Mr Gatti's Pizza

The food is always awesome. They're most of the time on point with everything. Most have great service; wish there were more closer to where I live in Manor Tx.

Unfortunately, I have to give this a one star today. I have order from this location once a twice a week and I've been satisfied until today. My son went to pick a pizza up and when I got back to my home, it looked old. The sausage the beef looked so old on there. It reminded me of Qt's pizza that's been sitting there all day and not replaced. I called the location. They said they wasn't responsible for any pick up orders and after going back-and-forth, I asked if we could it bring back up there. Can they make a another one and he was like well I guess you can do that. At this point I don't trust the place and I won't be ordering for a while just because of the merr disconcerting for satisfaction of the customers. Matter fact of their loyal customers, because I used to always order from the one on Skillman Road as well. I've been a customer for years.

The pepperoni rolls are the only reason I come & I cannot get enough of them. I was hooked from Double Dave's & we don't have one here, so I'm glad this is a great substitute when I don't feel like driving to Denton. The place is small, but it does the job. Also, the service is quick, so I couldn't ask for much more.

First time I've had Gatti's since the literal 80's. FANTASTIC and I do mean FANTASTIC PIZZA.

Took time out the drive halfway across town to order Mr Gatti's tonight for my family the manager was very rude when I let him know that the sampler Pizza was not supposed to happen jalapenos on it and he decided to put it on there anyways and when I tried to see if we can resolve this and maybe just do a credit for next time he was even more unprofessional

Good stuff. Extra large pizza was slightly thicker than super thin crust. The dough still hasn't chewiness to it as well as being thick enough to support the toppings and sauce. Good toppings. Reminds me of a Detroit style pizza. Pizza layered with cheese and toppings, then half dollar sized circles of sauce all over the pizza. In some cases it could be a southern style. Chicago deep dish. Sauce was very much a great quality for me. I appreciate that. Was not a sweet sauce, but a savory one. It did not take away from the pizza, especially when you got a large bite of mostly sauce. The sauce was sprinkled with parmesan, which probably aided in its saltiness. I know at some point I'm going to have to stop eating all of this pizza otherwise it will be gone. However, my taste buds are screaming for more! Will definitely be back for other flavors. Always want to try to go with a standard to go to pizza for a new place to try. I remember hearing of the name of this place coming up as a kid in Florida. And did not disappoint. Shout out to the chefs working late tonight. Great service as well!!

It's probably the worst cheese pizza and cheesy garlic bread we have ever had. Pizza had no flavor. Cheesy garlic bread didn't look or taste anything like it. Little Caesar's has better pizza than this place and I avoid Little Caesar's.

Good ,fresh love the sauce and a friendly staff . And if craving pizza early they open at 10:30 am.

I love their pizza. I literally have been driving 50 miles one way to get it. Now that one finally opened in Ft Worth, I no longer have to do that. My husband always went in to order and he has never had any complaints about the service. He says the guy is always really nice. Pretty good carryout specials. Farewell to Mr. Gatti's Plano. You are the best pizza in town; the town is just really far from me.

Definitely recommend trying Gatti's pizza! We got the veggie sicilian pizza, pepperoni pizza and an apple pie pizza. Bonus: their ranch is great too. All amazing! Friendly staff.

I very much like their style of pizza. Their crust/bread is on the thinner side which I like but not Tombstone/frozen pizza thin that it's too hard and cracks. Thinner consistency at the edges too....not rolled up at the crust end. Good amount of sauce and heavier handed on the cheese. It stretched quite a bit when pulling apart the slices yet not too oily. The parmesan packets they have are custom and have herbs and some spices inside mixed with the parmesan. I haven't seen that before. Tasty! They have good bundle deals kinda like Dominos usually promotes (2 medium, 1 topping, etc etc) which saves you a lot of money for family dinners, parties or just downright gluttons. That's a big plus over competitors. The staff inside have been helpful and upbeat. Haven't experienced any stank face from a disgruntled employee who hates his job at all. I think I found my go to pizza spot! I'm not looking any further. All the other stuff like wings and pepperoni rolls I will eventually try.

Love Mr. Gattis!!! I've been to Italy and this is the best pizza recipe I've ever had :)

I grew up eating Mr. Gatti's Pizza. I love it. Throughout my years living in Dallas, Mr. Gatti's restaurants have come and gone sadly. There are only 2 that I know of that have been consistent. One is in McKinney and the other is this takeout location in Plano. I order from this location once a week on average. Once in a while I will order a few pizzas and take them to my family in Waxahachie. This location has consistently great service and stays true to the recipe I grew up eating. I don't know what I'll do if this location ever closes. Maybe move to Austin where Gatti's are more common. Support your local business and place an order already!

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of cheese bread sticks last night. We ordered them with only 2 veggie toppings each. We are vegetarians. I even called them to make sure that their sauce did not have any meat in it. I was assured that it did not. Online there is no option for marinara sauce and hence the call to them. Both the pizzas had a meaty smell and flavor and one bite and we threw them in the dumpster. The cheese breadsticks had way too much cheese on them and were pretty gross to the taste. In the 90's we remember taking the kids to Mr. Gatti's and it was really good then. Sadly, we are scratching this place off of our list. TERRIBLE.

As an Austinite transplanted to DFW... this is CLASSIC Gattis! There's a "Gattis" in Fort Worth, but it does not taste the same.. This Gattis is straight out of Austin. Same texture and flavor. I live an hour away and my husband and I drove up there because I am pregnant and NEEDED my Gattis fix. Was not disappointed. This is the last good Gattis in North Texas. The rest are fancy places (you can buy wine?) and the pizza tastes different. I see us making several more trips up there in the next few months.

False advertising there was advertisements saying games parties pizza but it's just a takeout place I looked on the website and it said the same thing but when I went to the restaurant it was just takeout very disappointed

Love their cheese!! Delivery is great and usually very quick. Toppings are always fresh. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, definitely get the stuffed crust!

I love this pizza, my only gripe is they charge for extra sauce as if its a topping. I will admit the last time I was there and asked they added it on for free, but still in the future if I want to have extra sauce it will cost. Now this location is not the same as the controversial one from Richardson, but it has since put a bad spotlight on Gattis and the pizza industry as a whole. Still, if I want take out pizza, Gattis would be my choice just this location as I can visably see whats going on for the most part and the service level is far superior at least in my dealings witt them

Usually love the food, came by to pick up on a Saturday night to see basically the whole staff not wearing masks including the cooks while they were handling peoples food. They only put their masks up once they saw me walk in, and not even over their noses. You could be very well messing with peoples lives by doing this so I can't recommend anyone risk eating here until this is resolved.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. There's something special here in the sauce, the sausage, and the parmesan cheese that give it its own flavor. I love it! Not to be confused with the giant buffet/theme park version of "Gattiland" you might find elsewhere, this location is all about the pizza as it is a delivery/take out only place. Whenever I can, I get Gatti's.

Delivery was on time. Driver was very polite. They do offer more than just pizza which is great when you want to order in. I had a calzone and it was pretty decent. I felt it was a little overly salty, but it filled my belly. I also ordered a side salad which was only $3.25 and it was larger than I expected. No complaints there. Overall it's delivery pizza. Good but not mind alerting. Will I order again? Yes!

This is probably the most underrated pizza place on the planet. Very good prices , the management there are extremely friendly, and the pizza is AMAZING. If you have never tried Gatti's, do yourself a favor and get some NOW!

I have had a lot of pizza... I stopped over to place a carry out order on Sunday, and I got home to enjoy the pizza and it was awful. Crust tasted old (couldn't even eat the crust) because it was so hard.... I would rather eat tombstone pizza then here.I've been in the F&B industry for 10 years and this was plain bad. For the $10 bucks I paid I could have paid for 2 people to eat at CICi's and I would have been happy. Very disappointed.

Pizza was hot and tasty when delivered. Had the pepperoni pizza and the veggie. Both were excellent. Delivery was a little longer than expected, but the food made up for it! We moved to Dallas 9 months ago and have finally found a great local place!

I just moved here from Baton Rouge. And am SO excited I have a Gattis here! Just finished my lunch from here after ordering and picking up. I am extremely satisfied. The guy was very nice. They were one time. Fresh. I can't wait for them to open back up the buffet!

Great service and the best pizza. I drive 20 min to get pizza from this store. The people that work at the store are always friendly and the pizza tastes great every time.

Terrible management and terrible service! They sell groupons on groupon.com and don't even know how to use something they sell! First called in around 11am to order and the guy says I don't know how to use the groupons you will have to call back after 4... Call in pizza around 5pm total was $28.66, from Wylie to west plano to get the pizza and when I arrive the manager says oh since your using a Groupon you have to pay full price for the pizza.. I said are you kidding me I told the lady I was using a groupon, I drove from Wylie & I've been trying to Get pizza since 11am. He says he's ma'am.. Tried to get me to pay $17 additional dollars and I said forget it! The manager was awful with a terrible attitude!!! If you have groupons don't use them here they don't even know hot to use something they are promoting!!!

Very courteous customer service and great pizza! Gatti's sauce is my favorite. I always pick up my order so I don't know about delivery. Their prices are very reasonable. I grew up on Mr. Gatti's and hope they will always be around.

Tried to order online and it cannot even find the store 1.1 from my house. Plus they don't deliver. This place SUCKS ass.
