"Wraps are perhaps our favourite subcategory of sandwich, and Mr Falafel in Shepherd’s Bush makes one of the best wraps in London. There are about 12 different varieties, with guest appearances ranging from wonderful little crispy fried potatoes, cumin-dusted cauliflower, to pickled aubergines, or mashed broad beans. They're the size of a forearm and excellent value too." - jake missing, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna
"Mr Falafel’s crispy falafels are golden on the outside but reveal a soft herby interior. Each sub-£10 wrap is packed with creamy hummus and pickled vegetables, and the quality at this Shepherd’s Bush spot is consistently high. The classic falafel wrap is no-brainer, or get the deluxe version with cumin-seasoned cauliflower and crispy potatoes if you want to double up on carbs. It’s a simple caff-like set-up, so you can have a sit-down meal in half an hour, if you like. "Mr Falafel does one of the best falafel wraps in the city: the falafel itself is perfect, and each wrap is packed with creamy hummus and pickled vegetables. The quality at this Shepherd’s Bush spot is very consistent—it’s still as good today as it was 10 years ago when we first tried it. Go for the classic falafel wrap, or get a deluxe version with cauliflower and crispy potatoes if you’re feeling loaded. It’s a simple caff setup so taking it to go is the best option." - jake missing, rianne shlebak
"Whether you really love a good deal, or you just really love halloumi, Mr Falafel is always a good call. This lowkey Shepherd’s Bush spot serves a pretty legendary falafel wrap that’s packed full of halloumi and hummus, plus it’s only £5.90. Their veggie mezze platter is a winner too." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing
"So it’s not exactly a formal, sit down, would-you-like-still-or-sparkling sir sort of place, but Mr. Falafel does easily one the best falafel wraps in London. It’s quick, delicious, and very cost-effective. Plus, there’s a halloumi option which is always good. You won’t be able to drink here so it’s just a pop in to fill up before wandering over for the gig." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing
