Mr. Submarine & Salads - Dine-In, Delivery, Pick-Up, Take-out

Food was good but a bit over priced. Store is old and could used updated. The seats in the booths are hard and bumpy. Staff was not super friendly just kind of there. Bathrooms need updated and cleaned. Don't think I would come back but it's worth trying once to see if it's your cup of tea.

Ordered two subs with some special instructions for each one. Order placed online. When I arrive, everything was ready to go within the time specified. The french onion soup was especially good. Those subs had all the directions followed, and were very flavorful. I was thrown by the automatic tip, but that may have been me misreading the order. This was our third visit there in the past 2 weeks, and we have yet to be disappointed.

Ordered a cheese steak sandwich with only provolone cheese. The first sandwich was served with a 3 cheese blend heavy on the cheddar. They didn't listen to my order. The second sandwich was a roast beef sandwich layed over onions, then broiled until the meat was cooked dry then they added the provolone on top and broiled until almost burned. Meat and onions were not cooked together as I've always had at other restaurants. The macaroni salad sauce had a wonderful flavor but the noodles were barely cooked or very tough. I just moved here but I've learned that there's a lot of other places I'll go to before I ever come back here. It took almost 10 minutes for me to place my order and I was only second in line. Glad I came at 2:00 rather than any rush. I'm sure deli meat on a slice of bread is good here but I certainly don't recommend the cheese steak.

I have dined in and more frequently done drive thru pickup. Either way, the service is friendly, timely and the sub is so very delicious. I have been eating their subs for years. Followed them from one place to another because the quality of the subs are outstanding and the service is just as good. If you are looking for a great sub at a reasonable price, Mr Submarine is the place for you.

It doesn't matter what we order, everything we've eaten has been amazing. Service has always been top notch and spot on. Highly recommend!

When we first moved to Titusville about 2 1/2 years ago, this was the only submarine place in town that my family would go to my two sons and husband two sons and myself loved going to this place but unfortunately over the last six months this place has gone downhill. Today was exceptionally rare. I had called to place an order for a submarine well before noon rush I was placed on hold three or four times was hung up on three times when I called to ask how busy it was once they were finally able to answer the phone and take my order. The employee had just clocked in and stated she wasn’t sure why I was placed on hold, but there was no one at the counter when I asked to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold again to which the manager had denied answering my phone call had refused answering a customer’s call concerning the wait time on the phone being placed on hold and being hung up on several times, so my family will no longer be going to this establishment and I recommend you no longer go if you value time and being treated fairly this is not the place to go to anymore. I’m not sure if they are under new management or if the manager just is giving up on the situation, but this is the worst I have ever had an encounter with them ever I have never been denied speaking to a manager from the manager themselves when an employee had already told me there were no customer standing at the counter should be served. I just think that we need to worry more about customer service rather than playing on our phone or just blatantly, ignoring customers in general, I will be getting a hold of a corporate office or a franchise office if at all possible regarding this issue because I have never been met with such disrespect from a manager Ever

VEGAN OPTIONS IN TITUSVILLE!! Walked in and was so happy to see a case with beautiful gourmet vegan chocolates inside!! had to pick up a few and they are probably the best chocolates I’ve had!! They had a nice sized vegetarian menu and I got the California style sub for $10 and when I asked for no cheese the worker informed me this is a vegan sandwich! It makes me so happy to know the employees are informed about their vegan options. The sub was way bigger than I expected and had a veggie style patty topped with fresh veggies, a perfect and easy lunch! I will definitely be back!

A cute little sub shop with a vast menu of options. The staff were helpful and patient in working me through my indecisiveness over which sub to get. I ended up getting the veggie sub and added turkey and provolone. It was the perfect balance of protein and veggies. The Asiago bread also complimented the flavors perfectly!

First of all, I have been going to Mr. SUBMARINE for years. When I go fishing I live hour away. I am always craving their sandwiches! Great authentic sub shop. Great service. I was surprised to not see at least a 4.7 rating. So I read the reviews. I see most are 5 star reviews. It's a few whining, petty people writing 1 star review even though they wrote in their review that the food is great 99% of the time. That service is good inside the shop. It was an issue over delivery that they made retaliatory review. C'mon now, that's shady right there. Anyways if you're in the area... want a delicious sub sandwich! It's a must try! You'll know you made the right decision soon as you walk in the door. "The sub shop smell" YUM! You ain't regret checking out MR. SUBMARINE. I wish I had a sub sandwich close to my home the was like Mr SUBMARINE. I would be there twice a week! You're Welcome you'll become hooked too! =)

I'm not much of a sandwich person. But this here is a good sammie spot. We got a large pastrami on white. I won't go into the details of what did or didn't have in the sammie. Phoned in the order. Only had to wait just a few minutes and it was ready. A large and can feed 2 people. Especially since we both liked the same thing in our sammies. Walked in. Greeted right away. Paid for the order. Looked at the bulletin board and in about 2 minutes we were called for our sandwich. I definitely will order here again.

Better than pub subs! Support local. Delicious subs and desserts. Friendly and quick service. I had a grilled chicken sub that I've been thinking about for days now, I can't wait to go back!

I had the most nicest waitress which her name is Ms. Traci and lshe was absolutely delightful. She made my experience very pleasurable. They had many desserts to choose from and that is my weakness. It felt like a family restaurant how they all worked well together. They have something called Th Butlers Raw Chocolates with so many flavors to choose. Now it gives you a feeling of a diner instead of a restaurant how great there food tasted. It's located near other restaurants and even a movie theater also across from the Harley Davidson. I will definitely come back to visit them because I was treated so well and that is a great feeling. We ordered the #16 which is the Steak and Cheese Sub with their delicious soft baked cookies. The prices were very decent for the size of the subs and salads they provide for you.

Brandi T. took my order to go. She is so awesome and knowledgeable about Mr. Submarine and what is offered. She seems to know everything. But the proof is in the subs, the macaroni salad, the cakes, cookies and sweet tea. The place was packed at lunch this afternoon, the service was amazing and friendly.

Recently went to Mr. Submarine & Salads w/ a friend for lunch. It was packed w/ folks at the lunch hour on a weekday afternoon w/ good reason. They have a whopping 31 cold subs, hot subs, & wraps available. Appreciate that they have five vegetarian subs on hand including two which are vegan. Vegans can choose between the made in house vegan California Burger or the Mediterranean Wrap which is homemade house made in house w/ a greek salad served in a wrap. Me & my friend both went w/ the vegan California Burger that was heated & served w/ all the fixings. I opted for a whole sub while my friend had half. The whole grain bread is vegan. The sub was quite alright as we both enjoyed it. Even better than the food though was the atmosphere. There was a few Beatles murals in the restaurant. The walls were covered w/ nature photography. The restaurant showcased lots of local flavor as many of the patrons were on their lunch break so interesting to see some of the folks who lived in the neighborhood. They also had a vegan minestrone soup on offer. For dessert they have vegan Butler's raw chocolates. Worth checking out Mr. Submarine & Salads for a unique experience.

I haven't had the best of experiences here. I've only eaten here three times and one time, the bread was very stale and tough to chew. Old bread. I had picked up my sandwich to go that day and didn't realize the issue with bread until I was home eating. I could have returned the sandwich I suppose. The next and very last time I ate there, I mentioned to the person taking order about the stale bread last time and she said,"I will test it by touching it to make sure it's okay this time. I'm over them. Done.

I laughed when I saw the 1* reviews because one of them said they repeatedly asked for no onions but still got onions on their order. When my husband ordered our food for take out, he told me that he asked if the olives on the Gyro were kalamata. I didn't want them if they were black, so he told the guy "no olives if they are black". The guy said, "Ok, so extra olives?" Lol Thank God our order was correct!!! The food was delicious and well assembled. I added my own kalamata olives to my Beef-Lamb Gyro. I had a bite of my husband's Cheesesteak and it was yummy! My daughter had a BLT and as simple as it sounds, it was double the delicious!

James Pepe was so incredibly thoughtful bringing us some yummy sandwiches today! The entire team at our new Titusville VyStar Branch were so appreciative. Thanks so much. This was my time trying a sub here. Typically Publix is always my go to for subs. I will def be switching that up more often.

They get one star for refusing to deliver to a loyal customer who does a lot of business there they offer delivery They said we are on the no delivery list at first it was My address then when I went in person he said it was the street and said he was not trying to discriminate we spend a lot of money and never ordered delivery my wife had a seizure and could not drive and I did not want to to drive so I called for the first time and they treated me like I was nothing as a customer there Food is great Don't get me wrong and service is usually great we live less than a mile the Pizza Hut across the street delivers to our neighborhood all the time can't comprehend how you would treat a loyal customer who spends at least 45 dollars each time they order you lost our business and it does seem very discriminatory for the distance and location when places further away deliver to this neighborhood we will just see local commerce department says and ACLU considering our neighborhood is diverse it raises question when I have seen there delivery signs not far from our area Hmmmmm !! Mr Submarine I am going to the media as well !!' To bad You Have Great Food Bad Customer Service and the comments made by your manager is obvious !!! Again you have lost our Business !!! These folks have a nerve to continue to send me texts on how they miss my Business after I specifically ask them to stop two months ago so I called them again and stated why and was met with the same Bull they don't deliver to certain streets because of the danger lol everyone delivers to this street and they drive near here all the time so I ask them to Cease and Desist any co tact and I Suggest although their food is good 99% of the time they behave very discriminatory not saying they are their behavior dictates the logic If so I rest my case !! I'd come back for the food however service was lousy. Waited about 15 min for a deli sandwich. A little on the pricey side too; the tablet you pay on asks for a tip so my colleague placed a tip on the total. Someone does bring the food to the table. However the expectation is you take your trash to the can and separate the trash from the dishes. As for the subs/wrap and soup. I had the challenger on a white sun roll half size large meat portion and soup had a great taste. As for my colleague he had a whole spinach wrap I believe the discovery, very full of meat and vegetables.

They make subs and salads with fresh, quality ingredients here, The menu covers most anything you would want in a sub, from hot to cold. I usually go with the turkey or the italian. Both are very nice. They have been around a long time and do a good job.

I've been here a few times and their customer service is always wonderful. They use fresh veggies and breads too. This visit, I ordered the #22 The Extravaganza for my mom and the #15 The Chicken Philly Cheesesteak for myself. My mom was very pleased with the amount of meat and veggies on her sub. I enjoyed my Philly, but did not care for the chicken in it. Im sure it was chicken breast, but it felt/ tasted a bit too processed for me. I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed the bread, cheese and veggies though and thought the portion size was nice. Overall, I'd return, I just wouldn't reorder this one.

We use to like Firehouse but since stumbling upon this little sub shop they are our go to choice for subs. The quantity and quality is far better then Subway, Firehouse and Publix. Absolutely recommend!!

If you want an amazing sub with great meat and fresh bread this is your place. (However it seems like this time they put less meat on the half sub) This is one of my Favorite places to get a sub!

I love the Italian Sub, everything is always so fresh and delicious. There is ample deli meat and cheese and toppings. I get the Asiago bread which is an added bonus. Very reasonably priced. If you're not a sub fan I can also recommend the chef salad, they don't skimp on toppings on the salad as well. Be sure to up charge for the Romaine lettuce, a small is huge it covers a dinner plate. This is my go to place for a cheat day, or whenever I am not up to cooking dinner after a long week of work.

This place is fantastic! I wished it was down by where I lived, and I promise this will be my 1 seed when I am in T-ville. Everything about the italian sub was great. The bread was fresh. The meats sold this to me. And the extras were great. The online ordering is a little quirky, so I ordered over the phone. NO PROBLEM! Everyone behind the counter is friendly and polite. I cannot wait to go back and try more. It's a little pricey I think? But I don't mind.

I am really not sure why this place has only a overall 3 star rating. I actually drive from Orlando to come here for their subs at least once a week. Honestly I love the choices that they give you. Subs are always fresh and the staff is very accomodating and helps make suggestions especially if its your first time. They offer combos that include either a half or whole sub, drink and a side. They have a pretty decent macaroni salad and potato salad. They have a deli case where you can purchase the meats by the pound to take home if you want. Before you leave check out the dessert case. They have several goodies from cookies, brownies and raw organic chocolate in different flavors.

The woman with the English accent and purple hair delivered the worst customer service imaginable. We ordered from the self-service kiosk because the line was quite long. We ordered our entire meal, drinks, chips, and cookie included. They were busy, so there was a a decent wait, however, that was understandable. When she brought us our sandwiches, we said that we also had drinks and chips, and she proceeded to clap inches from my face and scold me, saying, "I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT!" She didn't tell us not to do that. In fact, nobody said anything to us when we were ordering. I had never even been to the place before. If they don't want people to use the kiosk, then they need to close it. They certainly shouldn't be yelling and nearly assaulting customers for using it, no matter how busy they are.

Food was excellent.. fresh ingredients. Drive-thru staff was friendly. The wife and I wanted something quick to eat and this was a excellent option.

I stopped in on a co-workers recommendation, THANKS MIKE. I kept seeing this place pop up on my yelp but it was always a little out of the way. Not today. On our lunch break we decided to stop by...great decision. As soon as we walked through the door the aroma of fresh bread. It smelled how a deli is supposed to smell. My mouth immediately started watering. The sammich was priced at a point that a half is rather cheap and the whole doesn't eat a hole in your pocket. Super happy! I ordered the Italian (minus the ham that comes with it) they added extra meat to compensate for the missing ham...done deal. Bread was super soft and fresh...the ingredients were delicious and the "house oil" they give was right on time. Really pleased with the whole experience. Now that I work in the area I can see myself stopping here pretty frequently. Stop in if you have the chance.

This is one of my favorite True Titusville places to get food from. I have loved this place for takeout sub sandwiches since I was back in high school which was over 20 years ago! I particularly love the cheese steak bomb sub it is so gooey and yummy it's hard not to eat the entire sub in one sitting which is a very large serving for just one small last trust me on that!! This p play ace had a lot of wonderful fresh cold and got subs to choose from so there is sure to be something for everyone. Their soups are wonderful and I enjoy the baklava desert it is honey gooey goodness that I can never resist adding on my order. They do have done in but I always call ahead and drive thru the convienient drive thru window OR just have my sub delivered to me at work when I am too busy to step away from the office. This place is truly a Titusville classic and favorite of many many others I am sure. Try the BLT also so much bacon it's so delicious you won't be sorry you did.

Until today, this was my mom's favorite place to get a roast beef sub. The "all the way" sub barely had any fixings. Totally disappointed after waiting 30 minutes for an empty sub.

Good but not great! Smells delicious when you walk in but I'm not gonna lie the sandwich is just mediocre, nothing special. And their "dressing" is just oil with oregano in it, it needs some vinegar and it would be much better.

Great food. Homey feel. Makes you feel good about being a local. The staff is super awesome. The cashier was so helpful. This location is better than their last. The interior decor is lacking though. It doesn't seem very cohesive. But really that doesn't matter much. The food is enjoyable and customizable. And the side options are nice. The cookies appear to have a hint of lemon extract. Very old fashioned, in a good way.

What an amazing hole in the wall joint! Just moved back out to brevard after living in orlando for 3 years, i was hungry and didnt want the usual nasty greasy burgers and fries from fast food joints, i got the large greek salad and it was HUGE, my boyfriend got the Gyro and that was also a very large sandwich, their house italian is home made in store and doesnt have any of the common allergens other than maybe soy depending on the oil they use, if you get a salad ask for extra dressing if you like dressing but it comes with almost a whole tomato, cucumber, onion and pound or more of cold cuts on top, i was very happy with this place trying it for the first time and i will most definitely be back!

Umm went there for the first time. I wanted soup. I ordered a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Took them over 30 mins. I almost left without my soup. First impression.. never coming back.

Only flaw is they are currently closed Mondays. Great subs, great cookies, great people, and I've heard many time's great salads. I'm there every week.

Love coming here when I'm over in Titusville. Lots of different kinds of subs and salads, with some locally made desserts like chocolates, etc. Sub names are very cute and creative! They offer half subs and whole subs, but even the halves are massive. You get a lot of food for what you pay for! The special sub dressing they give you is like the cherry on top- tangy with lots of herbs and flavor. Their employees are really kind too, just a generally nice place to grab some food.

Great place!! We ordered just a couple of easy ham and cheese sandwiches with all the fixins' and they were huge!! Make sure that you are more than hungry if you get the foot long lol. Great service and great food.

Not happy with the business last time we ordered they did not give us salad dressing for the Greek salad or utensils. Tried to order from them again and they won't deliver to a skilled nursing facilities after 5 pm. We have a reception person to get the order at the door and they still refused. If anyone knows anything about Health Care after 5 pm is when you need delivery more because you have less staff. We will be giving our business to companies that cater to working ppl that can not leave the work place and have a Breyer customers service.

Best salads around don't sleep on this tiny hidden treasure best local hole in the wall, they seem to be the best around here!

I'm a local. This place is owned and operated by a local who really cares about her customers and serving fresh food. She has put her heart and soul into the restaurant and you can always count on her to do her best. Some people criticize some of the menu items, but I suspect it's because they have expected something that relates to a fast food experience. You will not get fast food here.....it will be served fresh and prompt, but not fatty, greasy or processed to the hilt. Take your money and give it a try!

I remember coming here as a kid, and to say it has lived up to my memory was an understatement. Just like I remember it, GREAT!

How difficult is it to MAKE A FREAKING SANDWICH?!?!?! I swear that more than HALF the time my husband goes by this place to pickup subs for us, they SCREW UP THE ORDER even though he HANDS THEM THE WRITTEN ORDER!!!! Seriously??? A 6-year old CHILD can read and make a sandwich!!!! Again, tonight I had to THROW AWAY the sub because it was the wrong bread, had cucumbers, pickles, and green peppers on it -- NONE of which were on the WRITTEN ORDER -- AND DID NOT HAVE THE ITEMS I ORDERED ON IT!!!! THE MANAGER, KIM, IS USELESS! I CAN SEE WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTS! Management doesn't care one BIT about customer retention! So, why should the employees either, right??? When I phoned Kim, she made it clear that she couldn't care LESS -- and SHE LITERALLY HUNG-UP ON ME!! Yes, I said 'HUNG UP!' As a Brevard business owner since 1989, I can assure you that I do not tolerate inept, rude, ineffective employees, much less in a so-called 'manager!' I highly suggest the owner find someone who can READ AN ORDER, MAKE A SANDWICH, AND PROVIDE COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER waste another dime at Mr Subs again and I'll make it my business to let others know to do the same! CAN'T WAIT TILL THIS PLACE CLOSES IT'S DOORS WHEN IT GOES UNDER!

Don't bother coming in here on your lunch break the average wait to get your food is anywhere from 30 minutes to 40 minutes. I like to order the egg salad I know that it's already made in the back it's not like you're boiling the eggs and making it and it still takes 30 minutes or more to get it it's good but it's definitely not worth the wait there's too many sub shops around town that can get it done in five minutes

This used to be my favorite sub shop ever growing up. I don't know what happened but pretty much everything fell apart when they left the original building. What a shame.

Placed an order picked it up for home it was wrong...spoke to a melody or Melanie who said I could get a credit but since they were now closed I'd have to bring the sandwich back the next day. She then said "aww sucks for you"..WOW!!!!

Came through Titusville heading to Kennedy Space Center and wanted something non chain for subs. The subs were awesome. I had a BLT on white with Turkey. Hubby had the pastrami and says it was the best he's ever had, and he's a bit of a picky pastrami guy. LOL Kids had ham subs kids meals and the loved that they were warm, and my Mom had the grilled chicken on pita and in her words "It was fantastic". You can always tell when a restaurant is good when it is packed even at non lunch time hours. Got busier and busier after we ordered. Cashier was super nice and made several recommendations. Nice staff. Will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Great spot for a quick meal. Food was good and service was quick. Recommend highly.
