When the blueberries are $1, it is a good week. But if you walk two blocks down the yogurt is $3 cheaper. In Sum, buy the produce here but not the Yogurt. Sometimes I cannot help but pay $3 more because I’m so eager to get home and devour my $1 blueberries with their overpriced yogurt counterpart.

You could do all your grocery shopping here. They have specialty coffee, tea and most importantly lots of well priced produce. No organic options as far as I can tell.

Store does a high volume yet, purchased a container of cut fruit that was stored on ice. Got it home and it was clearly spoiled. Brought it back and there was no investigation as to whether the other fruit offered for sale was spoiled. Buyer beware!!! Hopefully they are not making people ill.

Do not shop here.. very unprofessional establishment.. they love to take from the community and never give back. they love to take from the poor people around the neighborhood. They upscale their prices to try and get as much money as they can, plus upscale the prices to meet the rich that have moved into bushwick. The sad part once they see they are not selling due to high prices they rather let the food go bad..They act like they care and are reasonable humans but they are not.

Fresh produce at decent prices and a juice bar with $6 juices you choose from all the fruits/veggies they offer. Also has a small grocery section. All workers were super nice as well!

appreciate that this place is open 24 hours, you can get a 5 lb sack of potatoes on your way home from the club for the price of a small McDonald's fries! Will take a while to prepare though.

Really great store great location. Lots of produce to choose from. great home made things as well. Great for those with dietary restrictions. Or those wanting asian products.

What an amazing little store! It has everything you need! Had amazing fresh squeezed juice and will be back to buy groceries!

I randomly found myself in bushwick this past weekend. I was craving fresh juice on the hot sunny day and Mr. lemon popped up as an option. I wasted no time and making my way to this corner grocery store. As soon as I entered, it dawned on me that the produce was fresh and an amazing price. I quickly snag myself some avocados, fruit, and peppers. Inside, I asked for a mixed juice of carrot, apple and orange. The lady at the juice counter gladly obliged. She made a little extra so I was asked to drink up so she can fill my cup again. It felt so nice, kind of like growing up how my mom asked me to take a few gulps when she made me milkshake. The energy of this place is so kind and sweet. I can tell the owners and the employees are just good people. Definitely come by here for a juice or any other grocery needs. Wish I lived by here!!

I live in California and the things that I hear about Mr. Lemon is incredible. And I hope to visit one day. The service is great and the experience is friendly and personal. I hope that you keep serving your community well

Really can't beat a $5 fresh pressed juice. You pay for it at the main register and then let them know what you'd like in it. I do some of my shopping here, it's a small space but they surprisingly have everything. Their fresh cut fruit is always quality, and they have a wide range of produce. The brands and selection are great, prices are reasonable compared to some of the other markets in the area.

Not a bodega! This an artisanal shop. I'm super impressed by their selection. Small store, but has just about everything you'd need except meat stuff. Really great selection of fruits and veggies. Good prices. Amazing beer selection. Careful many beers are by the can *$2.50-5.00 each sometimes. Great mushroom and cheese selection. They have fresh pasta too. They have interesting health food and fresh food stuff you can't get anywhere in Bushwick/Ridgewood. It's truly a special little grocery store.

Produce section is fantastic if you can't make it to the grocery store. It's fresh and priced well. They have coffee and fresh pressed juices near the front of the store. For the juice, you pay at the register and then hop on the line. They will ask you what you want in it. I opted for beets, pineapple, carrots, ginger and kale. 16oz for 4.00, name a better deal in Brooklyn. I'll wait. Even better, once it's poured. They let you taste it to make sure it is to your liking! No lemons here- all is sweet and affordable!

Went to Mr. Lemon this evening and man that Asian old man is a trip! He was rough handling my produce. He seemed annoyed he was yelling- it was such a weird encounter. Any who he was annoyed because I wanted to verify my price , he stared yelling "these avocados are 1.99" I told him to chill out. He may be on drugs or something who knows - I still made my purchase cause his behavior has shit to do with me. made my guac as soon as I got home.

I had been going to Mr.Plum, literally catching two trains to get fresh juice. I went to a nail salon and saw a girl with fresh juice and she let me know that there was a Mr. Lemon nearby. I jumped for joy when she said that and rushed over within the week. I believe this is a chain and they are all set up the same. A minor difference wins juicing stops here at 9pm but continues at Mr.Plum all night. I do still see myself going to Mr.Plum but I have a closer option near me.

Cheap veggie and fresh fruits. Have a lot of Asian stuffs and nice for juice too love it

I came in here for literally five minutes, dropped my Sunglasses into some produce section and someone immediately picked them up and stole them and their security cameras failed to get the thief.

Cheapest produce selection in the area for sure. The produce outside is extremely cheap, but nearing the end of its life span so make sure you eat it quickly after purchasing. since this is just around the corner from my apartment it's not big deal for me. Typically I can get most of my produce for the week (corn, peppers, apples, cucumbers, and assorted fruit) for around $10. Other food inside is more expensive, but nothing too crazy for new york. they have a good selection of local beers and ciders, and they let you just take one. (Also one time had 2lbs of strawberries for $1!!! It's all I ate for a week)

Love their drinks! I appreciate the girl who made my smoothies and juice. The store was busy at the moment I walked in but when I ordered my drinks the girl was kind enough to offer tips and facts about certain fruits and vegetables I should combine. I value the fact that she took her time with me. True customer appreciation.

I endured a terrible experience at Mr. lemon today. I would normally go there 3 to 4 times a week to buy the fresh vegetable juices.I had purchase 5 Supposed to be 16 ounce cups of juices for $20 they had recently swapped out the original 16 ounce cups for a way smaller size I believe to be 12 ounces And I do not have a problem with paying more for less Prices inflates all the time.but My thing is now I have my 12 oz cups of juices in the original 16 oz cups holder but my drinks do not fit nor the cups holder ia supporting my drinks. My cups of juice was very loose and wobbly Due to the recent change with the smaller cups As a result so I'm getting out of my vehicle and one of my cups of juice spilled all over in my vehicle. I go back to mr. lemon the next following day to confront them of the situation and show them pictures of what had occurred. I had addressed the issue with a lady at the register with glasses and Black hair but she did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and she came off rude and unprofessional and advise me to shop somewhere else rather than taking care of me and replacing my drink she obviously need to be re-train on how to resolve customers complaint her actions was unacceptable you always take care of the customer and ensure the proper service and treatment is given all the time you never advise your customers to take their business elsewhere because you can't provide adequate service to your customers I guess I will be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Very good selection this small store is packed with stuff and often some really good produce bargains. We bought a lot one day and got a complimentary coupon for the juice bar.

An incredible neighborhood staple offering ridiculously fresh and cheap produce especially in their outdoor displays. Inside you'll find a juice bar, other grocery items, and a good beer selection. Super friendly, conveniently 24/7, and special. I bike out of my way with a big bag to visit this grocer.

Some of the employees here are extremely rude, including the White girl who runs the smoothie counter now & old Asian man who won't even look you in the eye when asking simple questions. Food is also overpriced. There are plenty of other supermarkets in the area that are less gentrified & where you can give back to the community. Spend your money somewhere else.

I don't want to give any stars at all for what my dad had to encounter. All im saying there is this guy who worked last night and was being rude and disgusting, throwing the items my dad had already gather to pay, like hello you don't treat customers like that don't slam the food if your having a bad day stay home or just don't work at all my dad is too much of a nice guy paid his stuff and left. The owner has to put the employees in check.

They overcharged me for an item. Then I overheard them discussing it while waiting for my juice to be made. So I wait to see if she is going to say anything to me....nothing. So I go back to the register to ask about the overcharging & they're looking at each other as if they have idea what I'm referring to. Never again. And their prices are higher than most places around them. 2.99 for grapes, 1.50lb down the block. Peace out Mr. Lemon!

Are u fucking kidding me? I had my order set for a week.. and now 30 min before its cancelled because you dont have 1 item of the fucking 25 i ordered in stock? And all i get is an automated email from mercato with this bullshit excuse. Fuck you.. this is just actual shit.. not even a degree of service. I hope you go fucking bankrupt.

This place will have the cheapest vegetables you can buy in a store front around here. A few things to know about the vegetables and fruit outside: 1. They turn over vegetables which are nearing the end of their shelf life, so if it's really cheap use it really fast. 2. The prices will change based on what they got really cheap. This is because they buy up vegetables which did not sell to other places for really cheap. 3. The food inside can often times be found for cheaper at other markets. I buy half my produce here each week and the other half from china town. It's really amazing. I just buy whatever is really cheap to eat in the next few days. Overall I spend $16 on vegetables and fruit each week between here and Chinatown.

Best grocery store in the neighborhood in my opinion. It may be small but it totally kicks butt in being able to provide all you vegetable needs and freshness. My usual deal was to get all groceries at Trader Joe's but their produce is honestly always slacking (at least here in NYC). The most simple of greens become like trying to find a diamond or good piece of jewelry at a large public market. But not at Mr. Lemon! This store saves my produce needs and makes those veggies easy to find and always of good quality and even better - at a reasonable, even cheap price. They're a goldmine.

Life changing store. Seriously, I can't wait to shop here each week!! As a vegan actress, the insanely cheap vegetable deals are amazing!! You've even got a juice bar and all the vegan basic cheeses and milks etc - that are generally only at Whole Foods etc. and again.. the veggies!!!

I ordered for delivery and they canceled the delivery during the delivery window because they didn't have anything that I ordered. They waited days to tell me. I understand that there is a lot going on right now, but people are relying on their orders. If you can't fulfill it, tell the customer right away

Amazing local bodega with tons of organic and fresh options to choose from. Coffee is both cheap and good ($1.50 for a large cup) and there's also a juice bar. Produce is fresh and modestly priced. Decent booze selection and great snacks. Cashiers are quick and efficient. Honestly, it's the only bodega I'll trust in my neighborhood. Also, it's open twenty-four hours!

Update: I really like this place still, but they are really inconsistent with their (1) pricing, (2) taxation, and (3) quality. Depending on the employee, you may or may not get handed a receipt, and sometimes with their prepared foods (e.g. chicken salads) I've found the chicken breast undercooked. 3.5 stars. Just wish for more consistency.

Mr Lemon is a gem. The prices are fantastic, the produce is fresh, and they are open 24 hours. The people that work there are very friendly. A++

I am obsessed with this place. I come here almost every Saturday for fresh produce and juice.

I'm fortunate to live on the same block as this great little mini market. I'm impressed with the variety of high quality organic goods that are fair priced and a great selection of healthy drinks, pro biotics and craft beers. Also equally impressed with the random and cheap selection of fruits and vegetables. I can usually find almost anything I need here.

Lately I've been very disappointed because every time I go to pay for something the cashiers charge me more I don't think they are aware of when they lower the prices today I went in there was a Chinese cashier and she was going to overcharge me and I had to make her aware that they were a dollar for each item I got them from outside and she was going to overcharge me and she seem to get upset that I told her that they were dollar she was not aware she went outside and actually checked and the thing is that the reason I go there is because it's reasonably priced fruit and vegetables they have to make sure that the cashier's know the prices the cashier the Chinese cashier seem to have a really bad attitude like I was trying to get over or something and I'm a regular in that store I really love the store I think they have a good selection of every type of food but don't try to price gouge me

Super cheap produce! Best prices are outside and they're so affordable/organic. Vegan friendly. Tons of sustainable products. Definitely my go to for any grocery needs. Friendly staff always helpful. Grateful for such a good spot in my area.

I Am so lucky to live right across from this store every time my mother wants something I am always willing to go there the prices are cheap the employees are very good and fast. Its the only store that I know that gives me a large cup of coffee for only 1.50. Open 24 hours what so ever. Like last time there was a big snow storm it was open and i was able to go get some food if it weren't for this store i would not eaten anything that day

I was very excited to shop there. When I got to the store I took a basket and was going through the aisles. It's very small and 2 people cannot walk in the aisle. I noticed I was being followed by the male employees there. They were looking in my basket to see what I had in there. Others shoppers were not being followed. Definitely did not appreciate being stereotyped and being discriminated against. Worth making the trip to another market that will not treat me like that. Will be going somewhere else to spend my money.
