Baltimore’s food scene is to be reckoned with, right!! So there is this spot inside of Mt. Vernon Marketplace called Mr. Nice Pie…a pizza joint by the homie Cheezy Mike’s. Since I’m a fan of Mike’s I had to try his pizza!! LET’S GO!! . Where I am: @mrnicepiebaltimore inside of @mountvernonmarketplace . Menu Includes: Craft Pies-Quattro Formaggi, Super Margherita, Pepperoni, Meat Lovers, Mushrooms, Faux Meat, Hawaiian, Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken. Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, Curly Fries, Onion Rings, & More!! . Items Reviewed: Their Cheese Slice ($4). STAMP!! Classic NY style, a perfect cheese to marinara ratio!! Their Cowabunga Pepperoni (14 inches with cup pepperonis $20). STAMP!! Again classic, full of pepperoni, SUPERB!! Their Chicken Strips (fried chicken strips with, bbq, ranch, honey mustard, & ketchup 4 for $20). STAMP!! Meaty, plentiful, & fried to perfection. Their Cheesesteak Pizza (14 inch white pizza with chopped steak, peppers, & onions $20). STAMP!! My favorite one!! A white sauce that complimented a mix of mozzarella, & provolone, with tender steak. BEST cheesesteak pizza I’ve ever had!! . Customer Service: On Point . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking: Decent, depending on the time of day. . Recommendations: Any of their pizzas especially the cheesesteak. Crisp exteriors, meaty cheesy interior, well seasoned perfection!! Their Chicken Empanadas (with shredded chicken, a secret blend of cheeses, & honey mustard sauce $12). DELICIOUS! Well fried, tasty, I just needed a lil bit of juiciness with the chicken!! Their Cheesy Garlic French Dip (thinly sliced top round, with Gruyère cheese, on toasted garlic French bread, with a cup of Au Jus $14). STAMP!! Absolutely superior pizza. The guy making the pizza is very engaging with great recommendations and isn’t afraid to make something creative on the fly. The food comes out fast and the dough and food quality is amazing! Definitely the best pizza in baltimore!

Absolutely, this pizzeria is undoubtedly among the finest in the area. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of savoring their Oxtail Pizza for the first time, and I can't imagine enjoying pizza any other way now. It's safe to say that I've found something truly exceptional! 🍕😍

Great pizza and really cool service, helped my kid out by making hlm a pizza especially when he was in the middle of closing down. Not rushed at all. Splendid pizza, excellent crust especially.

I ordered the margarita pizza and it is excellent! The staff very friendly and helpful. I left a package behind by accident and when I returned a few minutes later they had it for me. Thank you guys for the great service! I will be back 😋

Had the onion rings. They were good but be sure to have them while they are piping hot. They become soggy and do not taste great after. Service as good.

I think the oxtail pizza was exactly what I expected... delicious. Worth it to try for sure. I thought the crust was pretty good too. Not too hard. I would like to try more things there but I think the oxtail got me in a chokehold right now. I also got the curly fries. I mean you can't miss with curly fries. Expensive I thought but I guess I'd pay it again so...

Owner tried to tell me he was doing me a favor by charging me the advertised online price instead of the in-person listed price ($15 for 4 tenders and fries instead of $20) and then proceeded to serve me the saddest basket of chicken and fries I think I’ve ever seen. Around 10 fries and and very dry, brittle chicken in what tastes like not-very-fresh oil. I hate being petty (actually I don’t, but who posts google reviews?) but just know, if you’re reading this and there are still price discrepancies between their online menu and their in person menu, then they’re trying to get you through the door. :) Haven’t tried their pizza but stay away from the $20 tender basket

Really 2 stars for service. The employee working the evening I ordered pizza was super pleasant and helpful. That said, this was well made, SUPER BLAND PIZZA. The most flavor came from the pepperoni on top. If the dough had been seasoned, this pizza would have been really good, but it wasn't. Dang. If the sauce had been seasoned, the pizza would have been better. I didn't finish my pizza, but brought it home to see if my personal seasonings would help when I reheated it. They didn't. The kind of flavor this pizza needs would have to come from pre-seasoning. So that is my recommendation. Hopefully this happens and I can go have some really good pizza here.

I heard about the infamous oxtail pizza a couple months ago, but it wasn't a regular menu item at the time so kept missing it. Once it was announced it was back for good, I knew I had to go and try it. I checked the website and saw there was only 3 left for the day so I placed my order and headed to Mt Vernon Marketplace. When I arrived my order was ready and smelling great. When I took the first bite I completely understood the hype! The flavor is on another level. I'll definitely be back to have it again and try other pizzas.

Had to get my hands on their viral oxtail pizza and although it was yummy and had tons of meat, the crust wasn't to my liking. It was on the extra crispy side and had a homemade rolled dough feel. Otherwise, the service was quick and friendly, the pizza was made fresh too which I appreciate. If they change up the dough recipe they'll def have have a regular out of me. You'll have to stop by in person to order the oxtail pizza.

Mr. Nice Pie is a great restaurant! The service is great and efficient. It's located in the Mount Vernon Marketplace in Baltimore MD. Today I had their new Oxtail Pizza! Trust me this did not disappoint! You need this pie in your life. They also have other pies and are known for their great chicken as well. Stop in for a great meal.

Margarita pizza was OUTSTANDING!!! Crust was tasty & cooked to perfection! Cheese & basil perfect! Sauce I loved & thought it had a Hint of Italian red wine! Next I want to try the chicken sandwich!

Traveled about an hour to get their Oxtail pizza. There was no line and customer service was super friendly. Unfortunately the oxtail pizza was all hype. Ate half a slice and was done with the whole pizza. I can't finish it. Saving it for tomorrow so I can pass it on to the first homeless person I see.

Went to enjoy new trend for Afram oxtail pizza more like bbq pizza. If you going to charge $25 for 16 inch pizza oxtails should have some presence even if you forked meat off bone you should be able to see and taste oxtails. Major letdown try again. Not worth the buy
