Authentic traditional desserts at Mrs Fong Dessert! They sell all kinds of traditional Chinese snacks like osmanthus cake, red bean cake etc. What I love most is that the snakes/cakes here are less sweet, so you can really taste the freshness of the beans and osmanthus. It’s selling at HKD21 for 3 pieces, and you can even mix and match, quite reasonable. My all time favourite is the black sesame roll, it tastes amazing and the sesame fragrance is kinda aromatic. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for authentic traditional desserts!

They are lighter and less sugary than the other dessert shops for these traditional Chinese snacks. $21/3 with bilingual explanation which is nice. The classic red bean pudding is $8@.

Really cool snack place. A lot of “go”. The “go’s” are really good. Too bad I couldn’t taste all of them. Will go back again to try other flavours. Worth a visit!

I went very early in the morning and there was no queue. HKD21 for 3 pieces, mix & match. I don’t know about other reviewers but all 3 items I had were deliciously good!! There were also reviews of poor service which I did not experience. It was just another takeaway experience, the lady was also polite.

Stop my this place after lunch on a weekday and don’t need to line up and can spend my time deciding what I want. So many dessert cake options and I had to get a box full to try! I got the red bean rice pudding, half black sesame roll, half water chestnut roll, osmanthus jelly, Logan jujube cake, and green bean cake. It was nice to try out all different varieties of dessert. Personally favorite is the red bean rice pudding and osmanthus jelly. The green bean cake is not bad. But I was a bit disappointed by their signature black sesame roll, the flavor is not as rich as I would like. But still rating this high because of the options available and overall very positive experience.

Opening hours are erratic and not updated. The cake is more to healthy type is not so sweet. Lots of varieties to choose for the small of shop. Osmanthus cake is recommended. All the cakes are vegetarian type which is good.
