Google
Ok, so I am SUPER picky... especially about Chinese food. If the meat is a weird texture or color or the veggies aren't cooked enough, I'm not a happy camper. Let me tell you that this is the best I've had, in my 49 years of life. I ordered the chicken with string beans. It's served in the traditional brown sauce. Of course I had to get extra sauce. The chicken was tender, not rubbery or slimy. The green beans were cooked perfectly; not cooked to death and still had some crunch, without tasting like raw green beans. I got the vegetable spring rolls, which were obviously rolled by hand, not frozen, premade. Very yummy. Laura my server, was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was to my liking. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Google
Mr Ks is authentic Chinese and it was the bomb, Pork soup dumplings that his momma homemade, spicy pork, honey walnut shrimp, spicy shrimp and braised eggplant and green beans. Oh did I say that this all was fantastic. Tori was our server and she was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations, she actually asked our names and she remembered them as well. Mr. K came out and spoke to us about his restaurant and we believe that this is the very best around the Fayetteville area.

Google
This is authentic Chinese food at it's finest unfortunately they don't have soup dumplings any more but everything else there is still spot on absolutely delicious. And worth every penny.

Google
It was our first time trying their food and we got it delivered. The food was amazing! And they were really good servings! I’m really picky when it comes to reheating leftovers but these were sooo good! 🤤 defiantly will be eating from here again!!

Brian “CoFii” Adams

Google
The soup dumplings are the best thing on the menu. Tori was a great server. Friendly, approachable, attentive and polite. Food was a solid 4. While the dumplings was 5/5. The fried food had a bit to much grease on it, but the flavors were all there. Menu is very diverse, easy to read, and well organized. Pros: SOUP DUMPLINGS Diverse menu Speed Parking Cons: Greasy fried food Overall 4.5 will return.

Google
10 out of 10!!!⭐️ My Mom and I have been looking for a new Chinese food restaurant to go to and we have found it!!! Yesterday we decided to check out Mr. K's restaurant and EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!!! Our waitress Torrie was awesome! She has an amazing personality super friendly. When my Mom and I asked about food choices or ingredients she knew her stuff. We got the magnolian beef, shrimp fried rice, spring rolls, shrimp lo mein and coconut shrimp with white rice. EVERYTHING was delicious!! I definitely recommend trying this restaurant out! It's a hidden gem 💎. 😊

Google
food was the best Asian food ive ever had in my life. the soup dumplings were amazing, their crab Rangoon was fresh, the scallion pancakes were delicious. I had the braised pork belly, my partner ordered general tsos chicken which was the crispiest chicken ive ever put in my mouth. the Mongolian beef was very flavorful as well. everything was so perfect. new favorite local spot for sure.

Google
the absolute best Chinese food I've ever eaten. some of the best food I've eaten as a matter of fact. the menu is large and full color photos of a majority of their dishes. The owner and Master Chef himself is amazing and so humble. our server, she was great and knew the menu and dishes so well to help describe food and help select something. Even our leftovers still tasted great after reheating. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Michele D.

Yelp
The service is always good. So far, everything that I have tried has been very good. My 'go to' is the popcorn chicken. Get extra seasoning:) The restaurant is dated as far as atmosphere, but it's clean and the people are nice.

Brandy W.

Yelp
Food is mid, environment is nice& another thing he keeps his meats on the floor in containers with no lids which isn't safe! Meet should be stored at a certain temperature & germs are in the air... Will not be returning there's no justification will be contacting health board !

Corey H.

Yelp
Food is okay but dude is charging 25 dollars for one order of general tso with pork fried rice? Does this man think he's in New York City. Wild. I will not be coming back.

Jasmin T.

Yelp
Food is delicious!!! Very authentic. Environment is clean and the staff is very friendly (even when they are super super busy). Soup dumplings and beef wraps are amazing!! Scallion pancakes are also great. Only stopped by for appetizers:)

James J.

Yelp
We decided to stop by this restaurant after finding out that it served Soup Dumplings. We stopped by and were greeted immediately by Tori. She was working both as a waitress and cashier/greeter. She was extremely friendly and professional. Her presence and attitude would be a reason in itself to come back as alot of restaurants these days la k this. We ordered soda and sweet tea. For appetizers we ordered the Soup Dumplongs and Fried Pork Dumplings. Both were great! Gor main dishes we ordered crispy duck, sesame chicken and general tsao's chicken. They were all tasty. Portions were large. You definitely get your money's worth here. We had to get to go boxes. The only thing negative I can say is the parking is challenging when the businesses in the center are busy. We will be back.

vivian r.

Yelp
The ribs and soup dumplings were delicious as advertised. I also ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken and broccoli. It was tasty. But the entire time I was thinking Fortune Cookie is still my go to neighborhood spot. If you live close to Mr. K, I understand it being the bee's knees.

Keri W.

Yelp
Let me just say wow! Delicious! Definitely the most authentic Chinese place in Fayetteville. We ordered a ton of food... all delicious! The service was fast, the interior of the restaurant clean but nothing special lol. The Peking beef rolls though... good grief! I could've eaten a dozen of them! The eggs with tomatoes was so simple but so delicious... I had it for breakfast twice! We had Singapore noodles, dumplings(fried), scallion pancakes, kung pao chicken, walnut shrimp, house fried rice with shrimp, beef and chicken and all of it was delicious (I can't say with the dumplings because I don't eat pork but my friends loved them).

Christina R.

Yelp
Great food & service. Very Authentic & easy to order. The egg rolls and soups are delicious. I try something new each visit

Deb L.

Yelp
I do work really ridiculously close to Mr K's so I have had a couple of things from them. Being from "up north", we have the best Chinese food ever! When we moved here in2017, finding a good spot was a huge challenge. No matter where I get Chinese food from, in or near Fayetteville, I am a huge critic- and same for the Pizza. Mr K's has the best chicken fried rice, egg rolls are good & the Crab Rangoon's are good as well. A lil sweet but still good. General Tso's is great! Nice kick to it! Not crazy about the Chicken & broccoli nor am I likely to recommend the Lo Mein. However, I'll stick to what I like from them. Service is always top notch!! Tory is the best!! Driving past Mr K, you wouldn't think it's as clean and huge inside from the street while driving by.

Trisha W.

Yelp
This place was definately not worth the hype. The fried rice was greasy and not much flavor. Buns were dry and tasteless. Overall food was mid. Our waitress was good but seemed little overwhelmed. My husband said the bathroom was disgusting.

Diana A.

Yelp
The food was very good I ordered from this place recently and I have a positive opinion about it. Good flavor and service, clean and close from base .

Rachel F.

Yelp
This place is amazing, the best soup dumpling, beef wrap and pancakes.. so good.. I gotta make sure to take a picture next time I order. Definitely recommend this place!

Nan J.

Yelp
Best Authentic Chinese food in Fay! Everything is so authentic and delicious, yummy yummy! And not even that, you get large portions with cheap prices! Don't miss this AWESOME place!

Stephanie Y.

Yelp
Best Chinese food in the Fayetteville area. Really the only non to go Chinese food in the area. But it's pretty decent considering. Northern style Chinese but probably the most authentic you will get in the area. Unless you drive up to Raleigh.

Chris S.

Yelp
The food was really good. The rice noodles were on point and the spice was exactly how I ordered it.. #5 (it's pretty hot). Service was a little slow but not in a way that deserves too much criticism.. that is the only reason why I can't give a 5. The seating area was large and clean. I will come back every time I'm in town.

Valentina S.

Yelp
We were going to make a purchase for a large party however never had such poor service. There is a new individual running the cashier who would prioritize individuals seated despite us being before them. She would interrupt us multiple times to help other guests and after waiting thirty minutes we decided to take our business elsewhere. She is clearly not able to do multiple tasks and it appears that many customers are being lost due to this. We were frequent, loyal, and returning customers, however, after this experience, we do not plan on returning.

Shae B.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! It's more take out but it can get packed from time to time. The food is delicious (onion pancakes & soup dumpling per se.)

Beckie S.

Yelp
Food always tastes great and is fresh. People working there are always informative and very friendly. Always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Robin S.

Yelp
Not as good as the reviews made me believe. The hostess/waitress was super nice and very helpful. Kitchen was slow The chicken had way too much breading! Not impressed.

John B.

Yelp
Even by Fayetteville standards, the interior of this place isn't fancy, and the parking lot it shares with a couple of local stalwarts is a bit rough and rugged. However, their premise, which they will make clear at the first opportunity, is that they serve Chinese food which is actually Chinese, as opposed to the typical American style dishes. I'm good with that, but I also wanted something vegetarian, and after being directed to the eggplant dishes that weren't really for me, I got a ma po tofu. And it was as good a rendition of the dish as you're likely to find anywhere in the area, with a few pieces of fermented beans making it clear that they used some actual doubanjiang, which has a heck of a lot more flavor than whatever low-end American Chinese places use. It was drowning in hot oil, and it was quite satisfying. I was too full for anything else, but I was satisfied enough that I could return to try something.

J M.

Yelp
The waiter takes her time to get to you but the food is always great. The establishment is out dated but who's there for the decor? I've tried a variety of dishes and never complained.

Kerwin T.

Yelp
So far this is the best chinese i had tried here in Fayetteville. Owner/Chef is very nice. Will come again to try other dishes!! Szechuan Cold Noodles Sweet and Sour Pork Garlic Flavored Crispy Bone-in Spare Rib Steam dumplings Beef noodles soup Steamed chicken aka salivating chicken ( need to ask tell chef you want the authentic szhechuan peppercorns) small portion.... Yelp
Finally made it to Mr. K's and it was everything I hoped it would be. I haven't had AUTHENTIC Chinese food since I left Florida a few years ago. If you are used to bodega Chinese food or the strip mall Chinese spots, you need to understand that you aren't getting that here. The food here is incredibly fresh & perfectly seasoned. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, Sautéed eggplant & the Cauliflower pork belly pot, & my teenager and I shared all 3 dishes. My teenager is not a picky eater & has experienced different cuisines from different cultures and countries and he appreciates it all, but he admittedly doesn't appreciate cauliflower or eggplant. My son wasn't paying attention when I ordered the meal, & decided I would take a gamble & let him be surprised. My son went back for seconds of both the cauliflower dish & the eggplant. Mr. K has made my son a believer. We went at a slower time this afternoon & there were a few people coming in for pick up orders. The waitress was attentive & fast, which I've heard she always is regardless of the time of day. Mr. K came out and asked how everything was and we had a nice little chat. We left happy with full bellies & we will definitely be back. If you don't know what to order that is truly authentic Chinese food, the waitress is more than happy to make recommendations for you. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about the meals I was considering before I placed my order. I have seen many mixed reviews about this place since it opened but I took them all with a grain of salt knowing that most people have more than likely never experienced authentic Chinese food before. I highly encourage that you all do the same & try it out for yourselves.

Tom B.

Yelp
It is UNFATHOMABLE to me that people are leaving less than stellar reviews for this place, but I have to say I'm thrilled they won't be back. MORE AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOR FOR ME!!!!! Jokes aside, I'm saying "authentic" because it is an important distinction. It's not "right by the Food Lion in every town USA" Chinese food. Nothing against those businesses, but they cater to a different crowd. As I read the few negative reviews it seems pretty clear that these people DID NOT get what they were expecting. I would agree, if they are used to the other Chinese stuff out there in the US then this would have come as somewhat of a shock. But bad Chinese? No. No no no no no. That is the least accurate description imaginable. Scallion pancakes so light they will float right up from the plate if you don't scarf 'em up quickly enough. Dumplings so good you'll think they were made by your MUMpling! The Hot Sour Soup defies my description. So rich, so peppery, so SOUR, so hot. I confess, I actually took a video of my soup for someone to see how rich it was. A photo didn't cut it. Yes, you are reading the review of a dude who videoed his soup. I lived in NYC for a few years, and while that often isn't authentic Chinese either, there seemed to be a "hot sour soup competition" going on from place to place, and I want to say the winner is 8 hrs south in Fayetteville! Any time I am going through Fayetteville I make a bee line for Mr K. Dodgy looking from the outside, and honestly, kind of in the inside as well. But YOUR insides will thank you.

Owen W.

Yelp
I will start this review with a good things about dining here. The food, was amazing. I cannot say to it being authentic or real world Chinese food but my god it was very tasty. The best I've had in town. The waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. The prices as well were not over saturated. Some slightly negative thing. The menu. It was professionally but at the same time lacking everything. All items had a picture but no description to what was within the items. I also ordered a drink that I had no clue the price of it. Simple things on that would help a lot. The decor as my wife put it felt like a dentist office but I'm not going to pin that against them as I'm aware this is fairly local establishment and business can be slow at times. Overall I do recommend this place and with a overall ranking I would say this is a 7.2 out of 10

Chris D.

Yelp
Great food. Love the restaurant, and the front desk/server lady was super nice. Ordered take out. Got some chicken and some tofu, both were delicious. Why I didn't like, and I didn't notice after getting home with my food was the "convenience fee" surprise charge on my bill. Nothing like a hidden charge to leave a sour taste in your mouth. Lesson learned, check your receipt prior to leaving. UPDATE: After reading the response from the owner, I thought I would let you know that a normal person just gives their card to the cashier not thinking that there would be surprise charges for their take out. Next time put up a sign so people will know that they are being upcharged for using a credit card. Based on the response from the owner, I won't be returning.

Angelou M.

Yelp
Waitress was great. But food quality was disgusting. Flavor of the soup dumplings were mushy and tasted like old canned soup. This dish they call duck was full of breading and when asked to bring it back. The owner came out furious saying it's just breading even when asked if it was fully cooked or not. Didn't answer and said it was just breading. He was extremely rude. The bao buns that came were dry but tolerable.

Eva H.

Yelp
I two bugs in my food one was a fucking cricket and the other was a dead fly. This has happened twice the first time had hair in it.I don't recommend

Darlean M.

Yelp
Shout out to Mr K Authentic Chinese Restaurant If your in the area you seriously need to check it out... We did a tasting selection (more than we could eat - but had to try) and wow so impressed I found this place on Yelp and after seeing the menu and reviews knew it would be good and he certainly did not disappoint. The Outside of the Restaurant is basic and you know right away this is a place you can dive into be comfortable and get served really good food. The wait staff was amazing we had the kindest and most patient waitress. They serve both authentic and "American" Chinese food... don't stick with what you know, go for the authentic or ask for a recommendation, I was in a party of 3 and we each had likes we wanted to share with each other it was fun trying out all the different things. The garlic flavored crispy bone in spare rib appetizer they make their own spice blend that is a symphony in your mouth. I'm a super fan of a dry rib and these just moved to the top of my favorite list. I was really looking for a place that had bao buns and I didn't see them on his menu (or anyone's in the area) so I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when they were included with either the Peking crispy duck or the braised pork belly by this time we had to much food on the table to remember what came with what but they have them!!! Just ask!!! I will go back just for the bao!!!! so light and fluffy steamed to perfection and amazing with all the varieties of meats we had ordered! The side sauce was divine! We tried the braised pork, and vermicelli with Napa cabbage. Also ordered "An American guilty pleasure" that we decided to save for tomorrow because the other food was just too good! sesame chicken. Peking spiced beef wraps! Oh my word, I don't know how these are made or what is in them but they were the star of the show and a must order item! A large appetizer or a perfect lunch meal by itself!!! My favorite hot and sour soup emphasize HOT ... a tad too much chili for me but depth of flavor, body, and consistency perfect. If your not feeling well or need a pick up this is what you need! Peking noodles with bean sauce on the right! Don't be thrown off by bean sauce it will become your new favorite pleasure - that bean sauce is pure magic!

T W.

Yelp
The only authentic about this place is how much of a ripoff it is. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice. For $12.00, I got a small plastic tray of white rice with 7 shrimp, unflavored, horrible. The shrimp wasnt even cooked. It was raw. Thats a safety hazard. And they charge you a convenience fee to use a credit card that they didnt even tell me about. Cheap, trashy. I also asked the cashier three times if they had a house or special fried rice and she said no. When I picked up my order, there it was on the menu. Avoid this place at all costs. Conveniently go somewhere else and save your money. The rice wasn't even brown. Total scam. Lesson Learned. Never go there again.

Esther G.

Yelp
Wow is all I can say! I had given up on eating Chinese food in Fayetteville but after reading all of the amazing reviews I decided to give this place a try and shame on me because I got duped again! What in the heck are people talking about?! The food we were given was not fresh, the vegetable egg rolls weren't crisp and the filling was bland, the orange chicken was not fresh at all, the "chicken" was Dried out and hard, the manager said this is what's called crispy.. I'm sorry but that chicken was not crispy! that "chicken" was not made fresh. It tasted old and stringy and it was clearly cooked previously and sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time before pawing it off on us, the so called orange sauce was dry and flavorless. Lastly the Peking noodles were basically spaghetti noodles with some pork tomato sauce, julienne carrots, cucumbers and cilantro , even with the so called sauce the noodles were dry and the flavor was strange. My husband called the restaurant to let the manager know that this was our first time trying his restaurant and that the food we were given was not good at all, he told my husband that the hard fried out chicken is called crispy, what a joke. My husband told him that he wasn't wanting anything for free, he just wanted him to know that the food leaving his kitchen is sub par to say the least and the chicken was completely inedible. The manager did not care. Thanks for the $30 steamed rice Mr. K Don't believe all the reviews, the food here is not good... sorry not sorry

Veronica N.

Yelp
I love this place!!! Talk about a hidden gem The food is so good and so authentic, it warms my heart and my belly! I also love how thoughtful the owner is- he comes out every now and then to check on your food and is super nice. He has made some great recommendations that are now favorites in our house. If you're looking for good Chinese, this is the place to go!! Also, don't forget to ask about the golden buns for a little post dinner sweet treat. I had them today and they were a delicious fun end to a grand meal!

Dan W.

Yelp
This restaurant is authentic as it gets in Fayetteville. The owner and his mom work the kitchen and a Taiwanese waitress usually works the front. The cumin lamb is the best if you like spicy food. Their Shanghai soup dumplings are a rare treat!

Angel R.

Yelp
Absolutely the BEST food of my entire existence! Yes that's saying a lot for 46 years but I've traveled. I always try local cuisine. I'm not afraid to try new things. My favorites with Mr k's is a long list but I will give a short jot: Beef fried rice *simple but full of flavor you never knew fried rice to have Braised beef soup * Don't be fooled ,it is a meal in itself and it's so fresh unlike some places soup. His Broth isn't greasy and the noodles are fantastic Shrimp in garlic sauce. * I normally ask for no green pepper but my son says it's good just the way it comes. It's perfectly seasoned.Definitely not over garlicky (no you will not burp it up all night long) Hey I'm being honest here. Peking Duck* if you have never had Duck this is perfect for your first time. It's a rich meaty flavor. The crunch on the edges and the simple way he flavors it makes your mouth water just thinking about it . Two people could share it Garlic flavored spare ribs* order 2 orders- you will thank me later. They're meaty & crispy. It doesn't need any sauce Ok I will update this with some pics next time. We eat her once a week. We are always up to trying new stuff

Sarah K.

Yelp
The food is amazing!! So far have tried Crab Rangoon, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup, Dry Pot Chicken (or Chicken Dry Pot), Chicken and Broccoli , Sesame Chicken, and Vegetable Fried Rice. Everything was authentic, fresh, and delicious. They have duck and soy sauce but you won't need any because the dishes are perfect. Doesn't have the appearance of a fancy restaurant but the food is the point and they absolutely nailed it! Great service too- very friendly staff, willing to explain the menu items. Will be going back and telling everyone about Mr. K's!!

John U.

Yelp
My wife and I and younger son were in town to visit our older son, who is stationed at Fort Liberty. We went for dinner on a Saturday night. The 4 of us were hungry and discussed the menu with Tori, the host/waitress, who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. We ordered 12 dishes. My wife is Chinese American and raised in New York, and we go to a lot of Chinese restaurants. This was great Chinese food, and reasonably priced. Tori's tips on what to order were great. We will be back here every time we come to Fayetteville.

Timothy V.

Yelp
In Fayetteville there is a sea of Asian food to choose from, and it can be confusing to pick from all the choices! For authentic Chinese food, Sichuanese in this case, you're looking at Fayetteville's best, no need to drive to Cary or Raleigh for good spicy food. As with many Fayetteville oriental restaurants your priority here should be flavor rather than ambiance or decorations, but the service here is good! I've had the squirrel fish, hotpot fish, braised pork belly, fried chicken, green beans, eggplant, beef, a little bit of everything since I've been at Bragg and everything has always been flavorful and authentically made. The portion sizes are good and white rice does come with an entree - the prices are appropriate for what you get. Nothing more to say other than this place is well worth a try, and multiple return visits.

Jamie R.

Yelp
My new favorite restaurant in Fayetteville!! The ribs are so good !!!!!!! Great food , awesome owner . Every time it's been a good experience

Karen M.

Yelp
This was the most disgusting food I've ever had in a restaurant! I do not recommend this restaurant, nor would I ever go back. I irdered the Peppered Beef, I could not eat it. it actually tasted like McCormicks gravey with black pepper in it. This dish looked nothing like what was on the menu! The server was excellent but the food absolut horrible

Kev H.

Yelp
Horrible food, serving bad shrimp and meat. Show to the manager and he was like yes I know sorry.

E-rox Z.

Yelp
Food was ok; Atmosphere is Basic: and a bit pricey. Not a big fan of there selection.

Suwanit T.

Yelp
We are on the way back to Virginia from Myrtle beach, i found this place along the way. The plAce looks very simple and clean but their dishes are so great. We got chicken in chilli oil, fish fillet in spicy chilli oil and cabbage stir fried. Everything taste great, except the fish one which was kind of bland but still ok. The service is wonderful and price is reasonable.

Jennabeth W.

Yelp
We had a very nice experience here. The owner was very kind and helpful. The standout dish at our table was the duck. So yummy! I'm a sucker for authentic Chinese food and I'll be sure to come back next time I'm in town.

Terra P.

Yelp
If you want authentic and delicious Chinese food, Mr. K's is your place! My friend Yan from China actually sent me a message and told me to visit Mr. K's because it was authentic, so you can't get a better recommendation that that, and she was right! Since I was so excited, I placed an order for more than we could eat knowing I would take it home to enjoy for several days, and boy was I pleased! First, the owner Jeff, can make dishes without msg, so we were super excited since msg can cause headaches for my aunt. We started with appetizers because they looked so delicious in the photos on yelp, and everything arrived so crispy and perfectly cooked. Peking Spiced Beef Wraps are a nice portion with a bit of a sweetness in the beef and it was wrapped in a crispy scallion pancake. The Garlic Flavored Crispy Bone-in Spare Ribs we're my favorite! They were so tender and full of flavor. We would order this every time! The Dry Fish Pot was full of fish, spicy, and presented over a crackling fire underneath to keep it warm. We would order this again for sure. I also ordered a chicken and green bean lunch special and asked if they could season it with spicy Szechuan seasoning, and Jeff could and did, and it blew us away! We chose fried rice with the special, and I loved it so much we were left wanting more! The rice wasn't just typical fried brown rice like I usually get at other restaurants, it was still fried, but white with some vegetables added. If you've never had an authentic Szechuan dish, try one of Mr. K's dishes that already has it in it... It causes this weird sensation in your mouth that is addicting... a bit of a numbing sensation... Lastly, although the shopping center is a bit to be desired, we usually find the best places are pleasantly discovered because yelp does such a good job of sharing previous customer experiences. I usually drive to Cary or Raleigh for authentic hot or dry pot, but now that Fayetteville has Mr. K's, I won't need to burn up the road so much!!

Dee B.

Yelp
Spent $72 on take out food from here and was disappointed. We ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice, Sweet sour chicken, Kung Pao Shrimp, and Peking Spiced Beef. The Kimchi fried rice didn't taste like kimchi and was not seasoned well and so was the Sweet Sour Chicken. The shrimp in the Kung Pao Shrimp was super tiny and tasteless. The Peking Spiced Beef was decent but you have to warm it up if you get it for takeout because it's dry. I had high hopes for this place because of the prior Yelp reviews raving about Mr. K having "authentic Chinese food." I definitely would stick with panda for the price that you'll be paying for the dishes here. I'll dine in one day for an update on my post.

Yuman W.

Yelp
Great new spot for Chinese food! Reminds me of food eaten back home in China. Both spicy and non-spicy good are tasty here. Service was on time and efficient even in these hard times. Definitely a great choice for a socially distanced take out place with affordable prices.

Jose C.

Yelp
Total disappointment. All dishes ordered were dry and without much flavor. Fried rice was lumpy. Noodles dry. Don't know how can anyone call them "authentic Chinese food."

Nancy A.

Yelp
Authentic Chinese food comes to Fayetteville. My husband and I are "foodies" who enjoy excellent cuisine. We have visited China several times in an official capacity, and each time the cuisine was superb. Mister K's restaurant on Yadkin road continues this tradition. While some items on the menu are traditional, others are authentic and unique. For appetizers we had the Peking Spicy Beef Wraps and Crispy Bone-In Spare Rib. For entrees we enjoyed 1) Peking Crispy Duck and 2) Braised Pork Belly. All four dishes were outstanding and we highly recommend them. The owner, Mr. K is friendly and very professional. We're already planning our next visit

Yelp
Ok let's start by saying I have mixed feelings about Mr K's. First, the "American" Chinese options we tried (egg rolls and crab rangoon), left a lot to be desired - expect budget/grocery store level quality. BUT - the "authentic" Chinese dishes were AWESOME. I tried the Dan-Dan noodles and they were amazing. We did take out and the food was ready when they said it would be. I would definitely go back but I would stay clear of the "american" dishes.
