My wife went here to buy a present and I went with her. They have a mind-boggling collection of things you don't really need, but want anyway. The store clerk was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

If you're in Redlands, a real treat to visit is Mozart's. This place is filled with rooms of eye candy. For sure you can find a special gift there, or something artful for your own home. The place is classy and fun. I love visiting Mozart's and bringing my friends along with me.

I’ve been going to Mozart’s for years. It is my Happy Place. A beautiful boutique type store. Employees are friendly and helpful. It’s my “go to” store for gifts. Can’t beat the gift wrap. I always leave with a smile on my face. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Have just heard the sad news that the owner has passed away and the family wants to close this wonderful store! 😢🎄🎅🦃🎃 We will miss our annual outings out to Redlands to start our holiday shopping! 😔

My new favorite shop in downtown Redlands. Their beautiful window displays are just the beginning, the whole inside is color coordinated with such beautiful home decor, clothing and baby clothes/accessories. The women who work there are incredibly kind. With the cozy 60/70's music playing, I enjoyed walking around each room shopping. Right now is their Easter decor which is BEAUTIFUL, excited to see other holiday decor they will have the rest of the year. Prices are reasonable for the quality of their items. Love it!

Walked in and was not greeted by 3 snooty older ladies. I'm Mexican and felt uncomfortable. The ladies were helpful to other customers like them if you know what I mean. I purchased a Pandora charm and left. I was about to buy a few gifts for family members but no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. Very snooty. The cashier didn't even hand me my receipt. ! Rude and Racist

Went into the store this week to drop off a piece of Brighton jewelry for repair. Was asked how long I had had it, I answered 1yr. They quickly told me jewelry was only warranted for one year. This is not what I had been told at purchase time. I reached out to Brighton company and was told I was definitely eligible for repair. This is very disappointing that Mozarts doesn't follow the Brighton company policy. I don't think I will be shopping there again.

A waterfall candle was purchased for me for Mother's Day. It stopped working after 3 wks. I asked to replace it. They did and that one went bad too. Now I was told no more replacements and no credit in the future by Rachel. Terrible attitude and policy after being a customer for 30 yrs I told my family don't go there again

Mozart's is very busy this time of year... but I love going in there anyway... . if nothing else just to look....they always or almost always have great candles... I love candles almost as much as pillows and fluffy throws.... I add or change colors frequently in my family area.... So new pillows, throws and candles.... Parking on the street or behind the building is available....

Love this store! Such a unique boutique/gift shop with jewelry/clothing/Christmas stuff/table decorations/yard art/ cosmetics- you name it and it is beautifully displayed in this one of a kind store..

For 40 years I have always loved Mozart's. However, after 40 years I have had it with the staff's snootiness. Why, why , why? Unfortunate, and reluctant to shop there anymore.

Mozart's is actually three stores at one. The customer service was very good selection was outstanding as it had lots of different things to choose from and I felt I got value for my money when I was buying a Valentines gift for my wife. Everything was so neatly laid out, and the store is just very pretty.

I LOVE this gift shop. A staple gift shop with more wonderful things to buy that one can see and take in, in one day. Their merchandise is so wonderful and varied and they have so many fantastic choices for gifts and cards. They even have an incredible CHILDRENS and WOMANS department. it's All quality stuff which means their buyer has taste and an eye for whimsical and quality items. I recommend this place for anyone who is searching for that once in a lifetime special gift. Can't wait to go back.

I loved Mozart's until today. I was treated poorly by two snooty ladies that work there. I went in straight from my job working with dogs. Probably had some dog hair on the front of my shirt. I was treated like I didn't have the money to shop there. I was uncomfortable so I wanted to pay for my ornaments and leave. She didn't even tear the receipt off the register for me! She said don't forget your receipt and motion to it for me to get myself. Before that I had asked where the little shopping baskets were. She pointed and walked away like I wasn't even good enough to speak to. Unfortunately I won't be ver go back and that is upsetting as I love to shop there especially at Christmas time.

I had a really enjoyable experience here at Mozart's. My friend suggested it to me for little baby clothes and cute gifts but I never knew where it was. I got ice cream and was casually strolling around one evening and saw their Christmas display, stepped back to see what the name of the store was and alas, I finally found Mozarts! . It's our first Christmas as a family of three this year and my first ever Christmas tree. So, this year is really special for me. My husband said he wanted an Angel for our tree topper, not a star. I am a particular person so, I didn't want a cheap looking angel. When I saw their selection of Christmas angels as I passed by that evening I knew I had to come back during the day! The staff was so helpful and kind they helped me find all of their a Angel toppers and helped me decide which one to get for our home. One of the ladies was even kind enough to get some from the back for me to see. My husband met me there and decided between the two I had it narrowed down to. She has a pretty face, timeless gown, and elegant hair. I spent a long while in that store and really enjoyed the experience of it all. I will surely be back to Mozart for years to come.

I keep going back, I like to shop local, and they have great stuff here. Prices are high, like for Certain perfumes and other brand name items, they are higher than elsewhere, but close to home and available, and local. Even though I keep going, I do tire of these less than pleasant employees. One lady ahead of me in line recently asked about a certain item she'd seen the week prior, and the staff informed her that they'd sold out. She asked if they might get any more in, and they snapped back at her "probably not!" Or something like that, and then said with a snotty tone "shoulda bought it then!" I feel like I can't go in here wearing my super casual clothes, or I'll look like I don't belong and they'll follow me around. It's that kind of place. Still, as I've said, their stuff is beautiful and it's best to support local shops so they remain in our town.

I absolutely adore this shop! It's a homemaker's dream. Not to mention they sell two of my favorite brands--Pandora and Brighton. I recently went for the Mr. and Mrs. Claus event they hosted in December. Such a sweet idea for your kids. I'm hoping to see it come around again next year. Free stuffed animal for your little one, a photo with Santa, and cookies to top it off! The elf was adorable as well, so very sweet and posed for a picture too!

This is my go-to place when I need a gift for my wife. They have a large selection of Brighton jewelry and the saleswomen are always willing to go the extra mile wrapping my purchase extra fancy so my wife feels spoiled and I get the credit for being a thoughtful husband. Every man should have this place in his radar when it comes to buying gifts for girl.

I would love to shop locally but the staff is so snooty i just don't enjoy it anymore. Used to love the shop and was a pretty regular customer, but am turned off by the sour and unfriendly attitudes. My friends feel the same way.

Gave multiple gifts from Mozart's and every single person commented on the gifts. The complementary gift wrap is also great because the gift is ready! The place can get a bit pricey but the items are worth it! Their after Christmas sale is also great

This used to be a fun store to visit. No so much anymore. Sales lady plays favorites with customers, gift wrapping takes FOREVER (even if there's no one ahead of you), and just a generally less pleasant atmosphere than it used to be. If a longtime customer is going to spend a lot of money here, she ought to be treated better than she was.

I love this store. I've been shopping there since it's lovely owner was young! What impeccable taste in purchasing. I just wish some of the help didn't think it their obligation to be snobbish and look down at the customers.

Nice store, beautiful merchandise. However, if you're as sick as I am of demands to "mask up" against the virus, don't bother going. Every other shop or store I've patronized recently has left the decision up to the individual. If the v@x works and masks work, why does anyone care what others are doing? May not be a popular opinion with all, but personally I'm done complying with ridiculous rules. I'm trying to shop local, but this attitude is going to hurt the small businesses more than me, because I can and will go somewhere else where I'm welcomed (which is most places).

This shop is absolutely horrible. Deplorable behavior from the staff and yes Michelle you are "the staff". She was rude from the moment we walked in the door until I sought out other employees to complain (which I could tell fell on deaf ears.) This women needs to be FIRED!!! I am a 50 year old women who comes from means so I'm not clear why she felt the need to be snooty and rude but moreover I don't need it nor does anyone else that graces your doors. What was really interesting is after dealing with Michelle I went to some other shops where I was greeted and welcomed. When I told the other proprietors of my experience each one said that Mozart's is known to be obnoxious and rude. Clearly the entire town knows of their unnecessary superior rude behavior. Word of advice to the owner you should get your staff in line...your store gives Redlands a bad name

What happened to the great customer service here? They didn't even ask if I wanted my items gift wrapped, just threw em in a bag. Yes, they have some cute things, but so does Marshall's. Cheer up ladies that work there;)

Mozart's is my favorite store! I love all their items, so easy to find last minute presents. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and, they wrap your gifts so magnificently for free! I hope they stay open forever. Be safe and stay healthy ladies! I hope to visit as soon as all are deemed safe.

This is the cutest little place! I got diffuser oils and a pandora charm as a graduation gift. They have everything perfect for gifts! The people are so sweet, very helpful. The interior is quaint and wholesome. Highly recommend this place for your next gift, or even just to wonder around and browse.

Sad to say the old ladies working here made this my (first and) LAST shopping experience. From the moment we walked in- they glared and "looked down" on us. Not sure if it was the tattoos that made em nervous or they just don't like red heads lol, but they really were unfriendly and snooty. The store had some cute REALLY OVERPRICED items that I probably would've splurged on had the service been better. But NOPE. They don't get a dime of our money. Don't waste your time unless of course you like being judged and glared at.

It's literally been years since I've been here but it's the kind of place that leaves an impression and not a good one. I was laughed at and told I couldn't purchase anything because there was no way I would have enough money. I just wanted to purchase a Christmas gift for my mom but my money was no good there because I was too poor apparently well yes I was because my mom was and I was a kid. I've never forgotten even if whomever it was has or if they even still work there. They never gave their name but they sure did leave something to be desired on the customer service front.

They have the CUTEST decor that I never knew I needed, but boy is it easy to get lost inside and make it dangerous to have a credit card.. and they always have great sales at the end of each holiday season. It's a great place to find gifts for loved ones too. They even had an adorable "Meet Mr. & Mrs. Claus" event during Christmas time that my little niece loved. The staff is always so nice and helpful (I don't know a what those other angry reviews are talking about.. I think they're talking about the wrong store). Oh AND they have a mini Pandora Jewelry section that is just so perfect and convenient for an addict like myself. Just overall, one of my top favorite stores in Redlands by far. I recommend it to everyone.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. I visited this store on Thursday, 11/19/20 at 5:30 p.m. I was in the process of selecting several items to purchase but due to the staff's RUDENESS I put everything back and walked out. It's really a shame that the staff's attitude doesn't represent the "classiness" of the store. BIG MISTAKE. BIG. HUGE. I was ready to spend thousands of dollars.

Mozart's is a wonderful shop. One could get lost in this three storefront long, brick and mortar lovely fun filled, holiday engaging shop! Like my good friend said, "if this place doesn't put you in the holiday spirit, nothing can!"

Wonderful, whimsical gifts, home, and personal accessories. What a lovely shop! My friend and I spent almost two hours exploring Mozart's. They were in the process of preparing a new section on Christmas decor. It was fun to watch the floral designer dressing one of the beautiful trees. So many beautiful florals, ornaments, delightful focal points, table dressings, and accents for any holiday that it almost overwhelms you! I love shops where you can find unusual things. Of course all that uniqueness is enhanced it's by a great selection of Pandora, Swarovski, and Brighton jewelry and accessories, which they have in addition to all the sweet baby and toddler clothes (gave me a bad case of "granny lust"). They even have an Estée Lauder counter! Have purchased a few absolutely PERFECT birthday gifts, as well as table linens for this year's Thanksgiving feast. I will never miss visiting this shop to enjoy all the fabulous seasonal decor items, the wonderful selection of cards... and so much more. Lovely, helpful (and very busy) staff... they are very sweet and TALENTED. The floral designs are amazing, the purchasing decisions are exquisite, and they definitely have a knack for staging their merchandise in the most tantalizing ways. The cherry on top is the wonderful free gift wrap that's among the prettiest I've ever seen. Love, love, love Mozart's.

This lovely gift shop has something in every corner to explore. The items displayed changes with the season and they have beautiful things if you are looking for a gift or to treat yourself. It's more than your average gift shop as they also carry Brighton and Pandora jewelry. The customer service that I received was amazing also. They beautifully wrapped 2 birthday gifts that I bought on my last trip and it was complementary! Who else offers that? Also, if you join the mailing list, you will receive periodic coupons. My last one was $10.00. A gem in Downtown Riverside. Venture the block outside of the main downtown square. It's well worth it.

A lovely store decorated beautifully with amazing merchandise. You won't walk out with finding something you can't live without. I love to walk through the store at least twice so I don't miss something. If it is for a special occasion, the gift wrap is beautiful! Not only is it a lovely store with wonderful staff, but they support their community. The gift baskets they arrange and donate are truly beautiful. Angels' Closet Charities is truly appreciative of the support given as it helps us raise fund to help children who have so little. Thank you very much Mozart's.

Mozart's is a fantastic little gem of a gift shop located in Downtown Redlands on Citrus Avenue. I've been down in this area dozens of times over the past few years and never even knew this shop existed until my mother told me about it and we gave it a visit one day. All I can say is... wow! Well okay maybe more than wow. What kind of Yelp review would THAT be?! Seriously though, this place is a major "chick store" and more. There are all kinds of things to be found here. From fantastic costume jewelry to Swarovski Crystal goods; from fun scarves and clothing items to hats and accessories; from alllll kinds of home decorations in different categories to garden art; from swanky hand bags and purses to fine cosmetics. This store has a lot to offer. Its laid out so you wander around like a labyrinth; finding all kinds of new things in nooks and crannies. The result is a cozy but not cramped feeling like can occur at similar stores (such as Mrs. Tiggywinkles in Riverside). This is also THE place in Redlands to go during the holidays for ornaments and beautiful Christmas decorations and gifts. They really go all out during this time of year. You're bound to find something for your tree or home. They even do gift wrapping for purchases made there. The people here are friendly and informative, and they don't stalk you like people at other stores do (e.g. Pebble People in Solvang). The prices range from reasonable to pricey depending on what you find. Every budget is appealed to here, and they feature a lot of locally made products. Mozart's is definitely a place to bring your wife/mom/aunt/grandmother. But be warned..you could easily lose hours of your life in this place!

Snobby, over priced store. Won't ever go back. Nothing special. Just a bunch of old white ladies working there that look at you like you are stealing merchandise. They have no customer service, sorry! No greeting or smiles..........

We at Angels' Closet are so thankful for the support Mozart's has given us through the years in helping us raise funds to help foster, at risk, in need, and homeless middle school and high school students. Whenever I'm in town I traipse to Redlands to check out this gem of a store! They have the cutest things, from house decor to children's clothes to greeting cards and jewelry. If I won the lottery I could happily blow it all in this one adorable store. It had been years since I had been able to visit and I was excited to show the store off to my cousin. I was so disappointed to walk through the store and find that the staff was less than friendly. We left feeling like they were staring down their noses at us. Needless to say, next time I will be more hesitant to recommend to a friend.

This is THE place to go when you need a gift for a mom/aunt/grandma and have no clue what to get them. They have very cute displays with creative ideas and some unique (and not so unique) things. Service here is spotty if you are not over 40 and a white woman. I take this from personal experience and from a couple of other close friends' experiences. When you do get service it is finicky. Still it cannot be beat for inspiration. Many of the exact things can be found at Target or online for half the price. They are a Brighton and Pandora authorized retailer if you're putting together a charm bracelet for anyone. I recently bought a Pandora bracelet for a gift and it took me about 20 minutes to get someone to help me. I have the feeling they did not think I was a serious buyer. That does not win any points.....especially since I Yelp ;) They are not priced in a way that they could be too useful for home staples, but like I said, gifts are aplenty here....from teacups to rooster spoon rests, flower pens and frilly aprons. I have seen their window displays at Christmas and will probably check it out again then. It is not a good place for kids as it is very cluttered and many things are fragile. If you have time to kill and are stumped for a gift, find inspiration here!

I went into the shop and they didn't have what I was looking for. They offered to order it. After waiting two weeks I went in and they said try back next week. Then they said try back another two weeks.The last time I called in they said orders can take 3 months on Vera Bradley items. What??? My order never came in......ever.

Mozart's is undeniably the most sophisticated and the best gift shop in town. Through the years i've received and purchased many special gifts from here that never disappoint. This shop has something for everyone from very fancy like Brighton to Vera Bradley, Crabtree & Evelyn, Jack Black men's line, Tea Forte and many other beautiful and delightful items including various one of a kind cards. Their baby/children's Department is so wonderful with very nice bedding, clothing & the most amazing talking, singing stuffed animals that i've ever seen elsewhere including a snoring peach pig (too cute for words). Awwwwh, the Mother Goose i've purchase for my great Niece that recites nursery rhymes is so adorable. Omg, can't forget the 3 Orangutan ensemble that sings Harry Belafonte's Jamaican banana boat song (Day-O), Lol gets the "double Wow factor" now that's what I call a nice fun gift for a Man or anyone that just wants a good laugh. Last but not least, Mozarts does complimentary gift wrap that's Gorgeous & fitting for every occasion. The pics listed here definitely are limited & do not showcase the elegance of the store now & over the yrs. They're always changing the store's designs with each season. The ladies that work here have been very friendly to me. I do think the woman who works at the flower counter is probably the one other reviewers find cold. The lady at the Pandora counter is awesome and knows her product. I love the beautiful complementary gift wrap they do. The baby section has the Jellycat stuffed animals, which make a great baby shower gift.
