Food was mediocre overall, not terrible but also not great. The pho, unfortunately, did not hit the spot for me. Eggrolls were ok. We got the hot & sour fish but it wasn’t sour, the pineapple made it super sweet. A few sips were ok but the sweetness does get too overpowering after. We got many dishes but nothing stood out.. Service was good

Among my friends and I, we have all collectively enjoyed our respective dishes, and had some of each others' food and provided our definite approval. For the record, I had some of the best bun dac biet I have ever had, so I can for sure see myself coming back to have it again. Speaking of such, the bun dac biet, which was the combo noodle salad, had sweet and tender grilled marinated pork, grilled marinated shrimp, peanuts, spring onions, pickled daikon & carrots, vermicelli, egg rolls, and fish sauce. All of them combined together basically made me feel like I was tasting a whole bunch of different flavors that worked with each other to provide a comprehensively delicious experience. The banh xeo, which was the Vietnamese crepe, was solid as well, although a bit more fish sauce might help. The fried rice tasted relatively plain, but with many pieces of marinated grilled pork added, the rice tasted amazing. The banh mi was also great in the most classic manner, which was a big positive as well. Overall, this place is great, and I recommend it to all around the area looking for quality Vietnamese food. Next time I visit, I definitely want to try their Ca Kho To, which is catfish cooked in claypot!

Google
Super fun place! We got cream cheese wontons, spring roll, and chicken wings for appetizers. I got a wonton noodle soup and it was delicious. I added some bean sprouts and lime. The spring rolls were great; they were crispy which was new but added a lot. They also were served relatively fast. The wontons were also good. They had a good amount of cream cheese; I know some places skimp on that, but not here. The wings were good, but nothing super special. The soup was a good serving size (large bowl). There were like 5-6 wontons of good size and meat. Waiters/servers were fast and accommodating with allergies.

We came here for lunch and had a mediocre experience. We had the hot and spicy chicken, ban mi and spring rolls. I'll start with the ban mi, the baguette was soft and perfect texture (crispy with a crunch on the outside), filling was good except for the limited pickled vegetables included. The spicy chicken was saucy but flavorful. The shrimp spring rolls would have been ok (had mostly noodles) but it included a fried rolled up eggroll wrapper on the inside which completely threw me off. I've had spring rolls at many places and have never encountered this. The shrimp also was fried and did not taste fresh. Also, when using the restroom, both the women and men's room were out of hand soup. When asking the staff for soap, I was told they were out of soap.

Went here last weekend for an early dinner, and it was great! My wife had been here before, but it was my first time. Everything sounded good, but we both decided on a noodle bowl with roast pork and fresh veggies. Filling and refreshing! Service was genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is bright, with fun, modern pop background music. I'm eager to go back to try more!

Google
Food was great! Portion size was exceptionally alot. If you're looking to get a full stomach, come here. The House Specialty Bun Cha Gio Va Thit Nuong Noodle Salad with Egg rolls. The portion size is a good enough for 2 people, especially if you love to share. The Com Tam Heo Nuong, Bi Cha, Nam & Tau Hu Ky is a great dish. both dishes were amazing, especially when you add the sauce they give you. Mix the suace in those dishes and it is a very powerful and flavorful dish to satisfy your taste buds. We have not tried the pho yet but these noodle dishes were excessively well made. Staff: employees were 12/10. We got seated quickly. The workers are very nice and welcoming. We got checked up on a timely manner. We got our waters refilled as well. The employees were amazing at getting and keeping us updated with food and utensils. They even offered bags and a box for our food leftovers. Cleanliness: The restauant was very clean and well organized. the tables didn't have stains or odd smells. Overall Experience: Would highly recommend this place. You can do a takeout or dine in. We saw many people doing take out and while eating, we did see tables getting filled! Which is a good sign that this place is a legitimately great!

I recently visited MT NOODLES in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and I had an amazing experience! I ordered the pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the fresh ingredients made it even better. What really stood out was the service. Hannah, our server, was the best! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on and added to the overall experience. If you're in the area and craving some great pho, definitely check out MT NOODLES. With fantastic food and excellent service from Hannah, it's a place I can't wait to return to!

Google
Our food was good. It came out fast and hot had issues with the server, talking to other customers about our table and the space between our table and the next table, as if we were a problem did not appreciate it.

Yelp
Visiting Minneapolis and I had a huge craving for Vietnamese food that reminded me of home and I came across MT noodles. Their Canh Chua Ca was one of the most comforting dishes I've had in a restaurant and tasted just like my childhood. I would also recommend giving their Bun Cha Hanoi a try - it's so flavorful and jam packed with fresh herbs and veggies. MT Noodles exceeded my expectations and I'll be coming back again.

Jeff P.

Yelp
probably the best Vietnamese cuisine in MN it's difficult to find consistency in this area the restaurant can get packed, so its recommended to go early especially on a Friday ordered the pho tai bo vien, which is steak and meat balls, it was good and better on cold days ordered the ca kho, clay pot marinated catfish, delicious, eaten with white rice definitely recommend this restaurant!

Kripa M.

Yelp
Met a friend of mine here for dinner. The food, service and ambiance was amazing as always. Love coming here and trying things I have not tried before. This time around I got the combo noodle salad with Vermicelli , eggrolls, grilled marinated pork, grilled marinated shrimp with spring greens, scallion, peanuts, pickled daikon/carrots and fish sauce. The portion was big enough for couple meals. The salad was pretty light, fresh and delicious. My friend got shrimp fried rice and she enjoyed it. I also got shrimp spring rolls and Ca Kho To a Catfish dish to take home. Spring rolls were really good and the Catfish was just amazing. Will order Catfish again for sure. So glad we decided to go here for dinner. Will be back again for sure.

Madison B.

Yelp
Didn't get very great photos because I was sick when I ordered this. I love pho when I'm not feeling well. The egg rolls are huge! First time trying them from here. Such a great crunch and they don't skimp on the fillings. Loved the dipping sauce as well. Loved the broth from my pho, very flavorful. Was able to get 2 meals out of the pho chin regular size. Ingredients were fresh. Make sure to ask for more sriracha and hosin if you prefer more because it comes with just 1 of each packet. Didn't get it this time around, but definitely try their lychee lemonade! Ordering online was quick and easy and food was ready 5 min before estimated time.

Anthony Q.

Yelp
Pho was served hot, pretty tasty broth but light on meat and a little pricey. Eggrolls were large, but lukewarm and definitely sat on the warmer for some time. The raw bean sprouts that came with the pho were old and discolored. When I went to pay, the lady asked me if everything was ok, and I mentioned the bean sprouts were old. No reaction or acknowledgement, she just handed me the receipt. I will not return.

Kim T.

Yelp
The pho was okay. I ordered the dat biet and it didn't really have much meat. The servers were very attentive however. It's a smaller restaurant. The food is a little costly. They do offer a wide variety of desserts.

Tonny Y.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch on a cold and rainy weekend. I got the pho tai and it was delicious. I also got the Vietnamese coffee, and it was a bit too thick for my liking and I usually like my coffee a bit sweeter. Overall good experience here with a spacious location and great staff.

Susie R.

Yelp
Yummy Vietnamese food with big portions! I ordered the meat plate which came with rice, veggies, egg and side of shredded meat I believe. It was super good! I could barely finish it because the portions were huge! We also got egg rolls on the side and they were GIGANTIC. :D My friend ordered the pho and it was super yummy. The broth was very flavorful! The lychee drink was super bomb! The viet coffee is super super strong, a bit too bitter in my option but not bad if you like nice strong coffee. :) The service was great. Very nice servers! The place itself was super spacious.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Several tables that can accommodate various group sizes. I ordered #15, Com Tam Heu Nuong, Bi Cha. It was delish, and everything tasted fresh. The flavors were well balanced; not overly salty, greasy, or seasoned. The prices were pretty reasonable, although $3.25 for a soda seemed like a lot. However, I got it anyway and made sure to enjoy a refill. To go, I got the Pandang Coconut Flavor cake. It was tasty, light, and fluffy. An overall good experience, and I'd go back.

Teresa L.

Yelp
You know the food is excellent when the elderly Vietnamese folks are here. The place was casually busy when I arrived on a Monday afternoon. I was immediately greeted and seated. They brought out a small decanter of water and glass. I ordered the house special egg rolls (cha gio nho) and Mi Kho. As a Vietnamese-American woman, cha gio nho is not like their literal translation to "small egg rolls." I was picturing small, pinky size, and thin egg rolls with clear wrapper like how my mama use to make, but no, these were like an egg roll that was cut in half! There were 8 "little" egg rolls. The food was steamy hot and delicious! I really enjoyed Mi Kho. It came with two small bowls: one broth and the other has like flavor sauce. There was fried chicken in the bowl that was nice and crispy, breading tasted really good. Definitely would order these again and to share it with love ones.

Diana N.

Yelp
we stop by the restaurant on Sunday march 2 for late lunch not that busy . we order bun dau mang tom bo la lot when the food cone out the bun is over cook they didn't give us enough rice paper so we ask for more they me $2.50 for the rice paper and then we order more food and hope it's better but if not, I order 3 sandwich Togo omg the bread is is like a rock . we also order two rice plate to go. The meat is OK but the rice overcook like a sticky rice overall worth $135. I don't recommend and I will tell people don't ever go there even though I'm a Vietnamese woman.

Taras R.

Yelp
Great Place, come here all the time! Recommended for sure, bahn mi is always fresh, Pho is awesome!!

Kavitha P.

Yelp
This place has been on my list . Finally went here for takeout for a late lunch The staff was very friendly and confirmed what we had ordered was correct House eggrolls came in bite size pieces of 8 they were crispy fresh delicious everything I want in an eggroll! Next we shared a large Pho Tai with lean beef and this was some of the tastiest pho I've had in a while that's not too far from me! The broth was perfectly seasoned ,it came with all the usual accompaniments and was yummy perfect for a cold day Also got an order of their house fried rice which was very good as well, mixture of bbq pork, chicken and shrimp and had a nice smoky flavor Will def try this place again and eat at the restaurant next time

Gordon L.

Yelp
A bit far but I'll make the drive here. The service is usually really quick and the food is good! I've gotten the canh chua and it's so good. The rice plates are also pretty good. The floors are a little bit greasy so be careful when walking around.

Yelp
For someone who has lived in Brooklyn Park my whole life, I am so glad they opened this place! MT noodles is the place for Vietnamese lovers. This place has always satisfied my cravings. There are many options to choose from the menu from food to drinks. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating ensuring you are enjoying for food. And with ample parking you never have to stress! If you are looking for a good classic eggroll this is the place. It is so crispy and big. Full of flavor from pork, vermicelli, herbs and spices with fish sauce on the side. The Nem Nuong Grilled Pork Sausage is the besttt. You can either make it into a spring roll and each the noodles and nem together. The portion is huge that it can last me days to finish it. For those who want to try authentic Vietnamese food, MT noodle is a must visit place!

Cyann L.

Yelp
@MT noodles for lunch- Broken Rice Platter #16 I'd say MT Noodles has one of the best broken rice platters in MN. Each individual protien on this dish suits so well as a whole. From the shredded pork's texture to the juicy bean curd shrimp wrap! You really can't go wrong with the variety that is on this If all of this is too much, there do have other options for you to choose and try out before slamming into this baby. Oh, and don't forget the house egg rolls! love the crunch it has and right amount of meat for minis

Anna H.

Yelp
It's been a while since I last visited MT noodles, the last time I was here might have been in 2019, so a lot has changed. They've renovated their whole restaurant, making it look like a modern cafe. I had nem nuong spring rolls years ago, which I was obsessed with and could actually eat because I am allergic to shrimp so I cannot get normal spring rolls. Unfortunately, with the new menu and restaurant change, they no longer had that item on the menu. We decided to do takeout this time and ordered two pork banh mi and the banh dac biet. The Banh Mi was a very good price at $9 a piece but the bread itself was a little too dry. The grilled pork was the same grilled pork in the banh dac biet and I really liked the charred flavor. I would recommend getting the banh dac biet here, not so much the banh mi. Service was on time when we picked up our order.

Alex B.

Yelp
Their packaging sucks. I get extra chicken, sometimes double extra chicken with my spicy chicken entree and they refuse to use another container. They just jam it in there regardless on if it fits and then the juices from the chicken in the styrofoam container spills out all over the plastic bag. Its a sticky mess. USE A DIFFERENT CONTAINER

Jonathan H.

Yelp
We've been on a weekly kick lately of trying new restaurants. Today was a new Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered our typical Egg Rolls and Wantons that we like to compare between restaurants. The Egg Rolls were big and delicious with a light flavored dip that was perfectly fit. The Wantons were ok, but nothing exceptional. My son ordered meat over rice, which is a common theme for him. He loved the Bbq Pork over Rice dish. He said he'd definitely order it again. My wife ordered a signature noodle soup with pork, which arrived in a very large portion. It was delicious. I ordered the BBQ Pork Fried Rice. The dish was delicious, but I poured all the remaining egg roll sauce over the rice, giving it an even better taste. The portions were all quite large. I wasn't able to finish my meal, which is amazing. It tasted just as good that night for dinner. We will happily come back again.

Luan T.

Yelp
Excellent Vietnamese food for the area...let alone Mpls area. We ordered Banh Knot(not usually available in a decent Vietnamese restaurant) as an appetizer to share with among friends... Just incredible, must try if you like shell fish - shrimp! My dinner platter: Com Tam(broken rice) Heo Noung(Grilled Pork chops)... It EXTREMELY hard to find Vietnamese restaurants serve broken rice these days... Let alone a really good grilled pork... I was totally engrossed into my dinner that I totally forgot what my date ordered... Now, if you don't mind I like to have a private moment with my platter... Will definitely come back!

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
Highly recommend! Food was amazing and reminded me of dinner at my grandmas. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food in MN, MT Noodles is THE spot.

Matthew H.

Yelp
Best Vietnamese in the cities! Having spent a lot of time in Vietnam this food is on point! If you are looking for fresh, authentic Vietnamese this is the spot! Prepare to wait a bit as it's usually busy maybe 20-30 min from ordering to food at your table but it's worth it! Definitely suggest their sticky rice and bannana deserts as well. Friendly service to boot! Enjoy!!

Cale S.

Yelp
If you are around or passing through Brooklyn Park, then you should try out this gem. Pho tai - beef On a cold winter night, pho is a staple in any weather below 30°. It is comfort food at its greatest. I ordered the large beef pho, and it did not disappoint. It reminds me of pho on Eat St., in Minneapolis, which i consider the best pho in Minnesota. If you can't make a trip to Minneapolis, then give this place a shot. 4/5 Egg rolls. The large eggrolls are a little expensive, but they pack a punch. I love an eggroll that is large, chewy, and hearty inside. These eggrolls will definitely be ordered every time I show up at MT noodles! 5/5

Patti I.

Yelp
5 stars for the best pho I've ever eaten. I went with a friend and we shared four items: pho dac biet, banh xeo (crispy rice crepe), a kind of deep fried rice/shrimp ball that I'd never seen anywhere else, and a piece of pandan coconut cake. Besides the fab pho, their banh xeo was huge, super crispy, and filled with tons of goodies. The rice shrimp balls were crispy outside and almost silky inside, definitely a new sensation for me. Best shared; it was a big serving and quite rich. I have always seen pandan desserts but never tried one. My friend and I decided to share. It was super light and moist, subtly flavored. I'm glad I tried it. Service was a little slow, but friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is in a plain strip mall (aren't all the best spots in strip malls??) but the interior space is airy and attractive. I can't wait to go back!

Nhu N.

Yelp
A must-go spot for your Vietnamese food cravings !! The food, environment, and service were excellent. I had the canh chua, banh xeo, and nem cuon - 10/10 would recommend.

Catherine P.

Yelp
I always come here when I visit MN. Their menu has super authentic comfort Vietnamese dishes like ca kho to and canh chua. This last time I visited, they had amazing dessert options.

Carol T.

Yelp
What a great experience! The servers were attentive, kind, and made sure we always had everything we needed. We had the com heo nuong, banh khot, banh xeo (not pictured), and durian cake slice which were all phenomenal and perfectly made. Will definitely be making this place my regular for Viet food. 10/10, recommend for anyone who has a craving for some Viet food!

Mai V.

Yelp
Love love the Vietnamese iced coffee here! I was convinced to come here because I saw that there was Bahn Xeo. I've never actually tried it but just saw photos and reviews of them, so it was my first time having authentic Bahn Xeo. Service was quick and friendly. There were plenty of seating inside as well. We ordered Bahn Khot, shrimp springrolls, Hoanh Thanh Wonton soup and bahn xeo. The dishes were very big. The shrimp springrolls were cripsy and not dry at all. My son loved it alot. I really liked the bahn knot. It's a crispy rice cake with shrimp but taste like a cripsy sweet pancake batter with shrimp. When dipped into the sauce, the flavors compliment each other so well. Wonton soup is something I'm always in the look out for and I'm so glad there's an option without egg noodles. Broth was very flavorful and clear with lots of wontons and few slices of bbq pork. The bahn xeo was so big, I couldn't finish it so I took it home. The first few bites I had, the bahn xeo was cripsy and packed with bean sprouts, ground pork and shrimp then I'd wrapped it with the herbs and lettuce too dip into the sauce - ugh drools. Best to eat fresh because when I ate it at home, it was no longer cripsy but glad to had tried it. Here, when you're done you get up and go pay at the counter. Also, bathroom was very fresh and clean. I also look out for unique bathrooms sometimes and this one left a good impression lol. Parking is a lot shared among other businesses on this strip. So there's plenty of space for parking.

Hungry L.

Yelp
Best beef and potatoes around! This place is clean and very authentic Vietnamese food!

Beatrice M.

Yelp
We've come to MT Noodles for years. The best do-it-yourself spring rolls and rice dishes. The food always comes out pipping hot and the service is fast. The place is spacious and good for large crowds too.

Thuy N.

Yelp
It was a cold winter night and their wonton, egg noodle soup hit the spot hard. It was so flavorful; adding in their sate sauce and pickle pepper - chef kiss. I also got an order of the house egg rolls, which were unexpected delicious. I thought I'd be the little egg rolls, but no, they are full size regular egg rolls. The service was great. The foods came out pretty fast. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Laura C.

Yelp
Phenomenal! Went the other day for dinner and it was out of the world. Love having a place like this close by that isn't a chain restaurant. You can tell they put so much hard work into what they do. It is a nice size space for causal dinning. The food was out standing and the service was very quick and helpful. Would go back again!

Kathie A.

Yelp
Nothing fancy stripped down restaurant but the food is great prices reasonable and large portions leftovers anyone?

Janae J.

Yelp
Awesome food!!! Great options and variety. I loved trying some items I'd never had before!! Very flavorful!

Linh N.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots to eat at in Brooklyn Park. Their service and food is always consistent and great. Ambiance is really well lit, clean, and welcoming. There are plenty of tables and seating. Although located within a strip mall, there is a big parking lot so it is always easy to find a spot. Food is so tasty. I have pics of some of my go to items but I will say, anything we've ordered here has been yummy! Oh, don't forget to grab a slice of cake on the way out. They have Asian sponge cake usually available - both in durian and pandan. I've ordered a whole cake from them in the past as well - usually they have it available but I like to call ahead to reserve (they'll even write a message on their for you too)

Nomnom J.

Yelp
The most authentic Vietnamese dishes hidden in this modern chic restaurant. Come check out my fav dishes made with love; from hand rolled eggrolls by the Mtnoodle mom, to the aunties serving you a wholesome meal. You'll feel at home with their welcoming and attentive service. Must gets: Nem nướng- (interactive make your own spring rolls, great to eat with family and friends.. or by yourself if you're down to feast) Bun thit nướng- simple, wholesome, refreshing Bánh xèo- bigger than head and hair! Huge serving of Vietnamese savory crepe. Hot and spicy beef- talk about explosive flavors! The list goes on... but check them out on the weekends if you want traditional (canh chua: Vietnamese version of Tom yum) and broiled fish! They also have some of the most amazing moist flavorful cakes! Durian is my fav. Also if you want a quick in and out, they have banh mis available!

Rachael M.

Yelp
I have been wanting to go to here for quite a while now. I went with a friend & We ordered some dishes to share! It was really fun getting to try different things. I already can't wait to go back & try more. I kept looking around at what other tables ordered & was like oh I want to try that! Everything looked to good! Bun Dau Mam Tom | Grilled Pork Skewers & Pork : Made with seasoned grilled pork, thin sliced pork and fried tofu & served with vermicelli accompanied with pickled daikon/carrots, fresh greens/herbs and chef's shrimp paste sauce topped & topped w/ peanuts & green onions. Com Tam Heo Nuong, Bi, Cha : Broken rice w/ grilled marinated pork, shredded bbq pork & steamed eggloaf. House Eggroll: crispy rice paper filled w/shrimp, pork, vermicelli, herbs & spices served w/ a side of fish You sit down and they take your order- when your done you pay at the counter. Parking lot is large as it is located in a strip mall.

Jay G.

Yelp
Great spot for some Vietnamese food. The grilled pork here has so much flavor and the beef and potatoes are awesome. Amazing service on top, definitely will be back!

Steven N.

Yelp
Mine and my wife's Pho came like this. The noodles were hard when served so we waited a minute and they were already broken.

Tony L.

Yelp
2 words - absolutely amazing. We were visiting Minnesota and decided we wanted to eat some Viet food and stumbled upon this joint. We had the banh khot, banh xeo, and com thit nuong which were all phenomenal, flavorful, and generous in portion sizes. We ended our meal with a durian cake slice and when I tell you it changed my life, it did!! If you're ever around Minnesota, you have to give this place a try! You won't regret it.

Hiep V.

Yelp
Good food and service. Cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese coffee) was good overall but slightly sweet with too much condensed milk. The Nem Nướng portion was big enough for some leftovers. Meat was juicy, and my son enjoyed it. Still best Việt food in Minnesota. Tip: Call ahead for seating 11 people to avoid waiting.

Sophea S.

Yelp
Heard my brothers' friend says they have pretty good bun bo hue (spicy Vietnamese Beef noodle soup) and decent Vietnamese food here, so I stopped by when I was in Minneapolis. Everything we ordered were good except the dipping sauces, which were too blend and not strong enough for me. We really enjoyed their Nem Nuong and Banh Khot though.

ThomaS T.

Yelp
This spot has some really good nem noung and bun tit noung. The bun tit noung comes with this big egg roll. The meats are similar to the bun cha hanoi. The bun noung is a huge portion. I like the nem noung here and I'm from the west coast. The bun cha hanoi has flavorful meats. What I like most about this dish is the sauce that come with the meats.

David P.

Yelp
The food here is spot on if your looking for some traditional Vietnamese food (not just Pho). I added that at the end as my wife is Vietnamese and rolls her eyes as there are many wonderful Vietnamese dishes outside of Pho. I have ordered many items and I have never been dissatisfied and always leave planning a future visit. The ambiance is ok nothing special and looks like a cafe, the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner in all honesty my only quip. The service is great and if you speak Vietnamese like my wife and I feel free :).

Doreen T.

Yelp
Yummy! We shared the noodle salad with egg roll and beef with potatoes. Wow super crisp potatoes. Will be back!

Robert W.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow! I cannot say enough kind and positive words about MT Noodles. I went there last night with a big group of friends after seeing a video on Instagram where the food looked soooo good. We made the drive from Minneapolis to Brooklyn Park specifically for this, and it was so worth the drive, I'll be coming back for sure! The staff were the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful I've ever had at any restaurant. On the screens, they recommend newcomers to try the #8 and #16 which are essentially combination plates, #8 is over vermicelli noodles and #16 is over broken rice. I opted for #8 Bun Dac Biet Special Noodle Salad and it was just so delicious. It was vermicelli noodles and mixed greens topped with an egg roll, grilled marinated pork, grilled marinated shrimp, with peanuts, scallions, pickled daikon and a lovely fish sauce on the side. This was just so incredible. The flavors were all very powerful, but worked together so perfectly. I added in a bunch of the fish sauce and it really tied everything together. The egg rolls were crunchy and savory, the pork was tender and flavorful, and the shrimp were to die for - perfectly cooked, very nicely seasoned and marinated, and with that smoky flavor that you love to taste with grilled food. One of my friends, on a whim, went for the #11 Bo La Lot Grilled Beef Rolls and one of the staff (who might be the manager/owner, I'm not sure, but she was the best) came over and told my friend how she was so happy she ordered it, and then explained how it was her favorite dish and even spent 10 minutes at our table showing us how to properly roll and eat the dish. This was just so kind and so helpful because ordering new unfamiliar dishes can be very overwhelming and she made it so easy for us! The portion for this was MASSIVE. I think you could maybe feed a family even with just this. They brought out a whole package of rice paper in water to stay the right temperature, and then there was a huge plate with all the fillings - there was a ground beef wrapped in betel leaf, herbs, vermicelli, daikon, cucumber, and peanuts. For this dish, you roll it yourself which can be a lot of fun with friends, a date, or even just by yourself! This is the dish that I plan to come and get next time. It was just unique and delicious. They also have beautiful desserts (which I did not get a picture of, sorry!) including house made cakes available by the slice and cake, sticky rice, a banana flavored pastry type dish that I don't know the name of, and some other very cool Vietnamese traditional foods! I bought some of the banana dessert to take home for my birthday today and I can't wait to try it! Everyone should come out and try MT Noodles, they are the kindest people ever and deserve success!

Yelp
Couldn't find many authentic Viet restaurants in New York but this place really hit the spot! Left with a food coma

Yelp
Satisfies all the viet cravings! Been a few times now and had canh chua, banh khot, banh seo, pho, and all the appetizers and everything tastes like home for me.

Yelp
Coming from a Vietnamese restaurant family, I'm always looking for authentic ingredients and familiar flavors, which MT Noodle brought out in full force! Definitely worth the drive from the city. A Minneapolis must!
