Mr. Chen's Grocery & Restaurant

This restaurant is located inside a grocery store. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and clean. The gentleman who seated us politely pulled out both of our chairs for us. We had a little bit of a language barrier with our waitress and she seemed a bit impatient with us. We ordered 2 items off the lunch specials, which are also available on weekends. We also ordered the crab Rangoon. Unfortunately our meal came out a long time before the crab Rangoon, after which we didn’t have room for the Rangoon. Our waitress warmed up a bit at this point and said they were supposed to come out first. My General Tso chicken was hot and tasty. The egg roll was the best I’ve ever eaten. My boyfriend got the combo fried rice and thought it was just average (I think he would have liked another dish more though)

I’ve been to China and can attest to the authenticity of the food here. I would go so far as to say it is the most authentic in the area. It is absolutely delicious and I enjoy something new every week. Joy and her husband are beyond attentive every single time I visit. See you next week!

Very authentic Chinese cooking, genuine and requires patience. Their meals are fried one by one. There are no meals prepared in advance. My beef ribs today were ordered in advance and were delicious.

Basic Chinese cuisine! It was good, but nothing special! I got two entrées, eggdrop soup, and egg rolls, and prices were good. Tried to upgrade my rice to shrimp fried rice, but they only offered it as a large plate.They also have a great selection of drink choices. It's attached to a grocery store, so if you need some Asian ingredients, you could possibly find it here.

The weather is very hot, but it is cool here. My child is ten years old. He has always liked it here since he was born. For ten years, he started to like crawling on the ground. Now he likes to run around, from the supermarket to the restaurant, from the restaurant to the supermarket. I can’t keep up. We recommend the food here, the Asian shopping environment here, and the various flavors of pearl milk tea🧋

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top-notch. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality and freshness are consistent. These guys truly rock, and I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re looking for real, authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place to go!

We came here to celebrate after graduation. This is one of my kids favorite places to eat and it is pretty good for what Montgomery has to offer. I like that they serve family style so that we're all able to share the various dishes and the crowd favorite was the shrimp pineapple dish in the heat on the general zao's chicken was good as well. Their market has items that you will not find anywhere else and we ended up leaving with some pork buns for later 😁
