Found Mrs. Miller's Homemade Jams LLC website recently. Have tried their Sugarless, Seedless Black Raspberry Jelly, purchased from another source. Was seeking other flavors. Wow! Did I find the treasure trove! A little something for everyone's tastes.
Purchased a mixed 12-jar case which arrived today. I was impressed with the quality of the packing. No extraneous wrapping material. Well designed boxes to hold 6 jars each. Two boxes tucked perfectly into an outer shipping box. The order arrived in a timely fashion: USPS.
First, I tried the Christmas Jam: strawberries and cranberries with a nice hint of spices. A nice blend of sweet-tart. Making biscuits to give the jam a real try. I think the Christmas Jam would be excellent used to make thumbprint cookies. Also a touch on an Almond Butter-Sliced Pear Sandwich.
Next up was Elderberry Preserves. Nice flavor reminiscent of making Elderberry Preserves on the farm on which I grew up. Another to try on the hot biscuits.
I did not want too many jars of jam open at once, but I did want to try the Smokey Barbecue Bacon Jam. Yum! Just the right amount of Barbecue heat for my tastes. Will try on the biscuits. Am thinking it would make a nice addition to a grilled Turkey-Gruyere Cheese Sandwich.
EDIT: Since I last wrote, I have tried Mrs. Miller's Pear Butter. Very tasty. I prefer pear to apple. I had purchased some local pears and wanted to make a Pear-Cranberry Tart. Normally, I would use my homemade pear sauce in making the tart filling. Decided to try Mrs. Miller's Pear Butter and a little of Mrs. Miller's Christmas Jam in the tart filling. Wow! Those two ingredients added to the tart flavor profile. Mrs. Miller's Pear Butter is good on toast; a scoop added to morning oatmeal; nut butter sandwiches; and wonderful in Pear-Cranberry Tarts. If one likes pears, I would definitely recommend giving the Pear Butter a try.
