The 9 Best Boba Shops In Houston

"We don’t know what Mr. Wish hopes for, but we’d guess it’s for everyone to drink more fruit. Like one of the bright, and not-too-sweet diced fruit teas with fresh lychee pulp or kumquat green tea with tapioca herbal aiyu jelly drinks served at this cafe in Chinatown. Each one tastes refreshing, especially on a hot day—so, almost every day in Houston. You can get a classic milk tea here, but ordering that while standing next to a giant fruit mural seems, well, silly. And if you need a sweet snack, add on the creamy warm custard-stuffed waffles shaped like paw prints. " - gianni greene

Google
The peach fruit tea with pulp was delicious! Tastes very fresh and natural. I recommend 60% sweetness

Google
This is an amazing bubble tea place! There's a ton of options for everyone in the family. I tried the Colorful Fruit Tea and it tasted so good and fresh! They prepare your tea in front of you and very quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. There's also a picture taking back drop. There's some seating indoors and outdoors. I'll definitely be coming back to try new teas!

Google
I ordered a large Wish Special Fruit Tea ($5.95). It was so delicious! It has a sour lemon/ sweet kumquat taste to it, which was a nice combo. The drink also had some sort of seed in it, but it was bite-able and tasted good. Service was normal, but nice. Decor looked nice and pretty. Price was reasonable. I'm my opinion, heavily underrated in the Bellaire area...would recommend!

Google
Cute small place to come drink some tapioca, teas, desserts. The small cakes they have are freaking amazing! The drinks were so refreshing and tasted great! They came out quick and we're very patient with our order.

Google
I tried the strawberry fruit tea and it was good! I love the real fruit bits. However I also tried the 3Q milk tea and it was alright; there’s better milk tea in the area. Clean shop and cozy seats. Plenty of parking.

Google
Mr. Wish us a very vibrant colorful place to be in, enough seating for a good amount of customers. The Boba tea is good, but it's a bit pricey to its competitors in the area. I got the Taro Tea, and I had to pay extra to have boba in it. My Don got the matcha milk tea, I got Vietnamese coffee for my husband and my daughters was the best hers was a Strawberry Sherbert. I wanted to try a dessert but the cake I saw on Google photos they didn't have anymore. Still a great place to check out.

Google
I have many favorite boba places, but Mr Wish is where I go for fruity teas. Their teas are different from other places. They use real fruits/fruit juices in their teas and not just flavored syrups. I have tried their mango tea, peach tea and colorful fruit tea. All of them have real fruit pulps or small diced fruit bits in the drinks. They are all so good and very refreshing to drink. I have yet to try their milk tea but it is on my list to try next. Give them a try especially if you like fruit teas. They are in the same shopping area as 85 degrees bakery.

Win Nguyen

Google
Recently opened. The employees here are nice and very friendly. They specialize in fruit tea and use real fruits in the drinks. If you want something different then boba milk tea, come to this place for fresh fruit tea. I will definitely come back to try other flavors. Also make sure to customize the sweetness level, I would recommend either 30% or 60% sweetness.

Yelp
This is a boba shop thats sort of tucked away in a back corner of the H-mart plaza. The space is bright and chill and pretty quiet if you wanted a place to take a break or even work. You order with the cashier and can make some adjustments to sugar, ice, and toppings. I got the lychee sunrise and loved it! It tasted very fresh and refreshing, perfect for a hot Houston day. This may be my favorite fruit tea shop so I'll have to try their milk teas as well in the future!

Yelp
The Bobba tea was good, service was nice and ambiance was really cute and photogenic place. Their little wall was really nice

Yelp
5/5 stars for Mr. Wish in Chinatown area of Houston. There's a large plaza with plenty of parking to welcome you. Inside, the shop is also fairly large with comfy armchairs and funky art. It's a nice airy place to take a breather from the Texas heat or if you're shopping at H Mart in the same plaza. Their passionfruit green tea is refreshing with a quality flavor that isn't artificial or syrupy. It's the perfect level of sweetness too (go for 60%). They have lots of fruit tea options including ones that are almost like a slushy with fruit pieces. Finally, the level of service was great when we were greeted warmly by the staff and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for delicious fresh tea. One of the better boba shops in Houston in my opinion.

Yelp
Came here and got the tiger boba which was not too sweeet with strong tea flavor and creaminess. The lychee sunrise is a lychee slushee w aiyu jelly that was light and refreshing. Service was fast and ambiance casual. Lots of space for big groups (6-8ppl) tables and soft lounge chairs to chill on. Could be a great study spot for sure

Yelp
Loved their drinks! The place has nice ambience and decor. My drinks came out fairly quickly. My favorite drinks to order are the fruit drinks! Now I'm usually a milk tea person but their peach drink was amazing! They have a very well-balanced combination of dairy to tart fruit. It's particularly suitable for summer. The service was quick and it wasn't too crowded. They have seating suitable for large groups, but not so much for a large number of small groups.

Yelp
Parking sucked. Lots of spaces BUT it was packed and drivers can't drive. The place is small but it's cute & nice. Order at the counter. There's lots of board games for the kids but most have missing pieces or broken. Drinks are decent. Not overly sweet. My daughter had the peach sunrise and I had the fresh fruit at 60% sugar. I'll cut it to 30% next time. The boba balls are really sweet. My sister had the black tiger boba drink-- that was so good. Overall great place for boba tea. There's no coffee drinks there though.

Yelp
Recently stumbled upon Mr. Wish tea and I was not disappointed. It's kind of tucked away in a corner and next to some bigger name stores. So you might not notice that it's there. But I'm so glad that we saw it and went it. I ordered the Mr. Wish fruit tea and the tiger milk tea. Both were so good and were high quality teas. It wasn't too sweet or bland. It was the perfect amount of flavor and thirst quenching. You're able to adjust both sugar and ice levels to your specific needs. The tiger milk tea was just as good and was not as sweet as some other places. I high recommend trying these two drinks. The store has plenty of comfortable tables and chairs for you to enjoy your tea. Definitely recommend stopping in here the next time you're in this area.

Yelp
Can't believe I have not written a review for Mr. Wish, but solidly our #1 pick in all of the Greater Houston area for Grapefruit Green Tea. I was sad when 85 Bakery decided to stop making King Grapefruit Green Tea, but thanks heaven when I discovered Mr. Wish quite a few years back! The Grapefruit Green Tea is refreshing, 60% sweet was perfect for our tastebud, and the drink does not taste bitter at all! My SO likes to order without the fruit slices, but I'm fine with the grapefruit slices in there. Besides Grapefruit GT, we also like the Oolong Milk Tea as well! Service is always prompt and courteous, and I think the staff knows our orders by now... Ambiance is also cute, with benches and cushioned chairs.

Yelp
Came here a couple nights ago for a friends party. She raves about this place and says it's her favorite (her favorites change like the season so I got to see what it is THIS time lol). I got the original milk tea with 3 Q's or something like that. Reminds me of Asia when they have something like this. 4/5. Tea was well balanced with the right amount of milk. Boba was good but too squishy (weird texture) type of way. My friends favorite is the kiwi fruit tea. She says they make it fresh. I took a sip out of that and that was really delicious. Maybe she only come here for their fruit teas. 5/5.

Yelp
Coming from southern California where there is a lot of tea places, this was actually pretty good. I had the Strawberry Green Tea 60% sweetness and it was good. My girlfriend had a Mango Fruit Tea also with 60% sweetness and she thought it was very good because not a lot of tea places keep the "tea" flavor. Ambiance was visually appealing. Service was quick but that is also because we came when it was completely empty.

Yelp
Got the grapefruit green tea. Very delicious and refreshing. Other drink was the lychee surprise with 30% sweet. Perfect balance and wasn't too sweet. Definitely recommend Mr. Wish.

Yelp
Not a bad Boba place to try; however, they don't have any slushies and no popping bubbles if you are a fan of those. I ordered a taro milk tea, but they ran out of taro in the middle of the day so I opted for a mango fruit tea with the fresh fruit. Boba was pretty soft and chewy.

Yelp
: @mrwishhouston ~ 9750 Bellaire Blvd #188 Overview: Mr. Wish is another chain business with this being the only Houston location. This place is known for its fruit teas and smoothies so I had to try their signature Mr. Wish Special Fruit Tea. Overall, the fruit tea was delicious but very sweet even when I ordered half sugar and the service and ambience was great. Service: 5/5 They had 2 employees at the time one managing the register and making drinks. When I ordered I didn't realize that they put my large drink into a medium and they were really nice about it and upgraded it. Drinks: 4/5 I ordered the Mr. Wish Special Fruit Tea as it is one of their popular drinks and I ordered with 60% sugar or half I guess that is their half sugar reduction. It was still pretty sweet for being half sugar. Their boba was nice and soft and their taste was pretty much masked from the citrus. Mr. Wish Special Fruit Tea ($5.95) Ambience: 4/5 Place is in the heart of Bellaire which has high competition with other places in the surrounding plazas. So far the seating is nice but as a student I tend to go to these places to study and so there isn't much room to study. But there is space to play board games/card games with friends. TLDR: 4/5 They were nice service workers and the drink was a bit too sweet even with the sugar reduction. Place is in Bellaire and in a nice plaza.

Yelp
I've come here multiple times and forget to take pictures of the drinks before I begin to sip away. Haha. But, this place has nice refreshing fruit teas and smoothies that makes me want come back. The prices are pretty average for an drink these days. I always get their strawberry green tea or avocado smoothie. It's some of my favorite drinks there. They have milk tea options as well if you are not into fruit teas or smoothies. They also keep the inside clean, so you can sit down and enjoy your drink comfortably.

Yelp
For many years, I've always returned specifically for Mr. Wish's Fruit Tea. It's unlike any other place and it's drinks. The employees don't seem very outgoing but there's no problem! The atmosphere is very clean and enjoyable, they have a variety of drinks and board games to enjoy!

Yelp
Nice little shop that we went to fruit tea for; located in the same plaza as 85*. Plenty of parking and there's decent sitting room inside. We got both of their signature fruit teas. I'm not the biggest fan of fruit tea in general but they use real fruit in their tea and it's pretty refreshing on a hot summer day.

Yelp
Best boba shop ever!! Drinks and service at its max. The ambiance of the shop is amazing, my friends and I love taking pictures.. So far 10/10

Yelp
This is a review for the Wish Waffle Paw Cake. I got the plain ones, and they are SOOOOOOO good! The cake is so light and fluffy, crispy on the outside and soft/sponge like on the inside. You can smell the deliciousness , the creamy milky flavor from afar. Needless to say, the shape of the cake is just adorable, too cute to be eaten. I definitely recommend you eating the cakes right after you get them while they are still warm and crispy. I will come back and try the ones with fillings.

Yelp
Natural. Fruit. Tea. Ran across this spot while leaving HMart and decided to give it a try. It's adorable inside. I've tried: Wish Special Colorful Fruit Tea Passion fruit tea Custard waffle Red bean waffle Wish special - citrusy and delicious Colorful fruit tea - filled with tons of little fruit pieces, must love fruit Passion fruit tea - very delicious and passion fruity Custard waffle - omg, this is the best esp when it comes.out because it's hot/warm and yummy Red bean waffle - the red bean wasn't as strong as I had hoped but very tasty This is fast becoming a go to spot. The fruit teas are so good and the staff are so friendly. It's not in the best spot but I hope more people will see this review.amd try it out. They also sell smoothies. I haven't tried those ....yet

Yelp
If I had one wish I would wish that I haven't been missing out on Mr. Wish all this time. I think I might have tried it once in the past several years up until I met my girlfriend. This is her favorite tapioca shop and it's quickly become one of mine. Our go-to drinks are the 3Q Milk Tea and the Wish Special Fruit Tea. I am normally not a fan of fruit tea, but the one here is so delicious. I love that they add real passion fruit seeds to the drink. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!

Yelp
We wanted to support more local businesses during the outbreak so we stopped by Mr. Wish today. I've always loved their orange green tea and I'm glad that their recipes haven't changed. We tried the kumquat and lemon fiber jelly tea and it is absolutely amazing! Tangy and sweet with distinct lemons and kumquat flavors. Fiber jelly was very tasty too. Don't forget to add an order of waffles to your order because they are delicious!!

Yelp
They say dairy does the body good. But I'm not too sure about that. Sometimes over doing it with milk tea leaves ya' belly bloated and hankering for something lighter. Most of these milk teas are questionable as well. Non-dairy creamer? No thank you. Let's shine the spotlight on fruit tea. & I'm not talking about any kind of fruit tea.. (Let's forgo the teas made with sappy chemical laden syrups). I'm talking about the type that's super fresh, citrusy and bright. Juicy juice that's pressed right on the spot. Mr. Wish has quite a fantastic selection of fresh pressed juice. But they mix it in with tea.. & chopped fruit.. so you've got yourself a winning combination. Upon walking into Mr. Wish cafe you can smell the aroma of various citrus, tea and waffles. There are plenty of citrus teas to choose from. All of em bright and sunshiny. You can lower the sugar content down to 60%.. that way you can enjoy the tart flavors of the juice. Nothing too sweet is ever good. Try the waffles that are made in house. They are warm and crisp. I chose the custard waffles and they were filling and tasty. Piping hot.. so wait until they cool down a bit. Mr. Wish is a bright little cafe that is unique in many aspects. Imported straight from Taiwan.. so these guys know what they're doing. Warm and patient service. Thank you Mr. Wish for providing a beacon of light in Chinatown. Chill and non pretentious vibes. I'll definitely be back to try other teas.

Yelp
After such a disappointing experience at modern tea, this location definitely made it up. I came in very indecisive about what I wanted to order but the cashier was so helpful. I asked her what's the strongest milk tea that they have & she recommended me to get the Wow! Oolong milk tea. Alright so Idk about the "WOW" because it didn't blow me away but I was content with my drink as it had the right amount of sweetness & I can taste the actual tea, I just wished it was a little stronger. Overall from the service to the drink I was satisfied, next time I'll order one of their fruit teas since I've heard a lot of positive feedback & I want to try it for myself. They informed me that all of their fruits & teas are natural & fresh, so I'm definitely happy to hear that because I hate powdered & artificial stuff.
google avatar

Julia Z.

Yelp
Hands down the best fruit teas in the area. Alotta the drinks come with toppings like chia seeds and coconut jelly, so you really get your money's worth. Drinks have the perfect amount of sweetness, and staff are really patient and can explain the drinks to you. Board games are a plus.
google avatar

Yelp
Best favorite tea place of all time!!! There is something different and special about the taste and balance of their drinks. We NEVER fail to stop at Mr Wish when in the Bellaire area. My only wish is they would open more shops around town :)

Yelp
What I wanna know: is there a Mrs Wish? If not, I'm available (pouts) (tosses hair). Competition in Houston is vicious But I found the Boba most delicious So friendly and cute And the best ever fruit Mr. Wish fulfils all of your wishes What to get: Every fruit tea, or the milk tea, and waffle cakes How I get it: Less ice (not I.C.E.) What not to get: Deported (by I.C.E.) Now it's time to rap. Better than sex (unless your partner is DELISH) Better than spooning (and running with the DISH) Better than Gillian Anderson (and Annabeth GISH) Better than arranged marriages (too TRADISH) Better than your main dude (and your side BISH) Better than Pierogies (and even a KNISH) Better than being Christian (or Muslim or JEWISH) Better than Stacy Keibler (and Sable and TRISH) Better than Katy Perry ('specially in Swish SWISH) Better than The Band Perry (and all that country ISH) Better than doggy (but not quite as good as MISH) The best fruit tea in the world is MR WISH WHAT! I remembered to blow out my candles but I missed a wish. Well if you, like me, missed a wish, then make up for your wish by wishing yourself away to one of the greatest boba/bubble tea franchises in the world. I was absolutely thrilled to learn that Mr Wish had come to Houston. Why? Because I've been to enough Philadelphia and New York locations to know that this is the very best fruit tea you will ever find. They chop up fresh fruit and the drinks really taste like it. It might well be the best bubble tea chain there is, because their milk tea is absolutely spectacular too. Houston has ridiculously sky high standards of bubble teas, a couple of dozen great boba places. But Mr Wish has exploded onto the scene for me personally at the very top of the list. What's more, this is *the best* Mr Wish I've been to, along with the one in Great Neck. I'm worried for the place because they're not nearly as busy as Tea Top/Sharetea across the street, or 85 next door, or 7 Leaves in the same plaza. They so, so should be. But one thing you don't have to worry about is the standard stellar astronomical quality of the bubble tea here. The milk tea drinks are out of this world and the Fruit Teas may be some of the best you've ever had. They don't make a single bad drink either. We always get all our fruit teas with black tea and they have no problem adjusting them for us. The waffles are off the charts good. The custard-filled ones are life changing. They're imported from Taiwan (like my side b**ch), so try them. On another note, you should know that the owner and employees here are some of the friendliest at any boba shop and I don't just mean in Houston. I mean in the world. This is coming from someone who has been to probably well over a thousand Boba shops - maybe over 2,000. Absolute top 5 friendliest crews and owners I've ever met. We come here so many times a week that I basically live here. I should start paying rent. Instead, I'll just keep drinking Boba and keep telling everyone how amazing MW is. If this is not one of your regular Boba stops then we can't be friends anymore. In fact the Charlie Puth Selena Gomez song "We Don't Talk Anymore" is about us, in the future, if you don't come here regularly. K. Thx. Bye. I don't even like fruit tea usually (too chemical-sweet or too lame), but at Mr Wish? I'm all over it like an STD on your boyfriend's oh crap it's late I better wrap this up. Mr Wish standouts: Apple Black Tea, Passion Fruit Fiber Jelly w/Black tea, Orange Grapefruit Fiber Jelly w/Black Tea, Wish Special Fruit Tea, Berry w/Black tea, Wow Milk Tea. Part of the reason their fruity drinks are so good is that they use real fruit and so the taste is just magnificent, whether it's the apple or the passion fruit or the mixed fruit or so many others. Best fruit teas on earth. Friendliest owner and employees imaginable. Houston's best and most underrated Boba shop. I come in here every night. And for once I'm not talking about Barbie (but I come in there every night too). You could call me a bubble tea junkie And I know that some Boba tastes funky But Mr Wish is so dreamy That each night you should see me Drinking it while I spank my monkey.

Yelp
This by far is my favorite spot for teas. They have great snacks foods also tons of different tea favors, nice friendly staff and very very good service. Don't forget to earn your points too , every 50 points you'll get an $5 off discount. They have have amazing tiger milk tea which only being served after 3pm if I'm not mistaking, it's one of the best milk tea I've had in a long time. Prices are very very good. Will be back to this place next time !!! This is my go to spot , but I feel like recently MR wish have been slaking I come every satday and Sunday's. But recently every time I come they don't have the boba ready , I mean boba is the main drinks customer put in their drinks especially with milk teas. I hope they'll fix this issue , cuz I really like the drinks here.

Yelp
I used to be a boba milk tea girl but have been wanting fruit teas and refreshing drinks a lot more, especially in the hotter days. I love how this place uses real fruit and no syrup, so it has more natural sweetness instead of really sweet and artificial. My boyfriend and I are huge lovers of their fiber jelly teas. I would always get the passion fruit fiber jelly tea and he'd have the kumquat lemon fiber jelly tea, both 60% sweet. I'm a fan of textures so the coconut jelly, aiyu jelly, and passion fruit seeds are a great combo for me. I think I even converted boyfriend to passion fruit FJT since he's been ordering that a lot more too. It's a clean, quiet place so it's nice to talk with your friends or study since it's not very busy inside. They also play some good kpop and pop! Also, give the girl with the ponytail & glasses a raise! She always makes our drinks perfectly!

Yelp
Always love the tea here. Always tried something new each time and always loved it. I recommend their wintermelon line!

Yelp
Very well decorated and cozy store. I like that their Babo doesn't have added sugar. I am also impressed with the amount of fruit pieces in their drinks. Service was pretty fast.

Yelp
If you like fruit teas, then this is a spot to go to. I've tried so many places, but I liked this place best. The amount i came here to buy their fruit teas would have be concerning, lol. This place's fruit teas actually taste fresh. My recommendations are orange, passion fruit, grapefruit greentea and mango green tea with bulbs.

Yelp
Make a wish, Mister Wish. or, Wish Your Dreams Come True. I don't care whatever slogan they use, it smells fresh inside. I tried to find the origin of Mister Wish but no success. Not sure who arrived at Sterling Plaza first, TeaWish or Mr Wish. I prefer Mr Wish for late night reading. The interior is well lit at night. So does the exterior. I felt much safer to come after work. My first time was purely curiosity. I stopped by for something different other than just boba milk tea. Because it was late. I really didn't have appetite for any caffeinated tea drinks. I was introduced to this fruit bits drink. I like the tutti frutti flavor and mysterious texture of passion fruit seeds and fruit bits. The seating area is very cozy. I managed to share with another couple who didn't bother me. Then, I came back after a busy shopping day. I ordered Passion Fruit Fiber Jelly Tea. Wow. My mouth was happy to taste different textures of fiber with juicy passion fruit and the seeds. I believe there are tons of antioxidants. I heard they will make me look younger. Yeah. I shall be back.

Yelp
I really like Mr. Wish solely on the fact that they're using fresh fruit for their teas. Most of their teas will include some type of fresh fruit pulp in it. Their drinks are very refreshing when you want a a lighter drink and it's not overly sweet. It's especially great after a meal as it kinda cleanses your palate (or at least that's what I've experienced when drinking) Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Beat thing oddly enough are the green chairs. Pretty comfortable and nice looking. Great seating and environment. There was an off smell today . I hope it not everyday. Smelled like baby wipes inside today. The boba was a bit sweet and on the chewier side. I ordered the black tiger milk tea boba. It masked the tea flavor. I could taste the brown sugar. I wish the boba was a bit more soft and squishier.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this gem for a while as their drinks looked too refreshing. Finally got to try them and they're just as delicious as they look. I got a peach sunset and my friend got a strawberry smoothie and I'd highly recommend. They have games to play too, great place to chill right in the middle of china town, which means lots of yummy Asian food.

Yelp
Mr. Wish, More of a 2.5 stars but in school, they teach you to round up. Just wanted to try a new place in Bellaire and this place was the chosen one. It's small and bright but nothing too extraordinary. Drinks - I decided to try the Black Tiger Milk (only served on weekends, starting at 3.PM) They cook their tapioca/boba differently for this drink. That's their reason why it is served at a specific time. Honestly, I don't see anything special about this drink. It tasted just like watered down condense milk and boba. I don't see the difference in black sugar and regular sugar. May taste better as a drink with tea but then it would just be milk tea. Not worth it honestly, you are better off just mixing condensed milk with water. Oh and the drink looked nothing like the picture. I should know that by now. My wife got the apple sorbet which she enjoyed. She will probably describe her actual taste to it in her review. Our friends didn't think their drinks stood out. Tasted regular or like any other kind of tea drink. Atmosphere - Small space, bright light, and loud music. That's all I really got. I did think it was strange to see leftover take out food bagged up in the back table just there. Couldn't tell if it was the workers who were there eating and left it or a customer left it. Then again if a customer left it, shouldn't the worker have thrown it away? I did like that they used a punch card or some kind of reward system but I wouldn't come back.

Yelp
They have just changed the ownership, therefore, they had adjusted the drinks a little bit from my personal taste. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it is, still, one my fav spots. In my previous review, I absolutely live for their kumquat green tea with 30% sugar. However, I have noticed a little difference in my drink. I loved this drink because it had a great taste of tea, very fragrant with the sourness of kumquat but recently I don't taste the tea anymore, it mostly just sourness. I've always had it with 30% sugar so that shouldn't be a problem. I tried with 60% once and all I can tasted was sugar with hint of kumquat. I used to like their oolong milk tea too, and again, they have lost the strong taste of tea in it too. However, their macchiato tastes better than before and it is now my go to drink. Jasmine green tea with macchiato 60% sugar. It's a combination of something milky and still refreshing! Staffs are the same so nothing to say about their services. The new owner did some decorations with the place and it's insta-worthy, really backdrop!

Yelp
Tried the custard waffle cake which was great and super cute! The milk tea was ok and loved the hot ginger kumkuat tea which is wonderful for winter especially if you have a cold or soar throat. They also have games to play with friends.

Yelp
Drink was a bit pricey but we liked the fruit tea and the strawberry drink. Friendly staff and not a crazy wait time. The white boba was good!

Yelp
I'm loving the drinks here. I come now and then and am trying to venture into trying their other items. PASSIONFRUIT GREEN TEA This drink is similar to their other tea drinks, but I like the texture of this drink more than the others because of the passionfruit seeds. It is a bit more tart, but it complements the flavor of the light green tea. DRAGON TROPICAL MIX The color was a bright pink and looked so good, but the flavor was too light. I could not taste the dragonfruit and the fruit pieces were small with a mixture of some sort of jelly like aloe vera or something. I didn't like this drink too much. So far the tea drinks are what keeps me coming back here. The fruit drinks not so much.

Yelp
The 3q mikk tea is my favorite. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. Price is cheap

Yelp
Mr. Wish is amazing! I love all of the different teas that I've tried here, and I've tried a lot! Their fruit teas always taste fresh and refreshing, and their milk tea is great. My favorite teas are the Wish Special Fruit Tea, the Wild Berries Tea (both kinds), and the Apple Tea. There's something special about the Wish Special Fruit Tea! It tastes so good! It only comes in medium size, and it's full of different kinds of fruits like passion fruit, pineapple, orange, and lemon. The Wild Berries is wild with flavor! And this apple tea is the only apple tea that I like with bits of apple in it. All of their fruit teas have bits of fruit, and they're always great. Their diced fruit teas have no sugar added. I've tried the pearl milk tea, and it's very good. They also have mini waffles in the shape of dog paws. You get 4 per order. They come in plain, custard, and red bean flavors. The plain flavor is anything but plain! It tastes great and has a soft chewy texture. The custard one is also excellent. I don't usually like custard, but the one they use in these waffles is delicious. They always make them fresh and come out hot. The store is really cute with the green Mr. Wish on the wall. All of the employees are super nice and always willing to make a change to our tea when we have a weird request. This is one of the best boba shops in the Houston area!

Yelp
I think I found my new boba spot!!! My friend and I came in overwhelm at the different, unique drinks and didn't know what to get for some time. However, the workers are super friendly, answered all of our questions about the drinks, and gave us some recommendations based on our preferences. I ended up ordering the mango smoothie with boba, and we also ordered their Wish Waffle Cake. Mango smoothie - 5/5: This is got to be one of the best smoothies I ever had. It has the perfect sweetness taste with mango bits blended into the drink. The boba was fresh because it was soft and chewy with a good consistency. This drink was amazing. The boba was amazing! I am definitely pleased and happy. Wish Waffle Cake - 5/5: Imagine egg waffle but in a cute paw print shape. This dessert comes in 4 small pieces with 3 flavors: plain, egg custard, and red bean. We got the option to ordered 2 of each so we got egg custard and red bean. When it was ready, it was warm and freshly made. I only tried the red bean flavor. One bite and wow, I really like this!! The waffle was soft and has a good aroma. They were generous with the filling that it was placed all of the inside and not just only in the center. It is not too sweet and just right.

Yelp
Stopped in on a hot Houston afternoon to try some fruit tea. I ordered a medium Wish Specialty tea with 60% sugar and regular ice for about $5. My drink came out pretty quickly. It was fairly refreshing and not too sweet. However, I wish it had more fruit or fruit flavor. My cup came with just a few orange slices, mango cubes, and passionfruit seeds. I suppose for $5 I was expecting a little bit more! Overall, this drink was just okay but I might try elsewhere for fruit tea next time. Of note, the difference between the wish special fruit tea and colorful fruit tea is that the wish special fruit tea is caffeinated with black tea. The colorful fruit tea does not have any caffeine.

Yelp
I got the mango smoothie and this was probably the best one I've ever had. Period. It was made fresh with real mango and had small mango chunks in it too. The place is really cutely decorated with white/wood furniture and green armchairs. It was clean and had WiFi. My drink was $4.50 so not a bad price at all and it was delicious and refreshing. Will definitely be back...such an underrated spot (was empty when I came on a Tuesday afternoon during lunch time).

Yelp
I've tried so many boba shops and Mr. Wish is by far in my top 3. I highly recommend the milk teas, especially the matcha and pearl. The taste is different than other places. There's a good balance of the tea and milk flavors. I prefer my milk teas on the milky/creamier side, so Mr. Wish definitely satisfied that need. I always visit this place when I'm in the area and recommend that you do too!

Yelp
I enjoy the milk teas here. It is not overly sweet and doesn't leave a bad after taste in my mouth that I usually get when artificial sugar is used. This is also one of the cleanest boba places I've been too. There are also a lot of games they have available for customers to play.

Yelp
I went to Mr. Wish during grand opening and they were really organized even though it was very packed. The register worker gave really good recommendations when asked what I like. It was a bogo promotion so I got 4 drinks to try amongst friends. I'll rate each drink and give my opinion: Colorful fruit tea: 10/10 the most popular drink and by far my favorite. It has a really good kumquat fruity base flavor with a lot of fresh fruit chunks. The worker said it has no tea in it, so it's good for nights where you don't want caffeine and mess up your sleep schedule. I love when fruit teas have a refreshing flavor to it. They didn't slump on the fruit either! There were these basil lemon seeds that were so good and crunchy. Highly recommend! Orange green tea: 9/10 this is normally my go-to drink when Im not in the mood for milk teas. it was really refreshing and had fresh orange juice! Highly recommend! Orange grapefruit fiber jelly tea: 10/10 this was sooo good too! It's similar to the colorful tea because it has lemon seeds and refreshing jelly. The tea flavor was strong which I appreciate. Strawberry Sherbert: 9/10 my niece had this and she drank all of it, which she normally never does. It reminds me of "thirstys" smoothie because it's so decadent. It also has fresh strawberry chunks in it. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Wish for all your fruit tea cravings!
