first time visit, happy to have swung by. good selection of margaritas, apparently it's a rotating menu. there's a promotion, load a $20 gift card, get a $14 margarita... so, $34 value for $20 is a very good deal. drinks themselves are very good, started with the Mr.Froze and a Sweet n Sour, you can add an additional shot for $1 - I didn't, this time.

I’ve been coming here for years and love it. My only complaint is that there’s not an easier way to see what flavors they have since they’re always changing.

They have been out of tequila sunrise and peach bellini for a very long time I think you need to bring back these flavors.

First visit while in Saginaw while visiting over Memorial Day weekend. The line was long but it moved quickly, staff was very friendly. Great selections of drinks and newly opened business. Also, offers an alcoholic drinks for those that want a taste. Would return

Absolutely loved my experience at Mr. Froze Margarita! I enjoyed seeing the variety of margaritas you get to choose from. Everything is freshly made which is amazing because you can taste it. The staff was super friendly and helpful which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a good margarita and on the go this is your spot!

Was looking for a place to grab a margarita to go and stumbled on this place. I was greeted immediately and explained the process, flavors, alcohol content, and even given samples. Guys were soooo helpful and made this first time experience great! Since this time, I have been back 4 times. Def a fan of the regular lime margarita flavor. Great flavor, not overly sweet and you can even add an extra shot or two! Winning!! This is now my spot for drinks to go!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!! Every time, they drinks be so good. I like that they are always rotating flavors and if you see a new flavor you can get a sample. I've had drive-thru margaritas and daiquiris from different places in different cities, Mr. Froze by far is the best I ever had. It's all about flavor and consistency for me. It's always the perfect consistency. The service is great and they give you a free mini on your birthday!!!! It's always clean and welcoming. I haven't been to the one in Watauga yet. But it has food and games... and I'm sure the same great drinks!

My wife and I walked in not knowing what to expect. Dorinda (hopefully spelling that correct) had exceptional customer service. As a customer service management specialist I know great service when I see it. She was great and treated our wife with kindness that isn't seen often. Will be back this Sunday with Father in law

The drinks are good but but asking for a tip when no wait staff exists is ridiculous. By that I mean the card reading terminal, not the employee. It seems to be a growing trend and it's aggravating. Waitstaff earn $2.13/hr and make their real $ from tips. Mr. Froze employees are not waitstaff. Maybe I'm being too harsh but as an example, the people at 7/11 don't request a tip when he/she charge me for a cup of coffee, they get paid hourly. Who hurt me? Are you a health care professional or psychologist? I stated my opinion from first hand experience after spending my money at Froze and you've made it personal. I would not have known you commented on my review had you not followed up with a direct message, which I thought was professional and had intentions to reply to, until I read your comment here. Now, having read your other comments to reviewers, I see the unprofessionalism. This is Yelp, not Facebook. I might know why there's no longer a line at Mr. Froze anymore. Where do I start.... The team is SO friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about flavors - they are more than willing to ask questions and give advice on what they think you'd like best. You can also ask for a sample to make sure it's the best flavor for you which is very thoughtful. I love the rotating menu - I've never had a flavor I didn't love. My favorite is tigers blood and the slurricane. You can't go wrong here and there is a drive thru for quick pick up! I've also been inside and it's very clean and quick. You can't go wrong here. Drive in and try a flavor (or three like me) asap!

My experience with Mr. Froze is limited as I've only ever gone through the drive thru a couple times. The drive thru process is fast. The flavor is always gravitate to is the Slurricane and the classic. They definitely have tasty drinks. The pricing seems high but I guess part of it is for the convenience. The mini 16oz and regular 32oz jugs are the sizes I usually order. I haven't done a mixed order yet but maybe soon.

I stopped in for a birthday drink not knowing I would get such great customer service. Kaitlyn took very good care of me. I highly recommend anyone to stop by this place! Not only are the employees amazing, but so are the drinks!! So many options!! They also have a drive thru window. This is a bonus for me since I do not have to get out of the car.

PSA, flavored alcohol. And prices are to high. I've brought daiquiris from fuel city . Way cheaper & it's wine based not flavor alcohol. That why your mouth is dry the next day . Plus fuel city is open 24 hours . Buy adult beverages until 12 or 1 on Saturdays FUEL CITY

The most delicious margaritas ever!!! I love how you can mix the Flavors! They also change the flavors randomly so AWESOME!! The service is good such good vibes! They also make the margaritas look cute with layers if you pick more than one flavor. Love love highly recommend this place after a long day!

Drive through frozen margs... nothing to dislike. Unless there a line. There's a good selection, Uncle Snoop I believe is my go to!

We went during covid and the line was long, it moved swiftly, and the service was good. I didn't care for the margaritas, but it was just a personal preference, everyone else in my party enjoyed them.

I love the variety of drinks offerings and the variety of sizes available to purchase. I find myself visiting this place more in the summer as right now now it's just too cold for frozen drinks. Adult hot, chocolate, eggnog, or hot totties are recommended for this cold weather

This place is so good! And the energy level is on 10. I would highly suggest this as a stop if you're in the area. It can get very busy but its worth the wait. The staff is also extremely kind, and patient. So they'll let you try out the flavors and answer any questions you may have. I had questions about the most common mixes and they were spot on with the suggestions. Try them soon! Xo.

I used to be a frequent customer, especially during the covid. They have an amazing frequent buyer program and and flavors are amazing.

This place lies to you when they say they have real liquor in their drinks. It's not. It's all wine based. Look at their licenses in the store. They have NO liquor license. It's only malt beverage license.

Awesome concept, a place just for frozen margaritas to go?!? Yes please! I hear in non Covid circumstances you can taste test the flavors first but we did not. I enjoy the concept and prices are good. They are not strong at all but usually frozen margaritas are not. You can add an extra shot for $1, I got mine with an extra shot and still did not taste any alcohol. They were too sweet for me but my whole family enjoyed them.

My husband and I LOVE this place! The drinks are super tasty and we have never been disappointed with our purchase- nor have we ever had a headache or hangover after drinking. Service is ALWAYS on point, and these drinks are perfect for game day, lazy Sundays, or whatever the occasion! My 70+ year old parents are huge fans and I love that they always have a few non alcoholic options for my boys. The gift card option is a great deal and keeps us coming back for more! I definitely recommend this place - it's definitely a perk of living in Saginaw!

We decided to try this out as it's closest thing to date night lately! (Thanks covid!) Caroline was super helpful and knew the menu very well! She explained the gift card deal (awesome deal) and it gets you to go back! We got there around 9:15pm and there were a few cars in front of us and lot by the time we left (15 minutes later) there was a long line behind us. Super impressed so far and have yet to try the drink! They come in cute little jug containers and you have options for extra shots or bobas (or both)!

I finally went yesterday. The line was worth the wait, trust me. I got one regular with an extra shot and felt like I was on top of the world LOL. The taste was amazing!!! The people were super nice!!!

Seriously amazing. Not only are they speedy and friendly, but if you go inside rather than through the drive-thru you can sample the flavors! They are a great consistency and the prices are perfectly fair! They are open 365 days a year!!! This has easily become our go-to drink place. I recently got the Mr. Snoop and the Mr. Froze layered and it was insanely tasty. An extra shot is $1, which is definitely a steal. Their margs give Fuzzy's a run for their money.

If you're looking for a delicious margarita to go with your fun filled Saturday night, don't come here. Well, don't come if you're going to be smart and use the drive thru because of social distancing. You'll be penalized for it...heavily. I pulled up at 8:05, and didn't know what the inside of the building looked like until 9:40 because that's how slow the line was moving (I watched two Dave Chappelle comedy specials by the time I left). Here's the kicker, people coming out of the place were telling the people in line to park and walk in because they were getting in and out within 10 minutes. Which was true, because I saw about 20 people do that from the time I got to the front of the building at 9:40 and pulled off at 10:15. When I finally did get to the window to place my order, I saw why it took so long. 4 or 5 people behind the counter helping with walk-in orders, and 1 person working the drive thru. Now this may be their normal setup, but one would think that they would make some adjustments for COVID and social distancing. People are going to flood the drive thru; that's what happens when we're told to distance ourselves and use a drive thru if it's available. But it seemed like we were being penalized for being cautious during a pandemic. To be fair, I don't know what the budget is for this place. Maybe they can't afford to buy two or three portable debit card machines and have employees come outside to take orders. Call ahead orders may not work because it could be melted by the time you got there. So maybe, just maybe, this is the best they could do. Be that as it may, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. And I won't be coming back. I saw a post on their Facebook page about a 45 minute wait, but I decided to come anyway because the drinks are good. Maybe their margarita was "45 minute wait" good, but mine wasn't "2 hour wait" good.

Best place for Margaritas! All flavors are amazing, and I live that I can mix more than one flavor for just way at I'm in the mood for. The employees are friendly, and COVID safely-stay if you're car if you choose. Must go. This place is worth it

Went by tonight on the way home people were great margarita was very good bought a gift card and my drink was free . All i can say is it,s a must try

always a line to get in this place, but worth it. drinks do actually have tequila, vodka or I believe rum and you can add extra shots. SO many flavors to choose from, and staff is always super nice. Drive through has been convenient for COVID social distancing.

Just left Mr. Froze. Wish I would have gotten the guys name who helped us because he deserves a shoutout. He was super welcoming and explained everything when we told him it was our first time. Let us sample things and was super patient while we made our decision. You have 4 different sizes to decide between and what flavors you want mixed in it. I'm so glad this place is so close to me!! It's like an adult ice cream place!!! They let you sample everything! You can mix flavors! The prices are just right! You can add extra shots, boba balls, and a hangover preventive shot! I left with my own little jug of deliciousness!!!! And they have a DRIVE THRU!!!!

This place is legit! You will not be disappointed by their margaritas! They are not like any other daiquiri shops to where they all taste the same. Trust me way better than Eskimo Hut! I love the atmosphere of the place, every visit I always walk in to old school music - always hyped!

DO NOT GO HEWorst service. Women working drive-through has the worst attitude. So disappointed. They made me wait in the drive thru for 30 min and refuse my ID because it is out of state even though I drive a truck from New Mexico and I live in New Mexico. Eskimo hut is wayyy better anyway!! UPDATE : they should invest in a bar code scanner for ids if they think my or any ID is questionable. I'm sure they loose a whole lot of buiness in my age group I turn 23 on Monday 7/13 and I'd like to recieve my free birthday drink but looks like I won't because my ID Is questionable. lol. UPDATE: I've never tried your place I was excited too. I can't believe this is how you treat your customers and post for everyone to see

I went on 7/4/20 and Trevor in the drive thru was so awesome! Gave me a good deal on a giftcard (I live up the street so I go often) & gave a great recommendation on a couple mixed flavors to try. This place is amazing! The staff is great too, they'll let you sample some flavors before buying. They also have a drive through which makes it easy when I have my kids!

First time visitor. Waited 30 minutes in drive through line as I was unable to walk in. Wouldn't want to anyways due to Covid. Watch at least 10 people drive up after me, park, wait outside not social distancing and eventually walk in and get their stuff. Finally get to window and they don't even have what I was waiting for citing they just sold gallons of it. I was told I can wait another 10 minutes after the already disappointing wait time. Get your business in order. No one cares if your a mom and pop shop. If your gonna force one set of customers to wait an extended period of time then at least ensure those customers have a better chance of getting what they want. Improve please

We just tried this place out for the first time for Cinco De Mayo! They were slammed, but everyone was patient and super helpful still :) one of the girls told me to make sure to come back on my birthday to get my free drink also! We will definitely make the 20 minute drive often to pick these up!
