mr.kimchi Restaurant, New Malden

Had a nice time at Mr.Kimchi with my family. The atmosphere was so lovely and it was kid friendly as well. I love corndogs, but every time I get them the filling is too little but at Mr.Kimchi it was perfect. Adding the potato toppings gives it that extra crunch. The tteokbokki was so yummy as well with the melted cheese and the calamari rings were nice too wish there were more portion. I'll definitely be coming back

I came here for a quick bite after crazy golf down the road. The service was slow … as I felt they were understaffed …and surprisingly despite being able to dine in … there were no washroom facilities. The food was tasty but a bit salty. We were provided with tap water but I had to ask….

Really good Korean food with authentic flavours and generous portions. Service was quick and friendly, and prices felt fair. Definitely a place I’d happily go back to.

Had a wonderful dinner at Mr. Kimchi in New Malden. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the Kimbap (both Tuna Mayo and Spam Ham) and the Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl — absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Korean cuisine!

Second time visiting, I recommend! Spicy pork and beef bulgogi are tasty with nice salad and sesame mayo dressing. It gets busy in here for a reason, nice place for lunch.

My favourite restaurant in the New Malden area! The food is absolutely delicious, my top picks are the Honey Garlic Fried Chicken, Sweet Soy Beef Bulgogi, and Sweet Soy Pork Bulgogi. Highly recommend everyone to give them a try! 👍 The staff are super friendly and the service is always excellent ⭐️

Love this place! Great little place for food without having to go to an actual restaurant with table service. Food is always good too, the Korean fried chicken side dish is one of my favs, but they sadly removed the cabbage salad/slaw that came with it which was the perfect match! :( Only downside I would say is the drinks aren't great and the place itself is quite small and doesn't have enough tables. The staff could also do with numbering the tables to make life easier for themselves instead of trying to remember whos order is whos. They also don't open Sundays which is a shame!

Writing my first Google review and I'm happy to say I loved my first visit at Mr Kimchi New Malden. Lovely staff and great food. Atmosphere is welcoming! Ordered the Korean rice cakes called Tteokboki, and one of the staff, she gave me a nice explanation about the food when I asked about it. Special shout out to Elle! :)
