Mrs knafeh

Had this on my food hit list for a while. I just happen to be in the neighborhood so I stopped to try their knafeh. Ayah is super friendly and welcoming. She prepares everything fresh so be prepared to wait a few minutes. I ordered the crispy knafeh filled with cheese. It was warm crispy and yummy. There is a small table with a couple of seats. Most people either take it to go or eat in their cars. Street parking available.

Say ahhhhhhhhhh. My friends and I checked out this lovely styled establishment. The smell of the coffee and dessert leave your mouth drooling. The kindness for Mrs Knafeh herself makes you want coupled with one of the most delicious presentations of khafeh we have yet to try. Bravo on your delicious recipe and thank you for bringing this joy to our foodie tour.

I came here back in the spring after driving past a few times. Finally made a stop and now all I think about is when my next knafeh is. I ordered knafeh and atayef and they were incredibly delicious. Mrs Knafeh was wonderful to talk to and it was amazing watching her prepare and cook everything with such care and detail. She was also kind enough to give me a taste of the Arabic coffee and tea. The truck is also decorated beautifully. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in the area.

Let me tell you about this hidden gem!!! I barely write any reviews but this one is DEFINITELY worth it!! You guys won’t understand until you try it but I’ve never tasted something like it in Cali.. The knafeh is truly addictive, the cheese pull is next level, and the karak tea calms me down and just takes me to places, one of them is Home!! It’s made hot fresh right in front of you.. no weird unknown ingredients and the warmth and good vibes of the place is always a treat to my day! The service is impeccable, the lady is super clean, welcoming and friendly, and she simply offers you a taste of the culture and food all in one little dessert! Maaaan it is sooooo good that writing this is making me crave it right now! So anyway to all those out there with a sweet tooth like me you really gotta try this you won’t regret it but actually YOU’LL GET HOOKED!!

Great great quality. One of the most authentic knafeh in Los Angeles. Portion sizes were very generous and the owner of the business was very nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

We ordered both the original and crispy knafeh as well as their homemade tea and it’s the best we’ve ever had!!!! Everything came out nice and hot too. The tea was a perfect pairing to the knafehs. The owner was a sweetheart and I’m so glad we got to meet her and chat. She had seating available, and we felt so welcomed.

We love going to Mrs. Knafeh for snacks and sweet treats. She's open late and always remembers us! If you've never tried Knafeh, this is the place to go in Los Angeles. There is always something new to try along with middle eastern style coffee and tea! So gooood!

Don't miss out on Mrs. Knafeh! While you can get good Knafeh at Knafeh Cafe in Anaheim, they tend to make one large sheet of it, and then reheat a slice for you when you want a small slice. At Mrs. Knafeh, she'll make you knafeh to order (either crispy or original). It may take some time (hey, it's made to order!), but it'll be very fresh and delicious. She also has various sweet atayef (similar to an empanada). I like the sweet cream the best, but there are lots of different fillings to try. The Dubai chocolate (available in dark, semi-sweet, or white) is great as well (but should be eaten right away or refrigerated). She has a little bit of outdoor seating available (two tables). Nearby, there are two other food trucks and a Turkish kebab grill as well, so there are savory options, too. But, you could also just come for dessert! Mrs. Knafeh is cash only (or Zelle, too, I think), and you can get updated availability if you follow her on Insta. If you've never had knafeh before, you have to give this a try!
