Mrs. Fields

Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with “SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS” on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2 year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!! She tried to give me a discount but I politely left it right there on the counter!!!

I am not sure which location the product that we had was purchased but I found a piece of plastic in one of the oatmeal raisin cookies. I emailed them and there has been no response. And not to mention the cookie was nasty.

Last day I visit with my family and we buy some cookies that was really good and fresh. The store manager was very nice and cooperative person, the store was very clean.

Best cookies I've had! Everyone is very nice especially the woman serving the cookies. Super clean as well.

Watched 5 people get waited on before us, when it was our turn, no one acknowledged we were standing there, as they stood there in front of us. We decided to just walk away. Very disappointed and embarrassed that we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for everyone to get waited on just to be ignored.

Woman waiting on me took way too long to locate a box. She also acted like I was troubling her with my order. Will not be back. I miss the South hills location

Maybe less than what you'd expect from mall grade cookies. Save your stomach.

I was shocked when I saw this location the other day...years ago, it was exclusively a Mrs. Fields store and it was great.....now it's also a TCBY.... Years ago, this store was exceptional- always a ton of product, nicely decorated and the staff was really friendly, energetic and eager to help customers. The other day, there was little product (cookie-wise), there were no customers in line (I recall years ago, always waiting in line for great cookies)....the single employee was not friendly or even welcoming or polite....I left without making a purchase. Wow, times have changed!

After I was finished with my lovely sushi dinner I decided to go to Mrs. Fields to grab a nice little cookie dessert. I noticed the $6 for 20 nibbler cookies and thought that was a great deal. I then requested an order of 5 chocolate cookies, 5 M&M cookies, 5 sprinkle cookies, and 5 plain cookies. I was driving home munching on my nibblers and I was suddenly perplexed by the cookie quantity to flavor ratio I took a look in the bag and noticed she didn't give me any sprinkle cookies but instead 10 plain ones. I was mildly disappointed by this. I will now be taking my cookie business elsewhere. I will say the cookies were sure tasty!
