Moxy Manchester City

Check out the full review on the YouTube Channel Stayed 1 night in there basic moxy sleeper room. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Manchester. Staff were professional and friendly. Check is found just next to the bar. The whole ground floor is a open plan restaurant, bar and lounge area with plenty of games (pool table, jenga, table tennis etc) The room itself was long and comfortable. Plenty of space for luggage. Room around the bed itself was a bit tight. Windows on 2 stayed provided great light but also allowed neighbouring offices to see in. Room was clean though an bed very comfortable. Bathroom was one of the smallest i ve been in but the shower was massive! Everything worked as expected. Surprisingly quiet night, not real noise from outside or inside the hotel, given its city location. I was on the 2nd floor as well. Very funky cool hotel with great staff and atmosphere. Would definitely stay again

Small room and small bathroom. Not much of comfor if staying 2 persons in a standard room. On par to the room rate. Lobby was actually a bar for good hangout with friends. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. There were few nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Walking distance to shopping area. Convenience was the highlight.

Lovely hotel and was perfect for our weekend in Manchester. The team (Joe, Sam & Daisy) went out of their way upon our arrival to be friendly & helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for walking around the town. All in all a great hotel made better with a great team 😀

Great hotel in excellent area. The room is very comfortable but bathroom is smaller than the two hotels I stayed that week (The Reach and Motel One). The service was excellent and the staff even let me check-in early (Special thanks to Daisy)

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Moxy when visiting my friend in Manchester. It’s very well located in a safe but convenient location to reach the city centre within a few minutes’ walk. I booked the basic room, the Moxy Sleeper, and while it was very small with limited storage space, it was perfect for what I needed. Fundamentally, the room was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean, which are my top priorities when looking for a place to stay. I was glad that the rooms didn’t have the same garish themed decor as downstairs! Check in and check out were quick and simple thanks to the friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was included in my room rate (£130) and it was pretty good - I had some of the cooked options and a pastry which felt good quality for the price point. All round, I’d definitely stay at the Moxy again as it’s a really great option if you have a smaller budget but still want a good level of quality and comfort.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The location is perfect and the rooms are clean & tidy and a reasonable size. The best part about it is the staff however. Sam, Joe & Daisy went out of their way to make us feel welcome & couldn’t do enough for us.

Nearly nice modern hotel, spacious room and all the amenities that I would need for a short trip. The staff are great, really friendly people. The location is perfect, near cinema, restaurant, cafe and supermarket. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, good location, room & bed comfortable (but lacking storage & a bit mean on coffee, tea & milk, hence only 4 stars!). Breakfast & evening food were both tasty & good value. Staff were all very pleasant & efficient.
