came out looking like a happy meal that got left in a car for too long. Asked for a beer and took 50 minutes and asking 5 different people for it. Seriously. Don’t bother with the food or drink. Do like the people sitting next to us, hit a drive through and bring your own food. Clearly they knew what to expect from these people already. The service and management team is either incompetent or don’t care. Either way, the result is the same for the customer. A terrible service encounter somehow priced as a premium experience. You will get better service at a Taco Bell than you will at this place. The food would be better there too.

Google
The food here was pretty decent. The unlimited popcorn was nice and the movie theater was very clean. My only gripe is cost. This is not a cheap date night. Soda was $8 alone. Other than the popcorn, I thought the portions were a bit small despite their high price. If you’re looking for a way to make this cheap, I suggest eating before the movies and just eating popcorn.

Google
This theater has really gone downhill. The food is painfully average — I ordered a pizza that tasted like school lunch, and honestly, depending on the year you were born, school lunch might’ve been better. Everything is wildly overpriced. A flat Coke for $12, while candy is $8.50, makes no sense. The seats are worn out, and mine had popcorn left over from the last showing, so clearly no one cleaned before seating guests. Service was poor, with young staff running things but no real accountability or urgency. I don’t blame them — I blame the lack of training and oversight. This place used to have a vibe, but now it’s just sloppy. I won’t be back. If you want a quality movie experience, there are plenty of better options that actually deliver for the price you’re paying.

First time at a movie house and eatery and I will say I am impressed! I took the family out to see the fantastic four movie and we really enjoyed ourselves. The biggest shocker was that the food was actually really good. Most theaters that we've been to that serve food typically have microwavable junk food that is sub-par. Moviehouse's food was really good! And the facility was clean and the chairs were reclining and super comfortable.... We'll definitely be back!

I’ve been enjoying movies here since it opened, and went tonight expecting the usual experience - dinner and a movie. About 35 min after ordering, we were still waiting for our 2 waters and a coke, but two meals for our party of 3 were delivered. Another 20 min passed before our waters and coke were delivered and that only happened after my husband went to ask. About an hour into the movie, we were still missing one of the meals we ordered. Another 20 min went by and still no food so my husband left the movie again to check. We already tried pressing the button and talking to the servers, and while they were nice and kept saying the kitchen was backed up, the meal still hadn’t been delivered. My husband notice that a meal that may have been mine was sitting on a shelf and had been since the first time he came down to check on drinks after the first two meals were delivered. Finally, about 1.15 minutes into the movie a server brought my food, but it was ice cold and they also forgot silverware. I sent it back since it was so cold and asked them to bring out a fresh meal. That didn’t happen. They gave us our check and took off the charge for the meal that never came, but didn’t offer anything else. Considering the theater is marketed as a dinner and a movie experience and my husband missed a lot of the movie checking on the food, my expectation was that management would have done more. Before leaving we talked to the manager who refunded the price for the coke and one other meal, but they didn’t offer complementary tickets or anything else. Others in the theater had similar experiences. The couple next to us went to the bar to order smores popcorn because the service was so slow in the theater, that took about 15 min, then they realized it wasn’t the right popcorn and had to speak to a server mid-movie to complain. As my husband was waiting to talk to the manager another couple was given a bill but didn’t receive any of the food they ordered. When we were leaving, several people were still waiting in the theater for their bills. Several others were complaining to the servers, I presume about similar issues. So not only did I never get to eat, my husband had to miss large parts of the movie and none of us (and others in the theater) could really enjoy the movie with all the chaos in the theater. Now it’s 10:30 pm, and I’m having to cook dinner. Unless something changes to improve the service, I don’t recommend going if you expect food and drinks while you watch the movie.

Google
Came to watch a movie I’ve been here probably like 40 or 50 times spent thousands of dollars here decided to come watch a movie today and I did not like the movie so I came out and asked him. Could you just give me a gift ticket and I’ll come back and watch a movie another time I just spent $40 on foodand just me and myself and I and they told me no the worst customer service. The manager didn’t even come out and speak to me. The young lady I spoke to said she spoke to both managers and they said no.

Yelp
I overall enjoyed Moviehouse Eatery! I had the poke and it had too much sauce in my opinion. But there are so many options on food, I'm not mad at it. Popcorn was amazing and icee isn't the typical one you get at movie theaters. It's way better here! I'd definitely come back! The seats could use a makeover because they're worn down, but they recline and still work. Pros: Menu has plenty of options! Poke, cheeseburger, unlimited popcorn, unlimited icee. Server comes to you Recliner seats Bathrooms clean Great service at bar and server in theater Cons: Pricey Seats are worn out and could be replaced Service charge to purchase tickets online

Yelp
There's no pricing listed on the bar menu so I ordered a beer. I just paid $9 for one bottle of beer and when I inquired about the outrageous pricing, the bartender just said what do you want me to do man that's what we charge. The most ridiculous customer service in response to the most ridiculous pricing. Will never be back.

Yelp
Four visits. Same bad experience. This place used to be great--now it's just frustrating. Service? Basically nonexistent. Popcorn shows up (maybe) near the end of your movie. On Memorial Day, they were out of ALL food, milkshakes, and desserts. Literally just popcorn and drinks. And still, we waited over an hour for that. Management clearly doesn't care, and the staff is overwhelmed. Save yourself the headache--go elsewhere. The concept is great, but the execution is a total fail.

Yelp
This place has gone downhill. Tuesday's normally when other theaters in the neighborhood are packed this place was ghost town at 8pm. Decent Service here is extremely YMMV. Our waitstaff couldn't even tell us what is on happy hour menu. We had to ask for everything twice, extra napkins, water. Seats are worn out, there is no dim lighting while you eat. Only plus side was food, we had Nachos which were great. I am not going back or recommend anyone
google avatar

Mark J.

Yelp
This place is really went downhill took the kids to the movie today. I ordered brisket quesadillas if I didn't know that they were brisket quesadillas I would have never had an idea. There was no brisket in there. Also, the amount of fries they gave you was ridiculous. I get more fries going to McDonald's. My daughter ordered cheese quesadillas with chicken. They were so spicy she couldn't eat them. My son ordered Buffalo wings. They came in no sauce just fried wings. So the food was just horrible. I would not recommend getting food here used to be good and no longer is total disappointment. Especially for $100

Yelp
Place is not good. Service is terrible. Food is average at best. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Chairs are worn and coming apart. I wouldn't spend a dime at this place again.
google avatar

Neil M.

Yelp
Ordered 2 pizzas, one quesadilla and one appetizer. Pizzas came in 10 mins. Appetizer and quesadilla came in 45 minutes. 45 MINUTES TO MAKE APPETIZERS!! WTF??? 2 of our party of four uncomfortably ate our food and offered to share while we waited 35 minutes for APPETIZERS!!! Not the server's fault. This one is squarely on management for basically missing 2 appetizers. I will be seriously considering options for the rest of the Summer movie season and beyond.

Yelp
First time coming here and the food was nasty. Had to send it back just for it to come back just as bad and it's overpriced for garbage food! The seat was broken and didn't know until the movie was already 30 minutes in. The chairs are so uncomfortable and the material was coming off onto my clothes. We went to the front after the movie to let them know about the bad food and the broken chair. The Asian guy laughed at us and went to grab the manager. The tattooed lady came out and was very rude to me and my bf. Making faces and rolling her eyes. She basically blamed us for having a bad experience rather than apologizing for bad service. Will never come back here again and the staff is terrible!

Yelp
This was my first and last tome visiting the Movie-house & Eatery. First mozzarella sticks were $15 for five small sticks, secondly a soda cost $9 and lastly half the movie was over by the time they decided to bring me my popcorn. My family and friends had eaten all their food. I believe in paying for food and service however these prices are ridiculous. The service was okay.

Yelp
I haven't been to this theatre in awhile and was hoping they had upgraded since my last visit. Sadly, the theatres have only gotten more threadbare, the food and service have gotten worse, and the prices remain high. I've said it before but I won't be returning unless I hear they've had a renovation. It's a shame because it's a great location!
google avatar

Lin L.

Yelp
Worse customer service ever. Wasting my time to be so excited for a plan movie date. Pick my own sit and ready for a Friday nigh from a week ago. Just to find out they change the theater & they gave me the worse sit on the corner. Without any email notification. Manager Kaylee Peterson with her attitude, just did not care at all. This is an example of a bully. I asked for a refund, they told me to go back home to get my credit card that I used which I refused on spot. Finally they did the refund. It's just tell me how unprofessional they are.

Yelp
A pricey experience that missed the mark and lost a long time customer. As someone who has built a living serving others through building several businesses, I understand recent overhead pressures, but it seems like Moviehouse & Eatery is getting a bit greedy. My family and I decided to catch the latest Sonic movie here over the weekend (as we have since they opened years ago). The movie was great, but were shocked when the bill arrived! For a couple of chicken strip baskets, eight-piece wings, and drinks for the family, we ended up paying $150--on top of $80 for two child tickets and three adult tickets ($250 for a movie and bar food!!). The food was subpar and an unsweet tea cost $11. I's clear that Moviehouse missed the mark on providing value this time and based on conversations with a couple other customers after the movie I'm not the only one who noticed. As someone who values thoughtful customer experiences and willing and able to spend the money on these experiences, it was disheartening to see the decline in quality and increase in prices. It reminds me of the importance of aligning price with quality and ensuring customers feel they've received fair value - of which we didn't. Businesses, take note: your pricing strategy can determine your customer's loyalty. Make sure it's justified by the value you provide.

Yelp
This theater needs an overhaul. Ripped and worn recliner seats, peeling tables. Dirty bathrooms. We went on Memorial Day and they told us they weren't serving any food until 3 pm (our movie was at 2:30) but that we could order popcorn and drinks. Big disappointment as we hadn't eaten lunch due to planning to eat here. We did order popcorn, but it took about 30 minutes to arrive. At end of the movie, I couldn't get anyone to bring us our bill. I had to leave the theater and go to the bar to pay for my popcorn. I should have just left without paying since they weren't concerned about giving me the bill.
google avatar

Jasmine T.

Yelp
My partner and I went here last minute on a whim due to timing. The theater has no direction when you walk in so it was a big confusing. There was no one out checking tickets so we just went in the theater ourselves. We didn't dine but the attendant was very nice. The sound was a bit off and the seats suck but it wasn't a terrible experience. We will be picking a different cinema in the future.

Yelp
Had not been to this location in a few months. In the past, had no complaints. Visited on Memorial Day. Movie started at 11am. After sitting down, was informed that most of the menu items were unavailable. Finally found a couple of items that they did have. My wife's food arrived after 30 minutes but mine was missing. I was told it was coming. After another 30 minutes no food so I flagged down a server. Was told they would check on it. Food never arrived but it was on the bill. I spoke to a Manager and had the charges taken off. Staff appeared over worked and frustrated. Time to find another movie venue.

Matthew B.

Yelp
Theater is aging badly. Picture quality is weak at best. Seating doesn't support weight. Half way through a movie and you will start to feel pain. Recliners are torn and show aggressive aging. Food was poorly executed. Salad was wilted. Candy selection stinks. Their prices are shockingly expensive. Unfortunately, the value is totally lacking. It won't be long until this place goes under and rightfully so.

Yelp
We've been coming to this theatre since we moved to this area in 2020. We can typically look past the condition of the tables (laminate peeling up) and random food hidden left behind. The staff that cleans the theaters work their butts off. However, last night their kitchen staff really missed the mark, with my order at least. I ordered their limited time special tuna tartare. It should've come with wonton chips, they served it to me with Tostito rounds and not even a half a cup of the ingredients listed in the dish. I uploaded a picture, it was like two bites. I called our server and he said he was going to come and say something, and offered a replacement. I choose to get the bacon jam burger. I've ordered it before and the last time I ordered it, there was some type of actual Jam WITH the puréed bacon. Last night it was just a bacon purée. I questioned it and they assured me it was correct, so maybe the last time they did something different that wasn't included. But the other complaint I had was the bottom of the burger was burnt so bad, I couldn't cut it with the knife and it was hard as heck to chew through. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with my food here. I'm not sure what the deal with my orders was last night, but it was really disappointing to have to problems back to back like that.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place! :( Pros: nice chairs that recline. The artichoke and prosciutto pizza was good. The screen was clean and picture was sharp. Audio was great. Cons: waiters walked in front of my daughter and I almost the entire time to deliver food and take orders. My daughter needed a drink refill and the waiter never brought it. The chicken and waffles she ordered was absolutely disgusting. I wish I had tried sooner so that she could have ordered something else. The waffles were a strange texture and REALLY spicy. I can normally power through but had to spit it out.
google avatar

CJ L.

Yelp
It was fine. We had some food there but it was good but not wow. Service was a little lacking like the server was distracted. The place was clean and easy to find your seats.
google avatar

Kasey E.

Yelp
Prices are outrageous. Been a customer for a long time and I can no longer take my family here for dinner and a movie. All that $$$ and my seats were torn up and pleather was worn down.

Yelp
I unfortunately got 2nd degree burns on my bottom lip and pharanx (throat) from their fried pickles. I ordered tenders, and two orders of fried pickles. Anyone that frequents this place probably is accustomed to warm food being served but never anything piping hot. My order of fried pickles was handed to me and I went to take a small bite to check before my kid grabbed one. Unfortunately as I bit down the pickle slid out of the breading and landed on my lip. honestly I think it was just full of hot grease. I threw the pickle down, iced my mouth, drank water and 20 minutes later the pain was still excruciating. I spoke to a manager mid movie and did an incident report. I wrote corporate about the incident as well and went to urgent care where I was told I have 2nd degree burns. *also, no one gave me a warning that the food was extremely hot* No one from corporate or even the theater has reached out. I went up to moviehouse for a copy of the incident report and was told "they'll review your incident and make sure you aren't lying about what happened." Not only did I miss most of the movie, I couldn't eat the meal and incurred a medical bill I wasn't expecting. Horrible experience. It's been a week and crickets from Moviehouse /Cinepolis **would NOT recommend**

Yelp
Dinner and movie never disappoints! Food is good, service was attentive! It's clean and is always fun!
google avatar

Karissa S.

Yelp
I like that this full service movie theater is less crowded than the cut over in prosper. The staff is quick and friendly, the food is decent, and they have a fantastic deal with $6 tickets every tuesday! Make sure to bring a blanket or warm clothes if you come, because they really blast the AC! My husband brought a sleeping bag last time we went and it was perfect because he is always cold! One star off because the seats are so worn! I think it would be a wise investment to start upgrading those seats, one theater at a time! Its really noticeable and many of the chairs squeak badly when you recline them. That makes it akward when needing to adjust your chair during the movie asnit disturbs the people around you!
google avatar

Kristen R.

Yelp
Used to think of this place as having high standards but after Covid hit, this place has gone down hill. Lots of the seats don't work, the bathrooms stink, the portions of the food are so small even though it's expensive, and the servers are not very on top of things. Came in yesterday to see a movie and had to ask for a sprite 3 different times because they forgot. The sprite was so watered down and lacked carbonation. The floor behind our seats had trash and popcorn all over. The Food is not bad but that's probably the only thing I like about this place. For a cinema as expensive as this, they really need to fix a few things.

Yelp
NO!!! Writing this review makes me so sad, but it's needed. Hopefully those who own Cinepolis (and previous Moviehouse owners) read this. Moviehouse used to be our favorite place to go, and by "we" I mean - me seeing a movie alone, my husband & I for date nights, my kids for any & every kids movie as well as my friends & I for Girls Night Out. I think I found myself at Moviehouse at least 3x a month. What made Moviehouse amazing? The menu for one. It was fresh & truly had something for everyone - including many great healthy & tasty options. They even offered a seasonal menu with a season drinks! They offered matinee movies, and did a Summer Kids Movie series that was incredible - I mean moms lined up for 30min waiting to get tickets & the theatre was always packed. So what changed? Cinepolis took over. The moment Moviehouse went away and Cinepolis took over the fresh and healthy menu disappeared. They cut their menu considerably and the favorites were taken off or changed to be less healthy & greasier. The matinee movies disappeared as did the Summer Kids Movie series - poof gone! We've managed to see a few movies here with friends and our kids, but it's just not the same and it's definitely NO LONGER our favorite destination for Girl's Night, time with our kids or my alone time. On our most recent trip to see Clifford with the kids, the seats were all torn, worn and absolutely gross (photo uploaded) and the service was pretty poor too. The waiters used to be so kind, friendly and most important - prompt! but they were so slow, and the drop-offs were so quick I couldn't ask for silverware, more napkins, etc.

Sharon L.

Yelp
The worst movie eatery I've ever been to. Waited 90 min for a burger. Worst $18 minimum chewy calamari I've ever had! Called multiple times, ended up going for own drinks. What a whoopin.. Plenty of staff working. Many calls to staff for our waters and food. Nothing ever showed

Maggie B.

Yelp
Showed up to see a flick, theater volume was at full blast, multiple patrons had to ask multiple times to turn it down, and it was absolutely freezing, we had to wear winter gloves and coats, and when we asked why, they said "sorry the heater has been out for weeks, even the employees have been complaining but we can't do anything, only management can" Seriously? lol try not selling tickets to a theater that is about 50° inside. Takes about an hour to get my mom setup in her wheelchair and out of the house and we were told "sorry we hate it too". Some corporate company bought this theater, it used to be amazing but never again. And the seats are still gross.
google avatar

Nicola T.

Yelp
Nice movie but the food and service was bad. We all had to go get something to eat before the show but the show was almost finish when it was served. Does the food taste good? No. Its not worth the wait. I would be interested in going to this again, if they could get better service.
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
Used to be my theater of choice anytime I went out with family. But have had too many bad experiences. Had an issue with the website and management at this location was very rude and completely unhelpful. Really weird considering how bad the chains are doing in general and how many options we have around here. We'll take our fam to Studio Movie Grill from now on. Turns out they have a better menu, better screening rooms, and better service.

Yelp
*deep sigh* it's gone burn for me to say this, but it's coming from my heart. the quality of this movie theatre has gone down since i first visited during the summer of 2022. the menu then was BANGING. they had these super fly corn ribs that looked like they were plated by gordon himself. they tend to switch up the seasonal options on the menu quite frequently, which is cool, but all of the options aren't good. i wouldn't recommend the lobster grilled cheese, it's strange. i've never put lettuce & tomato & mayo *barf* on ANY lobster grilled cheese i've made or consumed. the green goddess dressing for their salads are really good though. side salad portions are HUGE, which i love. i've also had the mushroom & spinach pizza & the bbq chicken one, which is decent, but i've had better. drinks: my favorite is the strawberry 75. i get at least 2 or 3 each time I'm there. it's incredible. i love to come during happy hour as well for that cute little discount. theatre: the lobby can get a little overwhelming during times where kid-friendly movies are out (ex: TMNT, little mermaid, avatar, etc) & they kind of run around like wild banshees in the lobby, not cute. however, the bartenders are lovely & know how to make good drinks. the seats in the screening rooms are WORE the freak out though, like peeling like a fresh tattoo, also . . . not cute. granted - - i have seen quite a bit of movies here due to the proximity to where i was living, so i'd recommend this as a step up from your neighborhood budget theatre, but i mean, they could do better.

Big Sis S.

Yelp
Don't waste your money here. Go anywhere else but here. These people have the worst customer service. Their "management" is lacking, lazy and slow, they treat their customers poorly and demonstrate with ease exactly why they can't hire people who are even remotely capable of providing mediocre customer service. The food lost its appeal a long time ago. But now they can't even provide drink service, much less good service. You're better off going anywhere else.
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
Good experience, Lil bit of a ghost town in the lobby for a Friday night to see fast x, have a nice bar set-up as you walk in if that's your thing and some table games to play while you wait. Staff in the movie was great we had a friendly lady. Seats were comfortable, reclined far to lay down. My friend had a root beer float said it was a great one. Prices for food are high but it's part of that in movie experience I suppose. I didn't order as we ate before but heard good things.
google avatar

Rob T.

Yelp
CINÉPOLIS purchased MovieHouse + Eatery in 2019, but evidently hasn't invested any money in upkeep. Many of the seats in our theater were extremely worn. The food was ok, but the menu seems very limited since our last visit. I really miss their mac and cheese (but I guess I'm the only one....it's gone). They still had pizza, burgers, and their supremas. They added a lobster grilled cheese that was again, just ok. For the prices, they really need to make their food excellent.
google avatar

Nicholas L.

Yelp
Several of the recliners here are nasty and non-functional. These seats should be taken out of service and not available for purchase. Because seating is assigned, we were not able to be relocated if you happen to book a broken one. This is not worth the prices they are charging, I highly recommend avoiding this theater.

Phillip A.

Yelp
I went today and you couldn't get a drink as quick as usual. They were backed up we were told. When I did get my drink there was a few pieces of melted ice. I asked for a cup of ice and didn't receive it. So I drank it with my meal. My food came out and it was not hot nor warm. I finally got a refill on my drink maybe 30 to 40 minutes later. I had to ask for a receipt to be sure I was charged correctly. I usually enjoy this theater and get good service but after today I can't recommend it. The ambiance was ok. It was clean in the theater.

Todd K.

Yelp
Food was lackluster at best, many items were unavailable and not hot when served. The food is also very expensive, especially non-alcoholic drinks ! Much better off eating out and going to a traditional theater!
google avatar

Clarice C.

Yelp
Food and service was great. I attended a private group event and service was prompt, accurate and positive. I look forward to returning on my own to see if things will be the same. This was my first time. I normally go to Cinemark or Studio Movie Grill.

Yelp
One of my favorite low-key date night spots with some healthy food options. My fiancée and I visit here 2-3 times a month. Pros - Garlic hummus bowl: I order this for my meal A LOT. You can always substitute the veggies or pita bread with something else. Very tasty! - The side salad is only $5 but plenty big and delicious. Larger than you would expect for a side salad. - The pizza, burgers, and chicken tenders were good (tasted off my fiancée's plate). - Comfy chairs and nice staff! - Super casual; we are usually in hats and sweats - Clean and feels safe Cons - I wish they had a rewards program. We spend over $100 a trip between food and drinks alone. With the number of times we visit, that equals awesome rewards (i.e. free tickets, snacks) at other places like Alamo Drafthouse. They need to start one before a competitor with better rewards moves into the area! - It is not convenient to wait until a random time on a Tuesday for weekend times to be posted. I've seen where some movies are posted in advance, but most of the time you have to wait. Service isn't always perfect, but it has been mostly great in my experience (like 8 out of 10). I have learned to grab a drink at the bar beforehand and take it into my movie, so if I have to wait a bit longer for service, it's not a big deal. I recommend only going if you plan to order from the menu. The staff works hard for tips, and there are plenty of regular theaters, like Cinemark, around if you only want to see a movie. I love it!

Yelp
Great place to watch a movie. Location is clean and great customer service. Haven't tried the food though.

Yelp
It has been a decade since we last went to the theater. It was so comfortable and spacious we could giggle and not interrupt the people next to us and so would they. Totally loved that they serve you food as you sit and yes the seats recline. Old folks like me appreciate some cozy recliner. We did the bottomless popcorn and was amazing. Make sure to enjoy the BOTTOMLESS of it

Yelp
We always come here as a family and get friendly service! The recliners are really comfy and the food is decent, just wish they would switch up the menu more often! Overall it's our favorite movie theater to attend! You might want to bring a blanket it gets pretty cold!

Yelp
This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. How can you still have people come in to eat and enjoy a movie if 1. Their tables look like this, and if you scroll to another review, there's a photo of the HORRENDOUS seats. The seats are falling apart!! So outrageous they would just close it down and remodel.

Yelp
This theater has declined and should not be charging $15 a ticket. The seats are worn out, tables are peeling and broken and the attendant call buttons don't work on a lot of the seats. The last time we went three out of four of our seats had major issues. Also, the theater had no popcorn. Yes NO POPCORN, the soda machine was broken and they served food that was 'off' meaning expired. They never brought our drinks (water) and the boy waiter yelled at us when we asked for it. The manager was extremely rude when we complained and she had a chip on her shoulder. She was more invested in defending her horrible staff than in correcting the issue. Do yourself a favor and go to Cinemark or Studio movie grill. I'm sure you won't have bags of trash under your seat like we had at Moviehouse. And you probably won't have to listen to loud kids talking the whole time while also playing on their phones. Such a nasty environment. It's a shame because this was our go to for years. My guess is they have new management in the last few years. I would have taken photos to post of all of this but I was trying to be nice to the other patrons.

Yelp
BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES!! My card was charged $20.00 and my receipt clearly showed $10.00, the tip amount was fraudulently changed after the fact. I've tried contacting the theatre and it is impossible to get anyone to help with the overcharge. I'll be disputing the charge and will not return to this theatre again.

Yelp
We went to movies last night (9/25/22) and had the absolute worst service. There were only our family (4 of us) and one other person. We pushed the button for service and the waiter came it turned off our service light and told us that he was busy and would be back in 5 mins. After 10 min we pushed the button again and he finally showed up to take our order. He then proceeded to do the same thing to the other person in the theater. The food came and was cold. We could not get them to come back to refill the bottomless drinks that we purchased. The seats in the theater were worn so badly that the coverings was worn off of the seats. This theater has gone down hill in quality and service. Very disappointed of the the money that we spend for the ammenties and service that we received. My recommendation would be to save a little bit of money and go to Cinemark, better seats and service.

Yelp
Great ambiance, clean and friendly staff. We like the popcorn because of its seasoning. Highly recommend this theatre!

Yelp
Just started going back to movie theaters again. This was one of our pre-pandemic favorites and despite some recent negative reviews and the fact that it as been bought out by another company we decided to give it a chance. So glad we did! I guess there was a supply chain issue for a while but the things folks were complaining about (specifically the recliners) have been fixed or replaced. Everything was in great shape: the theaters, lobby, restrooms were all clean and in great condition. The menu has changed but the offerings are great and everything we ordered was delicious. Not your typical mediocre theater food. The servers were friendly and responsive. We had another drink at the bar after the movie and the bartender was super friendly. So, I'm happy to say this place is still a favorite for my family.

Yelp
This review pertains to the theatre itself. The service and the food were fine. The seats were ripped, the tray tables were broken and both the theatre and the bathroom were unclean. There were crumbs all over our tray tables as we entered the theatre. It's clearly not cleaned and sanitized between movie goers. There was toilet paper unrolled flung across the bathroom floor in several stalls. Very disappointed and will not return.
