FUN atmosphere. Great alternatives. I got the tasty #3 Not A Chicken Sandwich. My friend got Mr. Chuck. He really likes it & he’s definitely not a vegan. He was impressed that he didn’t notice the difference between it and a meat based hamburger. They had good sauces. The smoky sauce was quite tasty. They had a small play area under the stairs with toys and a chalkboard wall.

This is a real vegan fast food restaurant. It looks like McDonald's but the taste is much better and healthier. The restaurant is clean and the daily deals are great. The owner and employees are really kind. Thank you

This is the second Mr.Charlie’s that I’ve been to, and I loved this visit as much as my first! It’s a great spot for fast food style vegan food. There’s some seating in the front overlooking 26th Street that’s great for people-watching. The food is great, but plan to spend a bit more than you would at a regular, dumpy fast food place. I got the chicken sandwich with fries. I also got some of the chicken nuggets and they’re the only plant-based nuggets I’ve ever had that perfectly mimic the unique breading of McDonalds’ McNuggets. Parking is just street parking, so give yourself some time to find a spot. There are metered spots along 26th, but I was able to easily find parking on one of the side streets. There was plenty of seating for the number of customers. It’s a large interior space, though, and I think they should use some of it better. Much of it is empty, so additional seating could be added if needed. I’ll definitely be returning!

There are many vegan establishments that I can eat at forever, but if I had to only pick one, it’ll be Mr Charlie’s! Finally got to check out the new location, and as always, it never misses. 🔥 - @theveganvegeta

Love this new location. The people working there are so nice and have remembered us after just two visits. Since my dog likes meat, he does not love this place, but I certainly do. ♥️🤣

A great little place nestled in the opulence of Santa Monica, the food is good and it's all plant based!

Insta-worthy vibes, cruelty-free eats, and a must-try for your LA foodie bucket list. I parked for free across the street at Brentwood Country Mart, and got a drink too)

Excellent food!! I am visiting from Canada and had to stop here. Shocked by how delicious the food is! My friend who is not vegan, couldn’t stop raving about it. Highly recommend!!
