I went to this place last week to find some good craft beer. Based on their beer menus list it seemed like they had good prices and a hard to find selection. I asked who the beer manager was and was told it was a person named Jordan. That's when the experience started to go downhill. He was rude and arrogant at the introduction. Almost belittling to me as I asked questions. He laughed in my face when I asked him about a certain beer that I was looking for. I was taken aback by that response. He told me that he knew more about craft beer than most people in the world and bragged about how he trades hard to get beer for more hard to get beer. I asked him if he did that with his own inventory and he kind of hedged, knowing where I was going with that question. I have no idea why he even told me this. I was asking about beer to buy and he was telling me about his trading for beer. Is it me? He then said that people come in and act like a$$holes and he just lies to them about having the beer that they are seeking. I couldn't help but think that was directed at me. I told him in no uncertain terms that he would not be seeing my face again and he replied that was fine by him. He is rude, immature, totally non-customer friendly and completely out of his element being in a customer oriented business. I cannot believe that any owner of a business would allow a person like him to work in their store, let alone manage a department. I can't believe that there are no more reviews about this person.
