We did not enjoy our experience at this movie theater. When we first walked in the bartender greeted us and was very friendly - great employee and first impression. Then we went to the bathrooms which were dirty, and then to our theater which was also dirty. When you sat down in the theater seats, you could see there was a bunch of popcorn and food debris in between the cushions and the chairs. One of my chairs needed replaced because it was so worn down/torn up that it was not comfortable to sit in. The tables had residual debris/dust on them that looked like they used a dirty rag to wipe off the table so it was only partially clean. The server was very friendly when we ordered food/drinks, but something happened and it didn’t get processed. We noticed everyone was getting their items, despite the fact that we arrived early and ordered some time before. After being patient for a while because we ordered a food item that I thought maybe was taking longer, we asked the server. He apologized and explained what happened, but then we had to resolve the issue by explaining our order again and getting out our card, all while the movie was starting which made me miss the first few minutes. My husband tried to order another drink during the movie and it wasn’t a simple process either. He used the QR code on the table but then it caused more confusion because it didn’t go through either. We had to have another conversation with the server during the movie (distracting). Even after this, we were trying to be understanding, but the drink took a long time to be delivered. We were actually brought our ticket to pay before we got the drink. Overall, disappointing experience. Friendly staff, but dirty/unkept facility, uncomfortable/worn chairs, and probably just bad customer luck with the ordering process.
