Experience/Environment: Super cute in here. It’s cute seeing the business take time to decorate the store and make it all festive. For you social media folks, there is a branded greenery wall cubby just for you for your photo whops. For my trinket loving folks — hehe — they have things. Lol. Plushies, iPod cases, upgrade to their glass bottle of the season. The awesome thing about this, the trinkets are priced very reasonable. While you’re waiting for your drink to be made, get you a keepsake lol. Price: Sooo here’s where it lost a star for me lol bc honestly EVERYTHING was perfect. I spent $24 on 3 drinks. Nothing fancy: a Vietnamese coffee, melon drink, and banana drink I think. Each with one topping: boba. I summed it up to paying for the more sturdy plastic cup and novelty of everything. They do have advertisements and special offers on delivery apps here and there and someone that saves you a couple dollaaaas. Food: Delicious. Lol. I’ve shouted out “Phin Smith” in my reviews often — they have my favorite Vietnamese coffee. But Mr. Chi’s is definitely a good equal. I recently had the avocado blend and that’s delicious too. Not overly creamy and very smooth. If you’ve read my reviews before, you know I’m not big on trying new things. I might try the same thing in new places, but trying new things all together is difficult for me. That said, the avocado did not disappoint. Service: TWO PART: (1) When I went into the shop, the girl was nice, nothing over the top to shout about but it was cool. We came in, she said hello. Gave us time to check out the menu, we ordered, waited, got our drinks and left. Other than taking our order and telling us it was ready, we didn’t really have much of an interaction. (2!) I ordered for delivery and the app didn’t have the drink I wanted. I called and Noah was like “I got you”. I ordered a different drink and he made what I wanted. He made that interaction so simple and pleasant. You’re the GOAT, Noah! NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Lol. Not trying to ruin a good thing — definitely going to stay with them Vietnamese coffee. When I’m feeling adventurous again, I’ll probably try the yin yang and possibly the taro. Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

Mr. Chi Boba Tea has a nice vibe with a clean and cozy ambiance. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I ordered the Pistachio Matcha Latte—it looked great, but the taste wasn’t as good as I expected. They do have a wide variety of other drinks, so I’d still come back to try something else.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Drinks and staff are great and you can’t beat the prices! They gave us these souvenir cups that are beautiful! Definitely recommend this place for great refreshing drinks!

I’ve been here with my daughter countless times. We have enjoyed their boba smoothies - honey dew, taro, and lychee.

It was my first visit through Yelp Elite events, and I loved how clean the store was! The staff was friendly and greeted me right away. I was able to select the Knights Dream, which is citrus flavored and tasted refreshing. I added some boba that was a nice bonus. The beautiful glass collectors cup was cute and filled up nicely with lots of yummy drink. They have a handful of fried food options, like popcorn chicken and tempura shrimp, which I selected. The shrimp came out quickly and was nice and hot. I'm looking forward to stopping by again when I'm in the area. They also have a rewards program to sign up with at the register when checking out.

Great customer service from Noah and his assistant. It was delicious and highly recommended. Cute little jugs were we can get refills ar a discounted price. This is definitely our new favorite spot for our kids and us.

Wanted to get some boba and this was the closest to where we were staying. They're located in a plaza so there was a bunch of parking. The inside was very cute with their decorations and boba plushies. Despite the small size of the shop, there were a bunch of tables and benches to sit on. I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba with less ice and less sugar, and my dad got the Passionfruit Tea with lychee jelly with less sugar. Wait time wasn't long. The cashier said that their 'less sugar' option was 50% sweet which is the lowest percentage they do. Usually I order 25% sweet at boba places but there are some boba places where their 50% is just as good too. So I went with that, but when I tasted my drink it was too sweet for me. My dad felt the same way too. The 50% sweetness level felt like I was drinking at 100%. Once we got home, we immediately added some water to dilute the sugar. Service was great though. Both workers were friendly, welcoming, and the cashier was patient with me to answer my questions. I don't think I'll be back since I was just visiting the area. It would be nice to have a 25% sugar option because my drink was too sweet to be enjoyable.

Their milk teas were dairy free. That was such a great choice with the egg pudding. Pump me up for the day and it was not overly sweet at 25%. Cute place to study!

Not the best boba spot, but the closest to my house. It's always clean and not very busy inside. Sometimes the drinks can take a while to be made, but you can see they don't have a lot of staff - usually only 1-2 people in. They have cute merchandise for sale and their cup designs change. I ordered one with my drink on a previous visit and then noticed when I got home that my drink wasn't in the cup that I bought :( there have also been several times when my drink order was wrong. FYI you can adjust the sweetness here. It's just not like other spots where they will ask you or it's listed on the menu.

I love Vietnamese coffee and sw good reviews for this location. The atmosphere is fun. Love the branding. I got the Vietnamese coffee with less ice. One thing that I love about Vietnamese coffee is how strong the flavoring of coffee there is. It was strong when it comes to coffee and the flavoring did taste good just a little too sweet for my liking. Also at $7 it is a little steep. Overall it is good.

I finally checked out Mr. Chi Boba and I'm so glad I did! I got the taro milk tea and the lychee blended boba drink, both were amazing. The taro milk tea was super smooth and just the right amount of sweet, and the boba was really fresh and chewy. The lychee blended one totally surprised me it was light, icy, and super refreshing. Perfect for a hot day. The staff were honestly so nice. You can tell they actually care and want you to enjoy what you're getting. They helped me pick my drinks and were just really friendly all around. Also, the shop itself is super cute, very clean, cozy, and just a good vibe overall. I could totally see myself coming back to hang out or study with a drink. Definitely coming back soon to try more flavors!

We come here often since it's close to home. This place is bright, cozy and service is always fast and they are welcoming. Cute spot to hang out. Our favorite is the Princess Peach (passion fruit & strawberry) and the Purple purple (Taro smoothie w/taro pudding) Its a great way to cool down and satisfy your sweet tooth.

The Yin yang with coffee jelly is our go-to. We go by this shop on purpose now to walk our dogs so that we can grab a drink... The lychee slush and popcorn chicken were just average. The chicken actually reminded me of nuggets more than popcorn chicken and they don't have any spice powder like most places

Visited the Jiffy Lube for an Oil Change on my partner's car. Mr. Vhi was only a short walk away. The barista working this Monday morning was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered a Fresh Avocado Blended Beverage and an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. They make their smoothies with a non-dairy creamer and condensed milk for sweetener. I have recently transitioned to dairy back into my diet, so my go-to drink of pleasure is a Vietnamese Coffee. Mr. Chi made a perfect Sea Salt Foam and I was even more surprised. The atmosphere feels clean and open with the natural light. Along with the cute plushies and mixture of faux-plants and real plants decorating the walls. It was a great pit-stop while running errands.

Been going to Mr. Chi since they first opened. I'm embarrassed to say how many glass bottles I have. Haha. I like the variety of different drinks they serve here. Lately, I've been getting the Yogurt Milkie. It's so yummy and pretty. The store is cute and sometimes they host Kpop cup sleeves events which is a plus.

Absolutely love this place. Found it by accident. Love the flavors. The Boba is always fresh. The service is great. And the cups are so cute.

1st time here on July 4, 2025. Service was awesome, genuinely friendly, customer facing service. I got the Fresh Avocado for some healthy fat during pregnancy. Made with real avocado fruit is exactly what I expect when merchants market avocado. I don't like when they use powder or syrups. Paired mine with aloe vera, honey boba, and mango star jelly might sound weird but it was absolutely delicious to me I really appreciate that they asked me if I wanted to rest (aka extra) of the avocado that couldn't fit into the boba cup & of course I said yes! I love avocado and don't want any to go to waste! 5 stars! Bonus: with a purchase of a drink for today only, they included a free milk tea and I chose lychee jelly (I think pregnancy brain ) Ambiance is calm & relaxing with nice sound tracks. Definitely am able to get some work done here. But! Gotta go get the ingredients for tonight's dinner! I am enjoying every moment here and my drinks Update: I am absolutely OBSESSED with their Fresh Avocado option. Finished the extra cup in less than 3 minutes. I can't get enough of it! I totally wish I could get the recipe *Thank you for the super cute boba keychain! **This was the highlight of my day and week. (It's been a rough week and Mr. Chi boba completely uplifted everything for me. Thank you all again! Keep staying amazing!)

ATTENTION- they do not start serving smoothies and actual boba till about 11am. Please, do not come in here and harass the staff or yell at them for this. If someone decides to make it before 11am then they are doing you a kindness ! So please be kind ! I love Mr chi. They have the cutest merch and their drinks are so good and the staff is so nice! I really actually love this place. I wish it wasn't so far away from me. If the owner see this, he make one in North Las Vegas we need you!

Still love this place! But I noticed that taste & customer service varies & so do amounts of toppings/consistency. Drinks from the same order will have different amounts of toppings in each drink or some staff aren't as welcoming as others. Also, there are some visits when they forget to add some of the toppings I ask for. Other than that it can range from coffee shop chatter to quiet.

Super cute Boba spot for a hot summer day! We stopped to get boba after a day at the park and it definitely hit the spot! We got a Blended Taro Boba w Taro Pudding, Yogurt Milkies Boba w Cherry blossom jelly, Strawberry milk tea with boba and a Blended Lychee Boba w Mango star jelly. Everyone loved what they got. We also got some snacks Truffle Fries, Cajun Fries and Shrimp Tempura - everything was great! The gals working were super sweet and patient as we figured out our order! I'm sure we'll be by again!

Back in January, Mr. Chi Boba Tea held a Yelp Elite Experience to celebrate us Elites' 2024 badges. I loved their tea so much that I decided to return and take my reusable bottle with me, upon learning from other Elites that I can get a small discount on my next order if I bring it with me. Mr. Chi is located in Southern Highlands directly next to Soyo Korean Kitchen, a little further down the road from Liquor World. It's a small boba tea shop but the interior is super cute. They have little boba tea plushies that they have on display when you turn to the left as you enter. I'm thinking of getting one of my own one day because they are just so adorable! Because I was the only customer there, it was a very quick pop in and pop out for me. Bringing in my reusable bottle I got during the Elite experience, I ordered the same thing that I ordered because it was just so delicious and fruity. I got a mango fruit tea with a mango star topping to match the fruit tea flavor. This tasted exactly like I remember from my last visit, however it was a little difficult getting all the mango stars out of the bottle once I finished my drink. Like they were really sticking to the bottom of the bottle, no matter how hard I tried to get them out. My boyfriend lives close to Mr. Chi, so I will definitely be coming back in the near future when I'm over at his house! Great drinks, excellent service, and convenient reusable bottles.

We got the taro tea and it was good! We saved the cute bottle that it came in also and reuse it all the time :)

In the same shopping center as Jack in the Box! The GPS took me too far so idk if this will help someone else. Wise is great! I asked him what he liked and he recommended and he mentioned the lychee green tea. Although that sounded so refreshing, I was more interested in something slushy. I was deciding between the taro or the Oreo crush, but Wise recommended to get the Oreo crush with taro. That was a game changer. On the day I arrived they were offering a buy 1 get one free, and it was valid for anything as long as supplies last. I used it on my drinks and the glass bottles, which are usually $1.99 each. The glass bottles are reusable and if you bring it the next time you want to fill a drink you get 15% off your drink order. Such a fun environment with a nice menu. Definitely will be back!

My biggest problem with Mr. Chi is how close they are to my house! I'm a sucker for their taro milk tea and love how they have so many dairy free options. The taro is always perfect and the drinks are never too sweet. With consistently great customer service to top it all off, I can't see myself not coming again and again.

I love Mr Chi boba tea! Our drinks were made quickly and were both very good. They make honey boba that is available after 12pm every day, but since we went by around 11am it wasn't ready yet. The Strawberry popping boba was great though!

I stopped by earlier to order their matcha latte crystal boba with their cute glass! Great staff and beverages! But they can't customize your drink to zero sugar; they can only do 25% sugar in the drinks and they ran out of black boba for the day.

I've been coming to Mr. Chi Boba Tea for a while now, it's a personal favorite of my daughter's and mine! FACILITY: Ample parking in the shared lot, easy to find from the street. The facility is clean, easy to figure out the menu, and drinks were prepared quickly. They have an awesome grass photo wall where you can take some cute photos, and definitely check out the boba merch they have - it's all so cute! STAFF: First off, WISE. This is an employee who greeted us immediately when we came in, and throughout all our interactions during this event, he had the warmest smile on his face the entire time! Incredibly personable, friendly, warm, welcoming, and so helpful as he explained the menu and helped my daughter decide what drink to get! He even helped bring out samples of the different boba merch I was interested in (I ended up also buying a boba air pod case, SO CUTE)! He took care of us so well, and he deserves ALL the kudos! DRINKS: One of our drinks came in a gorgeous frosted/colored glass container, and the artwork on the options were both super cute! Of the drinks we left with this day, I got a Vietnamese Coffee with salted cream, a Thai Milk Tea, and a Taro slush with Lychee Jelly. My daughter LOVED her taro slush. I am now officially obsessed with the vietnamese coffee one, Wise's suggestion to add the salted cream was a GAME CHANGER! It was creamy, salty, sweet, and oh-so delicious! I unfortunately didn't get to try the Thai Milk Tea, but my fiancé downed it in about 30 seconds, so I assume it was good, lol. OVERALL: Love this place, there's always something delicious to be had! Great location, great staff, wonderful selection, great merch and goodies, highly recommend!

Oh this place is the bomb.com! Two co workers and I went to check it out on a weekday. We were warmly welcomed at the door and the man at the counter helped us pick flavors and combos that paired well together. I'm a HUGE sucker for Vietnamese coffee so that's what I chose with egg custard as my mix in. I love that for 2$ extra customers can upgrade to the free glass cup. Great idea and such cute cups! Anyways.. we all ordered sat down and maybe 10 mins later everything we ordered came out. I tried my coworkers mango tea with popping boba and wow also delish. When our food came out we were surprised with the addition of truffle fries! Those were actually my favorite out of the egg rolls and the shrimp tempura. When we first sat down we notified the worker about a wiggly table and he immediately came and took it to the back for fixing. Love the pride for your workplace. They have cute plushies for sale. There's plenty of parking out front and they have a customer bathroom. They also have compostable containers for the macaroons.

What a great place for delicious boba drinks! Amy was helpful in suggesting a very delicious Mango green Tea with Honey Boba and I ordered a Vietnamese coffee for my son since he loves coffee. Both drinks were very delicious and the boba was perfect!! I was super excited about all the cute merchandise they had on displayed. I had to purchase my drink with a reusable cup which is so cute!! If you want a delicious drink and friendly service, with cuteness displayed all around, y'all should give this place a try. It was a 30 minute drive for me but it was well worth it. Do it, you'll be happy you did.

I've been to many boba shops in the area, and Mr. Chi Boba Tea is by far the best! The drinks are consistently fresh. The menu has a great variety and I appreciate how customizable the options are. The staff is incredibly friendly and always provides excellent service. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. The presentation of the drinks and the shop's decor add to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for any boba lover!

Was around the corner getting my lashes done when I thought, hm, a little afternoon treat sounds good! So I searched for some boba spots nearby on Yelp and came across Mr Chi Boba Tea! And I'm so glad I did. This spot is located on the corner in a shopping complex and super easy to find. Inside, they have a few seats inside and a pretty good menu. I like that the menu wasn't too complicated so it was easy for me to pick out exactly what I wanted without being too overwhelmed. They even had some specialty drinks, too, which I might try next time. There was only one other person in there who ordered before me and from what it sounded like, she was a regular, which I understood why. The young man that took my order was so friendly! Like, I could see him having a good long career in hospitality cuz it sounded like he really enjoyed what he was doing. He talking with the woman about how his dad used to work at the Bellagio, so must be in his blood! He seriously was so nice. When he made and gave me my drink, I said wow that looks so good, and he said if you aren't happy with it, I can remake it or add whatever you want to make it right. I thought that was so incredible! But honestly nothing to change. The drink was SO good. I got a match milk tea with boba, my favorite at boba spots. And this was spot on. I also loved the cup itself! It was so cute! They even add a little heart on top of it as a stopper, which adorable! I definitely could see myself hitting up this spot more especially right after my lash appointments since I'm in the area. Highly recommend checking out this place!

This is probably the best boba spot in the general area, especially because it is a local mom & pop chain (gotta support local businesses!). Upon entering, you are greeted with a chill ambiance decorated with boba-themed plushies everywhere. The employee was extremely friendly and seemed very passionate about working there; my friend had inquiries about a particular drink and the friendly employee was able to list out all the ingredients, flavors, and recommendations for tweaking the drink. They have a variety of signature drinks (called Mr. Chi Specialities) with photos on the menu; all had a base price of $6.50. They also have a standard list of "Blended Besties" drinks at $6.25, Milk Teas at $6.25, and Fruit Teas at $5.90, all with customizable options. There was also a Hot Drink Menu on a small paper right next to the order area, as well as a list of Seasonal Drinks. Vegan milk options were an extra $1.00. They also have interesting flavors of toppings like taro crystal boba, cherry blossom crystal boba, mango star jelly, and blueberry heart jelly. I ordered the Rose Milk Tea (from the Season Menu) with oatmilk and aloe vera with regular sweetness. It was perfect! The rose flavor was not overpowering and the aloe vera complemented the rose milk taste. I give the drink a 5 out of 5. I'm tempted to order this same drink combo on my next visit, but I know I should try their other drinks. As for seating, there were only three tables inside, so I view this spot as more of a short watering hole or an order-and-take-out spot. Overall, I highly recommend coming here!

Fast and quality service, and my "Mango Bestie" drink was yummy! Ambiance is very aesthetically pleasing with boba plushies displayed. They have a snacks and macaroon menu. I love that they give away small keychains if you write a yelp review, how unique!

I tried this place three times and tried three different things, but I do not understand the hype for this place. Everything, if not most items, are artificially flavored. The blended drinks, honey boba, mango star jelly, and milk tea I have tried are way too sweet. Regular sweetness was so sweet, I threw it away. 50% sweetness was still too sweet, but I drank about half before throwing it away. I gave this place 3 opportunities, and just couldn't find something I liked. I'm sorry, just not for me. Service is good though. I feel everyone has been very kind and attentive. I also like how they added a kiosk to order if you prefer to put it in yourself. They have cute reusable glass bottles, which is a nice touch, not only for aesthetic, but for sustainability.

*Review Update* Still a very solid place for boba drinks! The decor inside is cute, featuring a grass wall to the right with their logo, and cute boba plushies along the left wall. There are some tables and seats if you'd like to dine in that are clean! The menu has a variety of smoothies, slushees, milk teas, & fresh teas are awesome in addition to the endless amount of toppings you can add! (They have things I haven't seen elsewhere like taro pudding & blueberry stars, along with classics like boba, lychee jelly, and egg pudding). If you're unsure what to order, they have their favorites/most picked "menu" of items listed up front & you can purchase them in cute glass containers if you'd like one to keep! The lady standing at the cash register hanging out & speaking to another gentleman seemed to ignore us completely when we came up looking to order, but when another cashier came up, he was very friendly and helpful! The drinks still take a bit longer to make than other places, as I stated in my previous review, but worth it! Our drinks were delicious! I picked a drink from a photo, a butterfly tea drink with kumquat, and my husband got a strawberry & mango smoothie with mango Star jelly. Very well made and refreshing! They get 5 stars for the drinks! However, the popcorn chicken is not authentic anymore & more like bite sized chicken nuggets. We were hoping for the Taiwanese style popcorn chicken we got last time, hoping it would be less rubbery than before, but now even more disappointed. NOTED, though. Come here for the drinks, NOT the food. *something to note: I did notice a nice self serve water station, which is wonderful for when you do run out of drink and need something to wash down your food! Overall, still a good go-to spot for most if you're not in a hurry :) will be back if ever in the neighborhood. PS. If you're wondering why there are so many random short reviews, it's because there's a sign up front stating that you get a free boba keychain for reviewing them on Yelp and showing the cashier to redeem.

I love boba and this place is near by so the two times I've gone both my drinks were just bad. They taste so artificial and WAY too sweet even when I say less sweet or regular sweet. My friend got a strawberry matcha and all you could taste was the fake strawberry puree or whatever they use. Sad because the cups are adorable but not worth going back a third time

Loved the cup and lid style, definitely helps with not making a mess. Not very busy, and they gave us a free side of veggie rolls, which we were only expecting a couple and got about 10. I'd go back for the veggie rolls for sure, they were great.
