This place has great days and bad days. In my opinion they went through a little bit of a rough phase recently, but they appear to be getting better employees working for them. Yes, the seats are configured really well and comfy, but yes they are very overdue for reupholstering. The prices can feel high (and they’ve gone up) but we haven’t noticed the quality has changed and still enjoy the food. I would suggest checking your bill. 3 of the last 3 visits we were charged for extra sodas rather than refills (which are complimentary). They did take care of it but it’s a bummer to wait for 10 minutes while they correct it. I suspect this is a training issue. The new reward points system for a free ticket also now does not cover the price of a ticket and appears to be a flat $10 credit…which is a bit unfair. There’s about 10 movies we know we want to see this year…and we don’t have much other choice near us that compares, so we will be back and have been coming back ever since this place opened! We are routing for moviehouse eatery and will continue to support it .

Google
Service was quick and friendly. Lounge seats are very comfortable. Wings were good. Tater tots are more like potato puffs so not as crunchy as I would like. The dipping sauce for the truffle fries was outstanding. This place is much more expensive than a regular theater but it’s a great experience for once in a while.

Google
Took my wife to see BeetleJucie here. I thought it was a little pricey but then I ordered their hamburger. The fries were like old school McDonalds when they used tallow instead of seed oils. They were crispy and awesomely good. The place is clean and the seats are comfortable.

Google
They didn't check my ticket that I got online when I went to see Wicked. Could have just walked right on in without paying, and sat my little booty down. Overall the theatre is fine. Haven't been to one in 14 years. Went to see Wicked because I LOVE the movie, book(s), and play and wanted to support it. I don't plan to ever go back to the movie theatre though. Simply don't fancy it.

Google
Showed up 20 minutes before show time ordered the truffle fries. Waited 15 minutes for them to come out cold. My daughters nachos came out shortly after, also cold.; solidified cheese, freezing cold chicken. After my truffle fries came out it was close to 30 minutes in to the movie. I ordered wine and waters for myself and kid. That took another 15 minutes.... I REALLY don't want to be a Karen but we are 2 of maybe 7 people in this theater. It's just not acceptable. I go here all the time but today's service makes me want to go else where.... Ended up leaving because my daughter got an upset stomach. got the nachos refunded but still paid a total of 65 dollars after tickets. Will not be returning to this location

Absolutely adore this concept! 🥰🥰 And $5 Wednesdays for older movies is so great for moms or/and working women to escape and treat themselves. ❤️❤️ Sadly not everyone was meant to do well in service jobs. To servers not earning the tips you'd like, listen up: 📣 You need to learn how to prioritize your task so that you don't deliver cold food. I didn't want to miss the movie experience to send the food back so I ate cold fries and a luke warm delicious burger. So you'll blame me for not reporting it, but nah.... I'd rather have waited 10 more minutes for you catch your own mistake and come tell me you forgot about me but will make it up and remake it. Then ask me what my favorite soda is and give me a free one. We all know that cost your company $0.10. LEARN REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and this place would be amazing-rr!! Management: Teach your boys to serve like men. We ladies tip big if we feel paid attention cuz our men and kids are exhausting. Otherwise get a different job, your ruining hard working people's very little free time. ❤️❤️❤️

Google
$9 yes Nine dollars for a iced COKE. Beer is $9.5… Servers do not know the seat numbers as they brought other customers food to me twice. Initial server swiped my credit card when I ordered food, I thought that would be convenient to pay and leave, but NO another server brought check near the end of movie wanting to swipe my card again, interrupting the movie. I think I prefer pay per view at home! Much cheaper and better service.

Google
Grilled chicken quesadillas with tater tots. You're welcome. The seats seem to be faux leather that's peeled a lot but they're not uncomfortable. The staff is the nicest you'll find these days. Amazing. The popcorn seems a tad overcooked for me, but nothing serious. The popcorn is the only thing that's better at the Alamo, Moviehouse has them on everything else.

Yelp
Never knew this place existed, but the theater is grand! We went on a day and time where we had the whole theater to ourselves which was super cool. Took the kids and we order everything we wanted to eat, and it felt like we were eating fine dining! The food was so amazing! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered we all shared food to taste everything, and they make a strawberry spicy margarita and it is now my favorite margarita to exist! Definitely going here versus anywhere to catch my next movie!

Yelp
Flight Risk. Movie was awful. I think the writing was lacking. Mark reminded me of Pennywise from IT. Did he have to be off the wall balding? Tuesday movies have gone up. It was $6.50 now it's $7.00. Still a savings from the other days. I bought my ticket and picked my seating placement. I placed my food order within minutes of settling in. And my meal can pretty quick. I got the chicken tenders. Which came with French fries. I got the honey mustard and ketchup. I got a soda too. Meal was hot and very good. Chicken was light and crispy. And fries were crispy too. It was pretty filling. My seat creaked when I pushed the button to open the leg part out. But it did work.

Brandon K.

Yelp
I will be the first to say. I'm an no movie theater expert. This may be the first in the last few years, but I can happy say, it was a great experience. Buy your tickets online, walk right in, order, eat, and enjoy. How could you go wrong. The seats are comfortable and there isn't a bad seat in the house. I ordered the poke bowl and my wife ordered the burger. I didn't love the poke but also didn't hate it either. My wife's burger was extremely messy but oh so tasty. I may not become a movie regular, but when there is one out that I want to see, this is where I will be going.

Yelp
We made our second trip here to see Red One. There were a few issues this time there were not there last time. In this auditorium my tray and at least one or two others behind me were very loud when you tried to adjust them. They made an awful noise like when you move your bare legs on certain furniture. The food was still good, the burger I got this time was not as good as the previous chicken sandwich and they forgot the bacon I added on but they did take it off the final check. My wife got a Mexican Pizza which she loved and we tried the truffle popcorn which was very good. I got a limited time Maple old fashioned and she tried their Red One drink. Both were good. We got there early as usual but this time no one came to help us until pretty close to movie start time. Not a big deal but weird, usually at places like this they ask you arrive early and order. Still overall a nice visit, the restrooms are clean and the lobby area is large and had lots of places to sit to wait or group together before seeing your movie or maybe after to talk about it? We will be back but I hope they get some of the equipment fixed. The loudness was embarrassing.

Elissa P.

Yelp
This is. By far my favorite place to see a movie. The seats are so comfortable and go all the way back. Some of the theaters are smaller so you feel more intimate like you're just in a big living room. They also have a nice bar and seating area in the front so you can meet friends first or after your movie and relax. I always look to see if a new movie is playing here before I look anywhere else.

Jen J.

Yelp
The theater was clean and the chairs were comfortable. The temperature was a little warm but not terrible. Parking was pretty congested, but we were able to find a spot once people left. We ordered an appetizer, two meals, milkshake and soft drinks. For the quality of food and service it was a bit pricey. The Bavarian pretzel sticks were good. The pizza was meh at best, didn't finish. The classic footlong was ok, we ordered with no mustard-came with mustard on it. Tried to send it back, but they assured us it didn't have mustard. Because it actually did, we did not eat it. The fries were soggy, but didn't have bad flavor. During our movie, we had a group of high school boys beside us, they were obnoxious and loud, so we didn't really enjoy the experience. Not sure if we will try again, based on food and service experience, we may just stick to popcorn and drinks if we do.

Adam N.

Yelp
This has been our go-to movie theater for a few years now, and we've always had a good experience. Our latest visit was to see Despicable Me 4. Theatre was clean, love that the seats are plush and recline all the way back. The popcorn is incredibly addicting and is a must have item when you're watching a movie on the big screen. I did have a salad with some steak as well, but it had only a few sprinkles of meat and was definitely not worth the price I paid for. Food and drinks are pretty expensive for what they give you, but they do have a wide variety of menu items to choose from. Service can be hit or miss, but this last time we did get good service. Love going to see movies mid morning or early in the afternoons when it isn't super busy! Plenty of parking. Will come back for sure.

Joseph B.

Yelp
We went there to see Gladiator 2. - service was not good , food was cold. We sent one entre back because cold , to be replaced by another cold entire. We sent that back as well but was charged for both !! We did eat another entre that was cold as we were starving. Drinks were not refilled and service was just plain awful. We had to hunt down a manager to remove our returned entrees , which they did. However , just a bad experience.

Alexandra H.

Yelp
The food here is incredible, and consistent. But the service you receive is lack luster. We bought tickets last night for a showing today and despite not being a full theater, they still managed to oversell our same seats despite my meticulous choice of the seats I purchased, and despite them having loads of other seating options. Then when you press the button for service on your seats, it is at least ten minutes before you're acknowledged. I'll go back to Alamo drafthouse instead in the future.

Robert H.

Yelp
Service is always good. Seats are comfortable and I've never had food that wasn't good(*). Last couple of times I decided to chill on the cheap, take advantage of weekly promo, get lunch at nearby fast food before going in, but it's also fun to drop 20 or 30 on the food and drink there if you are in the mood. Folks it's almost (*) all good. Enjoy. (*) update: except that you should stay away from the nachos supreme. They have changed over the years are almost inedible now)

Catherine B.

Yelp
Moviehouse Eatery NW used to be my favorite movie theater to grab dinner and a movie, it will only be popcorn and a movie moving forward. I've gone to movies here probably 20 times and the last 4 visits have been super disappointing from a price to quality perspective. Popcorn 10/10 - I'll say this seems like a funny thing to rate a 10 but their popcorn is always hot, fresh and with the perfect amount of butter! It is a huge portion and always delicious Ribeye Sandwich - for the price, there is very little meat and it's under seasoned at best. It is certainly not worth $16+ and with soggy fries. The queso on the sandwich was very runny so it made it hard to eat. Truffle Mushroom Smash Burger - great idea in concept and it sounded delicious but my burger came out with no sauces, with the beef tasting like freezer burned frozen patties from H-E-B. I would not recommend this. Service - I get it, not a ton of servers and tons of theaters. I've worked in service so I understand you can get understaffed. I never got ordered refills and the general attitude of staff wasn't the friendliest. Maybe an off day today but not the usual standard. Overall, I used to love the food here but it has taken a drastic downturn in recent months and it's absolutely not worth the money for dinner anymore. Grab some popcorn and enjoy a movie just grab dinner elsewhere!

Lyly D.

Yelp
Laney's awesome! Super sweet server. The service at this place is always top notch. Thoroughly edible food while watching a movie? Great service? Perfect

Alok P.

Yelp
This is a restaurant opened up a theater situation. The food is really, really good. Was not expecting their bowls, burgers, alcoholic drinks to be delicious. I really like the experience they provide. The seats are comfortable and they even have a standalone bar/restaurant inside the theater. Sweet setup. I'm a fan

Ardie S.

Yelp
Ick. Went here to see a movie a few months ago that was hard to find elsewhere at a reasonable time. I bought my tickets through a phone app--which was its own debacle since there are multiple apps for the parent corporation and you have to basically try them serially until you stumble upon the right one. I mention it here because it's an online experience that leads to the in-person experience. The theater itself is tucked away in a pleasant enough shopping center, but it's kind of hard to find from the busy highway. We feared an unruly crowd based on some of the action going on in the parking lot in the middle of a Saturday afternoon but those fears were largely unfounded. Upon entering the huge lobby there was some sort of art print sale going on. I mentioned that because it was harder than expected to find concessions and our theater. That being said I actually did shop at the art sale so it proved ultimately helpful. The restrooms were remarkably clean. The theater? Not so much. There was a lot of leftover popcorn in, between, and around the seats as if the theater hadn't been cleaned since the previous screening. And the condition of the recliner seats was pretty gross, mostly stripped of all their bonded leather. Projection was fine but sound was a bit too loud. Unless I need the seats were replaced I probably wouldn't go back. It's pretty far off the beaten path from where either of us live. There's another location closer to where I live. Maybe I'll try that one someday. Not recommended.

Yelp
This is my favorite movie theatre in Austin. The seats are super comfy and clean. The food is good and the service is always excellent. I love how the seats have good space between them too. Always easy to find a spot to park and the bar inside if you arrive early is a great place to have a drink. 5 stars!

Mark D.

Yelp
Favorite theater to go and see new releases. Seats are large and recline. The food is really good, I recommend trying the supremas. There is a lot of staff, so you never have to wait long for service. By your tickets online and walk straight into your auditorium.

Mario B.

Yelp
It's a great place to enjoy movies with great food. Plus the staff are very helpful to schedule or reschedule your movie time.

Jim P.

Yelp
Actually it was our go to theater in Austin, but lately has not as expected. The food quality is taken a dip and the service has declined. Great theaters and parking.

Charles Y.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite movie houses in town. Love the seating arrangement in the theaters as each row feels isolated. The food served here is actually very good as well. The service is relatively prompt. The only issue this passes time we went is the seats look fairly worn. It is probably time they re-upholster the chairs. They are still very comfortable and the recline position is perfect and very comfortable to watch a long movie.

Jim P.

Yelp
We went to see the "Fall Guy" tonight. The movie was what we expected. The service was attentive and the servers seemed to care. The food was horrible. It was cold and old and wrong twice. The theater was 81 degrees when we left. We saw three other couples leave for whatever reason. Could be the food or the crazy hot theater. We asked the server to talk to his management about turning on some air. Nothing happened. No worries, we will never be back. First time I have ever done a review.

Erin L.

Yelp
Theater was nice, seats were great. Some were worn out but still very comfortable. Food was fine, but we did not receive our drinks (water or bar drinks). Our neighbors had two rounds (and our food was already consumed) before we finally got someone to bring our order. Will definitely go back though and maybe next time will be better in that respect.

LaVonne S.

Yelp
I saw the latest Mission Impossible movie here recently and I was VERY surprised to see how deteriorated it had gotten. This place was my go to place for movies but I haven't been in many years. The seats are peeling and need to be either repaired or replaced. The food was boring and before it was very good! I spent $80 for my friend and I to eat and she had a couple beers, so not worth it! I thought the seat I sat it was bad as the armrest was peeling but saw that there were other seats in the theater that were even worse. The only thing that has stayed the same quality wise was the way the bar area looked when I walked in. Kind of stunned all things considered! I guess my recommendation is to go to Flix Brewhouse.

Annie S.

Yelp
Terrible service. They do not check tickets. Therefore it is dangerous. Someone got into theater sat in our seats then screamed at me when we arrived. She was dangerous. No manger addressed the mistake - she was in the wrong theater and location. When she realized it she was embarrassed and yelled at me and my kids. Unsafe do not go!

Bonsai B.

Yelp
Still a sketchy eatery and theater .. Unfortunately I think it's a high turnover. The customer service is not over a good. The food is not very good. I think I will not return.

Jayme S.

Yelp
Great menu, decent food, comfortable seats, so-so cocktails, and horrible service. Drinks were forgotten about from drink one and we had to ask about them 10-15 minutes after ordering each next round. Servers didn't bring silverware when dropping off food. Ordered the mimosas and eye masks and never received the eye masks. At a certain point, I was annoyed to have to remind them about every item ordered and just gave up. Also not very friendly. I'll probably just get a popcorn and water from now on and just take advantage of the comfortable seats for movie watching.

Tyler L.

Yelp
I see a bunch of negative reviews. I'm the guy who likes to rave with 5 stars when I have a great review to share. Heidi, Cam, and Nina. I give 5 customer service to these 3 folks. Especially Heidi. What a professional and helpful steward of this business. Customer service is what really counts for me. When a difficult situation arises and the establishment has a desire to make the customer happy. We'll that happened. And she did that for us. Thanks so much, Heidi. For This reason we will we gladly watch the newest and hottest movies while eating delicious food at #TheMovieHouseAndEatery for years to come for your efforts to satisfy a random customer. Thank you, sincerely.

Jarome W.

Yelp
Moviehouse has always been my favorite date night movie theatre. With the pandemic I haven't been to the movies as much but when I decided to go I chose moviehouse. What set them party from Alamo draft house and flix brewhouse was two things, individual eating tables and the food selection. They still have the individual tables but no longer has the large variety of food selections. I ordered the pizza and beyond meat mushroom burger. Both water lack luster. The pizza was a $17 thin crust personal pizza , much better than the burger but still overpriced n just ok. Three burger was very sloppy and hard to eat in the dark. Maybe need sauce. And the seats in H12 and H13 in studio 5 were shedding! I get it's three very back row and directly in middle but still, not a good look. The individual seats are not enough for the 40 minute commute from round Rock.

Taylor M.

Yelp
Been here a few times and always love the experience. The servers are always on it and super friendly. The atmosphere of the theater is very comfortable and you're not too close to each other which is even nicer. The chairs recline and you can order food like the Alamo Theaters. Even the seats are at a nice distance. Sitting in the second to row at the front is actually comfortable which is impressive for a movie theater. Definitely recommend going here

Mark M.

Yelp
Great experience Manchu kind people. Big shout to Peyton for taking care of us with allergies. Everyone was friendly, the food was good and the theatre was well taken care of. I'm impressed mostly by the folks working here, they made all the difference.

Will D.

Yelp
Seats are comfortable, movie theatre is nice. Way over priced though! Drinks are expensive, food is expensive and not even good! These places are getting out of hand with overcharging for mediocre food at best.

Debbie R.

Yelp
The service is terrible- they charge $9 for a coke with refills and I had to ask 4x for a refill. They messed up our food order and it took a long time for them to bring us our food. also, the women's bathroom wasnt clean at all. The movie was extremely loud as well. It was disappointing.

Andreas T.

Yelp
Went to to The Flash Sunday (Fathers Day). This place has gone to crap. I never do reviews or surveys... and I just finished the survey they sent me. Here are my comments on that survey: "You need new seats. They are falling apart. My whole family received their food, I waited another 10 minutes then asked the waiter to check on mine. My pizza has fallen on the floor and had to be remade. I only know because I asked, I wasn't offered an update nor a discount due to waiting so long. I had finished a bowl of popcorn before my food had shown up. I was then charged for both of my pizzas, and comped one. I should have never been charged. Between tickets and food, it was over $200 for a family of 4 (kids being 12 and 9) (and no alcohol purchased). I'll stick to Cinemark theaters. They are clean, nice seats and reasonably priced." The screen (auditorium 5) also needs to be fixed. Big blue dot on the right side. It was there on a black screen, and stayed thru the whole movie. Overall not a fun experience. I'll stick to Alamo and Cinemark.

Jason B.

Yelp
Food Prices have increased. Topochico is $8. Complete rip off. Also found out after I left that I was charged for an item I didn't order and didn't receive.

M H.

Yelp
If you like free movies, this theater is for you! We sat in the theater for over an hour and nobody came to check our tickets...or take our food /drink order. Hitting the call button multiple times or even going down during the movie to let them know - they still won't acknowledge your existence. We ended up leaving and on the way out let the "manager" know that nobody acknowledged us and we were leaving. His response: "okay" Alamo Drafthouse or IPIC at the Domain are MUCH better options.

Danie S.

Yelp
Rough first experience here. The movie theater was not ready 30 minutes before showtime as promoted. I had to ask for a refill of my drink multiple times before I got one. The chicken tenders are strait out of the freezer into the grease, not fresh at all. Then to top off the night I got food poisoning (while pregnant).... All for $45. Never again.

Sean M.

Yelp
I live right next door to this movie theatre so I can literally walk to it. My husband and I frequent this theatre almost exclusively since it's so convenient. Parking is never really an issue even when we do decide to drive, staff is always friendly, and the seats recline so I get nice and comfy. Sometimes I even bring a blanket. It's easy to really settle right in. Plus, my husband is a member of their rewards program and on Tuesdays, you get a half price ticket! We see our movies almost exclusively on Tuesdays :)

Luis G.

Yelp
This place is amazing! I personally liked it a tad bit better than Alamo drafthouse and other near by "luxury" theaters. Rob, our server, was kind to greet us and walk us through the menu as politely as possible before the movie started. The seats were comfy and love that it felt as if I was at home just lounging and relaxing while watching a movie. The food is actually really damn good. I highly recommend the southwest bowl, super tasty and full of flavor. Easy choice and easy on the calories as well. The beer/drink selection was great too. Best modelo on draft I've had in a while. Surprised that it came at a movie theater lol. Next time you're trying to catch a movie, Stop by and enjoy it at Cinépolis movie house and eatery. You won't regret it

Pamela J.

Yelp
We went to the Southwest Parkway location in Austin and expected our usual favorable experience. The salad I ordered had no dressing on it and I asked for some. The server argued with me saying it was there, just very light. I told her I had stirred in multiple times and there was none at all. She still insisted in had dressing on it and took 20 minutes to bring me some. Also we wanted decaf tea or coffee and they had none; would have been nice. ALSO the volume was offensively loud, not like any theater I've been in before.

Jenny L.

Yelp
Always a great time! Yummy food and drinks but a bit pricey. For a family of 4, you'll leave spending $200 easy for tickets, popcorn, a drink and snack.

Lan N.

Yelp
Took my family of 12 here to what used to be the best theater in Austin, unfortunately it has gone downhill dramatically. We loved coming here mainly bc of their comfortable recliners but their seats conditions are now horrible, almost every single one in the theatre has torn and degraded. We couldn't enjoy the full movie experience.

Alisa S.

Yelp
We missed our movie because of our computer mistake of day, and they have a zero tolerance, no refunds or vouchers policy.. long time customer(frequent ), and talked to manager and was told their policy is ironclad, no extenuating circumstances . lost 55 dollars.

Randy P.

Yelp
I have no reservations recommending Moviehouse and Eatery, but there were some aspects of our most recent visit that weren't ideal. First, we should have been prepared that movie theaters are usually on the cold side, so we were a little chilly, but that's definitely on us. Just don't let the same happen to you. Come prepared with a jacket or blanket. Second, the leather on one of our seats was very worn. It wasn't noticeably uncomfortable but it was one of those things that make you think twice about whether or not you want to sit there. Third, nobody came to check our tickets or take our order. We didn't want anything anyway so again it wasn't a big deal. Finally, when the movie was over, we were delivered a bill for $96. As I said, we didn't order anything so we waited around for a couple of mins to tell them it wasn't ours. Eventually we got tired of waiting and went to find someone to give the bill to. Again, no harm done but it looks like some training may be in order. All that said, we had a great time and loved the movie. I'm glad theaters haven't gone away. It's an opportunity to focus on a movie without being tempted to play on my phone.

Thomas P.

Yelp
They used to have some of the best food around, especially pizza. Since they were acquired, their menu has changed horribly, and now their pizzas rival something you get in the frozen food section of H-E-B. They took their distinguishing factor compared to other movie places that serve food, such as Alamo Drafthouse, and they destroyed it. Alamo draft house is now the best movie theater in Austin again, thanks to the horrible menu change at Moviehouse and Eatery. The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is you can still pick your seats. Management needs to bring back Old cooks and the recipes that went along with the original menu of moviehouse and eatery. Cut costs in other areas, not the food!

Christina G.

Yelp
It was easy to purchase ticket online (no app). I'm a Flix Brewhouse fan, but tried Moviehouse for a specific movie. The reclining chair was super comfy! I also like that the table rotates to you with a cup holder. Service was fast because I was 30 minutes early. People that showed up later did not have fast service at all. My server was friendly too, but you could tell he was working hard for tha money! Based off of other reviews, I ordered the strawberry cucumber mojito. It was just ok. A bit bitter and very weak. The mahi tacos were ok. Probably wouldn't order again only because they smelled pretty fishy and I felt bad for the people around me that had to smell the fish tacos. Anywho, I'll go back because of comfy seats and there are a few other things on the menu I want to try.

April S.

Yelp
We went to watch the little mermaid and the seats are comfy but the food isn't as good as Alamo and I think they're more expensive than them as well. Probably more worth it on half price tuesdays but otherwise we'll stick with Alamo and Cinemark

Yelp
This is a good theater to go to if you live near 620. The reclining seats are great, but you do pay extra for the dine-in experience ($12 for matinee, only includes the movie ticket and reserved seat) which places like Alamo Drafthouse do not charge extra. (I think there are two rows of seats in the very front that are not dine-in so they charge less if you sit in those. You can order food at the concession to eat in those seats.) The food was good. I had a steak salad as a wrap. NOTE - they don't come by to check if you need anything else (more food, drinks, etc.) unless you push a call button or something (also different than the Alamo). The theater was SOOOOO COLD! I wore my jacket zipped up the entire time and it was hard to enjoy the film. I have a friend who always brings her own blanket when she goes to this theater, so if you get cold easily, consider yourself warned!

Yelp
Really disappointed in this experience. I first went to a Cinépolis at the La Costa location in California years ago and that was a great experience! The reclining chairs go back farther, there's tables between the chairs, mini lights on the menus so you don't have to use the light on your phone, service and food was all top notch! Now, at this location in NW Austin, it's terrible! First, the menu/food is awful. In the past at the La Costa location, they had a hummus plate that was one of the best I'd ever had. The pizza tasted like it was wood fired and i would've gone there for the food alone. Now, the pizza is cheap frozen cardboard flavored, no more hummus plate and the other items we ordered were burnt or cold upon arrival. The waitstaff stands in front if you blocking the view of the other patrons and that's only when they finally decide to come. The movie itself had terrible resolution and there was no black on the screen, only light grey. Not sure what causes this. Maybe they leave too much light on? The sound was really bad too. I won't be back unless there's an announcement that these things have been fixed.

Yelp
This has really gone downhill since Cinepolis took over. I don't see us going back here until they take care of some maintenance. This is a seat, and sadly not the only one in such bad shape.

Yelp
Great idea for a movie theater, if the servers actually did their jobs. Took them 20 minutes into the movie with the button being pushed for the server to come and scan our tickets and let us order. (We were there 20 minutes prior to the movie starting) Paid for bottomless popcorn, and although we asked 3 different people for a refill throughout the entirety of the 2 hour movie, we never received our refills on popcorn or drinks. Kind of ridiculous and service needs to be drastically improved.
