I am staying in the hotel for 14 days. I went to the bar to have a drink. The bartender “Mark” told the other bartender “make sure they pay”, I actually had my credit card ready to pay. He said someone that I was with didn’t pay. It’s not my fault they didn’t get his credit card for his room. I actually needed to pay because my company is paying for the room but of course not for drinks, so I have to use my personal cc on drinks. He wasn’t even my bartender and acting so rude on me. You guys need to work better on your customers because your mistakes are not my business. And probably is a misunderstanding with their other guest.
