This business has been in vegas for a long time. They keep life enjoyable for diabetics. Everything I've tried is good especially the cakes and chocolate 🍒 cherries They made me the most amazing birthday cake for my 40th!

I ordered a cake for Mother’s Day and had it selected as delivery, however the driver demanded money from me or he would not give me my cake that I had already paid for, I refused and he stormed off and drove off with my cake. I called the bakery and a lovely woman named Lulu helped me, she completely understood and remade my cake for me and decorated it so beautifully. Lulu was amazing and so understanding she truly made me feel better with her attitude!! I thank her for saving my Mother’s Day surprise!! As for the bakery itself, it has the most amazing treats. My mom is a diabetic and it’s very hard to find things that suit her diet, but this place is amazing! I get all her birthday cakes, special treats and “just because” desserts from here! Totally recommend especially for type 1 diabetics.

Absolutely delicious. I got a wide variety of things and everything was great. It's awesome to be able to have some treats again without worrying too much about my blood sugar (within reason, of course; they're so good I could easily overindulge, that's the only bad part).

MY DAD LOVED THE MUFFINS!! Went there today to check their pastry delights! The bakery smelled so good! Grabbed some muffins for my dad who is diabetic and edentulous, dad didn’t have a problem eating it and said it was very delicious! Glad to found a bakery who can serve these kind of delights to diabetics and is also affordable. The pastries are fresh too! Will definitely be back to get some for my dad again! 🥹☺️

My friend and I got the name of this bakery from the Dr. We love this place. Been there about 7 times. The people who there are great, friendly.This is the best pastries without the large amounts of sugar and all the rest of bad stuff for diabetics. Love promoting small businesses Thank you

I absolutely LOVE this place! I follow a low carb, low sugar lifestyle and Mrs. Williams gives me my sweet fix without all the guilt! I practically live here because of the delicious sugar free goodies, and even my sugar-gobbling friends love the baked goods here. The store itself is in a decrepit, run down shopping center next to a Church's Fried Chicken and some Asian "massage" parlors, but don't let that scare you! Inside the tiny shop you'll find a large case of chocolate candy (be sure to stop by at certain times of the year for special Valentine's Day, Christmas and Easter candy; they even stock sugar free chocolate Easter rabbits / jelly beans for your Easter basket), a case of fresh baked goods and pastries, and other assorted sugar free candy / snacks (sugar free Pop Rocks? YES PLEASE). There's a lot of sugar free goodness packed into this tiny space! I usually load up on the sugar free cheese pockets. These are flaky pastries with assorted sugar free fruit filling (try the blueberry and raspberry) and a cheese filling. The turnovers are good too (large, flaky pastries with SF apple or cherry filling), as are the almond filled bear claws. There are sugar free brownies, muffins, assorted cookies, napoleons, and chocolate eclairs! Yes! They are fresh and flaky and filled with a dense, rich, sugar free cream! There's also a wonderful assortment of sugar free pies, cakes, cheesecake, and individual mini pies. The selection changes daily, but there are always lots of tasty options. Prices range from $2.95 for a pastry up to $15 to whole pies. A real bargain for diabetics and those on diets. Mrs. Williams fresh-bakes all of these goodies so if you are lucky and get there early, you might get a fresh-from-the-oven-and-still-warm pastry! Note that some of her popular baked goods sell out quickly, especially on the weekend. If there's something you have your heart set on, call ahead and place a special order. Mrs. Williams herself is often working the counter so be sure to say hi! She is the sweetest lady and is so friendly! And make sure you get a pink punch card and get it stamped. Each time you make a $10 or more purchase, you get a stamp. Fill up the card (after 10 stamps) and you get $10 off your next purchase! Score! You can also get a free drawing ticket once a week for the weekly pie drawing. If your ticket wins, you get a free whole pie! And watch out, you will most likely be munching on your boxed goodies before you even leave the parking lot. My car has tons of tell-tale crumbs all over whenever I stop here.

My husband surprised me with a birthday cake from your bakery. Thank you so much, I can't have sugar at all and was sad about not having cake this year. I had a sugar free cake with lemon filling, it was delicious!! Even my children loved it!

Nice little store tucked away over here. I have been a few times since my daughter is type one. If anyone's dealt with a very young child with type one, they know very little carbs can send her sugar levels crazy. I don't worry buying her things here to give her as treats on occasion. I got her last 2 cakes here and was amazed at how well her sugar levels were. Today decided to try cheesecake for her birthday instead of a cake and she absolutely loved it. I even got one for myself and brother since he's on a light carb diet and he enjoyed his as well. My favorite part about coming here though is the service. I have yet to come across an experience that was anything less than a 10/10. Their calorie/carb menu makes calculating easy. The employees are exceptionally nice every time I'm here, even knowing many of the customers who come in by name. Another thing I noticed reading a lot of these more negative reviews is that people don't like a lot of certain things offered here. Not everything that's sugar free or light carb is going to taste amazing, but you'll find plenty in this store that you do like personally. All of the candies I've tried were great, the cheesecake, the cakes. Cookies I didn't like myself but my daughter loved them and really my shopping here is for her.

Special ordered a cake for my baby shower because I had gestational diabetes. The cake was so cute and tasted AMAZING! The gentleman who helped us with the order was very kind and patient, as we took a while deciding on the cake flavors. Wish they had a location in the Henderson area so I could get treats more consistently.

A nice little family style bakery. It was a pleasure to go in and immediately Lulu was providing me with recommendations. I have been eating a keto primarily diet and lost over 40 lb on it. The recommendations I got, cake in a cup we're nothing short of spectacular. I have been thinking of how going back since I was there and look forward to the next time I get some treats.

The man at the counter was very rude. My staff person told me she called for an order for my birthday. I told him. He rudely said no one called. I told him what I was picking up and he again said no one called. I told him she said it was ready. Again telling him what it was. He then said. She didn't call. It was grub hub. He had the order in his hand the entire time. I was going to get more stuff but how rude he was. I just left.

Had the pleasure of finally visiting this spot yesterday. I wanted to get some sugar-free treats for my fiancé and I to enjoy on our anniversary and stopped to check this place out. I ordered the strawberry, blueberry pastry. I also ordered the banana nut muffin, the lemon poppy seed muffin, and peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. All were very delicious and guilt free. The lady who helped me was beyond helpful, and we chatted about how long the business has been in the Las Vegas area. I definitely recommend for anyone who is in need of sugar-free treats! Will be ordering a pie very soon!

Looking for sweet treats that won't affect your sugar levels, as this bakery is diabetic friendly! Called in for a birthday cake for a family member and the owner was so nice and pleasant, took my request and even made suggestions. Now the cake was yum yum (sorry I forgot to take pictures), very light but flavorful! Everyone truly enjoyed and eager to have another :).

Best and the ONLY diabetic bakery I have seen!! I have type 2 diabetes but I have a sweet tooth. I have (really) tried to like keto baked goods but have not liked any them cuz I find the almond and coconut flour so dry... I was soo surprised and HAPPY when I saw this bakery. I tried and liked their pastries, the cheese pockets, which are like open turnovers with pastry puffs and the bear claws. They taste like NORMAL pastries but the natural sweetener they use won't spike your sugar level. THAT is what makes their baked goods so AWESOME! (I seriously cannot stand keto baked goods with almond and coconut flour!) This place has been around for over 20 yrs now. I really hope they co to use to do well because this is the only safe bakery for me to eat without worrying about spiking my insulin. If you know anyone who is diabetic or if you want to be conscientious about sugar intakes, please give this place a try. They have a variety of fudges, cakes, eclairs, and baked goods and they are all so good. Let's support them!!

Needing a cake for my wife's birthday, found this little hidden gem of a bakery on the famous Spring Mountain road in Vegas. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful and took the time to go over all the cakes they had. He convinced me to get the Pina Colada cake which sounded delicious. And he was quite right, my wife loved the cake. She loved how light it tasted, wasn't too sweet, and that the cake had coconut and pineapple in it. Definitely would come back to this bakery if I ever needed a cake (and when I'm back in Vegas of course). FYI the BTS decorations on the cake was added by my sister. Both wife and my sister are BTS army .

I recently Enjoyed the Annual Treats I pick up for My Friend Billy, (88 years young) of Strawberry Pinwheels and Chocolate Brownies. They produce the Highest Quality and were helpful in loading up my Jeep for the travel across town to East Las Vegas where the Pinwheels and Brownies were the Hit of the Celebration !!!! Thank You Mrs. Williams and the Crew, You have been Dependable for the decade or more I have relied on You !

I came in to get a couple pastries like I normally do the services fantastic a little disappointed I didn't show up earlier in the day because they bake daily. If you get here a little later, the selection might not be too big on the baked goods I tried to stop by earlier in the morning time usually sometimes I order in advance as well, if I already kind of have an idea of what I'd like to get, it's a nice little hole in the wall kind of bakery, mom and Pop shop

Husband loved all their desserts - made so well you won't miss the carbs or the sugar (they use sugar substitute.). All their items comes with calories and sugar index for diabetics. Place is bright, older, but service is friendly. If I lived in LV we would definitely be a regular customer. Wish we had similar baker in SF Bay Area for catering.

Why are you still eating sugar? There's so many health reasons as to why me and my BF try to consume low sugar and inflammation is one of them. We checked this place out after dinner to see what ready-made treats they had available. There were a few items such a cookies, candies, cakes, and pastries already made to be eaten. We ended up getting some candies and a cream puff. All the candies we got were good. The cream puff super filled with cream and not that sweet. It was also super huge. They're super popular for custom made cakes. The guy behind the counter is super nice and took the cents off our pricing since we paid in cash. The shop is pretty small and very casual. It's just a grab and go spot and doesn't really have a place for you to sit and eat. Would recommend for anyone looking to order a cake or treat that's low sugar.

I love it here, everything the bakery makes it's sugar free and I don't have to worry about if my mom could eat or not it's so hard to fine places that make sugar free cakes, and pastries specially when my mom is diabetics and hard to fine sweet stuff for her to eat and try. and I'm really grateful that I was able to find mrs. Williams bakery because now I can come here and buy all the sweet pastries and cakes and cookies and much more, My mother wants to try. the service it's wonderful and the lady that helps me it's a wonderful person and gives me good information about their cakes, the pastries that are made fresh and everything in the shop is sugar-free so we can be worried free. AMAZING AMAZING BAKERY! Don't let the name fool you! My taste buds and my blood sugar levels are very sensitive, but every item I tried did not leave that film or fake sugar taste or had a after taste that some fake sugars will leave! She uses stevia but it doesn't even have the stevia taste and I HATE HATE HTE STEVIA, you can't even tell some stuff are low carb! The owner is extremely friendly and very very sweet! She works there daily by herself as this is a small family business. She works the front daily and her husband bakes all the items fresh daily as well! For people sensitive to fake sugar such as sucralose or all the other cheap ones she doesn't use them AT ALL! She uses a very high quality blend she makes herself. What I get: I love chocolate so I get the brownies with walnuts on top (it's a soft and cakey brownie!) banana nut muffins, chocolate lovers cup (super soft cake with chocolate fudge, and really soft cream!) chocolate pie! And a dozen cookies the peanut butter has a GOOD amazing peanut butter taste, and the lemon cookies, and sometimes the chocolate chip but these are not your normal ones these are a little drier almost like a brittle if you don't like that try to go in early to get fresh soft ones! The eclairs and cream puffs and napoleons are so goddamn to die for, they are flaky and chocolaty and the cream is very very creamy and soft. I saw a couple people say some items were dry or not up to their standards but you have to remember she tries to keep everything low carb! I have never ever had a dry pastry from her but sometimes with really fresh ingredients it happens, she doesn't use cheap butter or cheap chocolate and her items arent overly sweet which happens with alternate sugar substitutes. Trust me, I go here everyday the pastries are just that good! If you do get something that's a little dry, just let her know and she'll fix it for you (she is VERY VERY SWEET AND NICE) you can tell she loves what she does! My blood sugar never spikes and I'm very very diabetic and sensitive! It's so amazing we have something like this is Vegas, make sure to check it out!

Pro-tip: All credit card transactions have a small extra fee. Ok if you want to sample sugar free desserts, but I'd go in with low expectations. Highlights: The owner was really kind and friendly. She also has the nutritions printed out for nearly every item. There's a big selection beyond bakery items like chocolates and candy. I enjoyed the walnut brownie. I probably would give the cake items more credit than the puff pastry items or the cookies. Lowlights: I was so so so excited to try this place and I was crazy disappointed about the actual items I tried. I tried all the cookies (lemon, chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, cinnamon nut puff) and the walnut brownie. The chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and cinnamon nut puff tasted like nothing and were very dry - my boyfriend said it reminded him of just eating store bought pie crust. The lemon had an improved texture since it was kind of a crispy cookie but the flavor was so weird and off putting. The peanut butter was slightly better since it had a peanut taste, but still very dry.

I finally had the chance to stop by to check this cute store out. Pepe is a Rock Star! He is simply Amazing and represents the store very well! He was a breath of fresh air and super fun with a great attitude! He educated me on the treats I inquired about. He shared some yummy samples with me and they were TASTY! Pepe truly cares about this store and the Owner, I can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does to contribute to the success of this wonderful business! I decided on a cheesecake with cherry, and some handmade chocolates, orange cream, coconut clusters, white choc cashew clusters, almond chocolates, mint creams. Mmmmm yummy, wow after enjoying my treats over the last few days I am ready for my next visit already!!! I saw jordan almonds but I forgot to grab them, I was so excited about the handmade chocolates selection! It is like "See's" candy but better, healthier and diabetic safe. I enjoyed my slice of cheesecake w/cherry, that is a Winner! The chocolates were devine, I want more! This store has a very big selection of goodies and treats to choose from! If you can't find it here than you don't need it! This store is for EVERYONE, even if you are just cutting back on sugar or simply want to indulge on treats without the guilt!

KETO FRIENDLY!!! All the treats have nutritional info available, so you can determine if it works in your carb limit. Some items are higher carb, but there are plenty that are very low. Their Napoleons are INSANE and a must try. Chocolates are very tasty and as good as Choc Zero chocolate, but with more variety.

OMG, the staff here are so sweet! I think I also met the owner, who was a really sweet older lady who was very welcoming. I got the strawberry parfait, assorted cookies, the bear claw, and a few cinnamon puffs. So you the puffs and bear claw were ok, but not my favorite. The lemon cookie was delicious and reminded me of a tea cake, the peanut butter was ok... but the winners here were definitely the parfait and the lemon cookie. I didn't try their cakes, but when I walked in, some of the regulars were purchasing cakes and it seems they've had them before and love them. Will be back here again when I'm in Vegas :)

Found this place on google, hoping to find my grandpa a cake he can eat, since he's Diabetic. And I'm so happy I found this bakery. Diabetic delights! The lady took my order over the phone, she was so helpful and patient. I had the option to pay over the phone or in person which was nice. As I arrived to pick up my cake, I was greeted by two friendly workers. It was my first time and I found so many treats my grandparents would love. They have pre portioned bags that have different flavor hard candy, mixed hard candy, chocolate covered (anything you can think of pretzels, raisins, nuts) As for the cake, I was super interested on a diabetic cake would taste. And to my surprise it was actually so yummy! Moist texture and great taste of marble and banana filling. Everyone else was interested in how the cake would taste, and they loved it too. My grandparents were so happy they could indulge for once. And they loved the candy and treats I also bought them. Highly recommend this place! Great service and experience for me. Will definitely be back

I live in Los Angeles and I wanted to surprise my Mom for her birthday in Vegas so I submitted a Grubhub schedule delivery for a sugar free chocolate cake (on Grubhub it says to give them at least one day since they bake their cakes fresh daily!) I submitted the requests less than 12 hours and they still fulfilled it! (But totally will give them a day notice next time!) I called to thank them for accommodating my request and the chocolates and cake looked delicious! Also, the person on the phone was super caring! My mom is diabetic and she tasted it and can tell that this was sugar free and thought it was delicious. Thank you again :)

I was scheduled to attend a Thanksgiving dinner at which the hostess is diabetic. In the past, she and I have enjoyed many meals in restaurants, which ended sadly when she inquired about sugar-free desserts and was told they did not carry anything sugar-free. My friend likes dessert, and to make her holiday a little brighter, I wanted her to have a holiday classic that she, too, could eat! I initially researched recipes for sugar-free pies. And then remembered that I had seen Mrs. Williams' bakery and it had advertised "Sugar-Free Delights" on its marquis. I work very long hours, and could not seem to call them during business hours. As such, I tried to order a pie online, to insure that I would have one for Thanksgiving. Well, that ordering system is only for out-of-state orders! However, I received an e-mail, (not a canned response) telling me what pies were available, the prices, and that I didn't need to pay online. I was also reminded about store hours, location, etc. They REALLY went out of their way to make sure I had a pie, and that I would get it for my Thanksgiving dinner. When I picked up my pie, I introduced myself to both Juan and Lulu who were working the counter, and they were both delightful and remembered me and my issue with the online ordering! They showed me the pie (which looked and smelled delicious) and placed it in a pink bakery box with their logo stamped on top! I cannot deny that I was dubious about sugar-free anything...especially pumpkin pie. But, I was SO pleasantly surprised! It was delicious! It had good texture, and TASTED GREAT! I'll admit, we did top the pie with a sugar-free whipped topping. But, it really didn't need it. It was fabulous all on its own. The pie, and the people, at Mrs. Williams bakery restored my faith in small businesses!!! I will be referring their establishment to friends and family and visiting again very soon!

I have been a customer for about six years now. My mother suffers from diabetes and we have been ordering her birthday cakes here for a few years. They are simply delicious and they also have a variety of pastries and candy. The staff is super friendly.

I've had two different cakes from there (both yellow cakes with chocolate icing) and they were delicious! Their eclairs are great too. I didn't care for their brownies because they're very "cakie", but otherwise everything was delicious

Amazing! I got my grandma a vanilla cake with strawberry and cream... it was sooooo good! And she was so excited to have a cake that she can eat. She's the only diabetic in the family that lives in Las Vegas so when I came out here I knew the importance of having a cake you can enjoy for your birthday. I've had two kids and each time I've had gestational diabetes so I know how hard the sweet cravings hit on regular days let alone a birthday. They had so many selections... not just cake. Oh and also, NO weird sugar-free-artificial after-taste!!!!

The BEST sugar-free cake I've ever had. My sister is diabetic and I've been looking for a sugar free bakery for long time, so when I found Mrs. Williams bakery it was like heaven sent. I'm 30, with an open pallet and I will say this, you will NOT be disappointed! I'll recommend them to anyone AND will be going back! P.S. they employees are SUPER DUPER nice :)

I ordered this cake for my mom and unfortunately she passed before her Birthday. They were gracious to change the wording and make this beautiful for cake to celebrate her. Thank you!

Best chocolate keto cake. Pre order is a must their cakes are amazing and sell out fast! Family picked up a chocolate cake for my birthday and hands down one of the best keto cakes I have ever enjoyed! Will be back weekly, love this place! Highly recommend you stop by!!!!!!!!

Was surprised to see that there's a sugar free bakery in town when hubby brought me here. He's been told to control his sugar intake, so he found this place online. Of course, I had to hop on Yelp for reviews. Lol. I'm amazed by the products sold here! You wouldn't know that the pastries, chocolates, cakes,pies, and candies are sugar free because they look so good! Lulu let us sample a piece of white chocolate cashews and surprisingly, they were too sweet for my liking and I was taken back at the sweetness because I thought they were sugar free?! She said that the products contain sugar alcohol, which from what I was told, too much of it could upset your stomach. :/ So, yes this place is awesome for people who need to lay off of sugar-DIABETICS! But it's pretty scary because they could easily get carried away here with all the treats available! All in all, Lulu, whom I assume is the owner, was very nice and informative. The chocolates and candies are pretty pricey, is it because it's the only sugar free bakery in town? May be worth it if you're diabetic and need to satisfy your craving, but don't over indulge yourself! Good luck and stay healthy! :)
