I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. Shiloh Restaurant, and I must say, the kosher food was absolutely delicious! The flavors, presentation, and quality of the dishes were all top-notch. The service was also impeccable - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff made sure we had an exceptional dining experience. If you're looking for authentic, mouth-watering kosher cuisine, look no further than Mr. Shiloh Restaurant. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!"

Google
Amazing food and service, Noah was our waiter and was accommodating and kind. Food was veryyy good. Highly recommend! Will come again next time we’re in LA.

Google
Best dinner spot in pico. The food was amazing - we got the prime steaks (delicious)!! The bartender drank with us and gave us free shots so that was fun!! And the place itself is beautiful, great ambience. Staff was amazing.

Google
We were a party of 4, and we were pretty impressed with the attention to detail and service awareness initially, but as our dinner went on, we felt like the service kept deteriorating. Food-wise everything was good - especially the 16oz ribeye steak! It was fantastically cooked with a perfect crust and cook level. 10/10 go for the ribeye. I would recommend Shiloh’s.

I've been to Mr. Shiloh's many times, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent the steaks are always on point, but honestly, everything on the menu is worth trying. Their appetizers, sides, and desserts are just as good as the mains. The atmosphere is relaxed but upscale, and the service is always solid. It's one of those places you can count on, whether it's for a nice dinner out or to impress guests. Easily one of my go-to kosher spots in L.A.

Google
Shilohs has been our go to restaurant for ever. It is great for any occasion, you can go for casual events, or to celebrate special events. They a big back room for private events. The service is excellent, the waiters and busboys are very attentive. Their food is really good, my favorites are, the tart flambé, chicken wings, and sliders. A good raw bar too. The steaks are the best I’ve ever had. The desserts are very tasty, you’ve got to try their pecan pie, and Shiloh’s macaroon. 😋

Google
Great service. The food came extremely fast. Very tasty. The chicken drumetts and avocado egg rolls were exceptional. The crispy chickpeas in the salad were a bit overdone. 4 thumbs up.

Google
It’s a lovely place to dine, with amazingly prepared food. The quality is great, I ordered the tart flambee, the steak tartar, and a 16oz ribeye calotte (high marbling). All 3 of the dishes were cooked and prepared to perfection, the flambee being light and crispy with a plethora of flavor from the beef bacon and crème fresh. The steak tartar was salty, seasoned really well and came with a lot too. The calotte was big, as you can see it’s a big cut so if you’ve never ordered something like this before I’d recommend a smaller size 10oz as it does come with a side of potatoes of your choosing and the appetizers can make quite a place in your stomach. They come with 3 different dipping sauces, 2 different au jus and A1 sauce all have their respective intricate flavors when paired with the meat. I ordered medium rare and it was extremely juicy, tender and red but not too red. The fat melted in my mouth and it is definitely my number one recommendation as a turf entree. When you go on a busy night there may be parties in the outdoor and sometimes indoor which can get a bit loud if, which you’re looking for a quiet place can be a good thing to know so reserve a place towards the back if possible. But even with the abundance of party and people the service was very quick and spaced out just right, as I finished one dish and had a few minutes to enjoy drink and rest and the next came out. Very well done shilohs thank you

Yelp
what a dream to eat at the Mr. Shiloh! The service - Noah is the greatest server on earth - and the food is simply perfect! The calotte and the chicken sliders are a must try! Enjoy your meals!

Yelp
I like that they re-did the place but honestly, except for the bread that was yummy everything was just OK. I expected more. We were a big party and ordered lots of dishes and the steaks were just ok. The veggies were good but a carrot or two doesn't make for a presentation. Nothing was exceptionally warm either. Meh. They can do better

Yelp
This place was so delicious. Probably one of the best kosher restaurants I have ever had. The service was very kind and always helped us. The ambiance was beautiful especially outside. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Excellent Restaurant for quality and service. Beautiful Festive atmosphere. Very happy feelings. I had the fish and chips and the fish was one of the best I have ever had, fluffy and juicy inside and crunchy on the outside. Others in my party had the salmon filet and the Petit Beef filet and they were all very impressed by the quality and taste. The mint tea was refreshing and the dessert platter was delicious and beautiful to look at. Convenient valet parking. Inside and outside seating. The staff were simply delightful. Joyful experience.

Yelp
Mr. Shiloh's in Los Angeles is a truly exceptional dining experience. As an upscale kosher restaurant, it surpasses expectations in every aspect. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately welcome. Their courtesy was evident throughout the evening, attending to our needs with genuine care. One of the highlights of our visit was the personalized touch from the chef. He created a special seasoning mix just for my ribeye and potato dish, which was absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, elevating the dish to a new level of deliciousness. The wine selection at Mr. Shiloh's is superb, offering a range of choices that perfectly complement the meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us select the ideal wine to pair with our dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall experience, creating an amazing aura that makes the evening feel special and memorable. As an "in-progress" convert, it was lovely to experience a kosher restaurant where everything is safe to eat-avoiding the excessive review of every menu item to ensure it's kosher certified. Where I am located, we don't have many kosher restaurants so it was incredible to feel at home with our choice. In summary, Mr. Shiloh's offers outstanding food, excellent wine, and exceptional service. It's a place where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a remarkable dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy an upscale kosher meal in Los Angeles.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Clean inside and food was really well specially their steak. Staff is also very friendly and always try to make sure you are well taken care of. Parking is not easy but there has been times that there was valet service available. Overall like this place.

Yelp
Best steaks. Period. Best lamb. Great service. Excellent setting. I've been to intimate gatherings and small groups. Expensive but delicious.

Yelp
Arguably the best kosher restaurant in LA. Their food and service is top notch. Interesting and unique wine menu with amazing aura. Steaks are cooked to perfection and brought out with a heating brick. Ambiance is off the charts. Definitely my #1 choice.

Merritt W.

Yelp
The restaurant, which is Kosher, is excellent. People were having a really great time socializing, the food was excellent, the service attentive, and parking was available. We ate inside as it was too cold for us in the outside patio which, I'm sure, is much sought after in warmer weather. The prices are sky high and while I very much enjoyed the steak -- which was first quality and not chewy as so many kosher meats are -- it was grossly overpriced compared to other steak houses. $88 to $129 for a steak is extraordinary, as are the prices for sides, appetizers and entrees. Nevertheless, it was one of the best steaks I have had. The roasted half chicken, at $48, was also very overpriced although it was good, but not special. The bottom line is that the restaurant is excellent -- if you can afford it -- and is definitely recommended. Merritt Weisinger Sparks, NV

Yelp
What a wonderful find. Was in Los Angeles for the Thanksgiving holiday staying at the Fairmont Century City. The concierge suggested this restaurant that was in an area I wasn't familiar with. Almost didn't go, but fortunately my wife said we should try it. So glad we did, it's a family run restaurant with an extremely attentive staff and superb food. They also have a great outdoor seating space that I look forward to trying next time I'm in town. Don't miss this one, you'll really enjoy it.

Yelp
Amazing night with the best steak I have ever had. Delicious hors d'oeuvre, wine, and top notch service. Highly recommend. Michelin 5 stars 100%

Yelp
Spectacular food quality and incredible place for family dinners ,with great service. I highly recommend.

Yelp
Horrific service. Never even took our dinner order. A roach ran by us that the waiter had to kill. And if you look behind the strategically placed flowers behind it you'll see this place has a B rating, which is extremely hard to get. Disgusting. Don't be fooled by the charming outdoor patio. This place is trash.

Yelp
If I could give them more than 5 , I would!! Just wanted to post this before bed...cousin had his wedding at Shiloh's tonight. It was sooooo wonderful!!! What a TOTAL CLASS restaurant! The food was delicious, the presentation of the food was spectacular, the staff was pleasant, the owner was super sweet. Chloe, the owner, said her and her brother own it and bring farmers market , sustainable food to your table. They also have live music on some nights and nice patio seating Wow, what a complete change from years ago!!! I highly recommend it! What a pleasant surprise!! Definitely going to support them!!!

Yelp
So we went the other night to Shiloh's it's the first time back since under new management. We had some appetizers and a main course. The food was okay but nothing special as it used to be. Sorry to say. Not worth the price we paid.

Marvin S.

Yelp
Mr. Shiloh was outstanding! We always come here when in town. Had the braised short ribs, which were incredible. My wife had 12 oz. steak, which was cooked rare to perfection. Wine and side dishes were excellent. High priced, but it's kosher and it's worth every penny!
google avatar

Jeannie S.

Yelp
Went for a work dinner. Chris our waiter was awesome. He rec the tarte flambé as a Shiloh classic which was a nice flatbread w beef bacon. The mushroom egg rolls and cauliflower were delicious - would get again. Beef carpaccio and tuna tartare were ok - prob wouldn't get again. I got the lychee martini which was sweet but fit my tastebuds. The steak was done medium rare w a hot plate to sear it and that was . It was fun to see it lit on fire. The sauces for the steak were too thick and heavy for my taste but I didn't really need it. I don't need kosher so I wouldn't go w my friends but would def book a ressie again for a work function.

Yelp
What a great restaurant! We celebrated my wife's birthday, just us and the kids, and we had a great time. The service was AWESOME, and the food was great too. The place was clean and although a lot of people were dining there, it was not loud and the atmosphere was very nice. We will definitely come back again. Ps. I can't understand the people who write these nasty reviews about this place. Our experience was great, and for those who don't think that all these guys that took care of them during the evening deserve a service charge of at least 18%, maybe next time they should try the nearest shawarma joint

Yelp
I was not pleased with this restaurant. I came back for the third time hoping I'd have a better experience. The menu is completely overpriced for the food being served and there was slow service. Service: Slow. Not sure if they're understaffed or just inattentive. The only time I got attention or my waiter came to me was because I flagged him down. Although, the waiter himself was very sweet and nice and I know it was a busy night for him. So not directed at him just the service in general. There are too many bussers just standing around and it looks chaotic. Especially when they dont even pour water in our cups. They just give us the jugs and we pour it ourselves. Ambiance: Felt nice, there's lights and plants around with many outdoor heaters. The energy was good. Food: Was just okay. I've definitely had better dishes in other restaurants. For the price I paid I would expect top notch quality flavor and service. I ordered the Tarte Flambé which was okay, very fatty in the pastrami strips. Mashed potatoes were bland, I added lots of salt and pepper. Boneless rib eye steak. Mine was a bit undercooked so they happily took it back and re-grilled it. It was much better after that.

Farah P.

Yelp
Service is good. Servers are polite and attentive. My favorite is their filet minion with amazing fries. Best fries I have ever had. And saute mushroom. The restaurant, as busy as it is, it still gives you privacy at your table. The layout is very nicely done.

Yelp
Great service. And such a delicious menu , my favorite are the tart flambée and the beef soup. But every time I go there , I m always delighted of the food. It's enjoyable we can talk to other people we come in, music is relaxing and is put to the right volume. Which is very important for an evening restaurant Highly recommend for everyone

Yelp
I would give it a 4.5 if I could figure out how. There were 3 of us-we had chicken wings, chicken tortilla soup, rigatoni bolognaise, steak, filet mignon, southwest chicken salad, lava cake, chocolate hazelnut cake, chocolate mouse, mashed potatoes and everything was delicious. All of the food was eaten or taken home-the portion sizes were good. 3 days later the salad and pasta were still good. The service was good-bread and water refilled a lot. We were seated right away-we had a 5:30 reservation and while they were empty they proceeded to get very crowded. The restaurant was quiet enough for us to talk comfortably. Was it expensive-yes but it is fine kosher dining and we felt that we got value for our money. Would we go back-definitely. Just wish there could be one in the Valley.

Maxxx R.

Yelp
Service was impeccable , the food was not as good as it was before the sauces for the meat were beyond average , at that price we expect to have a professional chef .

Osi B.

Yelp
Amazing food, the chef always come to check how it was and give you welcoming feeling. Grate service! Highly recommended

Suzanne H.

Yelp
Great restaurant with amazing chef food is delicious and service is fantastic. Beautiful decor and ambiance.

Jacob P.

Yelp
The best restaurant in town. The service is amazing, the food and is unbelievably delicious. Highly recommend you try it out!

M C.

Yelp
Food was amazing. had such a fun night!! Staff is super friendly! Prices are very reasonable compared to other kosher restaurants in LA. This is also a great restaurant for big parties or date night. Will definitely go back!

Mervyn H.

Yelp
The food was decent at best. Portions were small for the price. I ordered the 'Whole Branzino' which was only a Half Branzino ($57.00). Friend had a steak, which was slightly larger than a postage stamp ($60.00) Wife had a Burger which she said was nice. They add a service charge to the bill without telling you so PLEASE check the receipt before paying. This is what really bothers me!! I guess Kosher restaurants are at a premium so they basically can do what they like.

B Z.

Yelp
This restaurant has fresh great flavors for their dishes. The sea bass skewers were delicious and the steak was juicy and phenomenal. The service was on par and the chef even came to our table to see how we are doing. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come either. On Monday nights they have live acoustic music and it was such a relaxing ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful delicious meal!

Yelp
I'm so happy they are back on business and with a beautifull outside seating area . Food was great as usual, they have a new Chef and we loved it. Service was great And even with these outside temperature , we were not cold since they have those heaters everywhere. Thank you Shilo' Another Great night at Shilo's. Loved the steak, it was cook to perfection. Thanks Shilo's and happy to see you open during this Covid time with an Amazing outdoor patio.

Cecile A.

Yelp
Shiloh's is my favorite kosher restaurant. The food is outstanding and the prices very reasonable. The ambiance is amazing, it is cozy and the owner makes you feel at home immediately. They even have delicious desserts. I had bread pudding last night and OMG it tasted incredible. I always choose Shilohs for any celebration because I feel like it is the perfect balance between kosher food food and good atmosphere.

Navid M.

Yelp
The ambience is nice and the restaurant can accommodate large parties. Service is good. Yet, for a restaurant that is listed as a steakhouse the steaks were one of the worst steaks I ever had in my life. I am a steak lover and eat steak at every opportunity I get. I understand the challenge of not being able to use butter in steak preparation but at this restaurant the quality of steaks are greatly affected just because they are Kosher. The tomahawk steaks were poorly prepared and bland. they lacked even the basic taste of Charbroiled or grilled meat. The Cowboy stake was salty and over peppered. I have to say that for a steakhouse the steaks were shameful. The restaurant can use some culinary help to make tasty steaks while keeping the Kosher regulations. If you dine at this restaurant I recommend you stick to other plates and avoid the steak. I believe if anyone is ranking the steaks at this place as great then they have never had steak at a non-Kosher restaurant to be able to make a comparison. If you don't have to keep kosher I recommend not to waste your money.
google avatar

Zean C.

Yelp
Great huge steaks. Their appetizers are really flavorful... totally Kosher. The ambience is family and business meeting friendly. I came here for a business meeting and they were super attentive. Customer service is beyond great. As it got later in the evening, more families care in for dinner. A Children friendly restaurant.

Joseph H.

Yelp
Very delicious food. Steak was cooked to a perfection, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing steakhouse. The service was excellent. The mood is luxurious.

Solal H.

Yelp
It's great food and the steak is perfect the owner is very welcoming and is a great host

Yelp
Was told Shiloh's was great flat kosher food so made reservations for my moms birthday to take her. Was seated right away and our server was right away attentive and helpful. The appetizers we ordered were really good. We got the salad, cauliflower, and bacon pizza dish along with the burger sliders. All were amazing. As for the main course we got some fish which was okay and also the steak which was very very good. Our server ended up being amazing and very nice. We will definitely be back.

Mark M.

Yelp
Wine and food was amazing! Service is the best in the business (put the ordering in their hands and they won't steer you wrong)! The sea bass skewers were incredible and I was not expecting them to be the best dish we had closely followed by the Tarte Flambé.
google avatar

Emil S.

Yelp
So let me start off by saying it's KOSHER. I don't really think any kosher restaurants will get 5 stars overall but this one was MEH at best. I decided to go to this restaurant with a friend from elementary school that is religious and another friend from elementary school that weighs 400 pounds. Out of respect for our religious friend we decided to eat at this restaurant. They brought out salads Meh. We ordered Cesar salad A bone in rib eye Filet The best part of the dinner...the bread. My religious friend said the last time he went there was 10 years ago and after dinner he said the next time he will probably go is 10 years from now. Makes sense.

Yelp
Have an amazing experience! Went with my friends, I had Carrots ginger soup and cauliflower appetizer I absolutely love it till last piece:)) My friends got Steak Grande which was delicious, juicy and soft, melting in the mouth Manifique. Nice, relaxing atmosphere, great service. Thank you Cris!!!

Yelp
Great Steak's and ambience. Owner is very friendly. Staff usually goes above and beyond

Yelp
Such a lovely place. Food and and service is great. The ambience is beautiful specially if you sit outside, they have fairy lights. Steak is made exactly how you ask them. We got medium rare. They have such great variety of wine to choose from. Parking is a little tough but overall great experience!

Yelp
The most impressive kosher meat restaurant I know in LA ! My classic = tarte Flambée & Rib-eye steak and most of my friends love it. Servers really taking care of what you ate looking for and help you to find the best dish you are gonna like. I'm french but my favorite is the slider burger cause they allows me to taste other delicious entrees. Recently tested the "  Bouillabaisse " cause I'm from Marseille ! Toasts à la rouille in the soup is so yummy ... absolutely well done in a kosher way ! Definitely fan.
google avatar

Tina B.

Yelp
I have been here 4 times and will continue to come back! 3 times I have ordered their steak because it is B.O.M.B. This time I ordered their salmon to try it out and it was outstanding! The salads that they provide initially along with the warm bread are very delicious as well! This is a great place for group events! It can get noisy, but hey, if you are having fun with the group, you wouldn't even realize that it's noisy :)
google avatar

Aspie M.

Yelp
Oh my, the best meal I've had in a loooong time!! Drove over from Altadena to meet friends for dinner, and it was soooo worth the drive. Those mushrooms were even better the next day, how is that even possible?! The duck was perfectly cooked, and it took all my willpower not to lick that yummy sauce right off the plate. But... manners, must remember my manners. Hope to get back there again soon!!

Marcelle R.

Yelp
I'm confused...Is Shiloh's Bistro and Garden the same as "Shiloh's"? I see reviews here that are from 2016 but Shiloh's Bistro and Garden is supposedly under new ownership which makes them a totally different restaurant. I wouldn't be interested other than the fact that I have a $100 gift card from Shiloh's which they won't honor. The owner claims that they are new restaurant and have nothing to do with the old Shiloh's and therefore they do not honor the old gift cards. The last meal I ate at Shiloh's was a gristly steak sandwich. Hopefully, they don't serve those anymore, but it would be nice to have my gift card that never expires honored!
