This is an update I didn't really want to make, but I feel like I have to. As you can see from my previous reviews, I've been a loyal customer of Mr. Sandwich for years. I was always so impressed by the customer service, the food quality, the accuracy, and how quickly everything was made. Unfortunately, I've returned here several times in the past few months and things just aren't the same under the new ownership.
Every single time I've ordered ahead, the order has been wrong. The person taking my order will even confirm what I want, so I don't think it's their fault at all. Sometimes, I'll pay extra for avocado or cheese and it will be missing. Sometimes, I'll get a completely different sandwich. One time, an entire sandwich was missing. When I pointed this out, I was told the sandwich would be made ASAP, but I waited for 30 minutes.
I've been trying to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt, but I also want to be honest, especially with all the glowing reviews I've previously given. I understand that everything is expensive these days, but if the price is increasing, the quantity is decreasing, and my orders are consistently inaccurate, it's hard for me to justify purchasing regularly here.
Hoping this is just a hiccup and things improve. I'll update my review if so.
