Mr. Potato, Spuds….soon to be Guacamole in New Ownership….let me just say…I’m from Chicago and Latino….so I’m somewhat picky with Mexican Food. Just happen to be at the Mall, gave them a shot, and had an Al Pastor Torta! OMG!! The best most awesome Torta I’ve had in this town and shocked it’s down the street from me at the mall. Went back this weekend and tried the Birria too! Loved it! The New Owner are a Family Unit that just took over the Spuds place and creating a Menu all their own. Great flavors that literally remind me of Mexico and truly made by a skilled Family that cooks with pride and taste! Don’t know about previous reviews or what the reputation was before, all I know is I was very happy to have stopped and taken a chance. Well made-neat fresh and flavorful. Great service and seriously you won’t go wrong. Can’t wait to go back and sample more dishes and meats here. Can’t believe this little Gem is in a Mall, but as for my Mexican heritage I definitely vouch for them here at Guacamole! Great little place and I hope to gain about 5lbs from eating here, it would be worth it. New Family making a wonderful Torta and I’ve only just begun to taste what else they make here. If you’re around the area…stop in and give them a shot! Tasty for sure! Buena Suerte!

Went to their location at Citadel Mall. Their fries Al pastor are so good!

At first I really liked the food and was thinking about going to them again. UNTIL my stomach started hurting so bad that I guarantee that I have food poisoning now. My stomach feels like I’m being stabbed in the stomach every five minutes. Never will recommend to anyone or go there again, I went to the one that is in the citidel mall. Went yesterday 4/15/22 around 6:30 pm when we were finishing up our carne asada fries, I sent my daughter to go buy a bottled water the lady told her “not right now I’m busy” are you kidding me? Mam you should be thankful I was not around and we were in a hurry. Won’t be back terrible customer service! 🗑

The food not bad. But the service is terrible. A potato is 12 bucks which I'm cool with,But u are figting for pennys.. she was upset over Me asking for more Napkins and chose to ignore after I asked for a Togo bag that was right next to her.
