We really enjoyed our stay here. Its a great base to explore the city from. The desk staff and crew staff are really helpful and friendly. Will definitely return. For such a large hotel would expect more support for housekeeping team - but the ones they do have were very lovely. The hotel just has a lovely vibe to it - the guests and staff are great chat. Apart from when VIPs are holding private events - being watched by several body guards whilst entering and exiting the hotel is quite uncomfortable. But this didnt detract from the wonderful experience the hotel staff provided. Thank you!

Doormen and bartenders are friendly. Front desk a little less so. Confusing elevator system, but having 4 cars are fast. Such a beautiful lobby and hotel. Dog friendly, well designed rooms that are quiet. No noise from upstairs or street. Comfy beds and room layout. Daily amenities fees can be spent at hotel restaurants! Convenient location. A patch of grass for dog guests would be nice. Love the flexible dates reservation method and dog friendliness. We stay at Moxy's whenever possible even without our dog!

Checking in to the hotel was a breeze with a friendly greeting by the hotel staff, Jess, Josh and Champaine. The room was decorated with balloons and Happy Birthday message for my husband’s birthday. Throughout our stay all the staff were helpful and upbeat. |One the best deals in the city for the quality of service. Lower East Side was the perfect location for our weekend stay.

My company hosted a team offsite last week, and we all stayed at Moxy LES. The rooms were quaint and uniquely designed for efficient use of space. The hotel location was perfect for train access and numerous dining options. ||Meeting room space was available (operated by a separate event space team) and nicely appointed for daytime workspace. I recommend 15 people or less in these spaces to avoid being cramped.||Overall, the Moxy/Tao Group staff were accommodating and attentive.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location, near craft cocktail bars, live music and good eats. I booked one night here using my points to give myself a little luxury during some very difficult life events. My stay was fantastic. From the unique lobby, to the cool room and the yummy food. But most exceptional was my experience with the staff, notable at the front desk with Joshua. He was very kind, and I don’t know if he noticed my tired energy but when I asked for a room on a higher floor he gave me a room with a view of the NYC skyline. I hung out in my room enjoying the view recuperating and grateful I picked this hotel with this wonderful staff.

Jess was so helpful & friendly at the front desk & loved the vibe of the hotel as well. It is a great location and lots to do. The room was super clean and the staff was very accommodating. The views from the room were a nice bonus as well. Would recommend!

Such a cute an eclectic hotel! The room was small, but space utilized so well! They made it work! There were 2 of us, so 2 beds. The beds were extremely comfortable. We experienced no hotel noise as stated by some reviews. Decorated so uniquely, we loved noticing new things each day! As we didn't go to the night clubs I can't comment. However, the lobby bar was great! Fabulous bartender with an amazing martini skill! No issues getting taxis or ubers at the door. Great girls weekend!

Alex and Curtis went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay and that all of our amenities were met. The ambience of the hotel and the amount of places in walking distance makes this space such a good value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation.
